Can I give more than 5 stars?! Visiting from Atlanta and this place is a treasure!! They took a stressed out workaholic mama and turned her into a relaxed piece of pudding with pretty toes. Great pedicure, manicure, and best of all hot stone chair massage!!! Very reasonably priced for being so convenient and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!!

My pedicure and chair massage were stellar. Tran did my pedicure and I didn’t catch the woman’s name who gave me the massage. They were both kind and had the golden touch. I would have given them five stars except for the man who did my manicure. He did a sloppy polish job and insulted my tattoo. I’ll definitely be going back, I’ll just make sure to ask for him not to work on me again.

If I could give more stars I would! We went for my fiancés birthday for manicures and pedicures. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. They kept wishing him happy birthday and went above and beyond! They even gifted him the hand lotion we both liked. I would highly recommend!

Pedicure with gel. Very expensive for a disappointing experience and mediocre results at best. Anna seemed either hung over or very sleepy. She kept pressuring me to upgrade my Pedi and then tried to trick me into it. Although I have her the number of the polish I wanted, she started with the wrong color then just left it on and painted over it. There was polish remaining around my cuticles, a bit came off as it was painted on my nail and my toe. I did wait a few weeks to write this review. All in all really disappointing.

I brought my girlfriend here and she explained to me serval times how she has never been so unhappy with a set of acrylic nails. 1, it was completely over priced. 2, the nails were so crooked, and uneven. And 3, her nail popped off 2 days after getting them done. Not trying to paint a bad image, but the nail techs need way more training, and to lower their prices considering their work is not good.

10/10 recommend trying nail dipping here if you haven’t already. My nails look the best they ever have after a manicure. SO pleased with how they turned out and everyone there was so nice!

Overall not satisfactory, called ahead for an appointment and when we walked in they seemed annoyed about having customers. The lady’s rushed through doing your nails and for a simple mani/pedi with gel polish , it costs $100 which is overpriced in my opinion for poor quality service. Nails were left uneven in polish and trim, didn’t point it out because I just wanted to leave.

While I did walk out with beautiful nails, the experience to getting there was absolutely AWFUL. The nail artist was EXTREMELY rude, had hurt and cut my fingers a couple times and I am pretty sure she was talking bad about me to the other salon ladies in Vietnamese when all I asked was “shall I transfer my stuff over by the pedicure massage chairs?” Also, the nails were pretty overpriced so I am definitely NOT coming back. When I pay for a service, I expect to be treated with the respect I give.

Went in for a soak off and he tried to rip my non grown out nails off. I had to ask him to soak and he argued to try ripping them off first and hurt my nail very bad doing so.

My experience was pleasant and mostly went well. The staff is very professional and friendly. This salon is in a prime location and is very clean and nice. They have very relaxing music playing in the background and they offer you something to drink (water, wine, cider[?]). My issues were small but Im somewhat picky about details. My manicure could have definitely been better and I feel like a lot of skin/hangnails were left back around the nail/finger. I also feel like it was a little sloppy as she got quite a bit of the polish on my skin and this is particularly noticeable with the very light pink color I chose; in addition to leaving some debris or particles that are also noticeable on one of my nails even after I mentioned it to her. The soaking water she brought was simply room temp (Ive always experienced some nice warm and/or soapy water) which felt odd and not spa-like at all. Also, I asked the manicurist if she could do a very simple design/decoration of her choice and she was not very willing... in the end she did nothing and I hated to insist because I shouldnt have to... never really had that happen...Lastly, part of the mani experience is to get AT LEAST a few seconds of lotion application and/or massage on your hands after they are done - she simply asked if I wanted some lotion and pointed at the bottle before getting up (again very odd). Otherwise the manicurist was very nice and if it wasnt for these details I may have given a 5.

Lovely salon with absolutely remarkable crew. I popped in at 10 before I left town and was treated like a long time regular. My manicure is spot on perfect and my hands feel great. While i was there a very demanding woman came in and while she was just terrible I watched as the company there was respectful and efficient and did an amaxing job getting her set without disrupting the other clients. Great service and really first class people.

Urbantopia is clean, friendly, and has a great downtown location. I stopped by to see if they could just remove my shellac because I didnt have a lot of time. Jeff was able to remove it and give me a flawless new manicure very quickly! I was nervous, but I trusted and WOW he did a great job. Thanks!

Just wanted to let management and anyone else who reads this know: dont use PDX Cleaning if you want to hire a company to get your home cleaned. The company is under investigation with the IRS, FBI and Oregon Labor Laws Bureau for embezzlement fraud.

The staff at Urbantopia are extremely friendly and professional. I was impressed with the clean, modern and pleasant environment and the quality of the technicians work. My manicure and pedicure grew out before the polish chipped or wore off, which almost never happens. This salon is definitely my go-to for a relaxing experience when Im in Portland on business.

Disclaimer: This was MAYBE my 3rd time ever getting mani/pedi done. Service was on April 2019.My sister brought me here for bachalorette treat and wedding prep! I got a sweet 30 min massage, which was relaxing. But the best part was Jeff who took great care of me for the mani/pedi!! I have a disrupted nail bed on both my thumbs that make my thumb nails gnarly and bumpy. He treated me to a nail RECONSTRUCTION. I didnt know that was a thing!!!! Then, once I had human-looking thumb nails again and my jaw was on the floor, he gave me excellent, no-frills shellac that stuck around forever due to patient and proper application. We used Romantique, a creamy white color, for my fingernails and it was a lovely wedding color. Thanks Jeff, for making me feel like a princess on my wedding day.**I assume the prices were about right, but lord knows I wont be doing this sort of thing often. $$$.

The atmosphere is very clean and nice, that deserves a 5 star rating. People are also very nice and professional, felt very cozy. My concern is the outcome of my mani and pedi. The manicurist did a pretty sloppy job, leaving a lot of polish on the skin around the nails and some nails ended up being very see-through, which is my biggest pet peave. I mentioned it to her but she acted like she didnt hear me. There was also some debri particles left in my nails. Nails started chipping in just a couple days after I had it done. I felt like for the outcome I got, the price was too high.

An exclusive find downtown! These ladies are amazing- they use only the highest quality products. No gellish here, their Shellac manicures are done with CND products- the ones who invented Shellac.Its incredibly convenient for people that are downtown and the staff is very accommodating. Their communication is excellent.Pop in for a treat! You will be glad you did.
