Had a great time getting my nails done today. I got a full set of acrylic nails and my mom got a pedicure. Very adorable and amazing customer service. My mom raved about how great her feet felt after.

I visited Portland Nails for the first time this weekend. I made an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. It was truly an excellent experience! My pedicure was top notch quality. It was also one of the best foot massages I have ever received! The salon was very clean and the owners were friendly and accommodating. If I can offer any word of advice: Please make sure you request for a customer receipt on your way out. If not, you will not be able to tip. I made the mistake of not asking for my receipt, so I made sure they made a second credit card transaction because there was no way I was leaving without giving these wonderful people a tip; they deserve it! Thank you again! I will be back! 5 Stars!!

First time at Portland Nails today and I am so very impressed! The husband and wife duo are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. The covid protocols made me feel very safe (plexi glass between us for both mani and pedi). The salon is extremely clean and modern.The pedi and gel mani came out PERFECT! The foot massage with the pedi was top notch. Prices were very reasonable. I will be visiting this salon again and again. Highly recommend!!

Great place to get your nails done! The owners are really warm and friendly. I have got my nails done across the street before and had a really bad experience so in contrast these guys rock! Loved the massage at the end. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten my nails done at Portland nails several times since I’ve moved to Maine and I LOVE this place! They do such a great job with my nails. They’re attentive, friendly and hardworking. If you’re looking for a new nail salon or quick mani/pedi, they’re perfect!

Great service from this cute couple and the longest foot/leg massage Ive ever had with a pedicure. I had difficulty with finding their prices. It was $30 for my pedicure before tip.

Delightful & unique! The food was amazing however we didnt have time to meander through all the business had to offer.

Cut my cuticles and broke the skin, peeled off my gel polish with his thumbnail, watched TV the whole time he was doing my nails. Do not recommend.

I visited here yesterday after walking out of Millenial Nails and Spa with my sister. She just got released from jail and couldn’t wait to get her nails done. The owner was very polite and talked to her the entire time. The nails came out beautiful. I may make this place my new spot instead of where I go near my house just on how he treated my sister. She paid and tipped before her nails were done and couldn’t believe how understanding he was. Thanks for making my sister feel like a human again. There needs to be more people like this in the world.

Most amazing pedicure I have ever had and so well priced! Pedicure included awesome long massage of legs and feet with body scrub, hot towels, and very thorough cleaning of feet. Also included an back/neck/head massage while waiting for toes to dry and finished off with a hot neck towel! Am absolutely in love with this place and will be back VERY soon !

DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! We pulled up expecting it to be a nicer place and when it wasn’t we didn’t think too much of it. We had called them an hour before and they gave us the prices of a gel manicure and an acrylic set and they didn’t mention a need for appointments. They had a sign that said walk ins welcome. When we got in he asked what we wanted and after we told him he said that he didn’t have an appointment and we needed to leave. THE WHOLE STORE WAS EMPTY. There were literally two customers. The staff was rude and so were the customers that literally laughed at us as we walked out. I’ve never had an experience at a nail salon like this. I think he turned us away because he didn’t feel like doing the work. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back and I highly suggest you do the same.

Rude and low quality.Had an appointment. Left me waiting for almost an hour. Another person with an appointment arrived after me and was taken 1st while i just waited and soaked.I walked out and the only remark was a sarcastic sorry with a giggle.Not a professional or clean place at all. Do not recommend

They did an awesome job on my nails. During the time it took for them to remove my shellac color I received the most awesome neck and shoulder rub, plus a great hand massage during my mani. .. I am a very picky person, so for me to say I am so very happy with my manicure says a lot. I dont know the womans name, my bad, but I will go back there again. Furthermore, I will recommend this place to all my friends.

I am house sitting in Portland and wanted to find a nail salon close to the house. I really got lucky this time. I had the best pedicure ever at Portland Nails. My nail technician (Lindsay - I hope I spelled it correctly) was friendly and professional. The salon itself has no pretensions and is clean and uncluttered. A stranger in town, I still felt welcomed and managed to relax. In addition to a very fine sculpting of my nails, I was treated to a soothing lavender lotion and salt rub on lower legs and feet and a gentle massage finished with a hot towel treatment. The fee was very reasonable for the service given. I would certainly return.

I stopped by on a Sunday. I had to make an appointment for later in the day. I got a mani/pedi, both gel. I was glad they offered a gel pedi, because many places dont.The massages are quite good. My skin is sensitive and typically the products salons use for the massages irritate my skin, but I had no problem with whatever they used, plus they smelled fruity and not too strong.My nails look great. If the polish doesnt last, Ill edit this post. I need this polish to last at least 8 days, which a properly applied gel should.The people who work there are friendly and the place is not pretentious at all. They allow tips on your credit card - a big plus.
