Ive lived in a lot of managed properties, and my experiences with management companies are always bad. Slow or unresponsive agents unless they or the property owner needs something. Not Homeqwik. They were fast and responsive which is important when renting in the difficult Phoenix market. Within a day of applying, the house was held, I was able to view the property on my schedule, and we landed an amazing rental property. Great staff, great support.

HomeQwik is excellent to work with and responsive to any requests for service. They go out of their way to serve their customers and their owners. The only caution I would recommend, ask them to rent from an owner that uses HomeQwik for repairs. I rented 8835 W Marconi Ave. Peoria, AZ 85382 and they used unlicensed handyman to do repairs and refused other simple repairs that needed to be done. Upon moving out the owner made up charges so they didnt have to give me my full security deposit back. Take pictures of the property upon moving in and moving out. Let me reiterate, I had no issue with HomeQwik; rather, with the owner of the property who refused to let HomeQwik make the necessary repairs. HomeQwiks repair professionals were excellent to work with. HomeQwiks representatives were easy to work with at all times.

The staff has always been extremely pleasant to speak and deal with. The come by and do twice a year inspections and are in and out and very easy to deal and schedule with. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

19 month of rental service.0 issues.Wonderful company. I love that everything can be done online. All maintenance issues were resolved within a week. The contractors they hire are prompt, courteous, and work quickly.Staff is a little hard to get a hold of as their call center is in Asia, but I never had a problem with them getting back to me. In fact, I have had multiple people call me to ensure my satisfaction.Overall, Jason made everything smooth. Inspections are done with very little invasion of privacy. If I ever move back to Phoenix, HomeQwik is my number one stop for rental homes.

My husband and I found ourselves with a rental property and thought we could manager it ourselves. I mean, how hard can it be, right? We ended up with a very difficult tenant and the situation added a tremendous amount of stress to our lives. After one year of a 2-year lease, we contacted HomeQwik and hired them to take over the management of the property. They contacted the tenant, offered to inspect and document the condition of the home and make any necessary repairs. The second year of the lease was a completely different story. HomeQwik responded to all of the tenants expected requests for repair, but also to her endless, unfounded threats and demands. After a year of late and partial payments made to us, the tenant paid electronically, on time and in full every month. At the end of the lease, the house was returned to us in beautiful condition. We were so pleased with HomeQwik that we actually hired them as our realtors to sell the property. Their advice regarding the listing price and suggested improvements resulted in an acceptable offer within three weeks of listing it and virtually no inspection items to deal with. This company as a owner might be good but it sucks for renter. the Person we dealt with was Noel he seemed to try and bully my wife , writing her emails , until i asked him not to email her and deal with me then i heard nothing from him, this was the only place that i have ever rented from that i had not received any of my deposit , my wife cleaned and left the place cleaner than it was we moved in. and we replaced the items that did happen to get damaged (sliding doors outside). This was not a good experience after not renting in years. we only rented for a year as we moved from Ohio and purchased a house after this rental. would never rent from them ! lucky wont have too!

Jason and Noel found the perfect rental property for my wife and me in Surprise in the late fall of 2013. Jason helped us negotiate a very smooth move-in eliminating almost all stress. We liked the property so much as we approached the end of the lease term we asked Jason to try to secure another one year lease. They may be ok if you’re an owner but if you rent from them BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR. They will rip you off and rest assured they will say they have before and after pictures but this is the deal. When we moved in the place was a total dump. Tiles cracked, paint scuffed and dirty, floors had twigs on them and filthy beyond belief, light bulbs out, dirty blinds. The list can go on. Horrendous. They sent a cleaning crew to clean the filth and fix the broken tiles but refused to paint. The walls were ghetto status. I also have pictures to prove this. So we painted the place ourselves because I couldn’t live with black streaks on white walls.Cleaned the house and kept it in immaculate condition for the two years we lived there. When we moved out we were hit with all sorts of charges, bogus fake charges and the best part is they took my deposit to PAINT because the owner was selling the house and so suddenly it was worthwhile to paint. So they may say they have before and after pictures but it’s becaise they finally got professionals to actually upkeep the house to where it should have been to begin with. So of course it will look better than when we lived there but we cleaned and painted ourselves. Had an old swing in the backyard that was the owners and they charged me for its removal! Charged me to paint! STAY CLEAR IF YOU RENT. This place is full of liars, cheats and scammers. They will claim they tried to call me for another bad review. For what? Will they refund my deposit? Of course not. Just beware. Research this company. They are formerly known as Home Lovers who had such a bad reputation they had to reorganize as Home Qwik and change their name. You can change a name 1,000 times but when your practices are shady and unscrupulous the reviews will always come back to haunt you. The only good reviews are either made by their own employees or people who are selling their homes or use them for home management. As a renter I cannot stress enough to NOT rent from these people.
