Josh handled selling our home and helping us find a new one in a short about of time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about homes and the market. He was flexible with his schedule and went out of his way to show us over 20 homes and even sent Shane to help show one with super short notice on our part. He sold our home with multiple offers in less than 10 days!Josh knows homes and construction so he was ready to answer questions we had about updates needed to the home verses the market value. It was good to get a read on the true value of the home and if the necessary updates were affordable and worth it.He was always on top of everything and quick to reply to us. He also went beyond his realtor responsibilities and has helped us post home buying to find local companies to help us roof, landscape, and find other various needs. Shane Tschida made what usually is an overbearing and stressful ordeal into a relaxed stress-free endeavor. He was most helpful in my relocation.
