We have been renting with Axis since 2019 and have had the best experience. Anything that needs fixing has been done, they immediately get someone out to our property and have been responsive and helpful throughout our time renting. Now that we are ready to buy a house, Jason and Denice are able to help and we are thankful!! Best management and real estate company Ive dealt with ! THANK YOU - highly recommend

The guy who answers the phone is completely unprofessional! I spoke with him yesterday and he told me that the property that I was interested in had a couple of applications interested but they haven’t been submitted to the owner yet and that I can still fill out the application and they will submit to the owner well I call the next morning after I paid a $100 for the application and the same guys said they already submitted all the applications and it’s to late and he also had a really bad attitude. He also won’t return my money back on my card he said they will mail it to me! So all together Bad customer service and a complete waist of my time

I had Axis manage two condos for approx 10 years. As an out of state owner I couldnt have been more pleased with their ability to lease, manage, repair, and account for both properties. I just sold the second one and they did it in 14 days. Incredible. Thank you Axis

I have been renting an Axis property since March 2019 and have zero issues thus far. There was a problem with the portal allowing me to make a partial payment, but a quick call to Axis solved this issue without heartache. The garage door spring recently broke on a weekend and we had it resolved before Tuesday at noon thanks to the Axis team. The rental price for the home and location are perfectly inline with the market for the area and the application process was painless. I would recommend Axis as a property management company for a home owner, or anyone looking to rent alike without a doubt.

They will take your $100 for an application knowing that they want a certain credit score which, they never mentioned or cited as specific minimum. We can buy a house with no problem so, why would they deny us?Joe, the realtor from 2 Brothers Reality, probably didnt like my spouse because, he is a person with autism.

One of the rental properties was a pos and they made the house look fabulous online until I seen it in person. Came back to see it again and nothing changed. You can keep the $500 because you need it more than I do. I would rather waste $500 than waste $16,560 of my hard-earned money. If anyone is looking for a great realty company, go to Progress Rental!! You shouldn’t falsely advertise a property online and it looks a terrible mess in person. The part that got me was that the supposed agent you sent out was rude. I took a relative with me to view the property and when I told him to give me a minute to talk with my relative, he followed us and stood there. Unprofessional Crooks!

Dave has been fantastic. We met Dave through a BNI group and one day my wife noticed a loft that she had been wanting for years come up on the market. We called Dave even though we are not in the market currently and had us in that loft checking it out with an hour. Professional, courteous, nice guy and funny as hell. I highly recommend

We had the worst rental experience of our lives with this property management company. We were told that our move in date would be July 1st by one of the employees. We arranged for a moving pod and scheduled for the pickup to coincide with this date. Long story short we didnt get to move in until July 9th and had to stay in a hotel for 8 days waiting for the house to be done. The application process started weeks before the move in date and simply meant they forgot to schedule someone to do the repairs and such to get the house ready for move in. So now we are down $800+ for having to stay in a hotel and another $50 day for storage of our pod. This little debacle (plus a strange application process where they couldnt find my wifes background??) had my wife not wanting to sign the lease and find another house. I really just wanted to be done with the house search and talked her out of it. I should have listened. We tried to set up the water in our name first thing when we arrived, along with all our other utilities. The water company needed to see a signed lease to do this. When we went to our portal the lease was not signed by management ,so the water company would not accept it. We informed management what was going on and they said they would upload the signed copy on our portal. 1 month later and still no signed lease on our portal, we received an angry call from management saying we never changed the water into our name and that we owe them $ ASAP! This really made my wife mad because we had informed them of the problem and they never took care of it! They quickly realized that they were the ones in the wrong and finally got it taken care of. Basically most of our communication with management was usually met with a quick verbal response that resulted in no action. Be warned you will have to call or email several times to get action. Something small but is a good example of the communication resulting in no action is when we moved in we noticed we didnt have a key to the community pool. This was one of the selling points on us getting the house since we have two little girls. We verbally asked the person doing the move in inspection with us to see if we can get a key to the pool and they said they would look into it. No response for a couple months so we emailed asking about the key. They said they will look into it again. No response. So we just gave up knowing that with the move in debacle, water bill debacle, and now the pool key that we would not get action. So we never had a key to the community pool the whole year which was kind of a bummer. To top it all off we moved out and did our final walk-through. I took careful inspection of the whole house knowing that management companies charge $50 to replace a few light bulbs and things like that. I replaced every light bulb and made sure everything was clean and in good shape. I did know that we were going to be charged for a tear in the cheap vinyl floor from a moving out mishap. Which was fine because it was something we actually damaged and I had no qualms paying to fix what I damaged. So the staff member that did the final walk through quickly wrote a few things down and said, Ill finish up here. Go ahead and leave and Ill let you know if anything major comes up. So to my surprise we get our deposit check and $600 was taken out! $200 for the floor which we owe and am glad to pay. So $400 bill for keeping the place in perfect condition besides the floor. I walked the house several times and could not see anything damaged or in need of repair that wasnt already there from previous tenants. I contacted management that I need a more detailed itemized sheet on all these repairs and I wanted pictures and receipts for it all. Of course I got a quick verbal response about how they would look into it and would send a more detailed invoice. Due to the above, I know no action will be taken. So BEWARE renting a house from this property management company might cost you almost $2000 like it did for us.

This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with. Nothing ever get`s done on time, or not at all. The five star reviews clearly must be friends.
