Poor and unethical service.. They Will not respond back in a good timely fashion. Maintenance does shotty work and will not come most times. Ive been without a/c for 9 days and havent heard back anything for days. I have called them 5 times since. Told me my only options were to put in a 10 day notice or wait to get it fixed. Who knows when that will be. Its been 97° in my house and I have small children and a disabled person here. No one has been out to my house since the 1st day I called. I hate it here😠

We have been using GoRenter as our property management company for almost two years and it was the best decision we could have made! Wow, what a terrible company to rent from.... Donald Sides is one of the most unprofessional customer service directors I’ve ever delt with. Not only did they screw up a lease with me and my roommate but they kept our deposit for other people to live in a house were no longer contracted to. We moved out and they didn’t even try to take out the deposit or do the proper move out check-list. And when we asked about it they refused to even get back to us, and Donald failed in all aspects to be professional. Now we have to ask the people living in the house to pay us our deposit because gorenter and Donald Sides failed to do their jobs..... If you’re even considering this company I would advise you to keep far from gorenter.

I am an investor and have been doing real estate for over a decade. I love Go Renter. They have managed, sold and I have bought property with GoRenters assistance. They have an in house collection person, maintenance and lawn service. They do it all so I do not have to. Isnt that the point. I did not want to deal with tenants at any time of day or night or deal with maintenance. They take care of it all. They go to court for me to collect on monies owned to me from tenants. What a relief. I have been with GoRenter for over 8 years. They are better now then ever. I am not leaving since I know they have it down perfectly. I am also doing short term rentals with them as well. The cleaners origami my toilet paper......icing on the cake for my short term vacation guests.I love GoRenter!

Gorenter is a Real Estate Management Company based in the Phoenix Arizona area. I have used them since 2004 to manage rental properties since I am located out of the area and they have provided excellent service. The staff who provide leasing and management activities are great. Ryan Vanotti the leasing agent who handles leasing activities has done an awesome job in regard to leasing properties as they fall vacant. I would recommend Gorenter for all real estate activities.

We had a fantastic experience with GoRenter and Ryan Vanotti. Ryan is an extremely responsive person, which puts you at ease during the stress of finding a new place and moving. We came from out of town, and Ryan FaceTimed us from the unit and answered all of our questions accurately and with care. He coordinated quite a bit back and forth with the owner and helped get us settled. Ryan is on top of his game and is an all-around pleasure to work with. I had a plumbing issue that was almost the worst plumbing issue a person can have, outside of an exploding toilet. Daquan (I am forgetting his last name, it was like Owens or Stevens, he was the GM for the Plumbing Division) came over and fixed the issue better than you could imagine.Daquan you are the best!

Why does everyone make renting so difficult??

Costly neglect of property, long wait times, terrible customer service, shoddy maintenance work, zero accountabilityFor more than 10 years we had a rental property managed by GoRenter and maintained by Go Maintenance. Until several years ago when the company was taken over by the current owners and the maintenance division spun out to be a standalone company, we had no overall complaints about the management. We live in another state and it was critical for us to have the property professionally managed.Once under its current ownership, the two companies (Go Renter and Go Maintenance) participated in total neglect of property, terrible customer service and zero accountability, which ended up costing us thousands of dollars. The delays in maintenance work also played a large role in prolonging our home sale, which we have now completed with a Go Renter realtor, who was the only competent and professional person we dealt with in this process. She tried to assist in getting Go Maintenance to complete their services properly, but to no avail.Most upsetting and frustrating is the conduct of Go Renter and Go Maintenance. They just don’t seem to care. Their staff seems overwhelmed…at least that is their excuse for taking weeks to schedule and complete work, or why work supposedly completed is never done properly, or at all. When the countless problems were brought to the attention of the current owners, the issues were immediately turned over to their attorney. No one from management or any owners ever reached out to us to hear about our experience or apologize.Bottom line, when you hire a property management company, you are placing trust in the company you are paying. If we had not been diligent, the losses we incurred because of their incompetence and terrible customers service could have ultimately ruined us financially.After this experience, I was surprised to see Go Renter has been able to maintain an A+ Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating. Perhaps people only know to voice their complaints with negative online reviews (which they have many) instead of going to the BBB to file a complaint. I can only hope that my BBB complaint will force these companies to start providing some quality of service and be accountable for the properties they are being paid to manage and maintain and that no one else will have to experience what we have.This is what Go Renter states on their website regarding what Go Maintenance provides those who trust them with their property. This is the service we expected. The issue is, they are providing a completely contradictory experience:“We understand a rental property is more than just an investment. It’s your livelihood, and you want to make sure it’s protected. “With fully licensed and bonded technicians and specialists, we guarantee our work in writing for added peace of mind. Trust the experts at Go Maintenance to take care of your property like it was ours.”

If there was an option for zero stars I would. I called GoRenter, whom my landlord goes through for maintenance, this is a very serious issue as it could cause a FIRE IN THE HOUSE. The lady said “no, we don’t have anything til Tuesday”. Today is Thursday so that means, I am forced to go 6 days with the possibility of a fire. I guess “roof repairs” are more pressing.Ridiculous!

So i havent actually visited the company Go Renter but if theyre an apartment finder I will be visiting Immediately. Also if the company keeps up with the reviews then I would love a reply. Im actually working in the same building in conclusion 5 star rating because i definitely cant complain about something i dont know.

They are the worst rental company I have ever delt with. They are a rip off. They have been charging me late fees on my late fees. Didnt send me a notice, didnt call me and didnt try to contact me in anyway to let me know I had late fees they just let them build up to over $800 and Im on section 8. When I asked for a payment plan they said I could do one and it would be $100 more and would start till I could make the first payment. Do not rent from these people unless you want to be screwed over and over again.

I live in a studio apartment in a property managed by these people im on section 8 and they have been attempting to exploit and extort me for money that i dont owe for rent for the past 3 months i can promise you that this is the worst of the worst property management company to rent from i haveva 1400.00 credit in my account and they say its not there. Yeah because they stole it and pocketed it these people are crooks and theives as well as conartists these people are nothing but a disabled tenants choice to rent a home from at and i will be contacting the center for disability lae

Great comprehensive company. They had a tenant for my homes within 1 week on the first property and 2 days on the second property. I will keep my continued business with them for a long time based on my first two experiences with them. I do really like the secure online portal they offer for access on information on whats going on. They do all the work for you with no hassle.

Recommended by a friend. The prices may be a little on the high end. Like I say You cant expect to pay the the price of a Honda and get a Mercedes. The price is well worth the overall package. This is the least amount of work I d have done overseeing any of my properties. Also the least complaints. Thanks staff is excellent.

Not enough homes to view with good price range.

I lived at a gorenter property for 6 years. And in that time, not once was maintenance a help. They were either a week late, cost the owner thousands when my unit flooded, charged me for repairs and in the end, instead of refunding a portion of my security deposit, they broke Arizona law and charged me for unnecessary things. No damage, aside from nail holes from paintings on the wall and some paint, that they would have applied. When I brought this to them, as expected, I was met with a very unfriendly demeanor and hung up on, from their legal department. I am now taking steps in order to let it be known of my awful experience.

Great at overseeing property. I have so many rental properties I dont have the time of day to tend to all of them. They managed to find me new tenants right after I was forced to evict a couple. This definitely saved me money. If you want good work done your gonna have to pay for it. I believe the price is reasonable for quality of services provided. My clients have no complaints and if anything compliment on how friendly the people from Go Renter are. I am happy not having to watch these properties like a baby monitor and will continue to do business with them.

I live with this company currently, finding out now, that it was a HUGE mistake. The house is awesome, old but perfect, problem is the ghetto apartments that are behind the house. I have sent in multiple police reports, had multiple neighbors complain, and even had someone stand in my driveway, threatening me, because I asked them not to be hanging outside my 2 year old daughters bedroom window. This comes down to the company not wanting to evict someone who is on government subsidies over the safety of their renters. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, the property manager Rose will not listen to your complaints (like a good property manager) instead will hang up on you, or recommend you speak to someone else in the company. Can anyone comment and tell me where Im the problem in this situation?

Wow just saw these.giys raise rent by 1000$(1850) a month to live in a cul-de-sac littered by cars and excess furniture. In a bad part of town. Where everyone else is paying 800-1000$ for the same duplex. Couldnt be more ashamed of this firm. BTW not my duplex haha just called and asked about the property and found that out.

Ive lived in a go renter property for almost 3 years now and have had a pretty good experience. We love our location and havent had any issues with them. They have been easy to communicate with and the process of paying rent is so easy.

I have used GoRenter for 7 years now and have to say my experience has been very good. I appreciate how quickly problems are addressed. Their connections and maintenance are able to intervene much quicker than I could doing things myself. I am always notified and asked for approval before repairs are done. I have always had great experience with the staff at GoRenter.

GoRenter was always prompt in their response to any questions or concerns I had while I was a tenant. Communication was easy through their website and office. Maintenance was conveniently scheduled through me on my time. Would definitely rent through them again.

Worst place ever and the workers screw people over and dont ask them questions about your bill cause they will hang up on you after they got your money... I have been renting under GoRenter for almost a year, and my experience has been more than satisfactory. We have had little need to reach out to them, but every time it has been necessary, they were quick to respond and eager to help us out. After the initial viewing for the house we currently reside at, GoRenter was able to draw up a lease for us within a few short days which was incredibly convenient. Nothing but good things to say about them!

Great company to hire for managing my rental properties in the Phoenix area. I dont live in town so knowing someone else is collecting the rent and managing the tenants and repairs gives me some peace of mind. They filled my vacant home fast with good tenants that have treated the home like I would. Some of the reviews are not accurate. Read the agreements and all the fees are listed very clear. It is a fee based service so dont expect them to do everything for free.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. They break laws try to scare their tenants when in the wrong. Want to displace us for 3 weeks 4 months before our lease is up when we said no they are now trying to kick us out. We have lawyers so surprise for the. But seriously dont even waste your time renting with then not only are they bad for tenants turns out bad for landlords to as they have been lying to the owner of the house we live in. Tokd him all repairs had been made hence the hurry to kick us out so they can fix it before he tries to sell it.

Ive had a great experience with Go.Renter. My leasing agent was very informative, courteous, and kind. Maintenance has been timely and provided by professionals and not handy men. We moved in to a beatiful home with plenty of space and there rental requirements are reasonable.

Absolutely no complaints with GoRenter after being a tenant for 2 years and recently moved out of one of their properties. Easy to access and view properties; maintenance requests were performed in a timely manner, half yearly inspections were easy to schedule, and received a fair amount of security deposit back. Not sure what the issue is with all of the negative reviews but I really had no issues with this company from the time I moved in and moved out. Everything was hassle free for me and everyone that I came into contact with (maintenance people, inspectors, office secretaries; etc) were very friendly and able to answer my questions and fulfill my requests. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

If you can avoid using go renter do it. They change outrageous fees and will make everything incredibly inconvenient. If you mess anything up or make any sort of error they will take full advantage of the situation. I love where I live and they are quick in response to maintenance issues but the shocking fees with no warning and then punishment of 6 months of not being able to pay online for a single banking error is incredible! I was going to resign until this happened

I would highly recommend GoRenter to anyone looking to rent a home. My experience with them has been very pleasant during the last three years. I have had great customer service and maintenance repairs were always handled efficiently. They have been great at negotiating the lease with the owners and are continuously pleasant. This is a great company.

Beware. They never found renters for my house, nickel and dimed me for every little thing(but didnt do anything I requested) lied to me, were impossible to work with, and Im pretty sure they had someone squatting there because when I took it back over the house was trashed, there were oil pans with used auto oil, cabinet trim pieces(which didnt even remotely match mine) and all kinds of random things like that left there which only make sense if someone were living there. Ended up costing me about $5000 for them to NOT rent it out over a one year period.

Wonderful and great real estate leasing company! We are out of towners and they help me out with professionalism, customer service, and taking care of my interests in my rental properties. I am so grateful for all their help from maintenance, tenant representative, and their great collections department that got me back my money from tenant damage!!! Thank you GoRenter!!!

This company is horrible! I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have lived here 2 years & am still waiting for some of my move in issues to be addressed. They always pass you off to someone else & nobody ever takes care of the issues. They do everything they can to charge you more & more money while never actually doing anything to maintain the property. They are crooks! Do yourself a favor...go with another company!!!!!

DO NOT use this management company. They would not pay the owners the rent that was collected for 3 months in a row. No one EVER had the same answer to a question, and we were handed off to multiple employees to try to get our money back. Still waiting to get the reserve money a month later and no word from GO Renter!! No one will answer our calls or return them. When asked why this is happening in person, they just shrugged their shoulders and said I just started here.

Ive had a very positive experience with Go Renter. The owners did everything they could to find us a house that we would be happy in and in a very timely manner. Since then, they have helped us with any problems/concerns we have had also in a very timely manner and have been really patient and kind--very good customer service.

My overall experience with GoRenter has been positive. Theyve responded to any maintenance issues promptly and their rental portal is user friendly. Their office is also warm and welcoming.

Good company to rent from. Loved how i could do everything online with the company before move in..Very progressive company. Never any issues..If we have a problem with something on the house it is taken care of right away. Have been renting from them for two years.

Too bad there is not a way to give no stars or negative. Just received my security deposit back. Only received half even though I left the home spotless. Paid for professional carpet cleaner and was still charged $225, even though I provided a copy of the receipt and also showed it to Mark who said he didnt need original. Got charged for a broken screen which was already broken at patio door. The patio door was broken with one of the double panes broken at move in. We begged them to fix and they refused. This company is a RIP off. Total move in costs, not including utilities was $2400. I spent more cleaning than they gave back. Lesson learned. GoRenter is not giving your deposit back even if you clean it perfectly. Just leave it for them. The move in costs are inflated amounts and most are nonrefundable cleaning fees etc. I guess they forgot they charged those up front. I have pics and proof of all and will not let this go. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! There is plenty to more that happened over the year I rented from them, but far too much to name. There is a private group home behind us it and we were harrassed and broken into by their clients.

I have been renting with GoRenter for about 2 years now. I have had a great experiance. The overall rental process from viewing properties through qualifying was all done online which made the rental process very convienant. The staff is very helpful and kind, Stephanie is great and responds to all of my inquiries promptly. Any questions or issues I have had were resolved quickly. Paying rent is made simple the online management portal which is another plus. I highly recommend this company for future renters.

I have been renting with Gorenter for close to 3 years now. Have never had any issues, service requests (the few i have made) have been responded to in a very timely manner. Stephanie the tenant representative is very helpful and quick to respond to emails with any concerns.

If I could give 0 I would. I have been living in one of their properties for almost 2 years now and I guess they just do not care at all about their tenants. I have submitted SEVERAL requests for things to be fixed (they had the audacity to tell me to fix them myself) and they have not answered me at all. I have emailed them asking. I also emailed them asking why they hadnt taken the money from my bank, so I went in and paid by Credit Card (which then charged me an additional $30)... And now I have an additional fee of $102 for October even after reaching out to them to ask... They chose not to reply. They chose not to assist. They need to be investigated. This company is seriously making my life more difficult. If I had the funds to drop it and move out I would. I do not trust them even one bit. Some of the staff is extremely friendly when you are in the office and then there are a lot that are extremely rude in messages, emails, phone calls. But what makes me mad is the lack of communication. I want OUT!!!!!

These people are scammers their whole business model is to steal your security deposit and overcharge you for everything. They are completely unethical rude and maniacal people.

Gorenters staff has the best interests of the tenants in mind. Everyone in the office tries to make the rental process as simple and easy as possible. They are very friendly and welcoming.

Wow, they scam tenants, landlords and Google reviews! 5 years of 1* reviews, spread evenly across those years, yet they miraculously received almost 40 5* reviews in the space of just 3 months from April-June 2017. and their average got above 3. As a former landlord with GoRenter, I can confirm that their contracts are terrible for tenants, charging them an upfront fee and then automatically pocketing 25% of your deposit as a fee, never to be seen again by landlord or tenant. They charge the landlord fees on empty properties, filling the empty properties with any old tenant, then more fees charged to BOTH landlord and Tenant to evict them if they are 7 days late with rent. The maintenance company is a subsidiary of theirs, so they gouge like crazy on everything. My new agent puts in good tenants, collects rent, deducts their reasonable fees, which covers the costs of regular inspections and between my 11 units, averages around $3k/month into my bank account. After 9 months with GoRenter, I had received not $1 in rent and they claimed I owed them $10k in fees. I also used KEYTlaw to get rid of their spurious fees. Hope they get their comeuppance again soon, but theyll probably just restart again like they did last time.

This company should be ashamed of the way they rip off customers! We paid our rent EARLY every month, left the house in the EXACT condition we received it in, and they charged us almost every dime of our security deposit for damage that was THERE WHEN WE MOVED IN! Sad indeed! We were going to refer someone to them, but they can forget it now. SMH!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS....I am still waiting on my refund of deposit, Moved out of 12630 W. Windrose Drive El Mirage AZ 85335 on May 31 2019. They claim they sent refund out on the 22 of June to the old address(left forwarding address with them) signed sheet when I turned in receipt for professional carpet cleaning, house, mailbox keys and garage door opener. Currently I live 5 minutes from this rental property however today being July 1,2019. still nothing. I called the office today and told the Lady to stop payment on the check they claimed they sent and I would be in the office to pick it up. She then said no...what??? She hung up on me. RUDE- DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

A renter said it earlier. They bribed people for good reviews on media. Theyre horrible. Previous maintenance guy would try to make tenants fix everything themselves. The girl they have now sent some dude who doesnt have a full concept of the English language according to her. He walked into my home without knocking AT ALL.... TWICE... after he had left for more than 30 mins without saying a word. I told the girl & nothing was done. Then this fool used my WHITE TOWELS waiting to be washed to CLEAN THE FLOOR & HIS BOOTS.I had one good repair man & they got rid of him. Prolly cost them too much.

Terrible customer service. Forced to give a 1 star rating due to zero not available. I call and email multiple times and nobody returns my calls or emails. Very poor service. Stay far away! Cancelling my contract and seeking other service.

This business is a joke. They werent content to hit me with imaginary charges such as late fees even though my bank proved they took my money out the day before it was due or certified letters that didnt seem to exist. They arent even content to steal our deposit. They are now trying to extort my family for an obscene amount of money. The homeowner is not local and may not be aware of how unethical this company is, but he will by the time this is over. There are several review sites and even social media sites that are overflowing with how crooked this company is and, based on our experience, they are all telling the absolute truth.

This company is AWFUL. here are a few examples why: We rented a home with an active HOA and we fully understood what would happen if we violated them. Every violation we would have to pay $35 for the certified mail. One time our neighbor left her trash bin out and the HOA incorrectly sited us- the HOA removed the citation and applied it to the correct person however GORENTER still wanted to charge us the $35 for the mail. I told them it was ridiculous because we wouldnt have gotten the warning HAD the HOA not incorrectly violated us.2) Our back door wasnt locking and they refused to come out. when they did they would fix the situation and it never got replaced3) We gave them appropriate notice toove out. they asked for the Keys on January 31st. we turned everything in....we just received a letter stating we were late with February 2019 rent and also incurred over $300 worth of charges and late fees (one of which they are trying to charge money so they can take down the curtains that were already up in the house when we moved in, hang a new light fixture that was brand new in the package when we moved in AND rehab perfectly good cabinets in the kitchen)We have called and left MULTIPLE messages for this almost 3k charge and they have still failed to respond to us.Its pitiful they cant contact us back- so here starts the social media slamming until they removed all of the incorrect charges.if you dont want to get screwed over on your rental dont use them!

I previously reviewed Gorenter with a 5 star review but after working with them for my move-out process, they no longer deserve 5 stars. I received my security deposit refund check from them about 3 weeks after turning in my key. My refund was incomplete and there were charges that they had listed for deductions from my refund. Im not even changing this review because they didnt give me my money back (which they should have based on the deduction reasons). Im changing this because of the abhorrent customer service I received when I called to discuss the refund. I called literally 21 times, left two voicemails and about 4-5 messages with the front staff in order to get in touch with Emily, the manager. I never received a return call. When I finally did get a hold of her on the 21st call, I explained why I was calling and she was rude and dismissive. She refused to discuss the refund with me or show me their reasoning for their decision in my lease. Then she hung up on me. Literally, mid-sentence, hung up the phone on me. I was appalled that a company and a grown woman would hang up on someone. I would never recommend someone work with this company and their customer service is the worst Ive every dealt with.

My roommate and I had multiple problems with this company. Most of them were more minor so I wont go into those. Getting screwed on the deposit is pretty major but, since every rental agency is pretty liberal with its charges after you leave, I wont focus on that either. What really offended me is the following: When we moved into the house we discovered that there was no fridge in the kitchen. This wasnt mentioned in the listing. When we brought it up to GoRenter they explained that in Arizona a fridge is considered a personal item. I suppose that means that what they did was legal, but that doesnt mean it was good business practice. Just about every rental with a kitchen has a fridge in said kitchen so leaving out that information is extremely unethical. Fortunately, the owner was kind enough to buy a fridge for the house so things worked out in the end. I dont know who owned the house but Im grateful that they made up for GoRenters shady policies. In conclusion, if a business wants good reviews they should, at a minimum, be open and upfront with their customers about what they are offering.

Weve had a great experience with GoRenter! The agent we worked with was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She helped us work through any problems that came up in a very timely fashion. We woud recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend that anyone considering this business take a look at their history as Home America as it changed to GoRenter. Mark Bosworth and brother,were eventually stopped from doing further involvement there, at least publicly. Review law suit (only one person, as far as I know, had funds to take them to court. The rest of us are broke) Some of the same people involved in that terrible business, and that were involved in scamming me, those that prey on innocent victims, are still there as far as I know. I am STILL paying out my life destroyed because of them.Please be careful!

Horrible company to find rentals through. An agent by the name of Ronnelle Korwes was incredibly rude to work with. When we asked why our application was denied, all she said was you did not meet our standards. We would like an explanation of the standards since we paid $70 which was non-refundable to put in applications. And that is all she kept saying, she was very short sentenced through the whole process and not really interested in working with us. This company is a scam and rip off. Stay away and dont waste your money with them.

Stay away, they are crooks and liars. These new owners carolina lopez and charles Kirkland of paradise valley will rob you blind. Owners beware, tenants beware. Leasing agents dhana griffore and Sean queen are liars. Dhana has drug addict daughter always at office asking for money. Seans wife and daughter both are having affairs and he does not care as long as he keeps getting paid from the go renter blood money. All old employees were fired because they would not do what carolina Lopez demanded. They knew they would get in trouble. New maintenance girl is a liar and maintenance guys are not licenced. Stay away seriously. If you think Im lying go by the office and see for yourself. Oh and they have multiple businesses and they never pay taxes or pay their vendors.

I rented from go renter for almost 3yrs when i first moved in to the condo it was dirty really dirty the walls and everything was dirty. i needed a place in a hurry so i just took pictures sent to the agent and then moved in and cleaned the place. I had a good experience until the last month it was a construction zone due to broken pipe leaking it destroyed the floors and walls. I did right by them i even hired a professional cleaning service to clean the unit . Today i got i got a bill from them $222 stating they are keeping my deposit and charging me to paint the place if the place would have been freshly painted when i moved in i could see needing to paint.What ever happened to doing the right thing being honest in business. if you rent from this place make sure you dot your is and cross your ts. They will try to screw you. they did me and i was very understanding living in an place for 6 weeks that was a disaster area and didnt try to make them pay for me to live in a place that was in livable condition.

First I just want to say I never write reviews. I always just read them. We were so scared to rent with Gorenter because of all the bad reviews, but omg they were always super helpful and so nice. We did kind of hate the quarterly inspections and pictures of the house, but if I was a landlord I would appreciate seeing my house and to know its taken care of. It was our first house we rented. We rented it for four years. We were students and we are finally done with school and starting our lives. Were getting a house built and we wanted to do a month to month or a short term lease but unfortunately the owners wanted to sale the house :-(. Gorenter tried there best at seeing if the owners would do a short term and the owners finally agreed but it was too late we had already signed another lease for a different house :-( We went through so much in that house. I had to get on home infusion during pregnancy. It was our sons first house hes lived in (we were in an apartment) He loved climbing the tree in the back and we appreciate the owners allowing us to rent and Gorenter being so kind. So many memories. Since we knew they were going to sale the house we just wanted to go above and beyond on the cleaning, light bulbs, filters, putting smelly good candle things everywhere and yard... as much as we could. For it being a rental for so many years there is only so much we could do but we certainly tried for them. I didnt want any of them to worry so we did just that and we got our deposit back. Big thanks to Alan Fleming for helping us with everything and Rick for always being so friendly when he came out for inspections and pictures. Thanks a bunch!
