I went to get my tire checked at Big O Tire before getting on the road to Washington State. I only had enough money for gas for my trip. I was informed that my tire was not fixable. After traveling across country, I needed an oil change and other things my car needed from a long road trip. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people about mistakes made with oil changes. I decided to do my own research for a place that would be a good fit for me. Big O was the place. They were friendly, informative, did a great job AND reasonably priced. No question about it, I will be going back for all my car’s needs.

Friendly staff, accurately diagnosed a handful of problems, including multiple fuel leaks, brake leak, and preventative service. They were happy to show exactly what happened, why, and what needed to be done to safely repair the vehicle. Great honest shop!

Have been going to Big O for more than a few years now. They have serviced a number of vehicles for us in addition to recommendations we have sent their way. This time they replaced a timing belt along with water pump for us. Situation normal no surprises just great service and value. They have always gone the extra distance for us and most importantly we trust them. There are clearly other choices in the area some being good and one being for lack of a better term awful. Big O tire in Happy Valley saved the day!! We are a boys mentoring nonprofit from Tucson on our way back from Prescott with 10 youth on the bus. We had to fix our severely damaged tire so we could get back home. At first we were quoted a 3-hour wait, which was understandable for a busy Sunday, but would have been very challenging with 10 restless teenage boys. After hearing our situation, they found a way to get us on the road in about 30 minutes!! Ive been going to the Happy Valley Big 0 tires since I moved here 7 years ago and couldnt be happier. Their prices are great but most important their service is outstanding, they are fair and honest and they are open on Sunday. They are a full service shop and have had my brakes, tires, and oil changes all done here.

The store on exit 223 off I-17 in Phienuz AZ- The manager Tyler is the very best. He and the whole staff are very customer oriented. We were in AZ to pick up a camp trailer and pickup my son bought but found out it needed tires & so did the pickup need rear tires. He bent over backwards working with our frustrated schedule to get us on the road so we could get head back to Colorado. The prices were very reasonable. We went with this store after talking to at least 5 other tire stores due the prices and Tylers exceptional help & customer service.

Guys rotating the tires worked like a well trained pit crew competing for the Daytona 500. Great service and friendly staff. Brought my ladies car in and the price was nice and they worked efficiently to get multiple things done in a timely manner. If going for oil change make an appointment as they fill up fast.

All I can say is WOW. This place is seriously the greatest place ever. We had a faulty valve stem that was causing our tire to go flat in minutes. We went to a Firestone two miles from our house that refused to help because they were ‘too swamped’...meanwhile nobody was working at all (I even took a video because I was so astounded that they were doing nothing). So we called Robert here at Big O Tires and he said to come through and that it would be no problem at all. When we got there (10 miles away mind you and we had to re-inflate our tire three times on the way due to Firestone’s negligence) Rob and Mikey looked at our tire and said they could fix it in no time. And they did! They seriously had it fixed in a few minutes. They are amazing people there and they do amazing work. Thank you guys so so much for making our day and weekend great. We will definitely be coming back to them for any of our auto needs. You guys are seriously the greatest. I wish I could rate this with 100 stars because five just isn’t enough. Stellar.

This place is awesome! I am 63 years old and I have had quite a few cars over the years and have been through many repair facilities over that time. Some are great, some are good, and some just need to close their doors (a lot of these already have). I rate this Big-O location better than great, I rate them excellent. Their staff has been very professional, have a sense of humor and laugh at my bad jokes, made recommendations to me and thoroughly explained everything along the way! Their Big-O card allows you to spread your purchase out over 6 or 12 months same as cash depending on the purchase amount. They told me about deals for a set of four tires where I pay for three and got 1 free, did a free brake inspection (not needed at this time) did a full alignment and old change which they heavily discounted. Their receipt shows exactly they did, had pictures of my pre and post alignment. Today I received a text from them asking if everything was done greatly! Overall they did everything I expected and more and at a price that beats the competition. All of my vehicles will be coming here and I highly recommend them to anyone needing tire and or suspension repairs or adjustments.

Took my money, for an alignment and told me I could get a 10% discount at Streets of NY pizza if I tell them I’m a customer of Big O tires. There was nobody in the pizza place yet my alignment was done before my slice of pizza was rewarmed. I took it back they claimed couldn’t align it because the truck had wrong parts. Took back to mechanic he disagreed. Took back to big O and was told couldn’t align it and so I asked for a print out of why. It said things like door handle was broke etc... I’m filing a complaint with the state attorney general’s office, small claims court and BBB.

BIg O has a great price for an oil change which brought me to them. I received great service and the car was done quickly. I also was considering new tires but they told me I didnt have to rush because I had some life on my tires. When it was time, that was the first place I went to for a quote. I did comparison shopping and found two places that were slightly cheaper but felt that I would get better service from Big O. They recommended a great tire for my needs and the installation was seamless. I was treated very well and they did not try to sell me something I didnt need. I recommend you stop in for an automotive need. They are now my go-to for anything automotive.

Convenient to schedule and easy to drop off. They were quick with my oil change and for a fair cost. They also provided a detail quote for work they noticed my car was needing; after further calls to local competitors it seems their prices, including labor averages, is very competitive. My household will continue to use this location and suggest them to our friends and neighbors.

I have used Big O Tires for 20+ years. Used to use the one in Peoria off of 67th and Peoria. Due to moving we started using this location. Still great service usually. This last couple of weeks everytime I call to schedule an oil change I am told there are no time slots available but we could drop our vehicle off and see if they can squeeze it in. Thats usually how the Peoria location worked as well and its never been a problem. When my husband tried to drop off our vehicle to do just that he was told no and had to schedule another week out. Not sure why Im being told one thing and he was told another or why it seems to be an issue now that we cant drop off our vehicle and see if by chance they manage to have some spare time in between scheduled appointments.

We have been coming here for 4 and a half years and this shop has been great every single time. Never had to take my car back after a repair, and they don’t push you to do anything unnecessary. They’re great at notifying me when regular maintenance is coming up too. They’ve done a couple of small things for free for us and they’ve even price matched when we found a better quote somewhere else. Will always bring my car to this shop as long as I’m in Phoenix!

Customer Service is the worst at this location, I called to change an appointment and the person who answered the phone was giving me an attitude about it. He thought because it is busy for them it gives him the right to be condescending on the phone to his customer. I will Never take my vehicles in there again as I don’t appreciate the way they treat people.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’m always happy with the service I receive. I know I’m a pain of a customer because my schedule is always so crazy and I have to go in whenever I get a free second. The guys were crazy busy and still managed to fix my tire and change my oil on short notice. They also provided me a driver (who was so nice and great to talk to) so I didn’t have to wait 2 hours for my car to get worked on. She dropped me off at my house and picked me back up. This past Saturday, my son had an issue with his battery while working at Angry Crab. I thought it was a bad battery but soon discovered it was not starting due to corrosion on the positive terminal. I was able to remove the corrosion but the clamp had worn through. After using a hose clamp to secure the terminal clamp, my son was able to drive to your store and got a mechanic named Javier to check on it. Initial thoughts were having it replaced by Honda if the entire cable needed to be replaced (very expensive option) or possibly replacing the clamp. Javier was able to remove the worn out clamp, clean the copper wire and terminals, find a suitable clamp and successfully fix the issue. He even sprayed a non-corrosion product on both terminals. He spent at least 15+ minutes on the repair. I was expected to pay for his service but he said not to worry about it. I did tip Javier well but it was his customer service that I will remember. I live in the area and will make BigO Tire my car repair store. Javier knows how to provide great customer service. He did an amazing job.

I took my car in for an oil change and 40-point inspection. Everyone was so nice and respectful. The job was done quickly. Almost a week had passed and I noticed my front tire on the driver side was very low. For some reason I was not able to get air into the tire but was able to drive to Big O anyway. I told Robert the problem and he had the tire checked. It had a staple in it. Even though the staple may have punctured the tire sometime after I had taken my car in the previous week, he didnt charge me for the tire repair. Excellent customer service and they have a new returning customer in me!

I have spent at least $4000 at this location in the last 10 years on tires Weatherby my motorhome cars jeeps trailers etc. pulled in there today to have them check the air on the tires on my motorhome that was put on a year ago and they said they could not put air in them because there was no valves them extensions baloney they have there customer service is very bad the Assistant manager that I talk to was absolutely no help the manager was not there the employee that he stood up for should not be employed they have now lost my business and yes I am a businessman myself

Fair prices for tires,but staff is rude and in my opinion really do not want to deal with customers . Its like you are interfering with what they are doing.

Every time I go into a Big O I get great and fast service! This one in Happy Valley was especially good! I was on the highway and my tire shredded and I called ahead, Matthew took the call and assured me he could get it all taken care of! I showed up, got approved for the snap financing, and Matthew answered all my questions and got my truck into the shop super quick. He recommended helpful advice on keeping my tires safe to drive on, and was patient and efficient with the transaction. Meanwhile, while Matthew was taking care of my situation, Michael was being super nice to my dog and petting him! Its so nice being here with people who actually care! MyMy dog loved Michael! Time is money!I saved about $50 on a set of 4 Nitto’s versus Discount Tire but every time I stop in for a simple rotation it’s 1.5 to 2 hours wait time and they don’t offer appointments for rotations. I would rather spend the extra $50 to get in & out at Discount Tire.
