After sharing my concerns through their website they did offer to redo the detail. They did an excellent job the 2nd time around.I’ll give them five stars when they figure out how to deliver top tier quality without requiring a return trip.Here is a tip- don’t over sell your ability to perform.You will pay full price for half the quality of work.The salesman must get paid the most, the wash and detail techs likely paid the least.It shows as sales talks a good game but production cannot deliver.Sure the detail manager tried his hardest to compensate for his failure of a workforce. I’m at an impasse, you will never get what you pay for.Dirty wheels, dirty windows, bugs in the grill, debris on the floor…terrible.

I’ve been coming to Jackson’s car wash since I moved to Phoenix in 2014 and used to go about twice a week when I live at Solaris down the street. Recently I got a new car and they were able to quickly and easily transfer my account which was super helpful.Although, I mostly just get the express wash I will occasionally get my car detailed has always been great. I’ve recommended Jackson’s to a number of friends who continue to go there. The staff is always friendly and super helpful.I think the biggest win was when they helped my friend deep clean his brand new BMW (had it < 2 days) from a sick Lyft passenger at the detailing price. I went to this car wash today to get a car wash and oil change Chris came up and showed me what my fluid look like in my transmission obviously it was due to be changed as I watch them through the window they did a really good job they were very nice to me and they didnt waste no time they got the job done very promptly they take a rider that wrote up the oil change was very explainative and very proper I would recommend this place to anyone and Im going to especially my family thank you guys

I brought my car in on a Sunday for a detail. Was told it was going to be a while but I was happy to leave it, not a problem. Called to check on the car and was told it would be ready at four. Came by at 4:30 to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. The team looked like they were getting killed, super busy. But Jorge was so sweet and professional about the whole thing. He was really apologetic and definitely went that extra mile to make it up. It was obvious these guys were working with a short staff, but they were still working really hard to do a great job on everybody’s cars. Great job guys!

Ive been going to this car wash for several years. For the past year, possibly more, the quality of the service and the cleaning of the vehicle has gone way down. It seems like theyre more concerned about replacing my windshield than cleaning my car. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to go home and clean the car myself after theyve run it through their system. I upgraded to the Ultimate Car Wash, thinking that that they would spend more time and cleanit better, how wrong was I. Its just easier to do it myself, they dont ever get it clean. Im not sure what they vacuumed Im not sure that they even wiped the tire rims I know they didnt even wipe the dashboard after a $40 car wash. Save your money.

Awesome please for oil change and brakes but I have a very bad experience for a car wash my las visit... I left my car for oil change and they giving a free car wash iff u want .. so I never take it because I dont like the shiny products they use on Dashboards and special on Wells ... I just have a nice new rims on my car .. and now thanks to the shiny products they use on it . Looks like a pice off SSHhhhh but I still give 5 stars for maintenance.. oil change,transmission fluid, purging the radiator 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Watch out what you have in your car when you take it here. I had a bracelet that was a family heirloom from my grandmother in a compartment in a small jewelry case inside my driver’s side door pocket. I was taking it to get it cleaned for my wedding when I decided I should get my oil changed as it was overdue. Someone who was part of the team that worked on my car opened the jewelry case and stole the bracelet and a necklace. I realized the next morning and immediately called the car wash. The girl who answered the phone was appalled and let me know they do have cameras throughout the garage and assured me they would take action against the staff who was responsible. But the managers were less helpful. They said they looked back at the cameras but could not identify what had happened and basically told me no one took it. I am extremely disappointed and will never return here again (I was a regular). I don’t even care who took it but am really upset that the bracelet was stolen and will not be able to be replaced.

My car was washed 3 times and still didnt have the interior wiped down. I purchased the VIP wash. I pointed out dust on the dash twice before it was cleaned. The rest of the interior door panels still didnt get wiped down . I ended up giving up and leaving after spending an hour there.

STAY AWAY! The service is unbelievably terrible. I took it for an oil change and upgraded to the full service car wash, and first the guy that did the oil change and checked the fluids convinced to change the power steering fluid because it was the wrong one, claiming that my car needed the clear fluid instead of the red, so I agreed to pay the $80 for it...well thank goodness for Google because a quick search into my cars make and model confirmed that my car had the correct fluid to begin with, because it needed the red kind; I was able to run down to tell them to double check because every info I found said he was wrong, so he checked to made sure and confirm he was wrong. Then, when they called my name to tell me my car was done and ready, as soon as I looked inside, my car hadnt been vacuum at all, it was full of crumbs everywhere (mom to a toddler here), so it wasnt that they missed a little something, basically the people in charge of vacuuming didnt even look inside my car at all. The people who do the last wipe down, who wiped down the board totally missed it too, along with several spots on the outside that were still dirty after they supposedly cleaned it. When I pointed out the mess still in my car, they sent me back to the people who vacuum, so I went and asked to talk to the manager, the car wash manager was there and when I showed him the mess, hes demeanor wasnt great customer service, but at least he called the vacuums. They did vacuum the immediately noticeable parts/areas of my car, like the front and the passenger seat...and I shouldve checked everything to make sure it was done right this time but I wrongly assumed given the initial mistake , that they would put special emphasis on making sure it was done right...well, 2hrs later, after not using my car since and absolutely no one seating in the back seat, I happened to look back and its full of crumbs still!! They didnt even look in the back the second time! I am so livid seriously. I hope everyone saves themselves the trouble and disappointment and just stays away from this place!!!!

I enjoy the Highland Ave. location. Service is excellent and the workmanship is very good. The waiting area inside is pleasant and has many interesting things to buy, and the staff is nice. I buy greeting cards there because they have an outstanding selection of very good cards by less common card brands (i.e., not the ordinary brands you see in drug and grocery stores).

The manager Chris and I spoke this morning. He is sharp, knowledgeable and I appreciate his work ethic. Also , all the other employees are terrific and their willingness to exceed expectations is marvelous. Hard working men with great attitudes is hard to come by. Kudos to this location!

Just bought a car and swung it by to clean it up , Chris is a cool guy , understands the love I have for my car and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Went there yesterday 08/14/2021 paid $20 for a basic wash and once we came home we saw all the spots they missed in just wiping it down after going through the wash itself there were so many that we had to go back over the entire car plus the inside of the windows werent touched , basic wash or not it shouldnt matter which one is chosen that the level of service should be the same. If that is the case Ill pay the $3.00 at the ones where you dry and wipe down myself, and then if there is a spot missed its on me

All the services were good. Oil change was fast. Detail was fast. My Car was in and out in no time.

I just got my drivers license and took my car to get a wash and the experience i had here was spectacular thanks to Kimberly. She was very helpful and answered any questions of mine. I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends to come here.

My recent experience was the poorest I have ever received. I was very disappointed.I had paid for a details car wash, and once I got to my appointment they suggested that I paid for a service that need to be done before the details wash (another $150) which I did.Upon return to pick my car, there some scratches on my car and on top of that they lost my CAR MATS. They told me to come back the next day for it and I waited for an hour and they could not find my mat.The only message I got from the facility manager who unfortunately was very incompetent was to go home and they will contact me once they found my mat... Its been over a month and I have not been contacted yet.This was the worst customer service I have received from a facility manager. For the owner, as a customer we will appreciate if you can write a script for your facility manager to follow on how to resolve customer issue. Especially when you lose their stuffs.Thank you,

Yesterday i came in early in the morning the cashier Kim was really kind and everything at the car wash went very well from start to finish a guy name xavier was the last one to help before i left great guy.

This was my first time into Jackson’s car wash and man it DID NOT disappoint! They were absolutely fantastic and fast too. I walked in for like what it seemed like 5 minutes and came right back out. Amazing jobs. Especially Kimberly! She checked me out and there were complications with my card that took me a bit to sort out but she was really patient the whole time and keep a smile the whole time!

Great price on oil and fast service! Kim was also very professional and respectful.

I originally came here for an oil change and car wash but ended up getting a full detail for an amazing price! I was blown away. They also checked my transmission fluid for me which needed to be changed. I bought a new air filter before coming and they were kind enough to replace it too. I really enjoyed the people. Carlos and Chris were so friendly and easy to talk to. I also liked all the items they had in their shop. I browsed and bought a cute coffee mug which I had a fun conversation about with the cashier Yolanda. I think I found my favorite place for my car needs.

Dont stop here is gas is what you need. The car wash blocks all of the gas pumps with detailed cars. I asked for one to be moved because I was completely out and had to get gas here. When I asked, they advised me to go park at a different pump in a spot not big enough for my car (that was also blocked by detailed cars) rather than them move one car that was blocking ALL of the pumps. This is a gas station and people should be able to get gas.

I have gone to this particular Jacksons location for about 3 years now. At the beginning, they used to do a great job getting the cars cleaned and vacuumed. As time has progressed (Not sure if there was a change of ownership or management) the washes have gotten increasingly worse. The most recent experience I have had with them is getting my 2 cars detailed. We dropped the cars off in the morning, was told we would get a call around 12:00 or 1:00 to pick them up. By 5:00 PM we had gotten no call, so we called them and then were told the cars have been done but nobody called us. Strike one. By the time we got there, I asked for the keys to the cars. The attendant had walked in, but I guess had somehow forgot what he was doing and never brought the keys. I spoke to someone else who did finally bring the keys, and when we checked out the cars, the detail was laughable. There were streaks all over, water dripping spots down the sides of both cars, the car did not look as if it was even vacuumed. (Keep in mind they had the car for 8 hours). I spoke to the managers who said to bring it back in- which we did not. We ended up taking it somewhere else to get it done correctly. Would not recommend at all in their current state, find somewhere else that will do the job right.

A couple of weeks ago had some service done to my car and got a complimentary car wash. My service there is always great and so well priced. Also think this was the best full car Wash Ive ever had -even there. New manager by the name of Carrie seems to be very Hands-On and always checking everything. I highly recommend them!

Melissa and her son worked hard to get the job done, although the effort was there many things were over looked my floor mats were put in wet became smelly having to redo my ceramic coating package I purchased. Hopefully my car will look great after the second application. Management is lacking communication.

Very prompt courteous service the car washes are awesome they do every detail you need I had recently an oil change which was supposed to have all the fluids topped off and the tires air pressure checked but I was not pleased with this because it needed transmission fluid and antifreeze so those were not done

I contacted the management and let them know of my poor experience. The management on duty, Chris, stated he would return my call to let me know their plan of action and no one ever called me back. Poor service, poor management - avoid like the plague (or Covid)

This Is a great guy and I use to go to the Jacksons by pv mall and when he worked there but then he disappeared one day . Glad to see him , still humble as ever. I was just a little bit grumpy about the difficulty of scheduling in a detail service I had paid for with a car wash but ran out of time to complete. I finally got my truck in to them today and it was worth the wait. My little work truck with over 200K miles on it looks like it has a whole new interior. They did a great job, I feel like I got more than my moneys worth. Thank ypu!!!

This place is a joke. From start to finish it took them one hour and 45 minutes for a simple VIP car wash. Several cars that showed up after me were finished 45 minutes before mine was done. So if you want to waste 2 hours of your day for a below par car wash, this place is for you.

The cashier Kimberly was very professional and I was easily able to pay for my car wash. It was a quick and easy visit Id definitely go back to the store at a later date.

Heard some good things about this car wash from a friend and figured Id take my car in for its first detail. Bought one of their more premium detail packages and I can confidently say it was not at all worth it. It took 3 hours and nearly $200 to get a poor quality wash as they totally forgot to clean the front of my car from the looks of it.

What a great experience at this location!! I was able to schedule a windshield replacement, which I needed, had my oil changed at a reasonable price and needed a small repair which they did at no charge and received a coupon for a free car wash!! Everyone was really nice and easy to work with and Yolanda at the register was super friendly. Ill be going back for a detail and to sign up for a monthly was plan next week.

I went to Jacksons Car Wash this past Saturday for a wash and wax. They were running behind, so had to leave before they got to the wax. They told me I could just come back later for that, which was fine by me. But when I got home, I discovered they had damaged my floor mats by breaking the locks used to anchor them in place. I went back today to explain what happened and to show them the damage, but I didnt ask for any compensation ---- all I wanted was a refund for the wax I never got. They acknowledged the damage, but refused to give me a refund --- even though I didnt get the service I paid for. This was surprising and upsetting, given the reasonableness of my request under the circumstances. Needless to say, I will never go back again.

Always bring my cars here to get serviced. Great customer service. Kimberly is always helpful.

Took my new car off the lot to them and they stained my seats the first time I went in. They washed my seats completely, as they should. I got the monthly pass. Two months later they do it again and refuse to clean the seats in the same manner. I emailed the email on there page and sent all the pictures I had and got no reply. Went back a few more times and even went to other locations describing what happened. One manager said hed help me free of charge. He did a little spot treatment with a bottle and brush, I tipped him ten for his time and when it dried the stain had become bigger and now had streaks of yellow in it. Definitely do not recommend. They act like its normal for the workers to spill things on your seats and refuse to do what they should to clean it up. Mind you the first time it happened it took them 15 minutes max to shampoo the seat they had stained.

Do not go to this car wash. They will steal from your car and deny it. I brought my Jeep in for a detail, came back to find the poorly done detail and my items stolen. I’ll be going back tomorrow to try to get money for a new pair of AirPods, but I’m sure that’s unlikely. Poor service and garbage detailing. They’re trying to push a ton of cars and they cut quality. Go with a good mobile retailer or save your money.

I was stranded across the street at trader joes in Phoenix as a passerby. How lucky was I to have been right across the street to a tire/mechanic shop. I came over to ask how to restart my battery since I didnt have cables, etc. I had luck on my side when I ran into Kari who was working on another vehicle. I asked her what I should do in this situation, to which she responded, if you give me 10 minutes, I can come over and take a look at it. She boosted my battery with, get this, ✨her own car✨My face lit up: a smile from ear to ear, filled with relief (considering Im going up to the grand canyon (and later on to the Rockies) and it would have been hell to get stranded up there -though I could think of worse places 😅)Kari saved the day with such a calming energy and just pretty much saved my life. No one ever came back to the phone. called another location was referred back to this location. Will not be using their services, since they cant provide adequate customer service****After owner response***That is not correct the website only provided basic information and directed me to call. No need to respond if you cant provide valid information!

Been going there for the past year to get my oil change. I normally get the express so I can be in and out. I went today and the lady gave me a different price then I normally pay. I asked when did the price go up she said about a year ago. So I called her out on it and even pulled out receipts from the past year. She couldn’t say anything. I even asked her so you can’t honor a price for someone that comes here every two months and she said no that’s not how this works. I mean come on now. Never again!!!

However we are very upset with the poor quality of the detail, clean, and buff. We chose the top $300 package and were promised results that were not delivered.First, we came back and noticed that the door handle was damaged and pulled away from the car. Most of the windows were covered in smudges and not cleaned on the inside. The car mirrors were not washed and had dirt that could be easily wiped away with a washcloth, but we expected this to already be done for the price we paid. There were many areas inside that had drip marks from the cleaning solution and the entire dashboard is covered in the oil/polsih that makes it very greasy to touch.The lady inside was did not even acknowledge us when we asked for a manager. She looked straight down and did not respond after making eye contact with us. We were also not given a receipt with what has been done/cleaned on our car.Zack, the detail manager spoke to us and made us feel better when he let us know that we could come back and re-clean the car. He was very professional and acknowledged the mishandling of our vehicle.If it was a $50-$100 clean we would be happy, but we are dissappointed in the lack of service for the price we paid.

They didnt do a good job of cleaning my friends car. They over charged her, and the job was what I would call, halfassed..trash was still in the car, then there was this oder that lingered for a couple of days from whatever chemicals they used. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I feel people can clean there own cars better than this place would

Ive never gone to this location and left happy, but this last experience has made me swear off Jacksons forever. When the sales people who work on commission cant manage to trick you into buying things you dont need, they just break your property. I replaced my windshield wipers on my own a few weeks before getting my oil changed here, and the sales person tried convincing me that they needed to be replaced. I politely declined, and when I left, the rubber on both my windshield wipers were ripped off. They also did this on a day that it was scheduled to rain incredibly hard, so I guess if you can look past the concept of them putting your life at risk for a sale then go ahead and take the chance. This also wasnt the first time that I suspected them of breaking something, this was just the fist time that I had enough circumstantial evidence to safely assume what happened. None of the employees wear masks and the men who work in the shop are incredibly rude.

I got the VIP wash despite the relentless attempt to upsell me to the 40 dollar carwash. Waited for 30ish minutes and got my car back still filthy. The guy who gave my keys back threw up his arms and was like we did our best even though it was apparent they didnt touch any surface of the car past running it through the automatic wash. I went in for a refund and spoke with the manager who explained that the VIPsexterior and interior wash only included the dashboard and door tops? Well it was still dusty in my car and the new car scent they put in smelled like a fart. David the manager told me he cant give a refund but he can give me another wash tied to my license plate but honestly I dont think I want to go back ever. My car is covered with car spots and drips of yellow gunk, that would have come off with a single wipe off a damp rag. So now I have to go over the car myself. So to summarize I PAID 25 DOLLARS SO I COULD DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM. Never coming back, and telling all my friends to just take it to a gas station car wash because thats just as good with no false advertising, its much cheaper, and you know what to expect.

Wow.. it took about 20+ minutes in line before a person even talked to me: then it took about an hour for my car to come back to me. The prices are ridiculous too. They charge $15 to clean the mats inside, which they forgot to do. I had to remind them to clean the big mat in the back of the car. When I got the car back it was still filthy!! Here are some pictures. I am still shocked at the shoddiness of the job, both in time and quality. Like I’m still in denial a place can spend so many time and effort being terrible.

After being washed our car sat and sat while other cars got dried and finished. While our car just sat and dried on its own. Not cool

They helped me with a big mess my children made in my car . Service was great and so was the cashier.

I decided to give this place a try. Big mistake! As you can see on my receipt I ordered the works which includes vacuum, interior and window cleaning. Left the place with a bad taste in my mouth. Windows were not fully cleaned, the interior was definitely not even looked at, but the vacuum was the worst. I understand I didn’t pay for stains, but goodness all my car needed was a vacuum. I am better off going to Clean Freaks. I did speak to some gentlemen about it and Gus said he would take care of it. Thing is I waited an hour, and I didn’t have time to stay to get it fix. He offered a free car wash next time which was very kind of him. It is not about getting a FREE car wash. It is about customer service and doing the job correctly the first time. No thank you, I will not be returning for a FREE car wash nor any service.

I have been a customer for a long time with a monthly drive through subscription. Used very little the past 15 months, but continued to pay as i felt a good gesture with the decrease in business with COVID. The past 3 to 4 times my drive through sticker on window has not worked electronically. Had to wait for someone to come and manually scan my inside door. This time decided on full wash. The trash was not emptied, 2 little batteries were left on dash-(dont know where they came from), windshield still had bugs on it, vacumming inside poorly done, mats still had dirt in them hazard lights on, etc. Attendant did not wait for me to enter my car and check if all okay. He ran right to next car so noone nearby when I got in my car which I did promptly. Gave him a tip before I got in and whosh he was gone. Not at all worth the $30.00 + tip. Canceling my monthly membership.

They took $349.98 of my money without giving me any services! I was told on the 9th I would have my car polished, interior work, smoothing out the scratches for the 12th of March. When I arrived, they didnt remember my appointment nor were they ready for me. They claimed their computers were down. With having an appointment, they didnt even bother to call me, to save me a trip. I gave them my phone number again, to call me when their computer problem was solved! They never called me. So I asked for a refund becuz I didnt get what I paid for, they wouldnt refund me! So now, I am speaking to my bank and an attorney to get my funds back!! Who knew these people were a scam? To take money for nothing!!!

Latovia has exceptional customer service and was more than helpful at the HIGHLAND location. JACKSONS washes all my cars and I would not go anywhere else.
