Its a stripped down version of itself!! I understand the pandemic has changed everything, but this establishment is stripped down to the bare necessities! Not even comfortable to sit inside while waiting for your vehicle! No fish tank, no televisions not even the small gifts that were abundant! I understand it used to be a Jacksons car wash, but use this place as a last resort when I dont have time to go to a self serve drive thru car wash

This place is shady. They did an air filter change on a RAV4 before I bought it. I paid $100. 50 miles later, check engine light came on. Took to my mechanic and they determined it was throwing a Mass Airflow Sensor error because of a vacuum line that wasnt properly seated after the air filter was changed out. I call Bell Auto Spa and they argue with me and refuse to refund me or pay for my mechanic bill due to an error from their mechanics. Ridiculous, dishonest business taking no responsibility for their mistake.

Such painfully slow service! Me and 4 other cars waited 15 minutes after pulling up before someone even came out to process us. Over an hour for a basic car wash. And they closed their bathrooms down! Who does that?!

Service was absolutely fantastic... until I went to pay for it and realized that I had left my debt card in the center console of my van. When I went back to get it, it was no longer there. I checked my bank account and lo and behold, a bunch of vending machine charges that I didnt make! The employees are crooks. I didnt want to assume the worst when I came to this place, but it looks like my first instict wasnt too harsh of a judgment after all... employ honest people for Gods sake.

Been using Bell Auto Spa for several years. Seems pricey but the service has always been acceptable.This time, lots of new faces. I got a distinct feeling we have new owners/management or both.New tech in the oil bay and new counter help. Both seemed lost... not to mention the greeter who misquoted prices (which I knew was wrong so dont know if he misspoke or just didnt know)Anyway, finished oil change and wash. I was charged separately which was a giveaway (not to mention wash has always been included with oil change) WhenI got the car, every adjustable item on my car was changed... lights, seats, mirrors... then I get error light on tire pressure but fortunately they are next to discount so I got air and the light eventually went off.I have come to accept $120 for an oil change considering 8 quarts of synthetic but if I am going to spend that much I should feel comfortable it was done right. Nothing in this experience to justify that.I wont be back.

If I had the chance to choose a different place I would have. I wanted to get my car cleaned out and when I asked for what service the recommended they said VIP. After the car was finished I noticed that it had a very pungent air freshener. Went to find it, because I thought it was the kind that was under the seat. Turns out it’s a spray. So beware if you get headaches or are sensitive to smells. The outside of the car looked good so that’s why I gave 2 stars. My real issue is with the cleanliness of the car. I expected the VIP package to come with vacuuming. When I got in the car I noticed that they only vacuumed the floor mats. The car looked like it hadn’t been touched. I went back and asked for them to re vacuum the car and once again he just did the driver sides mat. So I just took the vacuum and did it myself. Had I known that was going to be the case I would have just done it all myself. No one offered to make it right and just kind of looked at me like “not my problem” not great customer service. That’s a real bummer

I would not recommend this place. My car had lots of dog hair after a trip we took, we were told they would do the ‘best they could’ in removing the hair. Had to spend 1 1/2 hrs once we got home removing the dog hair. The back window of the Jeep never got cleaned. Console inside & dash still full of dirt.

Car wash was the best I have had in a long time, all cup holders wiped, extra care to the detail, armor all, great experience, took a little long, but it was well worth!!

Lots of hidden fees until the end. $40 oil change turned to 120 real fast. Never coming back

Service is absolutely terrible now that it is not Jackson’s. The kid at the drive through wash was on his phone the entire time and then pulled a car up one foot behind us, almost hitting us. We had to return because the back of the car was still full of dirt and when we did, the same kid completely ignored us. We waited for five minutes while he took other cars in front of us and eventually had to call inside to get help. Terrible service. Will not be returning, so disappointing. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.

DONT EVER COME HERE! They will mess your car up. Took my car in for a full service detail and the car came out with my display completely black and not working. It was clearly working before taking it in here. Manager says there’s nothing they can do about it. AVOID IF YOU CAN PLEASE.

Will never go back. Horrible job cleaning, I recleaned myself and used a bag full of clorex wipes they were filthy. Paid extra for mats to be cleaned. A child would have done a better job. There is no zero on here. 1 point is too high

Brandon and Nate did a killer job. I have an AWD that gets used up north regularly and carries 4 dogs, but you’d never be able to tell after they finished up.Not only does it get used hard and put away, but it was loaned to my mom who decided to add some desert pinstriping to it and they were able to get that out of there, which means they basically repaired the relationship as well 💪🏻I couldn’t recommend them any more than I do, they did a damn good job and I’ll be back.

My rating for Bell Auto Spa is five stars. The customer service I experienced was great, the wait time was short and the detailing of my truck was superb. I will most certaintly be back. Major thank you to Alex for you great customer service, my truck looks like it is fresh off the dealership lot!!

D-. Paid for the VIP service but not impressed. They didnt even clean the car. Door jams not wiped down, dirty console, and inside window not clean. The guy apologized and I waited any additional 10 minutes while they completed the job. I started to drive away and thats when I saw the windows were still dirty. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Waste of money! I went for a detail service and I showed them the problem areas and they said it was simple and they could do it. My car was still dirty and when I showed them the issue, they went back at it but they did nothing. I spent over $100 and I was very disappointed. I was expecting more. Very sad

I was treated with the utmost respect, treated as though I was their favorite customer.Everyone I spoke with was very informative and and patient. I normally wash my own car and this place is why. I paid 25 dollars to leave irritated. First the guy up front tried to sell me a detail for 119. Which I was considering but wanted to see the kind of work they did first. Glad I did! I got to my car, the front was still covered in bugs. My bottom panel wasnt even touched. I had finger print on my back windows. The guy said it wasnt going to be perfect but damn I was at least expeting it to be clean! It was far from! I called the manager and he sounds irritated to have to do his job. Said supervisors should be checking the cars before they are given back. Well I can assure you that they did not. I wont be going back here. I was offered a new wash for free but Im not gonna waste my time to leave irritated again. I would get a better job done by my 8 and 3 year old.

Payed for the VIP service, the one that says 30 min. Went to eat lunch near by and returned 45 min later. Car was still being worked on, or so I thought. I sat down outside a e with everyone else and waited until I realized no one had touched my car in the 15 min I been waiting. I walked over, got in my car and drove off. Not a single person questioned me or even cared.Guaranteed I will never return. It was bad enough I payed all that money for a wash but I was stupid enough to leave a tip on my cc.Pics show the pathetic job they did.Its worth noting this isnt the first time Ive had issues with this car wash and the owner always responds to reviews with useless lip service yet nothing ever changes.

This business is absolutely unprofessional. Upon checking my car they told me they could do an oil change and it would add no extra time. Or nothing beyond 15 minutes. They also offered to change the cabin filter. First I went to my van and none of the items that were supposed to be included in the wash had been done. The inside was not wiped and there was junk everywhere. I let them know and they started to redo it. The oil change guy comes over and tells me they don’t have an cabin filter to replace it. OK fine. He then proceeds to take my credit card for payment and hold it for over 15 minutes because he said Wi-Fi was off. I finally get in my car and it says no key fob. No apologies. They tell me that I have obviously put it somewhere. Now we’re going on an hour.They keep telling me to calm down and can’t find the key fob anywhere. Eventually it is found. I have never gone to a car wash that displayed such lack of professionalism, follow through andquality. Additionally, there is zero mask enforcement.It seemed like nobody knew what was going on. But they made sure that I knew none of it was their fault.

I had been a longtime Superstar Carwash customer until recently. (5 years) Now due to convenience I made the switch to Jackson. (Superstar is awesome too!) I have always had the best wash I could get so here it was the $40/month. I love that it gives me the opportunity to go Express when I have no time to do the full service VIP wash. But when I do, they do a great job inside and out with a great selection of scents. The real big point I like, they are partnered with Shell. Which is the only gas I use in my car and its $0.20 off ever gallon with my VIP wash! Making this my one stop for my cars needs. Its also right next door to the place I will forever go for tires.. Discount tire! Once Im outside of warranty covered oil changes I will be also using this place for that!Oil Change Update:So I ended up getting my oil change done here after all. This due to my car dealership being so busy Id have to drive it way past its due mileage and date to get it done.. not gonna happen.So in addition to the fuel discounts every time you fill up going through VIP they also give you the best prices for oil changes AND $10 off. Perfect.But timing.. wow! I will NEVER, no matter if its free, get an oil change done at my dealer! The whole process - Gas, oil change and VIP wash took maybe around 30 minutes in comparison to some of my worst experiences taking 3 hours!Satisfied customer! 😎

-10 . Horrible service. Absolutely the worst hand wash ever ! They destroyed my black paint on my brand new truck . I watched In horror as they tried to smear dirt off that they missed well washing it . After arguing with the rude kid that it was just scratching my paint they rewash it in a rush and looks just as bad as it did when I brought it in ,if not worst . Save your paint and money and take it somewhere else.

As such, Im dropping this down to one star.ORIGINAL POST: I have gone to this car wash multiple times and normally get great service. Not today.I asked for “The Works.” My car was left not vacuumed. I had to prompt the car person to put spray and the car simply did not look clean.It wasn’t until I arrived back at my office that I realized they had also managed to break off a piece of the interior plastic that belongs on my car door.It’s one thing to give a less than satisfactory car wash. It’s quite another to damage another persons property.

I went in today to have my car cleaned and they did a horrible job. I left with my car even more dusty then when I went there and they broke my glove compartment 🙄 I called to complain and they put me on hold for 20 min and never returned to the phone.

They did a horrific job of cleaning the inside and outside of my Jeep. Absolutely not worth the $30 I spent. Have to go home and clean it myself. Extremely disappointed

I paid for the hand waxing service and polish and they did a terrible job. I had to have them redo multiple spots on it and the guy said “we usually circle them so we know what spots to do” I replied so I’m paying for the whole car so you can only do certain spots? He then backtracked saying “we do the whole thing but especially those marked locations.” It didn’t look like they did it at all. Then I had to bring my vehicle back because it was covered in grass in the back still, they left sticky stuff all on the back doors that they missed, and a window in the back wasn’t even wiped down. They had the nerve to try and say I did that in the 2 hours I was gone. I wish I could share photos of the awful job they did for almost $100. I will never use them again. The managers said they would talk to the employee blatantly refusing to clean more but the damage is already done. I’ll go anywhere else.

I love this place! Their discounts are amazing! Cashiers are wonderful. I love talking with the guys out front. And when my truck is done they always do a once over to make sure I get the wash I paid for. Amazing full service wash thats for sure!

Best car wash place in the valley in my opinion. I’m always more than satisfied with how my car looks and the service overall. Rich is my favorite. He always goes above and beyond to make every experience a great one. I drive for a living so keeping my car looking great is a must, inside and out. This place is my go-to.

I came in to buy a fast pass. I stood at the register for 20-30 minutes because they could not figure out how to ring it up. Finally they charged me $20 and told me “next month on the 10th you will be charged the full $30” I said sounds great. They put 2 fast pass stickers in my car and washed it. Today 4 days later I went to get it washed and they refused my service. They said I was not signed up and the only way I could get a wash is if I paid an additional $30 for a new fast pass. No! I ready paid for this service. I left without a wash and will never come back. Terrible terrible terrible.

It is so great to do business people when I know they don’t only care for my car but they care for me as well. Coming here over the past week has been such a great experience all thanks to Mikey the manager. Please don’t waste your time with other carwashes make this place your number one stop they will take great care of you your car will look great you will feel great and what more could anyone else ask for?!?!

Bad car wash. $18.99 for the car wash and $10 for a mud charge. I was expecting a clean car but they forgot to clean a lot of the inside. I asked for new car scent but they forgot it.

I have always been worried about when I go to oil an lube shops for maintenance. It’s very hard for me to trust anyone. But going here I feel better knowing that Jack Goes out of his way to Assure me about the maintenance on my Nissan. I get the best service at half the cost if I would go to a Nissan dealership. I would rather drive 35 mins out of my way an go here cause of Jack an the guys always making me feel like I’m being taking care of so is my car. I will always recommend jack an the guys here.

At first I hated it here I always had oil leaks from leaving thinking they did something bad but NO the mechanic took us down an showed us the works and why there was left over residue and personally cleaned the excess. He went much farther then he needed to to satisfy us but were more than happy and will still continue to come back to see Bobby for his kindness.

Im Blown away! Alex and his team did an AMAZING job breathing live back into my car. I had lent my car to a family member and it had just been completely trashed, and I thought it was beyond the point of return. To my amazement, I was astonished at how well the the detailing team was able to resurrect my jeep to almost brand spanking new! Thank you guys for the hard work and effort. He saved my business as I have been going to this car wash for 15 years through several owners. They do a great job on my vehicles and I strongly recommend them. They are fast and efficient.

This place is an utter joke! Almost 2 hours for a car wash. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when they say it would take approximately 30 min. Sure, maybe they were understaffed, maybe they have lackadaisical workers. No matter the reason, it’s just poor business etiquette. My review is actually zero stars, but I unfortunately can’t choose that option on Google. I don’t plan on returning only to have this place suck even more of my money and time away. This is about the automated car wash. Sometimes the service is ok sometimes terrible! Lately it has been bad. The did not hand dry my car which they used to and only pre-washed left side of the car. Vacuums are mostly broken. Don’t recommend this place.

No longer JACKSONS CAR WASH, now BELL RD. AUTO SPA & DETAILING.Average full service wash, a little pricey and always seems to be a long wait here. Good for quick oil changes though!

Paid too much for a half done wash that was supposed to be the ultimate top tier and hand wax.... hair, dirt and dust still inside and bug guys still left on the windshield.... not impressed

Friendly staff and a great carwash. Never been disappointed. And I’ve never had to wait for an unreasonable time for my car to get washed.

The absolute worst car wash and oil change I have ever had. I paid for an oil change and VIP wash. When they did the oil change they left the rubber cover for the interior air filter off and sitting on my dash. The guy finishing the hand drying and detail didnt even mention it, just left it. There was no treatment for the bugs. Left all the bug guts on the front of the car. I had to ask that the interior back seat be treated with the leather protectant. Mud was still left on the back door. He didnt even wipe the dust from the front of the stereo. I had to return because I had no idea what that rubber thing was that was left on my dash. Never again!

Went through the Express Wash. The man guiding me onto the track was a bit distracted and I wasnt on the track quite right. He said just go forward. My back tire fell into the track and damaged my hubcap and wheel. Wont be returning.

Nate and jawaun killed it on my car. 4 different car washes said simple grime on my door leather couldnt be removed not only did they clean it without mentioning it but they got all my dogs fur out. 5 star place

I paid for VIP Wash and everything that was too be done was not done properly. Only 30 percent was done on my Equinox. I will never go to them again. If it was able to put a half star it would be done.

Got the VIP done today. The workers didnt do a good job/ no job. Still hair and grass all over the floors. Smudge Marks all over, didnt get the shine armor done through the car. Also the car smelt when I got in the car. The radio was turned up so high, good thing my speakers didnt blow out. I never have my stero up that loud. Also the driver seat was way up to the steering wheel.

Payed 65 dollars to get the inside and outside of my car washed. When I got it back, there was dirt on the outside of my vehicle still and they shampooed the carpet except for the carpet between the 2nd and 3rd row seats and the plastic and the hatch door was still covered in dirt. Took them 2 hours to do a job that should take maybe an hour. Complete waste of my time and money. I will never go back to a Jacksons car wash knowing these are the employees they hire and the terrible work ethic is shown when you get inside the vehicle and the job they got payed to do is only half done.

Tone the manager is awesome! He fixed a problem that I had when I got a car wash and made it look immaculate. He definitely went the extra mile with his customer service. As for the cleaner before hand I complained about I didn’t get his name, but he’s tall with glasses and didn’t seem to take pride in his work.Thanks again Tone!

Paid 200 dollars to get fully detailed last Saturday. They had it all day. when we got it back there was still dirt under the seats that lift up all the way across. Wax all over the truck still. Dirt on the back bumper on the truck and leaves still on it. Windows were spotty and never cleaned. It was just all around dirty. The truck when we took it was not that dirty just casual dirt from getting in and out and dust that collects over time. Took it back showed them all of they cleaned up some but not all> DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK save you money.

I was hesitant to take my Maserati there but after talking to the guy I decided to give it a chance. Im happy I did. Everyone was very polite and they seemed to take pride in their work. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. Im sure the other Jacksons car wash locations would do a good job but Im only going to return to this location because of the quality job and the way they treated me.

I bought a used dark blue, 2014 Ram 2500 with 35k miles. From 30 feet it looks nice, but when you get up close you can tell the original owner rode it hard and never washed it, (lots of scratches and hazy paint). I had it detailed twice and neither time could they get all the scratches out. Plus, the last time the detailer left swirls. I was very disappointed and was about to accept that the paint was just worn out. That was when I met Luis at Jackson’s Car Wash on 3rd Ave and Bell. He assured me he could get the swirls out and make the paint come back to life. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my truck. It looks literally brand new. Maybe better than brand new, as I can see a deep, mirror reflection in my paint and it is so shiny that I have wear my sunglasses every time I drive. Thank you Luis! Excellent work. I will be back.

Really should listen to reviews. Ive tried this place several times now. Everything said is true. The cost vs service is too high, the wait time is WAY WAY too long and the job they do is very poor. Honestly, Ive done a better job at one of those hand spray car washes for $8

I went to them twice paid a good amount of money to have my car detailed and cleaned inside and out and what I got was a $3 Car Wash and a vacuuming that I could have done myself they didnt clean my windows on the inside they didnt wipe down my Dash didnt do anything that they were supposed to do. I gave them a one-star if I could have given them a - 10 I would have. If you want your car washed and you want a good job done dont go to this place. I gave them two chances they failed at both whats that say for the place.

I came in to get a detail car wash this morning. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Daniel. He cleaned my car headlights perfectly and did some hand polish nicely. He was so genuine and friendly, he explained things I asked clearly. I would definitely come back to this location!

I’m a car dealer and I’m having about three months business with them they always keep my cars for THREE days for a basic details and when I go there to pick up my cars I see they only done vacuum and a paper to hide the carpet, every single time I had business with them I had to call the managers and the owner to say my car is not ready and complain about their job , I own three business and never seen such a management and lazy employees.

My truck is getting old and doesnt look to hot these days. But Nick and Tre did an amazing job! I didnt feel like I waited long and Nate still gave me $5off my next visit so I can get a wax. Wonderful staff lovely service!

Had prepaid for a full detail that I didn’t have time to finish a few months ago and finally found time to come in today. The Detail Manager, Daniel, was so generous in squeezing me into their busy schedule. My detail was done perfectly and within 2 hours! So impressed! Thank you!

Im very selective when It comes down to my car and this place did not disappoint due to the manager Austin. Not only did he listen to what I was looking for but he me made me feel at home. They were very efficient and my car looked great when they were done. Austin definitely got himself a new client as long as he is there, and they topped it off by putting down a towel so I wouldnt track any dirt into my newly washed car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Jacksons Car Wash is awesome! I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews on here? I have been coming here for a long time and have never had a bad experience. The manager, Jason has always been extremely friendly and helpful and is a large reason why I go here. The service and quality of work has always been top notch. A lot of the complaints seem to be about the amount of time they have to spend here which if you dont want to wait go somewhere else that isnt so busy. This place is always packed because they do a great job and are priced well....if that werent the case they wouldnt be so busy. And I never see workers standing around...they are always on the move. They are definitely going to have me as a future customer!

I am here now and the only car here. There are 5 employees and it is ridiculous that they are more interested in talking and laughing with each other than cleaning my car. It is not the best job either, missed a lot of cleaning on my car. Took not even 5 minutes.

Everyone knows how hard it is to keep a black on black car clean... I took my car in for a detail and Nate is absolutely amazing. Not only did he clear the evidence of my 5 children being in the car (hahaha) he was able to remove all of my red hair that was all over the flooring. Nate I cannot thank you enough you definitely went above and beyond.

I stopped in at Jacksons car wash today and was approached by a very energetic young man who introduced himself as Nash before asking for my name. He offered and explained the Ultimate wash which I opted to go for. he sent me inside to the cashier with a smile where I was greeted warmly and instructed to wait on my car. About 20 minutes later a man named Carlos handed my car back out to me. It looked and smelled great, tires and inside all shiny. Windows were streaked slightly but overall positive experience, will return.

Had a great experience at this wash! Was greeted right away, they took great care of my car, and thanked me for coming in. The managment and staff take pride in their work and it shows! Keep up the great work!! You have yourself a new regular. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I just left there. All I wanted was The Works wash. I was refused this because I have a dog and he sheds quite a bit. They would not wash my Jeep for under $60. My dog is always in my car. There will always be dog hair and Im fine with that! I dont expect it to be gone after a wash. I just wanted a quick wash and vacuum. The guy told me management has been on us for this, I cant do that. Dude, Im not asking you to pick up his hair individually with tweezers. Your vacuum can manage it. What a joke. Ive never had this problem there.

This location under Dannys was my favorite car wash. I thought I would try Jacksons.When I pulled up, I was the only one at the pumps. The attendant came by 3 times and told me hell be right back. After 5 minutes, there were 15 cars.Finally they pumped my gas, and then my car waited 10 minutes to get vacuumed. It was clear there was plenty of staff, but they were disorganized, and untrained.I finally went out and vacuumed my own car, and after being detained at the pumps for 15 minutes, was able to go through the car wash as the line continued to grow.Observing the drying/cleaning staff, it was clear to me they were also poorly trained, disorganized, spent lots of time chatting about the night before, ignoring both vehicle and customers.Although it took longer than Dannys ever took, I was happy to get it done.Then I looked at the quality of work. There were bug splatters still on my windshield, front grill, and even side windows were streaked. The interior dash was only partially wiped, and the rear of the van had water streak marks indicating they never wiped it after the auto-wash.Comparatively speaking, they failed every category and a three dollar car wash would have been better.

I am so delighted to finally get the opportunity to express how I feel about Jackson Car Wash. The other I came in and was greeted by a gentleman named Jordan, he was professional and made me feel that everything was going to be perfect. It was! Great team you got over there. Im going to sign up for the membership asap!

Im going to keep this simple .1. Baught the most expensive express wash (15$)2. I do have a truck so I understand that the back window usually doesnt get dry completely3. 2 guys as the truck was coming out wiped the side of the truck as best as they could, did not return my side mirrors back in their place or dry the windows4. Pulled up to get the tire dressing the guy did it, asked him if I could use the rag to dry my windows he said sure and I proceeded to do it5. A guy in the green shirt walks away from his other job to come over and tell me that I am not supposed to be doing this, I explain that my car still had lots of water and wanted to quickly dry it. His response is well you are not supposed to get that with express seriously??? Walk away from your work to tell me that I cant take 2 min to dry my truck because your car wash didnt do a proper job. There was not a single car behind me waiting for me or anything like that. Is this what you say to a customer who paid the highest amount ? Walk away from current job and to tell me I cant do that? Instead of let me help you, as your truck didnt get dried properly now I understand the 2.3 stars review. This just happened so if you want to look for the green shirt on duty, bald, mid 30s, 511 approximately, African American man ... Seriously dude customer service terrible as well as the car wash because you need to spend even more to get your car dried. Joke.

Not a good experience. Waited 58 minutes when advertised time is 30 minutes. Then 2 customers cars that arrived after me were done before mine. Only 2 guys working in the staging area and I felt bad for them so I tipped the one that did my car. Very poor management with no direction for the workers.

I always go here for my oil change or car wash service is always great Robert does an amazing job !

It was my first time in and every person I came into contact with was great and super friendly. The gift shop had some great stuff in it to pass the time. Definitely going to come back to this location!

GREAT DEALS but you have to ask, and/or KNOW what youre coming for. They will get you if youre not on your toes.HOWEVER, Ive been coming here for years, the work is SUPERIOR!!!TODAY is 3 days later than my review above. It poured last night so I came in for a re-wash. When I checked in I was told I HAD to drive my Expedition thru the wash myself. How scary is that for a senior?! I was REALLY nervous driving it in the slots--it was a little difficult.AFTER it got washed, black kid told me to drive it out. OUT WHERE? I parked where they usually park it after a wash. Right away, 2 or 3 guys were asking me what I was DOING?!I just spent $50 on a wax, w/a $10 tip I said. They said there was NO writing on the window. Thats NOT my job. I dont want my black vehicle getting water spots. The black, bald-headed kid took my receipt and ran off. I was getting really angry!Im bringing my mans Expedition in Thursday for a wax and specialty treatment. Do I want to continue to do it?!I flagged down a long-haired guy, explained situation. He apologized & said the writer didnt write anything on the windows! So the heck what?! That is not MY problem. Ive been coming here years, as a California/Arizona I ALWAYS patronize Jacksons for their superb service. WOW---ABSOLUTELY cant believe what happened to me today simply because I was taking advantage (for the FIRST time) of their 3 day rain check guarantee.As I sat there getting situated, A/C off (so I could hear really good), I overheard the bald, black kid saying something about why dont I hurry & leave.Thanks Jacksons for stressing out my Monday morning, and creating a lot of anxiety. Youre good at that, too.

$50, 1 hour and 10 minutes later and the car is completely half-assed. Theres dirty water running from everywhere. Barely touched the inside. Probably because the guy spent half his time talking with his buddy working on the next car. Then, the guy working on my car goes to the car next to it and starts helping the guy wipe down wax on it. When I have enough I went up and asked the guy is my car done or what? Sure he says, have a walk around it so if theres anything else needs cleaned. In other words, I did the least I thought I could get away with.Never again.

Came for a basic car wash, Antonio at this location made sure that every inch of my car was cleaned!! He even made sure the carpets under the foot mats were vacuumed and sprayed with smell good! I have never had such a good car wash!! Will definitely be coming back!

I have been following Jon since his highland days, except for San Tan... That place is too far for me. I will continue to enjoy his hospitality wherever he goes. Good job Jackson’s and good find.

Dom is the best cashiers ever. She rocks. And they give military discounts. I highly recommend coming here. Quickest and friendliest. Great service and awesome washes.
