I took my truck to this repair shop and talked to the guy who runs it I assume and expressed my concern about being screwed by mechanics and that I am willing to pay for good service. I trusted that this guy would give me his honest judgement and mechanical expertise. He listed around $2600 in repairs. I told him to repair them by importance. he fixed the motor mounts which cost $500+ I considered that the most important. Next he told me he replaced the hoses which cost me another nearly $500. I did not consider this important and found out that he only put 2 hoses on and charged me nearly another $500 so I paid $970. I was definitely overcharged. he failed to diagnose a few major issues that Id eventually repaired myself and saved alot of money compared to what he tried to charge me. I wasted (was beat) out of a few hundred dollars to learn a lesson.

This has been my go to shop since i moved here 2 years ago. These guys can do anything you bring to them. Very fair prices, honest mechanics, and are highly communicative. I recommend this shop to all my friends!

Weve always been between mechanics as they were either not trust-worthy or too expensive, so we decided to give them a try. 2 years have passed and these guys still have my business. Straight up guys that know what theyre doing.

Ivan, who initially gave my estimate, was very helpful in getting back to me the same day. I did go in with different expectations than the unfortunate reality of my trucks state, but took it in with 2 days and Robert was there to greet me. I had bought my parts ahead of time based on the tests ran by the AutoZone near my work, so the estimate was a fair deal.It was fairly easy to find and the inside was nice, clean, and friendly. Robert was helpful in that the quote was still on record despite not giving my last name or any other information. I was able to get it into the shop first thing in the morning (Wednesday) and was estimated to be driving it off the following day.Robert called me the following day to inform me that the diagnostics ran by the AutoZone employees were a false positive as the starter was good, so he suggested a diagnostics tests to find the true issue. He was prompt to get back the same day to let me know that they confirmed there was actually an issue with fuel injector system leaking, so it was throwing a false code that AutoZone based their sale on.I did end up getting it back the next day after I was hoping (I work from home) and had to pay out a bit more to get the real issue resolved, but the truck is starting and running well again. Of course, no matter where you go, you end up finding new problems with your vehicle as a sudden annoying click can be heard as I rev the engine.I hope that it is a temporal annoyance and its just a bit of grease waiting to remove itself, but overall the experience was pleasant and I hope to do business with them again (A/C system looks to be next before the Phoenix heat hits!).
