Paradise Falls apartment Homes have been nothing but a great since the moment I put in my application. Everyone at the front desk was very responsive and got back to me right away. Now being all moved in and living here for a few months now, I have no complaints. The apartment always keeps you informed of activities going on in the complex, it’s always picked up and clean in the entire complex. What I really like is that it’s pretty quiet, and that it’s very family oriented, lots of families within the complex. There is a Grocery store within walking distance, a park also right up the road. I would absolutely recommend these apartment homes to anyone in need of a place. ☺️

My children & I love our new home & Paradise Falls has been very kind & professional throughout our experience of moving here. It is also very convient, there is a grocery store across the street, and several restaurants like McDonalds, etc,...

Its not a place to live . Very unprofessional behavior of management , Management always try to extract more money from you while moving out . They will find hundreds of reason to absorb your security deposit and will try to charge you more on more out . If you try to fight the charges than they never respond. Save yourself from this place and rent elsewhere .

I like this community because is always clean and well take care. All the stuff is very friendly in helpful. I am excited to be part of the community. I want to give thank you to Julia because she was very helpful and professional. and help us step by step to the move in process making every thing smooth.

The manager and office staff are always friendly and answer any questions we have. Also Carlos the head maintenance man is on point and really knows his stuff. Love being a part of the Paradise Falls community.

Went to look at an apartment home and the Community Director Merced greeted me with the most warming smile and best customer service i have received in a long time. He answered all my questions and also informed me with a lot of information i didnt realize i was missing when asking questions. I highly recommend

Me and my wife loved living in this property we had good Naighbor and grass and trees make it feel comfortable if we could we would go back to living in this apartments good staff overall..🤩

We looked at and loved the community and the special service provided by Paula Farmer, leasing agent at Paradise Falls and were in the process of waiting for a 2 bedroom to come available. While waiting, another apartment came available closer to where my wife works. If that one falls thru, I will look forward to working once again with Paula, who is terrific. We really appreciate her. Love this property! My family and I Have been living here for many years and am definitely satisfied with the property ! The staff is great and Super nice! The maintenance crew is also amazing and efficient! We have always recommended this property to family and friends and at one point two of my sisters also lived here and really liked it. So for future residents, this is definitely a great property to live at.

Ive lived at Paradise Falls Apartments for almost a year and will be renewing my lease! This is the first apartment complex Ive lived at where Management and Maintenance actually care about the residents. Geremiah and Julia are a pleasure to deal with. I see Carlos, Ben, and another maintenance person tidying up the grounds every morning (though they really shouldnt have to clean up after people!) Maintenance requests are tended to in an efficient and timely manner. This complex has been meticulously maintained. The area is convenient to anywhere in the valley! Im so pleased to be living here!

I absolutely love living here. The apartments are large and reasonably priced. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful. The pools are fantastic. Living here you get to recognize all the familiar faces very quickly, both the staff and the friendly neighbors. Its a wonderful community!

I’m in the process of looking fo an apartment and visited paradise falls. I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism the office staff displayed. I was also impressed with how good care they take of the apartments. I loved their walk in closets and the convenience of your own washer and dryer.

I just love the way Julia the Leasing Consultant helps me with all of the great services that Paradise Falls has to offers. She is very fast, friendly, competent at what she does, I been living here approximately two years and she has been absolutely fantastic. She organizes the monthly calendars and makes sure I get my emails. Which help me to plan out my month with my kids. My children look forward to coming to the events that our held at paradise falls apartments. This is my first time experiencing having such great customer service in Arizona living in an apartment complex with a leasing consultant who does her job and goes above and beyond to make certain my needs are addressed and the needs of others. She informs me when new movies come out hot of the press new releases on DVD or Blue Ray. It is very difficult to receive curtesy now days in 2020. I feel good knowing that when Julia in the office I instantly find relief. All the organize events that paradise falls apartment does are through the year. Julia does an amazing job of multi-tasking rental issues, leasing, and more!! I use the computers for business purposes and that helps avoid the library. Weidner really takes care of the family’s at paradise falls apartments and does an excellent job with offering great customer’s service. Thanks Weidner for having Julia and all the employees.

I am a resident of Paradise Falls apt. Homes,its a wonderful place to live. The staff are very friendly and helpful to tenants, always doing special things like the breakfast this weekend

I have lived here going on 5 years now and I must say I have enjoyed my time as a tenant here. The property always looks nice, the staff are helpful, and the price is decent.With-in my 5 years here my only concerns have been that sometimes maintenance request arent always completed in a timely manner and sometimes I find myself making a request multiple times for the same item. I have had a dishwasher request in since January that still hasnt been fixed.Another concern is how the company supports its long term residents, as I mentioned earlier I have live here for 5 years and wouldnt mind extending my lease. I feel like within my 5 years living here I have shown a positive tenat history with Weidner but when an opportunity came to getting a larger apartment for my growing family, I was denied the opportunity due to 3 late payments(rent is due the latest by the 3rd of the month and I paid one time on the 4th, the 5th and the latest was 7th of the month and I had only had to do some because thats when I got paid). All in all I wish Weidner and Paradise Falls would think about their long term tenants and how to keep them.

I must say i am so very grateful for this site and though it is going through renovation , everyone from the Property Managers and Maintenance crew will work their hardest to take care of any of your concerns unlike some places who forget your ticket number. I was truly impressed with how quick of response I received from the staff here. Any problem Ive had they have always been quick to respond and go way above and beyond their job. Thank you for making my living less stressful.

Wonderful place to live, never had any issues with the complex and it was very quiet.

I like it but I hate it here. Upstairs neighbor are constantly blasting some kind of music & a dog that howls & scratches the wall. I can literally hear everything.The neighborhood in the area always partying. A constant block party with live DJ music all hours of the night. Kids running around with no adult supervision. Resident or not, strangers jump over the wall to get in or out of the complex. So much for gated community. Theres a park nearby which is okay but I wouldnt go there at night. Maintenance guys are great & the ladies in the office are very nice except for the main boss. She never shows any expression & Im afraid to greet her.

I love living here! For the people who said that the hot water does not last long... All you need to do is send a report online and they will come out and check the water tank. Staff fixes everything that goes wrong in a timely manner when you send a maintenance request report online. They keep the property clean and they have security that comes at night. Security walks around to make sure everything is safe.

Been here for about 5 months and I cant wait to move out. I put out some fencing outside my patio to try to have my daughter enjoy the Summer Sun but I was giving a $50 fine because it was not furniture certified whatever that means. The only positive thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance staff, they are always on top of service requests and maintain the property in clean condition.

I love my apartment at Paradise Falls! I’ve never seen a bug or had problems with neighbors, and maintenance is so quick to respond when something breaks, sometimes it takes just one day before it is fixed! Great place!

Lived here for 10 months so far I’ve had no problems safe and gated, quiet, reasonably priced for my 1 bedroom I didn’t run into many problems but when I did it was resolved quickly I would not say these apartments are dirty or unkept. My only complaint is the shower water has never been hot and stays warm for approximately 9 minutes but I’ve had a good experience in the last year so if you’re looking for a temporary decent home it’s not a bad choice!

I have always have a great experience with the staff here . They always take care of any issue I have promptly. They have always gone above and beyond for me to get issues resolved.

This place is amazing havent had any problems, everyone in the office are so welcoming and nice.

This place is horrible management doesnt care and is shady. Save yourself a terrible living experience and crime filled area. I cannot stress enough how bad this place sucks.

LIsa Wilson is right. We lived here from Nov 2012 to April 2013. Thank goodness we only signed a 6 month lease because this place was crawling with roaches! The office sprayed our apartment twice but it still did not help. The shower pipes would make a horrible noise anytime you turned on the water, then it busted. Luckily, our apartment had two bathrooms so we still had somewhere to shower while they fixed it...except they never came to fix it after we asked them to. Two weeks later and the second shower busted! We called and threatened to break our lease for conditions that you could not live in and they sent someone out that same day, guess you gotta be mean to get things done around there. Then the last month we lived there all the rent checks got stolen! Which means they took our $600 deposit...yeah it sucked. So glad we left.

I have lived here for over 4 years now sad to say that after they brought the new manager Diana it has been down the hill she is rude, no customer service what so ever. She doesnt resolve problems she tells you if you dont like it here find a place or she will say why didnt you do a research before moving here?. I dont know whos Idea was it to bring her but its bad. I challenge corporate office to ask around a lot of us are unhappy with how she treats us and also the embarrassing scenes our kids have seen, unfortunately they think everyone is working but no I was in my porch with my daughter looking out it was a nice day and what do we see in one of the vacant apartments the manager making out with one of the maintenance person how disgusting!! Tina was so professional, Yolanda and the other new lady Juli are awesome though. But be be careful dont move here porn scenes by staff in vacant apts!!!

Only thing good about this place is the maintenance staff. You will receive ZERO help from the office (if they even have a person working) closed on sundays. Only one person is ever staffedThey do water shut offs and roof repairs in the early morning (2x in one week, including 630a on a Friday) without any notice to the residents.Thank you maintenance staff!**editI had the opportunity to speak face-to-face with the manager, Geremiah and was able to express my concerns. Not only did he listen and understand my frustrations, he made sure to remedy them as quickly as possible. The fact they reached out to solve these problems is something I cant speak about highly enough.I would recommend living here to friends and family.

Stoped last Thursday. Wife and I put in application. Wexare waiting to see if we get a thumbs up. We are hoping it will be a green light. My wife and I took the tour the 2bed rooms are layed out very nicely. The property looks great. Love the patio and the storage. Lets see what happens😂

Worst experience ever!!Dont try to live here..dog poops everywhere..not safe area..you can hear everyone upstairs or downstairs!!Worst management and not secure place!!2 of my good neighbors broke the lease and Im the third one!!There is a lot of charges waiting for you when you move out!!!

Everything in the apartment constantly breaks.. Water doesnt stay hot longer then 10 mins.. Thin walls. Nobody is ever in the office, no privacy, they just walk on in. You cant have furniture on the padio unless its padio furniture.. I put a chair out there thats wood and a small wooden table and they are charging me 50 dollars on my next rent.. Ive never hated living somewhere so much.. Cant wait to leave. Never any parking. Pool was closed all during winter, cant use hot tub. You are not allowed to do anything. Also. Paying way to much for all these rules.Also, I have bees infest my apartment, I couldnt go in my room for two days because Im allergic and there emergency maintenance number doesnt handle bugs... Also, my apartment was infested with mosquitoes..There was a leak in the ac vent that caused really bad water damage in the dry wall and all they did was cover it with paint and mold began to grow... BLACK MOLD!!!! And it took them three days to remove. All they did was replace that peace of carpet...Also, there late fees are ridiculous ... These people have no souls or Hearts for people...

No sort of control. Things will often be broken or missing. Dog poop bags will not be available if you need them. They had an AC company come out there and make a huge mess that ruined on of my BFs work shirts, it was all goopy and gray. Gate will be constantly broken and wont stay open for 5 seconds. The kids that live in that complex are out of control. They are constantly breaking light bulbs, yelling and screaming. They are slowly destroying the BBQ area by hanging on it and taking the boards out of the roof of it and to put the icing on the cake ONE OF THEM PEED there. I live in the top floor and can see everything that goes there. I have a clear view and those kids should have an actual playground instead of the BBQ area that is now a trashy hang out place for 7-12 year olds. Thank the lord I am leaving soon.

If you are a drug addict, or illegal immigrant. This is the place for you. Located in a part of Phoenix known as the square -one of the highest crime areas in the city. Supposed to be gated community , but gate is often broken, letters stolen off of sign on a regular basis . I made the mistake of living there, would find glass pipes used for smoking meth. Around property , my moutain bike was stolen from patio (lived on second floor) when informed management about it all they said was was it chained up ? On the bright side there is a park for kids to play at behind complex , but mak sure you are out of it before dusk , because thats the local drug dealers and gang members time to use park.

Things never got fixed. Horrible severices. Tried to get ahold of someone 3 months before moving. No was every available and they didnt have time. My x-miss gift package went missing that where sent from family in Washington state. My grandmother ended up passing and I got let go from my job around the holiday season , as well I did try to give a noticed 3 months prior. They refused any payment plans and wanted 1,000 dollars up front. Than sent me to collect which they to are asking for 1,000 up front frist and fuse payment plans . And have a 50% interested each day not paid. I would highly NOT recommend this place. My car was all dinged up in covered parking. One time my ac went out and I had to agree about the AC cooler not going the door. As well as things only get half finished. As well as they the office can be super rude. And not welling to even talk with you or anythiny and are too busy. And some bigger guy when I tried to do a payment plan. Laughed in my face and said no. As well as some bigger guy that Everytime I went in for 3 months to give my 90 day refused to leave my message are let me talk to the manger as well told me the only way is to use email. And I left countless message . And he made a comment and laugh and said well its your credit. My credit was perfect untill I got a place here! They gave 2 days then sent me to collect. I would strongly Not recommend this place. Unless you like your package disapparing, thing not getting fixed, your car getting beat up and dented, rude coustom severced, and in the end your credit being ruined.

The manager Tina and the whole staff ROCKS!!! she let me out of the lease because of my GF medical condition Tina brought us thanksgiving dinner one year the person whom said they have no soul heres a bit of advise if you get treated how YOU treat others its in the lease about furniture being out side try reading youre lease that you signedSooners still suck LMAO Miss you all

I had a very poor experience with this property. The security gate at the front of the property was almost always broken, we had strangers knocking on our door every week, attempting to sell things, ideas or straight up asking for money, management was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and so much more. Our apartment was always infested with mosquitos and beetles, the quality of our apartment was not nearly up to par with the model apartment we viewed before we signed. Signed to move in on the 6th, did not get keys until the 8th. Signed for one floor plan, moved into another. The apartment we moved into had severe water damage, the appliances were unreliable; the stovetop and oven would randomly shut off while I was cooking, the washer wouldnt always start when you pressed the start button, I had to sit there and make sure it would fill with water, the dryer took at minimum two cycles per load to dry things, the dishwasher wasnt very effective and the air conditioning would consistently break down every month. My car was vandalized several times, grounds men would blow leaves, dirt, trash and other debris onto our patio, which was half underground. Overall, I was not happy here, I am so happy that we moved and I highly discourage you from renting at this property.

I have been a resident of Paradise Falls for 10 years. Its a nice place the apartments are niceand excellent to live. IsA peaceful placeand highly recommended. I like the events they do every week for the residents.The treatment in the office is very cordial and efficient. Mrs. Julia is always with a good attitude available to help the Paradise Falls community and Carlos, the maintenance supervisor, I appreciate his good treatment and efficiency in his work.

Hello.At the moment I am living the experience in these Paradise Falls apartments, which is not at all pleasant to what they talk to us when one first enters.To begin with, they told us that the apartment they would give us was remodeled !! Thing that the only thing that had been remodeled is the floor.Wet faucets, quartered tub, clogged sink, old appliances, what I see being remodeled in this apartment NOTHING!As people are led to believe that they will live in a clean home, comfortable if the opposite is true.The other income is the neighbor above!It is really uncomfortable to live like this, it is not what my family and I expected to live, but anyway!
