Don’t live here. They’re increasing the rent almost 20% but barely keep this place functional. The amenities are broken all the time, the garage doors have been broken for months. There are tons of dog urine stains in the hallway that haven’t been cleaned since the spring. It is obscene what they are charging, you can find easily 6 other communities walking distance from here that are kept up better if you’re going to pay this much.

As an apartment locator I have many choices of apartment communities. Muse is my go to property downtown for many reasons.Larisa is absolutely one of the very best leasing agents I have crossed paths with in almost 20 years in business. If I could clone her and place her at every property I work with I would feel more genuine. That is the best word to describe Larisa, genuine. She is passionate about Muse, she listens to my customers needs and hears what they are saying! She makes them feel like she truly cares about them (and she does). And, the manager Jenny makes me feel good about bringing her renters. She is caring, kind and a great representative of the property. Everytime Im at the property a tenant or two says hello to Jenny with a smile and she smiles back and responds with their name. This speaks volumes as to the kind of manager and human she is.The value you get for Muse at this time is like known other. The units have nice square footage and clean up beautifully. The hallways are clean and well maintained and the amenities are always pristine.I very much recommend Muse and the Muse family!

I have very mixed feelings about my experiences living here, and frustrating is the word I would most often use. And while I want to go into detail about all of the reasons why, I will say that the reason I am giving this apartment 4 stars is only because of the Assistant Manager, Unique. She is a rockstar, honestly, and the only person in that office (and in almost every leasing office of any apartment I have lived at) who treats people like real people, not like a unit number. The apartment itself has its benefits and drawbacks, but honestly there are a lot of complexes in the area that are probably just as nice and probably have the same or similar drawbacks. But having someone in the office who knows your name and treats with kindness makes all the difference, especially during stressful times (like moving). Without Unique, this post and rating would be very different, and my experiences at Muse would likely have been very different too.

MUSE is a gorgeous apartment complex with great amenities. Their gym is especially impressive compared to some of the other apartments I have toured. Larisa in the leasing office gave me and my friend a great tour and did an amazing job and was super kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to living here in the near future!

I have lived her now since June, and I have to say, this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had.To start off with, this community has every amenity that is needed and wanted. Our pool area has several active spots. My husband and I take advantage of the hot tub about 4 nights a week. It’s great to sit and soak in the warm bubbles, with the the water feature giving us soothing water fall sounds and a subtle fire pit glowing in the background, it adds for a relaxing night. The pool itself is nice and big. Great to have friends over and have drinks and BBQ. There’s a full wall of in water seating, to sit, have drinks and chat. The water feature is what really took my breath away. It’s beautiful and bold. There is also an outdoor seating area with lounges, a huge tv and table to sit and be with friends out of the sun. There are two huge BBQ grills with a lot of counter space and a big table to sit out. It’s very inviting. And there’s also 3 cabana that are first come! It’s just a great space. Our gym, well I can just say “mountainside fitness who?” Like legit. It’s huge, cleans, state of the art. Incredible cardio machines. A huge wall with active videos that pump you up. Large fans to keep it cool and it over looks the city!!!Our club house is also amaizng!! I have used it for a couple charity functions. It’s great for a friends get together, or as I said, it’s sleek, modern and professional enough to hold charity or work GEt togethers! We have a dog washing station with Blow dryers!!The floor plans are incredible! But what tops it all off is that our management staff has been so helpful. They are friendly and on top of it. You never feel like an inconvenience, and if there is something that needs to be done or fixed they’re on top of it right away that day or the next day. They are always finding new ways to involve the entire community and be together which is imperative for living in this area. With the opera, the Phoenix Art Center, downtown and the theater just a few steps away, it is extremely vital that we all be together and create this community and they do it so well.

Why I cannot speak to living at Muse I have been a downtown resisident for many years and have toured many properties and have interacted with numerous leasing agents who have run the gambit of personalities and professionalism in that time. That being said I have toured twice at Muse both times the leasing agents have been great.I would like to give a special shout out to Jordan who I toured with today, she made the touring process highly entertaining and made a great impression. As someone who is looking for a apartment having staff that is professional and have a good sense of humor is usually a good sign and in that regard I would give Muse a 5 out of 5.

I went to see the apartment at the Muse and it was wonderful. Get your deposit back Boo. That just mean I am moving in early. You 1 star people are so ungrateful. During this pandemic you need some outgoing personality. You guys just stuck on yourselves and can’t enjoy great people. So they don’t the phone. EDIT August 21st 2018:One whole year later and I can tell you it has stayed amazing staying at the Muse. Seriously, LMC says they are different and I believe it 150%. We just renewed but instead of staying in the same unit, moved into a two bedroom. New stuff, Frank and the maintenance team here are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home and help you with anything you need. This isnt one of those nickle and dime you kind of complexes. They are here to make sure you love it. The property continues to be improved, cleaned and looks brand new. Once you live here, you become a regular at Press and Forno and it begins to feel like you really are at home. Seriously I cant talk enough about how awesome this place. You cant beat the price for the amenities and the location. All of the other stuff is a HUGE bonus and will keep me here for a long time.Original Post: September 2017I love living at the Muse! Jenny, Zach and David are amazing. Ive never felt so much at home and well taken care of.The amenities are seriously top notch from a private dinning room you can reserve, to a massive club house perfect for get together to a state of the art gym and dont get me started on the perfect temperature pool. You can tell they really though of all of the details. One of the best things most people dont know is the whole building is outfit with fiber infrastructure which means Cox Gigablast (and maybe Google Fiber in the future) is available here with 1gbps up and down speeds. Also modern systems like a digital system to let people in and out of the gates to a social network for residents to connect with each other. Even a digital system to store packages so you dont have to wait for the office to be open. Though even if you cant grab the package the leasing team is awesome and said let us know and well grab it for you for safety and so you dont hit for the package sitting in the locker. Seriously the leasing team is awesome and you want to say hi to them when you see them.Lastly the apartments are amazing. One of the best parts is how well insulated they are. During the summer you barely have to have the air on before it gets chilly. This should help a ton on your electric bill.If this is one of your options, dont waste your time and move here. If its not one of your options, you need to make it one!

My husband and I moved into Muse a year and a half ago from out of state and have loved it! Our one bedroom is spacious with up-to-date appliances and we have never had issues with hearing our neighbors. One thing that set apart Muse for us is the parking situation that we didn’t find at other downtown apartments. For a one bedroom, you get one assigned parking spot and can pay extra for another assigned spot. There’s plenty of visitor parking in the garage as well. We love living right above Forno, which is an amazing restaurant to meet up with neighbors and coworkers or bring your out-of-town guests. The amenities are beautiful and functional, and the property management has taken necessary precautions during Covid-19. The pool could be mistaken for one you’d find in a high class resort. Our maintenance requests have always been completed promptly. The staff has made Muse feel like a home and they want residents to have the best possible place to live. We would absolutely recommend living here!

My husband and I moved to Muse in May this year and have enjoyed living here. We have a 1 bedroom and found it more spacious than other 1 bedroom apartments we looked at. The location is excellent - Press Coffee, a cafe, and Forno 301 are on the property, Light Rail access is out front making it easy to get around the city, and the PHX Art Museum and Heard Museum are all right there. There is so much to do and see, all within walking distance! The pool and fitness center are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful anytime we need something - everyone from the staff in the leasing office, the maintenance team, and the Apartment Life team. Hands down the only place I would choose to live in Phoenix. Lived there for a year and loved every day. Leasing office staff is extraordinary. Jenny does a great job looking out for her residents and the whole team works hard to give it a community feel. You can’t beat the location and having a fantastic restaurant like Forno attached to the complex is great when you don’t feel like cooking.Appliances in the apartment are all top of the line. Refrigerator even comes with a built in water dispenser and the one time I had a maintenence issue it was resolved immediately. The walls are so thick that I never heard my neighbors.Apartment gym is open 24/7 and always kept immaculately clean.Garage parking is fantastic in the 120° heat of summer and visitor parking space is PLENTIFUL. You’re able to give a code to your frequent guests so they’re able to access the garage without you having to do anything yourself. Thanks so much for providing such a great place to live. Everything in this community is simply phenomenal. The leasing staff (namely Zach) knows my name and greets me with a cheery hello every time they see me, even after I wasnt in the lobby for a month. I mean jees...I dont even know all of their names but they all know mine! The amenities are top-notch, the community is quiet, and my room is very stylish and comfortable. I have had a pleasant conversation every time I decide to hang out by the pool after a workout and it shows that people really respect the property and staff. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is exceptional, the location is fantastic with the art museum and opera quite literally across the street, and the garage doors ZOOM up every time your car approaches. I feel like Batman its awesome.I honestly have no negative things to say and am very pleased that I decided to live here. I chose this property pretty much based on all of the positive reviews and I can absolutely see why they receive them. You get what you pay for, and, while you could find somewhere cheaper in the area, I assure you that you are getting every bit of your moneys worth right here.Seriously fantastic job guys, keep up the great work! :D

My husband and I just finished a whirlwind trip to Phoenix to find an apartment for our upcoming move. We saw 7 different properties in Phoenix and several in Scottsdale, and we are so excited to have selected Muse for our next move. When we changed our minds several times about the type of unit we were interested in, Megan in the leasing office gave us three separate tours, answered ALL of our many questions, discussed so many details with us, and was just the best! We were so impressed by her professionalism, warmth, and patience. Throughout our visits, it was obvious that she cares about her job and the community she represents-- she knew so many residents by name, asked us lots of questions to help us explore our choices, and overall just made the entire experience a real pleasure! I lived at Muse for a year and I think it is a great apartment complex. It would be a hard to find a better positioned apartment location-wise in Phoenix. Muse is within walking distance to a CVS, Safeway, and numerous varied restaurant options as well as the Phoenix Art Museum and Central Library. My interactions with the leasing office were always pleasant, from move-in to move-out. Some reviews on here speak about the Airbnb situation negatively, but it didnt affect my living experience at all. I can only speak for myself, though.I grew to dislike the open-air hallways in the apartment complex, but that is a matter of preference. I could see someone liking that feature. I had a very positive experience living at Muse and would easily recommend the complex.

If you’re apartment hunting, look no further!! Would give this place 100 stars if it was possible! My husband and I lived here for 2 years and served as community builders (Apartment Life) for the residents.Sadly we had to move out of state for work, otherwise we would have never left. That being said, we knew the ins and outs of the property and things that went on, and I can honestly say that it was the absolute best living experience we could have dreamed of. First off, the staff is phenomenal at what they do. They know the residents by name, are extremely attentive to their needs, and are genuinely sweet, respectful people that care about the residents’ living experience. The maintenance is always on point. Whenever I’ve put in a request (which rarely happened) they get it done the same day and are always working on making sure the community is in tip top shape. The apartment itself is beautiful! Stainless steel appliances, hardwood-like floors, large, open living spaces, and ceiling fans in every room. We lived on the north side of the property, and it was always quiet and no direct sunlight, so it stayed cooler during the summer months. The amenities are top of the line and a big reason this place is so amazing! There’s a huge resort-style pool with towel service, the gym has absolutely everything you can think of with a giant TV wall, the clubhouse is sleek & modern with beautiful blown glass decor and overlooks the city, a zen garden with grills, fire pits, & fountain where they have yoga during the cooler months, and an awesome dog park with fun obstacles & a pet washing station for the furry residents. On top of it all, every single amenity is open 24/7! 👏🏼 They have dry-cleaning delivery service, free bike rentals for the residents, and THE BEST PIZZA & GELATO in AZ. FORNO 301, Im Perfetto, & Press Coffee are all on the first floor, just steps away! It’s also just across the street from the PAM & Heard, and only a short walk away from First Friday. As mentioned earlier, we were the community builders at Muse, hosting parties twice a month and welcoming new residents to the neighborhood, and that’s what makes this place so special. They are invested in the residents here and want to make sure this community feels like home. We absolutely loved our time living here and the friends we made. Would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone who cares about their quality of life & want to live in a community that feels like home!

STOP! Before you consider renting at this place, you should be informed of some of the shady business practices that have recently been implemented at this complex. The owners of Muse have decided (without consulting their current residents) to rent out 12 of their apartment units to a company named Sonders who they have given permission to sublet via Airbnb for less than 100 dollars a night. What does that mean for you as a resident? It means the nice facilities you love so dear, and will be paying a high price for, are being occupied and used by short term guests in vacation mode that dont know all of the rules of the apartment or often times strictly dont care, for about the cost of a motel 6. Leaving dirty trash everywhere, being loud at late hours, marijuana smoke permeating through the entire building, etc.Do you want to see a revolving door of strangers on your front doorstep? The listings are on Airbnb. There are no background checks required to rent on airbnb. Crime is high in this area. What does that do for your sense of safety? It is a shame to see this complex seemingly have to resort to this type of behavior. It is a wonderful property, great amenities, the actual residents are very nice, awesome location, and the staff are very nice and accommodating. My rating is strictly for the lack of transparency and shady business practices that have been adopted recently.

Frank R. is the best at his job and it really shows in his attitude and perseverance. He is always so pleasant no matter what the circumstance. I went to tip him for helping me with a situation in the garage were my car wasnt starting correctly and he dropped what he was doing to help. I was panicking to get to a new job and Frank helped get my car started and when I went to tip him he walked away and said I LOVE MY JOB and helping you is part of MY JOB. What do you say to a man who is so happy to help and wont take anything in return? That is why I am writing this review. All of them are very humble, but not like Frank and his team. Ill be honest– what first made us (my boyfriend and I) think that Muse might be the perfect place to live was the coffee; living above Press Roasters seemed like a dream, as its our favorite local coffee shop. The second amenity the newly-built complex had going for it was its close proximity to a light rail station... My partner and I both desired a smaller carbon-footprint, and wanted to use the light rail as a way to realize this. However, I dont think either of us fully realized just how amazing it would be to live here until we finally, well, did.To start, Zach guided us through an amazing tour. He was genuine and able to tell us so much about Lennar, the company who made Muse possible, as well as the surrounding area, that afterwards we were more than sold on wanting to be apart of this community. What stood out to me most was how he used words like we, and us when speaking about the company as a whole. It gave off the impression that he wasnt just just working for a paycheck, but that he genuinely liked his job and wanted to be here. That made us want to be here, too.Leading up to our move, I was anxious about what was needed of us to make this transition as smooth as possible. But the amazing staff at Muse were so professional and kind (let me reiterate kind here), that my nerves were quickly calmed. Ive worked in the customer service industry for years, and still have never met the likes of Jennys positive and understanding attitude before! When Zach wasnt available to answer a question or offer guidance, she was (and still is!). We felt so prepared by move-in day that I still feel like we cheated the system somehow.Weve been here since the beginning of August, and since then have come across many more welcome and wonderful faces, such as Alyce and Frank. We are still in awe by the sense of community (we have our own social media page!), and events constantly being put on by our neighbors and staff. I would encourage anyone looking to live in downtown to move here. Yes, with so much development, you have your fair share of options... But I seriously doubt you will get so much out of living at one place than you get should you live here... And I didnt even mention prices or ACTUAL amenities...
