I was in hardship and they were able to get me on the calendar and did a permanent fix on my crankshaft seal. They also did both front & back brakes before my trip to Oregon. They were really nice nice people. I will be driving my car back to Nebraska for any major repairs hopefully if I make it.

Super friendly, honest, and transparent. Dan and his wife took the time to chat through our issues and concerns and were candid about possibilities of work that would be better suited to be performed at other business locations (due to complexity of this or that), so the vehicle could be returned quicker and cheaper & provided business names for recommendations if needed that he trusted would do a good job and have fair pricing if a certain setup wasn’t available at his shop. He also gave us other tidbits of info that could help in the future and answered general questions I had unrelated to the reason I was there. Truly the reason a family owned business is the way to go nowadays. I’ll be giving him all of our business going forward. 10/10 recommend - SHOP LOCAL FOLKS

Dan & Kathy Loveless have gone way above & beyond customer service in repairing & servicing my car when it was not running properly. Spent extra time & effort in finding the electrical problems causing the car to keep stalling out. Worked on it until it was working & running like it should. Wow. What can I say. It is difficult to find a mechanic or shop thats I feel good about leaving my car with. When I leave their office and shop, i know they were upfront and honest. Theyll go the extra mile for me and my Honda. They seem like a good team. Have been there for ac. They have good service, upfront and yet tactful honesty, friendly demeanor, and competitive prices. I wont consider going anyplace else.

Dan is a great mechanic who has taken care of some of our vehicles for years (even back to the old location on 84th and Frederick). Most recently Dan discovered a need to address a wheel bearing, when he took my 06 Ford Ranger for a test driver after some minor general maintenance (you see, this little pick up is still below 50,000 miles). Dans not only a great mechanic, but he is incredibly conscientious and the kind of guy who can share what he did to your vehicle in a way that even I can understand. Dont hesitate to let Dan take care of your own cars or pick ups.

They were not honest with me. What they wanted to charge me $1300 for, ended up costing me elsewhere under $40 and the car is fine now. I do not recommend them.

Great place to get any car work done! They don’t use a pushy sales tactic and only recommend what is needed. All work done is done professionally and quickly. There is no need to worry if it was done right or wrong!

Dan and his staff are the most knowledgeable and the most honest mechanics I have ever met. A dealership wanted to do a repair on my Impala (steering system) and gouge me for $6500 to do so. One of Dans mechanics made the same repair and I was charged less than $700. He did a minor repair on my daughters car and didnt charge me a thing. Now I take all of my vehicles to Westgate High-Tech Auto Care.

Been going to Westgate for over a year now and cant be more pleased. Every repair bill you receive is itemized so you can see how much each part/service was and how much labor was charged. Dan has routinely demonstrated his honest business practices when diagnosing and repairing our vehicles. Hes always communicated to me effectively and respectfully. I know when I take my car here I can trust that I will be receiving high quality repairs and that I will never be taken advantage of.

I suddenly had a flat tire and pulled into Westgate High Tech Auto. They were so friendly and were able to pull my vehicle in right away. They fixed/plugged the hole in the tire quickly and I was able to make it to my meeting. This is a family owned and operated business and it was refreshing to be treated so well!

Took 2 vehicles to them to inspect before purchasing a used car for my family. Jay was very thorough and explained what he found on both cars. He gave me a recommendation on which vehicle to buy which saved me several thousand dollars as I would have picked the wrong one and had a lot of expensive repairs. I also have some peace of mind in the vehicle I did buy that it was serviced regularly and well taken care of.

LIARS that only care about the bottom line!!! I questioned there work so took car to BMW dealer to find out facts and they completely lied about all the work they claimed to do. I dont even care about the money I only want honesty. We all deserve to get paid for our work but dont claim to have done something you did not!!

This place was not only cheaper, but much more honest. We have been so pleased with the level of service, how the repairs are explained and the savings.

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating and have been debating writing this review for a week now. Ok so props to them getting me in the same day for an oil change and the price being reasonable- so I thought. I paid roughly $40 for an oil change. Then they called me and said I needed my tires rotated, great I thought it would be included with the price of the oil change. Nope $24 extra... ok well it needed to be done so I did it. I asked if they topped off the fluids and the gentleman said yes. Well come yesterday I am trying to use my windshield wiper fluid and it was bone dry. So awesome I paid $55+ for an oil change, tire rotation and no fluids. COOL. Heres the thing, you can easily go to Tires Plus, Firestone, Jensen Tire and pay $40 and get your tires rotated for free and the fluids topped off. The reason I debated writing this review is bc this is a mom and pop shop type of place (so it felt) and the gentleman working (owner) was extremely nice and professional. However at the end of the day when it comes down to it money is money and I certainly did not get my monies worth. They did give me a $10 first customer coupon but still........ I would not go back.

Had issues with my starter. He identified the problem and got it fixed, and even sent me a text afterwards asking me how my service was!

Car was overheating and coolant light kept popping up. Went in and they said they changed the coolant. It was the same coolant as when i took it in. And when i got it back it was overheating sooner and heat absolutely didnt work, it was airconditioning not heat! Im not paying another dime there and definately not recommending if the cant resolve my issue.

This guy is a scam artist, brought car in for a leak and break problem,got fixed no problem, charged three hundred because they could not figure out how to turn off car alarm, then pick up car, my husband drives to work, upon pulling out of work his whol front end collapses, they say coincidence, funny that it happened first day driving after they fixed it. Had to tow back to this shop and the car fell out of its ball joint, so ball joint replaced, then tie rod needs replaced he said. Do not go here
