We have a family friend who told us about Rob over 20 years ago. We have taken approximately10 cars to Rob over the last 20-plus years with consistent satisfaction and a huge amount of respect for his integrity. We started taking cars to Rob when we got married and now have three children over age 19. The cars have come and gone but Rob remains excellent in his pursuit of customer satisfaction at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Rob and strongly suspect you will be thrilled you met him as we were.

Straight forward, honest mechanic. I was referred here by a friend, and was not disappointed.I have a 2008 Ford, and went to just have a mechanic take a look at it to see what might be needed to keep it running well.He didnt pressure me to have anything done, but recommended a general tune up. Spark plugs were worn out, and the air/fuel filters needed to be changed among other minor things. He had it all done before lunch.I will definitely use again, and I highly recommend him!

I cannot express how fantastic Rob is. If he can fix it, he does and at an extremely reasonable price. If he cant, he will let you know. He is completely honest and trustworthy. He doesnt play games, and will help in absolutely any way possible. I trust him with any car I or my family owns, and Im guaranteed it is done completely right the first time (unlike the dealership who I had to see 3 times for the same situation). I have been going to Rob for 20+ years and I hope, as long as Im driving, he never retires.

Weve been taking our cars and trucks to Rob for decades. Went in today because a shock came loose that was installed, while we were out of state, about six weeks ago. Rob put it on the lift, reattached the shock and didnt even charge us. WOW! Rob you ROCK. Thanks for all you do.

Called a few repair shops about my issue. Sauers was the first who wasnt rude or rushing me. Dealer wanted to charge $99 to read the codes for the check engine light. Sauers didnt charge me for it just like it should be. Had a list of issues that i brought in and he called with an update same day. Had it ready to go the next day. Expected a good labor charge for everything. He only charged labor the items he fixed. He didnt charge to check for a leak in my tire or reading engine codes. Honest and fast with a suprisingly fair price. Nice guy. Ill be referring people here from now on.

One of the most HONEST mechanics youll ever meet!!! Hell tell you whats wrong, what you can delay, what should be replaced immediately, and give you a very fair price. There have been several times I was expecting to pay much more for a repair but didnt! An example, I received an $1800 replacement quote from a commercial auto shop and got outta Sauers for $250! Rob Sauer took his time to research the problem and made necessary fixes... Ive learned to stay away from the rip it all out and replace everything mentality, that so many corporate auto companies encourage... Im happy to give him my business and referrals!
