Been trying to get ahold of the sales rep for 4 days now. No returned calls. Called his work phone and cell with nothing. Talked to the receptionist and just tells me to leave him a message. Before I can finish telling her I have done so many times I get transferred mid sentence. Guess they dont need any more business. Must be nice.

Wish i could post more then 5 stars. These guys are AWSOME. Stopped in with my end dump to have my tri-pack fixed. They got it up and running for HALF what other shops wanted and in just a few hours. Not only that they went through and function tested the full system to ensure everything was to spec so i have heat and cooling.Then when i went to leave in the morning and my locking jaws on the tractor failed and dumped my trailer they refered me to people who could fix it same day and for a good price. They also let me park said trailer there to get everything repaired on my tractor and even helped lift the trailer so i could avoid extra fees with the wrecker.These guys just became my go to for APU repairs and if i get a refer they are going to be my default repair shop, i highly recomend them. They go above and beyond when they dont need to and helped a guy out of a bad situation and made what would have been an absolute disaster for me into being moderately embarrassed. 6/5 stars.

Trailers starter ended up going out and at 2 oclock in the morning they were able to fix it. With a load of milk on my trailer these guys were a great help.

I bought 33 used units from them for export i wasn’t in the US and when my units arrived there was alot of missings and damages i got around 5-7 units that they changed the running compressors into bad/broken ones.I really don’t recommend doing business with them

I come in there on a regular basis and the way they treat their customers is terrible. They are rude and always have to wait to be helped, sometimes as much as 20 to 45 minutes while they chat with each other know people are waiting at the window to be helped. Always a terrible experience there.

They got me in to fix my APU a/c on short notice. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. I felt that the bill was fair and in line with the needed repair.

Can never get the same answer from two different guys in the service department. Also I hope you’re not in a hurry cause I sat there for 25 mins while the guy was surfing the internet while customers were waiting to get questions answered.

Believe me, when they say its first come first serve. Dont believe it. Ive been here on multiple occasions and the same results occur each time. Id been here literally hours before others arrive and they bump us out the door to move them in our place.

We will never use this location again. Weve had to learn the hardway and put dents on business pockets. Nothing was fixed correctly and the charges were ridiculously high. I suggest avoiding this place.

Went in for a Freon leak and service. Leak has been persistent for three weeks and no one could get it fixed. The owner,service Manager writer listened to my problem and fixed leak,did a service and had super professional care. These guys are very good and will return whenever I have any service needs. Thank you Don,Kyle and Bryan.

I went in for a problem that has been plaguing my Qualcomm for months. Within five minutes the technician had the issue diagnosed. Instead of fixing the problem and rushing me out the door, he checked himself to make sure everything is working. I’m very pleased with the service and the work done.

Night crew guy ( MGR) A LITTLE PUSHES. Kept me here long enough to get 2.5 hrs at $102.00 an hour. Make sure if you go here you watch there stop and start time for labor cost.

Charged me $280 to replace a belt on my APU , told me they fixed it and the warning light was gone.3 hours later I stopped for the day , turned the APU on and the first thing I hear is a loud squeal , shortly after - the warning light comes on and the APU shuts off.Called them right away and the man on the phone asked me to go back and they would get it fixed again... 5 days later ( with no APU) Im back at their shop , called in the morning told them I was coming around noon.Arrived at noon opened a work order then sat for 2 hours waiting for someone to look at my APU , 2.5 hours later a guy arrives without notice with an APU issue and they got him in right away....I asked the man behind the window if they were going to start my APU since I was there before that other costumer. He said that it was going to be a while...Waited another half an hour and left, it was too obvious they were ignoring me.I feel robbed and humiliated , this people cost me so much time, money and discomfort and BTW they broke the cover of my APU and the small door wont close anymore so now it fills up with water and debris, I dont want to think of what this could cause to my APU before I can get enough time to have it fixed.******** BE AWARE TRUCK FELLAS *********

I was told I could bring my dog in and once they started working on my generator, they told me that my dog couldnt stay inside.

Have had to take my truck in 5 times to get Apu working right. They also had to come to my yard 2 times. They did get it fixed finally.

I purchased a used APU from here. No one consulted me on where to install it on my Freightliner, and they installed it with the exhaust blowing under my cab. Unit was supposed to be run for a day after installing, but the installation was just completed when the truck was returned to me. Belt was old and snapped within a week. The included espar heater is non-functional. I was treated like a second class citizen and put such a bad taste in the my mouth that I am leery to even go to other thermo king dealers to get my unit serviced

Very very slow. Came in as a walk in, had to replace my inverter. 2.5 hours left on my 14, they finished when I had .5 left. This is the second inverter Ive had to replace (not the same truck or location to do the work). This want a two hour job. The forest time I had one replaced I was back on the road in under an hour so I know how long it should have taken.

Timely fix on refee unit

I bought an old truck that came with an APU. There was alot of little thing wrong with it and thermo king worked there butts off to get it and keep it running. Always great service from owner to the hard working mechanics.

Rip off...Worst people. I asked them for the estimate before they touch my APU and they told me to wait, while i was waiting for estimate they told me its done and asked me to pay $750. Just to replace apu alternator. After an argument they took it off and put my old one and forced me to pay $132.00 for wasting my time.

Not very helpful at all, very snooty attitude at desk... They don’t care if you’re gonna be late for a pick up, they’ll move your trailer that’s blocked by another one one their time... not yours...RIDICULOUS

This Thermoking installed my APU on my truck and I had problems with my unit approximately 2 or 3 weeks after the installation. So I my APU there at 11 a.m. on 7/13/2015 because it wasnt cooling, and $713 later it still was not cooling, I called and told them about it they told me to bring it back, truck and APU stayed in the shop all the way to 12 a.m. and the problem still was not fixed and I had to take it to another Thermoking and was told that the system was wired backwards and I had to pay another $1300 to fix the problems Thermo King in Omaha created. Currently I have one of the Big Boss district managers of Thermoking getting in touch with the people at Omaha to try to find out how they are going to reimburse me or compensate me for my time spent and money spent for their bad work. From my experience going there spending all that money and then coming out with a new problem I will not recommend anyone use this place. I would give this place negative stars if I could
