Been taking my Accord here for 5 years and 100,000 miles. Theyve always done a great job with maintenance and repairs, which have been very few. They get work done very efficiently and do it very well. Customer service is great as well. They also have the best waiting room for any auto shop Ive been to. For as long as I have a Honda and live near Omaha, I will be going here for any car maintenance.

I have not owned a Honda product for over 25 years, which is why I stopped coming here. My wifes Acura needed some TLC so even though it was out of the way, I wanted to give them a try, as I always had a good experience. I dont think Ive ever seen a cleaner service area. Amazing. I was greeted immediately and taken care of. I have never had better communication with a repair shop and when I had questions, they very patiently explained all the service they recommended. My initial sense about them is that theyre honest to a fault. They even cleaned the headlights free of charge. Because of all the above, they now have a customer for life.

These guys are knowledgeable , trustworthy and show genuine care for the customer when doing maintenance or repairing their car. We have been doing service here since 2007.

These guys are the absolute best in Omaha when it comes to repairing Honda vehicles. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, they are always upfront and honest when you ask them repair and maintenance questions, and the speed at which they work is amazing! We had pretty major repairs done to our Odyssey van, and it was in and out in one day. Five stars isn’t even fair. They need more!

I was amazed at the friendly, efficient, and thorough service. They have a great app/link that allows you to review all the suggested fixes, and their costs. You can then make a very informed decisions about what you want to do. They were very friendly, helpful, and great to work with. They fix my car in a very timely manner which was very impressive. I took it in at 8 AM and they were completed with fixing a bearing and axle, oil change, and headlights by 130 pm.

They got me right in and fixed my a/c on my 2016 Civic Touring edition. The dealership told me it would be at least 2 weeks to even get it looked at. They are fair, efficient, and do quality work! I asked where I should go on Facebook, and the overwhelming response was Exclusive Repair.

Replaced Timing belt and did general tune up, they also found some bad ball joint / control arms. Got the car back 24 hours later, this 06 accord drives like a new car now. Impressed on how quickly they got all the repairs done!

Service was excellent! I took my Honda in for a general over all inspection. The report they give you is detailed, priced and ranked from most important to what you may need down the road. It was a no pressure experience, and recommend to anyone looking for services.

Above and beyond!Our college age kid had a significant issue from contaminated gas and had to be towed. We found exclusive repair via Google and were impressed by the reviews. We called in the morning to alert them to us having the car towed in and we were not sure what the issue was. We knew within a few hours how professional, helpful and accommodating they were. They became our communicators, investigators and gave honest estimates of what had to replaced and what could be salvaged. We could not imagine any other place treating us, the situation, or the car like our mechanic Brian did and knew throughout the process how special and amazing this place is. Being three hours away and know we have found a gem for our son to have maintenance done when needed is a parents dream. I can’t say enough about our experience. If I could rate them higher I would. Only allows 5 stars!

Starting taking my Honda here after my parents did for years. After that first visit I knew this was the place I would continue to come for maintenance so long as I owned a Honda or Acura. I must pass dozens of other shops on the 40 minute drive from my house to this location but its always worth it.They will fix what you ask them to but also inspect other elements of the car, letting you know price and how important it is (safety or just quality of life fix). I never felt like they were trying to upsell me and everything recommended was genuine.I wish I loved the newer Honda vehicles because I would come here for life if that was the case. If you guys ever decide to service Mazdas too... Ill be back with the other vehicle!

After obtaining a new (to me) 2011 Acura TSX, I was elated to learn that there is a repair shop in Omaha that specializes in Acura and Honda vehicles!I took my car to Exclusive Repair for an oil change and an overall inspection, as this was the first check up Id had done since purchasing. They found several issues that needed to be addressed, but they prioritized them from most to least critical and helped me plan how and when to get the additional repairs completed. The results of the inspection, level of urgency, and estimated price for each repair, were loaded to a site that I could easily access and review.Also, the garage at the shop is LITERALLY so clean, it gleams... it seemed cleaner than most stores Ive visited, by far! I was very impressed!I highly recommend Exclusive Repair. Im very much looking forward to placing my car in the care of experts who specialize in this brand and are familiar with how to provide the best service for any issues that arise.

Very professional staff, Jon and Brian were very helpful and exceeded my expectations. Ive have 2 experiences with Exclusive and both times they went above and beyond my expectations. I will most likely be a regular customer as long as I own a Honda or Acura.

I paid 418 dollars for them to fix my sunroof only to drive off the lot and it stop working. They refused to stand behind their work and wanted other 660 from me to finish fixing it. Then said all these other things were wrong and it would cost me way over 2000 dollars. Then I said no thank you I just want my car back. They would not release my car back to me until I paid them for looking at it or they did some work on it. So my bf had to pay them 201 dollars just to get my car back and not fixed. Be wary of this place, thought they were ok at first but they are not professional and do not stand behind their work.As a response to their response. They did not tell me there would he multiple steps to the process of fixing the sunroof, they said they were positive it was the switch and it would fix the problem. If they told me there was a possibility it wouldnt work I could of saved myself some money and trouble. I also told them I was broke due to being a teacher and couldnt afford expensive and unnecessary repairs and they said this should work. Wish you had better communication and actually wanted to help someone. I tried calling and talking to someone and you guys bascially said it was my problem not yours and you needed more money to do anything else and wouldnt refund or put the other 418 toward the rest of the cost of repairs. Wish people would stand behind their work or be more honest upfront. Very disappointed with the service.

I stopped by just to get on the calendar and the tech said, if you can leave it we can work on it now and I’ll call with your diagnosis. Sounded great so I walked up the street grabbed some lunch and by the time I walked back they had my A/C in my Ridgeline working great again!!!

These guys are A+. They got me in right away and did only the necessary repairs at a great price! The lobby was very nice and they even offered me a Diet Coke and had fresh coffee available for all the customers! I will definitely go back. I was on vacation and some of us were attending a family funeral in the Omaha area with family, and had just driven here from California. My brakes had started grinding badly and we had unfortunately needed to continue driving to reach our destination. I have a 2000 Acura RL which is finicky and great mechanics are so important! I called Exclusive Repair the morning after I arrived and they squeezed me in the same day after hearing our need for a car to attend the funeral. I am so grateful to them! They did not overcharge, and were very professional!

Very professional and super friendly service! I had an issue with my hazard lights not working, and they addressed and fixed the issue with no problem. They provided an in-depth analysis of my car via a very helpful and user-friendly online link that provided me with all the necessary information to address any possible concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Exclusive over the Acura dealership. Way better service, and they actually care about the service they provide.

Timing belt and oil pump repair was done in a matter of hours. They make recommendations for other repairs and are concerned about customer safety. I already knew about the issues and they did not push me to let them fix the them. I highly recommend them for any Honda or Acura repairs you cant do on your own.

If you own a Honda I highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, friendly and priced right. They’ll do a full inspection and they’re honest about what needs immediate attention and they monitor non urgent wear and tear and document with notes and photos for future repair consideration. They’re honest about what needs done but isn’t urgent now (not trying for the expensive up sell). I’ve had better experience here than Honda dealership. Oil change appointments are done immediately and quickly.

When I saw the sign that they specialize in Honda and Acura engines I thought that I might go there.About a month later, I was at the carwash and this couple came up to me and asked about my 2002 CRV. They mentioned that they had taken their car to exclusive since forever. This solidified my decision and I called the next week to get my CRV in for maintenance. They were so nice and thorough. The mechanics are incredibly professional and friendly. While maintaining a local and trustworthy feel, they still have very advanced technology. They sent pictures of everything they suggested work on and also things that looked good. They offer a scale for things that definitely need to be done, things that should get done soon, and things that are in good shape. They don’t pressure at all, rather just inform you why things should be done and allow you to make the decision for yourself. Prices are definitely reasonable, especially for the quality of work. As long as I have my Honda, it will be serviced here.

Ill buy yet another Honda so I can still go here.

I just moved from Canada and have found my go to shop for our 2015 Honda Accord. Booking one day in advance was no problem for an oil change and the cost was (after conversion) 30% less than what Im used to up north. Very friendly staff and professional environment. Plus a rocking bench outside to wait on!Strong first impression and would recommend.

We have some really great businesses in Omaha. This one happens to be located close to home. It is easy to make an appointment. The waiting room is fantastic. The mechanics are experts. I have been taking my 2005 Honda Accord and 2011 Honda Pilot to Exclusive Repair for years. The one word to describe this shop is honesty.They have informed me many times were I didn’t need to replace or repair things I thought needed it. I highly recommend this shop, especially to women that have struggled with other shops trying to take advantage. They are so honest and give great advice. I have visited twice. First time they didn’t charge me anything to diagnose the check engine light (nothing was wrong.) Second time they could have charged me an arm and a leg for repairs, but gave me good advice on management instead. Thank you!!

I have a 99 Honda Accord. My brother is a mechanic so I don’t take it in often, but my AC/ heat went out. They were able to get me in super quickly. After dropping my car off they saw me outside in the sun waiting for a ride with my little old dog who had been in the car with me. I didn’t catch the mechanic’s name but he came outside with a rug for him to stand on because it was so hot out, and then invited me and my dog in. Just super nice people. They have a really comfy and nice waiting area with phone chargers and everything.They diagnosed my car in about 30 minutes and I was in and out the door with a new blower motor and resistor in two hours. $360 for both with labor.The thing that impressed me the most was the way the mechanic talked to me. At one point he came out of the shop and sat across the table from me to talk. It’s stressful as a young woman to go into mechanic shops- you know you might be taken advantage of and personally I don’t know enough about cars to make great judgement calls. This man was so respectful and polite and explained everything so clearly.5/5 stars and will absolutely be going here in the future.

I have a 2014 Honda Pilot. I was having trouble with the sunroof - it was not closing well and appeared that the rubber seal was loosening. I made an appointment and was able to get the car in the next day, thinking all along it was going to be expensive. I was told on the phone they would need to look at it, order the part and I would have to bring it back for the repair. I was in the waiting room while they looked at it and in a very short time the service guy came in and told me they cleaned out some rust and debris, added new silicon and put the original rubber seal back on. And best of all, NO CHARGE! It completely made my day. I have taken my car there several times and the service technicians are so professional and kind and the work is timely and fairly priced. I highly recommend Exclusive Honda to anyone who owns a Honda.

My husband and I have only had great experiences with Exclusive Repair. Im writing this review mostly on behalf of my husband because of some funny remarks he made after our last visit: It makes me want to only buy Hondas or Acuras in the future because this place is trustworthy and they do great work. During my last visit I was eerily reminded of the Seinfeld episode with Tony the mechanic who ends up running off with Jerrys car because he doesnt feel Jerry is taking good care of it and that he could give it a better life. I feel a little guilty every time I go there because they take such good care of my car. Im pretty sure they even changed the battery on my keys during a routine oil change.Bottom line is, this place is professional and very transparent about costs and offers their opinion on what *needs* done now and what could wait (or be a waste of money and should just be foregone). We are grateful to have found this place!

This week, I had Exclusive Repair put their license plate frame on my 2011 Pilot, which they have serviced for 160,000 miles. We bought our Pilot new, and it has become like a family friend. This, in part, is due to the excellent service that Exclusive Repair provides for the vehicle. Since it fell out of warranty with the dealer, Exclusive has performed all services for our Honda, and if I would ever wreck this vehicle, I would purchase another Honda because I know it would be in such good hands at Exclusive Repair. In Omaha from out of town and had a warning light concerning an Emissions problem. Talked over the phone and brought car in at 7am the next morning! They were able to diagnose the problem and lay out all the options and complete the fairly major repair before noon! Wish I could bring the entire shop to my hometown! Top notch service!!!! My decision to seek another opinion with Exclusive Repair saved me $1350.00. The local Honda dealership wanted to replace parts that did not need replacing. I won’t list the facts but Shawn explained why two out of three issues were invalid and saved me $240 on a part + labor as dealership cost was$400. And the $60 fee to inspect the car was dropped because they did repairs! Sincere, honest and professional service! Honda’s only!

Im currently a student and its difficult for me to step out and take calls during class. Being able to get text updates and read later the summary of what needed to be done was very helpful.

Fantastic experience at Exclusive. I was in and out quickly, the waiting area is super comfortable and the entire shop in general is so clean and orderly. Everything was explained clearly to me, and I didn’t feel pressured to do a more expensive repair I needed right then and there. A completely different experience than the dealership. This will be the only place I take my car from here on out!

Having an older vehicle means things break. Ive used Exclusive Repair twice and will continue to use them for repairs. I receive a comprehensive report showing the issues needing immediate attention down to minor/cosmetic issues. I know the costs up front and am always surprised with little perks like a quick clean. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and I highly recommend them if you have a Honda vehicle.

This is a real gem of a shop. They work hard to try to get your work done same day. They replaced my starter for much cheaper than others quoted me at. They’re willing to flex with you, be it changes in plans, a free Uber to the shop, or extra work to be performed. At least give them a call before you pull the trigger on your next repair.
