This place is hit or miss. Joel is a great guy and does quality work when you can get a hold of him. That’s the problem, I have work on another car that needs done and he won’t return phone call (left 4 messages over a week period). Maybe he doesn’t want to do the work on the car but have the decency to tell me.Other than that if you can talk to him and he fixes your car you know you are being taken care of with honesty and quality work.

Found these guys a while back when I got my M3 convertible and didnt want to go to a dealer for overpriced repairs.They do a fantastic job, at a fair price and are good guys to work with.

Bought my own oe mercedes parts and paid them to install. Was able to find towing fast through the shop.Joel answered any questions i had and i found them to be very helpful... will be taking my cars to them from now on.

Good dudes that are honest & trustworthy. They diagnosed and repaired a factory defect on my Mercedes C300 that saved me money compared to the local dealership. I’ve used them for oil change as well. Work is always completed in timely fashion and easy to do business with.

I needed to do several repairs on my 2009 VW Jetta. I dont like taking it to the dealership, & after reading reviews for specialty German auto shops in Omaha, I decided to go with Full Circle because they had the best reviews. I called & spoke to Joel & set up an appointment to bring my car in. Joel was nice & personable & I could tell he really cared about finding out what the car needed & what I was looking for. I wasnt sure what all needed to be done to my car, & I told Joel I wanted to know what repairs they recommended to make my car reliable as a daily driver after a couple years of infrequent use.I dropped my car off on Thursday, & they called Saturday with the initial diagnostic & price estimate. I called them on Monday to tell them to go ahead with the repairs, & my car was ready to be picked up Thursday afternoon.Overall I think they did a great job for a great price. Joel & Corey were very thorough, but I never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs that I didnt need. They were very straight forward about what should be addressed sooner & what could be put off if I wanted. I ended up getting my brakes & rotors replaced, vacuum pump replaced, oil changed, transmission serviced, a side mirror replaced, & a new steel wheel, all for about $2300. Ill definitely be bringing my car back for anything else it needs, & Id recommend them for any VW or other German brand.

Joel was awesome he sold me a Bosch BMW fuel pump at cost. It was surprising being as they are a service shop and not a parts dealer. He even gave me good advice on installation.

Took a 2015 passat here for a PPI. The two guys I spoke to were very friendly, informative, and talked to me like a real person. Not just some random customer. They were very thorough with the inspection giving me a lot of ammunition if I decided to pursue purchasing the vehicle. They also brought light to things I would have never figured out on my own. This was my first experience at this shop. I would recommend anyone here for a PPI. I will definitely be back to give them business for general maintenance and repairs in the future.

My ex-husband took his Mercedes here and was really pleased so I was attempting to give them my business for some needed service on my Lexus, but after three emails (two to Joel and one to Corey) and a voicemail to the business requesting a quote, no one has bothered to get back to me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman, or I’m not in need of expensive repairs, or my vehicle isn’t German, but based on reviews and prior experience, I wasdisappointed to be treated this way.**Edit in response to owner. Full circle German Auto provides unparalleled service! I have a 100,000 plus Mini Cooper. Full Circle has done a fantastic job keeping my car working perfectly like it’s new. I have complete faith in their services and think that they have very fair and honest pricing. Great customer service and great mechanical skills! I would recommend them to anyone and feel fortunate that we have their shop in the Omaha area.

Joel, Corey and Zach are the most helpful mechanics I’ve ever worked with. They helped me identify work that another shop did incorrectly and made sure my vehicle was top notch before sending me out the door.

These guys are the real deal.I own a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera S.Mint condition car.One day the faulty air bag light came on so I tookit to Porsche Of Omaha. It was their for a fewdays trying to find out what was wrong. The solution they came up with was to replace thedrivers seat for $4,500 plus labor. I told them I thought they were nuts.I took the car to Full Circle and didn’t mention tothem what Porsche of Omaha had diagnosed.The bottom line is Full Circle repaired the car for$1,500 and it didn’t have anything to do with theseat.To bad Porsche of Omaha. You have lost my business for ever and this is my seventh Porscheand just getting ready for number eight. What a fabulous place! I felt so comfortable taking my car here, they were great at listening to what I was telling them about my car. Honest, reasonable and very good at explaining to me what was wrong with it. I will not take my car anywhere else and I drive Honda so they work on all types of vehicle not just German.

I have a Benz 300SL. Took it to the Benz dealer first and another German repair shop in town second. They both diagnosed it wrong and I ended up spending over $700 on parts I didnt need, labor and diagnosis and still did not get the problem fixed. I was recommended Full Circle and took it their as my last resort. They found the problem and fixed it for under $250. I should have went their first and saved $700. I know where to go next time. Very impressed with their honesty.
