Although Im committed to my family mechanic, I give credit where credit is due. This group, or rather team and the overall experience was spot on awesome! I notice little things and the most important little aspects of a mechanic and staff were excellent! They listened to what was needed. Not once did I hear anything to up-charge; which separates a number with money versus a person who genuinely needs car assistance. The time was fast but informative. Meaning they advised concerns of parts but also asked me to see it which I thought was professional. Overall, great people, professional mechanics, and very reasonable prices. More importantly, honest, informative, and respectful; very hard to come by with some mechanic shops nowadays. Thank you and great job!

Very honest repair shop, was out of town when my car started shaking. I took it to the closest shop and they told me I needed a $1800 repair, brought it back to town to Pitstop and they fixed my car for $300, they care about people not just your money!

I would use Pit stop more because their location is convenient. I wont be going to Pit Stop anymore. Depending whose at the front desk they act like your the idiot or its inconvenient to help you or that theyre just too busy to take your business. I dont like to leave bad reviews but at this point there are other companies who are nicer and faster.

BEST OIL CHANGE IN OMAHA! They were quick, cheap, and have amazing service. My husband goes there for all his repairs.

My husband and I both went in this morning; we got both of our vehicles done with oil changes in about 45 minutes. Terry the front service gentleman was very pleasant as well as the guy in the back. They let us know what might need done down the line on our vehicles and hooked us up with a car washes for the Moble 1 oil changes. Great overall experience, well be back!!

We have been going to Pitstop for seven years. Pitstop is honest and do a wonderful job. They will tell you what is wrong without trying to charge extra for things that dont need changed. As you become a regular they know you by name and take great care of your family and your vehicles.

These guys are great! I found their shop on a list from NPRs Car Talk and it has certainly lived up to the reputation. My wife and I have taken our cars there for about 5 years and they are always honest, affordable and friendly. They wont hesitate to tell you if things dont need to be fixed (Ive had this happen a couple times) or if a repair can wait for a bit so you can save up. I highly recommend!

My truck started leaking antifreeze. so I took it in to them. they told me it was a gasket on my water pump and it would cost 180$ to fix. when I went to pick my truck up they charged me an extra 40 dollars to spray my radiator off and put 2 screws that might have cost 2 cents in my air return box which covers the air filter. I didnt ask for either of them to be done and where completely unnecessary. not to mention they forgot to put antifreeze back in my truck after the repairs. crazy right, but wait. it gets better. the next day my truck started dying. when I confronted Tim the manager about the issue he then told me my truck was dying when I brought it in which it wasnt and refused to take responsibility for it. this shop like so many others is a bunch a crooks. dont let them fool you. They are just another Walmart tire and lube. not a mechanics shop.

Im a repeat customer. While not the cheapest around, the work Ive had done by this shop has always been of the highest quality. Very satisfied.

These guys are amazing! Everyone really knows what they are doing and I never worry that they will try and fix something that doesnt need to be fixed. They have always been honest with me and take great care of me. :)

I have come here 5 times in a row and it never works cash or card. I am sure that there is lost business here and it would only be logical to fix or replace the reader or the entire control box. At my company we would never let this happen. Especially if your local and process is wanted in your products market. I am now locating a different car wash to do to in my route home from work and will most likely no ever stop here again unless its my only choice. That really is too bad because I like your process.

They con you into an unauthorized inspection fee if you decide not to do repairs with them. They held my car hostage until I paid the exorbitant fee. Plan to take them to court so that they dont this to future customers. Stay clear of this place!

Was really wanting to take my vehicle here for repair but Jason was extremely rude and couldnt send over a simple quote via fax. I was told he didnt have time to sit at his desk!?? this was 2 days after I had requested the quote!?? seems like maybe Jason needs a permanent vacation....

The most crooked shop in town. They took 6 days to fix our vehicle. The estimate meant nothing to them because the cost of the repair was $175 more than the estimate
