I brought a car in (that I was considering purchasing) for an inspection and was very impressed with Auto Station. Radiator was fixed last October 2020 and under warranty. This summer ‘21 my radiator kept cracking/leaking and they continuously worked to figure out the problem/fix it, in a timely manner, free of charge. Really really helpful!!!

They were very clear and helpful when doing a used car inspection. I appreciate the detailed report they gave me. I will definitely be using Autostation again.

Had engine light on and spent around $600 to fix it as they recommended but still have it on so I returned back to them but they didn’t do anything to fix it so I have to take my car to a better auto repair.

The owner is honest. For me, thats about the only qualification that matters when choosing a mechanic. When a $1300 dollar fix didnt take care of my issue, they installed a brand new catalytic converter for free out of their own pocket. You will not find that kind of honesty and service at a dealership.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to recommend them all due to one employees bas customer service. I had my car serviced here and had some concerns the following day after picking it up. I called & was discussing the matter with Jessica & I had to ask her why was she so aggressive in her demeanor. She slammed the phone down telling her co-worker that if I didn’t shut the f up she was going to hang up. So of course as a customer when she greeted the line I asked why would she say something like that and she hung up on me. I went down there immediately & upon walking in I asked what kind of businesses hang up on customers. She started shouting at me calling me out of my name repeatedly saying get out as if she wanted to come around the corner and attack me. All as I’m reminding her I’m a customer who just paid them over $400 24 hours ago and I had concerns. She was so aggressive and unprofessional I wouldn’t dare recommend someone do business with a location who can’t control their employees. Then again it’s a “family owned business” so I’m sure nothing will change. I spoke to the general manager who assured me he would look into things and call me back that day 10/3/2020 going on well over 48 hours and still no follow up. The BBB is my next stop of many others regarding these people.

Very nice and friendly. Took about a week for my car to be repaired. There is a $99 job diagnostic fee that I did not know about but still five stars and will use again when my car breaks down.

I was an out of state customer (Maryland), who had just bought a car from a car auction but encountered some issues with the car. I was going to drive for over 18hrs, so I needed the car to be fixed properly and quickly.At auto station, once the car was towed there, a diagnostic testing was done and they found a whole lot of issues. I asked them to fix the serious ones and issues that could stop the car while driving. They went to work and were giving me periodic updates until all was done.Im particularly appreciative because they could have taken advantage of the fact that I was out of state but that wasnt the case. Major issues were resolved perfectly, timely and within reasonable cost. I drove for over 18hrs with no issues or any resemblance of issues. They did a great job, to which, Im grateful.Thanks guys!

Returned to the Auto Station because they do great work quickly and honestly.

We bought two new tires in July. Started having a slow leak in the drivers side new tire.In early September we had new brakes installed. By that time we were filling the tire once to twice a week. I asked then to check the new tire and see why it was leaking. When they checked I was told no holes, did not see why it had leaked.So in October, my husband was filling the tire every other day. On the way home from work he filled again, because he had filled it on the way to work.Overnight the tire when flat. My husband didn’t notice it and pulled out of the driveway and down two houses and came right back into the driveway. The tire had come off the rim.I called Auto Station, let them know about the tire. I was assuming that it was ruined. Lance called a little later, he was going to make a hose call to get the tire and rim. A short time later he brought them back. The tire was ok, but he put a new one on. The rim was not clean enough for the tire to stay on the rim, too much rust was on the inside. Tire could not hold a seal.Lance put the tire on the truck and he said no charge it has been their mistake.Really he could charged me for the tire, a new rim, and the house call. I was ready to pay for it all. But he was honest!!!!!!Thanks Lance and Auto Station!!!!

I took my Camry in for an overall checkup. They got it in right on time and thoroughly went through everything. They were polite and completely honest. Told me what was starting to wear but still had a lot of life left. They could have charged for unnecessary repairs but didnt! I left feeling completely safe driving away. I will most certainly be bringing my car back here whenever I have the need. I have no reservations in referring this shop!

Service was good and got the work done fast for a good price. Was smelling coolant and my car eventually overheated and needed a few things replaced. Still have a little coolant smell and have a random misfire causing it to run rough occasionally upon start that eventually goes away which developed right after taking it home. Hopefully not connected to any work performed. Good experience for the most part, in general.

I went in to their shop based on Google reviews so I figure I should leave one too. I had them do a second opinion on my car. The previous shop said I needed to either replace the head or buy a new engine. I called them up and told them about my problem. They had an idea of what was going on already and said theyd look at it and probably be able to fix it. Thats what they did. They looked at it. They fixed it. I drove it away. They did what they said they would, they didnt gouge me on prices and the work was knowledgeable and timely. Going back next Month to have them fix my breaks next. Theyre my shop now.

I loved working with them..I went there for my CRV dash lights.. they fixed it but for some reason lights came back after few hours.. they asked me to come back. They did invest more time to figure out the issue and finally fixed it..the price was very reasonable.. they make sure the customers are completely satisfied.. will definitely go next time..and recommend people to try them out.

I have been a long time customer of AutoStation. They have always gone above and beyond to get me the absolute best price and I never worry if I’m getting a fair or good deal when I go there. Dillon especially has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have always recommended them to friends and family, however, unfortunately my last experience wasn’t the best. When I got my car back it had lots of crumbs in the cup holder like someone had taken a snack break in my car, someone’s DIRTY crumpled up Kleenex was sitting on the floor of my car and the contents of my glovebox was sprawled out all over my front seat. I will say that when I called to let them know what happened that the staff member who answered said she was very upset that that happened and offered to clean out my car for me. Which I really appreciated. I would normally give 4-5 stars but because of how my personal property was treated by the people actually working on my car I have to give it 3 stars this time. I do have to end this with, if you are looking for a place that will NOT take advantage of you and will absolutely give you a fair deal, they make that happen.

Ive been to many places throughout the years. Ive also lived abroad, in some of the most dangerous countries in the world. I’ve been to some of the most awesome places, yet also some of the most messed up places that this world has to offer. Enough about my background.Anyway, back when I was in Beirut, my apartment complexs handyman was a retired mechanic and automobile assembler. He was a native Arabic speaker, and he spoke fluent German. He barely spoke English. He worked for Volkswagens Wolfsburg plant in Germany.I realized at one point that I need to borrow or rent someone’s car to do my job. My former landlord had a 1982 Volkswagen Mk1 GTI. Abdul Rahman was always eager to make sure that the GTI was always working at its best.Abdul Rahman was a friend. I’d invite him over to my apartment, and I’d offer him some of my German beer stash. I invited him sometimes, because after a long day of my journalism work, I didn’t feel like inviting any of my other friends, and I was too tired to go to the pubs. So, I invited him. He was always around, because he lived nearby. We talked about politics, cars, etc...He enjoyed the conversation so much that he noticed I was driving an old GTI, he came running to me whenever he seen me in the car or around the car. He would say “How are you? Can I take a look at it to make sure the car is running fine?” I said, ok. This guy was always fixing things on this car. I didn’t pay him anything. He would call someone for a part, and they came on a scooter. They brought the proper oil, the proper oil filter, the proper gasket, belt, etc. Then, he would wrench away, and the car never skipped a beat. He just did this since appreciated the company of a bloke like me, to invite him over for a chat, and who offered him good beer.I know you cant recreate an original or recreate an Abdul Rahman in this world, but theres always the next best thing. Auto Station is the next best thing. Auto Station is the next best thing in terms of sincerity, honesty, and loyalty. On the various cars I needed work done to, they gave me an honest answer, and they never tried to sell me things that I didn’t need. They also did identify issues another shop, which will remain nameless, screwed up on.If that’s not enough, I took my BMW 3er to get looked at by Auto Station. Lance, the owner of Auto Station, personally came out of the shop, looked at the struts and shocks, while I turned the wheel so he could get a better look of the struts.Anyway, the struts were almost shot on the car. Please name another shop in Omaha, where the owner, will come out and identify the issues of the car in front of his own shop (and Im a New Yorker)? Did I mention that Lance sent me a fully detailed, personal text message to price the repair of the struts, new springs, and shocks?Finally, the point that really matters is that Lance and Dylan… as well as the rest of the crew at Auto Station is the closest thing to Abdul Rahman that I will get. Their service, their care, and their no frills... no bullshitting is the closest thing to Abdul Rahman I will get to. I value this. I cannot stand some of the bilking and frauds other shops and dealerships do . The automotive world is a bang your head against the wall industry… it’s market is evil, and the person and customer often doesn’t benefit. You cannot make investments unless you own some old, barely driven, unmolested version of a legendary car. The auto industry has roots to the oil wars of the Middle East, which I’m very familiar with, especially in terms of gas mileage. It has some of the stingiest sellers and buyers… it has some of the world’s most corruption. Many of the nicest cars are mechanical failures and mechanical nightmares. When it comes to autos, you just have to understand what you’re buying, and what’s the best way to fix it. A place like Auto Station makes that possible… in the best possible way. Alas, I attached a personal photo from Beirut that shows some of the chaos that resides ,or should I say reigns, in their automotive world.

It was time for our 2012 Subaru Outback 105,000.maintenance I was struggling with taking it to the dealer or giving these guys a shot. The reviews were great but more importantly, they seemed to really know what they were talking about when it comes to Subarus. This was not a little job. Replacing the timing belt, water pump, gaskets, spark plugs, etc. Cutting to the chase, I am so glad to discover these guys. They are honest, will give you their best opinion, and do really quality work. My Subaru runs like new. I will take my cars there until they close.

I have never been more disappointed. My family has had a good history with the Auto Station which is why I didnt hesitate to take my vehicle in this time for services. My engine light was blinking so I had it towed to them at their request that I dont drive it. Monday of last week I paid $550 for service repairs. Soon as I left the lot the problems started coming back. The engine light popped back on less than a block away. Tuesday the car was lightly shaking. I went back Wednesday I found out that there were some misfires they needed to research. They assured me the car was okay to drive and they would follow up the next day (Friday). Friday morning the engine light was blinking again so I didnt drive it. I am still waiting to hear back from them. All of this within a week of service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. YOULL PAY FOR SERVICES THAT WILL ONLY GET YOU AS FAR AS A BLOCK AWAY.

They went above and beyond customer service in helping me on getting my vehicle serviced , they will be my service provider from here on out.

They were able to get me in even though they were busy. They are always friendly, courteous, and always keep me informed on everything that is going on.

I just wasted my time and money over there. The issue was a cooling system on Subaru Legacy. They told me , that they fixed it. After ten minutes driving , I inspected , that my car still has the old issue with cooling system. Got the car back worse then when I dropped off. Nothing was fixed on my car . I dont know what I paid for.

For the work that was done, they did an exceptional job. I also asked them to order an arm rest for my wife’s car, since it needed to be replaced and just wanted pricing. I have yet to still hear back about the arm rest.

My wifes car was foaming at the power steering reservoir and whinny very bad. Although they didnt have time available, Lance said bring it down and Ill get the air out for you real quick. He is a man of his word. He told me to bring it by Saturday so we can find the leak and I plan to do so. I have 4 cars in my family and I know where to go for help. He said it will be good for a few days. Auto Station was the only service center that understood my urgency! And MUCH appreciated. No more whining. I have been going to Autostation for several years now. Typically I do my own maintenance, however if there is a procedure too complex, or I just dont have the time, Rob and Dillon take good care of me. Their customer service is perfect and the quality of their work is second to none. They are willing to negotiate on price. They give me free advice any time I need it. They genuinely care. I dont feel like Im a number. I used to work at a Dairy Queen here in town. One day I went to pick my car up on my way to work, and I left my hat there. Rob drove to 3 different Dairy Queen locations to bring me my hat. That level of customer service really doesnt exist anymore. So I just wanted to say thank you to Rob, Dillon, and Lance and all the guys over there. You guys are the best!

Had some squeaking from my front brakes. Went in expecting to need new front pads, possibly more. Everyone was professional and friendly. They showed me that my brake pads were fine and they ended up just cleaning everything and greasing some spots. The noise appears to have gone away. There was *zero* pressure to do any work that did not need to be done at the time. Excellent service. The price was very reasonable and fair. Will be recommending Auto Station to friends and I will definitely be back for any future work that needs to be done. Thanks, guys!

I was met with nothing but hospitality. My car was seen to quickly and an honest diagnosis was given and better yet they steered me in the right direction for some good food and a beer while I waited.
