Jesse quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC and Duane and Steve were professional and quick to install my new reasonably priced system. Our air conditioner was not cooling on the hottest day of the year. Both our central air and furnace were 30+ years old. We had Aaron come out for a quote for a possible replacement. He cleaned out our outside filter to help us get some cool flowing back into the house. We had two other companies come out and give us quotes to replace them. Not only was Aaron one of the moat helpful and courteous but they were also the most reasonably priced. We decided on Friday to hire them and had the furnace and air conditioner replaced Monday before lunch. The guys were helpful, professional and fast! Thank you so much for everything!!

Xtreme is seriously AMAZING. Replaced my AC NEXT DAY!I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon, my house my house reached 94 degrees while I was at work and they were able to come with ONE HOUR! They were very honest and explained that the AC was repairable but I asked them to replace it since it was 24 years old and already broke down about 3 times this year. They showed up 9AM next day ready for install and took only 4 hours!If you’re anything like me and appreciate attention to quality/workmanship but also want GREAT PRICING. I HIGHLY recommend this company! 10/10 would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a slightly unique job for Xtreme but they were willing to tackle it. They installed two brand new AC units and our heater. They were professional and very kind. Our AC Unit would not shut off and was freezing over. We called at 2:30 today (Friday Afternoon) and by 3pm Jesse showed up. He found the issue right away. Our contact connectors were corroded and sticking together causing the unit to not shut off.. He released the connectors and told us they would probably stick again at some point due to the corrosion. He also said he could replace them which would cost more but he was honest and gave us the option instead of feeding us a line of bullcrap by saying they HAD to be replaced so they could make more money.We were impressed with the integrity of this company (and Jesse) because we could have ended up calling some greedy, corrupt company with a techician working on commission that lied and told us that our AC unit needed a major repair or worse yet, said we needed an entire new AC unit.Thank You to Jesse and Xtreme Heating and Cooling for being honest, reliable and, friendly. When you have an unexpected expense like this, you want to have a company that you feel really cares and will take care of you from the time of your purchase and into the future. I got this feeling from Xtreme. I received a number of quotes for a new AC. Xtreme was comparable in price, but the reason I chose this company is because of the people. Aaron came out and gave me a quote. He was professional and courteous with my time. He did not try to oversell or add on additional services I didnt need. Nick and Tim did the install. They worked diligently and were very personable. They answered all of my questions and by the end of the install, I felt like I made two new friends. I trusted them in my house and you can tell they know what they are doing. It was also very evident they enjoy their job and Xtreme treats its employees well. This is very comforting. This company has been our go-to for HVAC for some time. Theyve been helping us nurse along with an old system for a bunch of years.This year we decided to bite the bullet and put in a whole new system (AC and furnace). Aaron laid out several affordable options for us to choose from. We picked the one that best suited our needs, and we were on the install schedule FAST!They even lent us some coolant until they could install the new system.Duane and his coworker (Tim I think, sorry if Im remembering that wrong) installed the whole system in one day. Our 20+ year old air conditioner recently went out in the middle of summer and Xtreme Heating and Cooling was the 2nd company we had out to quote on installing a new one. We had a great experience from the moment I first called all the way through installation!Kristin was super friendly when I called and was quick to send someone out the next day – on a weekend – to bid the project. Aaron arrived on time the next day and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted the work and Xtreme’s price was extremely competitive compared to the 1st company we had out – as in a few thousand dollars more competitive. Aaron also suggested we consider doing a whole system replacement, as our furnace was roughly as old as our air conditioner. Even for a whole system replacement, Xtreme’s price was STILL less than the price of just the air conditioner with the 1st company. Aaron didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary which I greatly appreciated. He was able to get us scheduled for installation three days later and also got our a/c temporarily working to get us through those very hot days in between.Nothing but a positive experience on installation day as well! Duane, Nick, and Steven completed the whole system installation in about 6-7 hours. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and left the space even cleaner than when they started. Once they were finished, they showed me the new system and explained the work they did and ensured all my questions were answered as well. We had a small issue with the air conditioner a few days later, again on a weekend, but all it took was one call to Kristin and Duane was to our house no more than 15 minutes later! He was able to diagnose the issue and quickly get us back up and running.Overall very impressed and happy with Xtreme Heating and Cooling! This summer during one of the worst heat waves we have had in recent memory, my 26 year old AC decided to start failing. Xtreme Heating and Cooling has been the best company to work with. I contacted Aaron (one of the owners) on 8/3/21 at 3pm and explained our situation. His office contacted me within an hour and set an appointment for the next day at 8am!! This was amazing as Aksarben had a 3 week wait. Speking of Aksarben, they had a technician come over on 8/2/21 to do an inspection/routine maintenance and he came up with multiple issues and recommended to replace the whole unit. The Aksarben tech was nice, but it just didnt sit well with me that last year our AC was fine and this year it was needing replaced?!? Our good friends recommended Xtremem and I am VERY HAPPY they did.Cody came over today (8/4/21) promptly at 8am. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained things in a manner I could understand (I really appreciate that as HVAC is not my thing). He explained what the Aksarben tech had found and why it looked off/wrong.Cody also explained that Xtreme is a very unique company as they hire installation techs that are willing to learn service tech roles to be a full service company. He also explained that Xtreme is a wonderful place to work as it a family environment that take care of their techs. This was important to me as I want to do business with companies/people who care, not focus on the bottom dollar!I would give Xtreme Heating and Cooling a 15/10. I had issues with my furnace and Randy came to my house the same day. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace. A couple hours later Bruce and Lee were at my house with some estimates. They came to my house the next day and installed my furnace and air system. Both Bruce and Lee were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Legit, the room my furnace is in is cleaner than before! I have been a customer for 4 years now and I will not go anywhere else for furnace and air maintenance. These are honest people and they are difficult to come by.

After dealing with a/c issues earlier this spring, I was referred to Xtreme. I called and they were at our house within a few hours. The technician was professional, polite, and finished the job in a timely manner. Last week we were having issues with our furnace. I called Monday morning and the same tech was at our house within an hour. We decided on replacing our 20 year old furnace with a newer furnace. The supervisor Aaron came out the same day to give us a bid. He was also professional and reasonable. Aaron offered to get the job done the very next day. Due to prior commitments, we scheduled for Friday instead. The installers were at our house Friday morning and finished the job by lunchtime! They were friendly and very informative and I didn’t have to clean up after them one bit! I don’t typically leave reviews but I believe this business deserves the recognition! Furnace broke last week on the coldest day of the year. Called in the morning and was notified they’d get to me by the evening. To my surprise I received a call a few hours later that they were on their way. Blower was repaired quickly and professionally. Despite Xtreme having at least 39 calls that morning and trucks that wouldn’t start in the cold they delivered great service. We’ve used Xtreme in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Well this morning we had no heat it was 65 in the house and the furnace wouldnt kick on. I called Extreme and they added us to the schedule for today, took them a couple of minutes to figure out, cleaned the sensor and it came on. He performed a tune up to the furnace cleaned everything and said we should be good to go. Thanks for the fast responce. Good Job!

My furnace imploded on Sunday afternoon during the Chiefs game. I called XTREME Heating and Cooling and Aaron was at my house that same afternoon.Aaron opened up the furnace and showed me the problems. He emailed me several options and also sent text messages for my questions that evening. By Sunday night I had selected a new furnace and to get the best deal a new air conditioner.The technicians were at my house Monday morning at 9:00 as promised. They took care to protect my woodwork, furniture, and carpeting by covering these items before bringing in their equipment. Everything was installed, tested, and operating by 3 PM Monday afternoon. Very good, honest company. Originally had them out to see if we could get one more season out of our ancient system. They did a great job with a 24 year old system, while being honest it probably wouldnt last very long, but that gave us time to figure out finances to replace the entire heating and cooling system.I wasnt home today but my wife was. They showed up on time and were very polite. They finished the job in a few hours and by the time I got home the house was nice and cool.Bottom line is they didnt try to rip us off the first time, and with the new install on their second visit, sold us what we needed without trying to sell us all the extra bells and whistles.Great company, and from now on our go to for any future repairs!

I was shopping around for a new furnace because I’ve had different companies out all winter long to fix little items on my 29 year old furnace. I decided to get a quote from this business and after the consultation and what they could do for me, I decided to get a complete HVAC system as my air conditioner was also 29 years old. My system actually died after I decided to go on the “better” option, and Aaron worked fast and was able to move my installation up a day. The guys arrived and started work right away. They removed my doors so they wouldn’t damage them and were very clean when they removed my old appliances! They also made a return in my basement because it’s always cold, and the work on that was amazing and my basement is noticeably warmer 🥰. They did a great job explaining how everything works, and also made the energy rebate process easy by having that paperwork ready for me to go as well. I also love how quiet my furnace is! The crew that came out was amazing, professional, and never stopped working, even for lunch! I highly recommend Xtreme to all of my fellow homeowners.

I had my furnace get tagged ack in 2015 because of a leak. I called around and got 3 estimates and was trying to decide on a company. I was at church and one of the other members told me about Xrreme heating and cooling and I should check them out. I talked to them and not only did they come in at the lowest bid but with the rebates it was even less. The came out and it was one of the coldest days that February. They pulled the old furnace out and got the majority of the new one in that day. They then came back the following day to finish up and install the air conditioner. The furnace worked great! The following spring they did an air-conditioning check and made sure all was good. All.included in the initial price. The following fall I could notnget my furnace to kick I on. Jerry came out and after an hour or so he finally found the problem. A spider had decided to build a web in my igniter. That is what it would not start. A safety feature. Again no charge to get it fixed. I have been having them out 2 times a year to maintain and check since. They are always able to schedule around my availability! All the technicians are very nice and polite. Will continue to fefer them whenever asked for someone. They are also a local company. And both the owners are out in the field working along side their employees! Great service!

His advice on the type And brand of cooling system to install was valuable. We had been living on borrowed time with an old furnace and air conditioner. When we finally decided to replace them, we researched numerous options and decided we were most comfortable with the proposal from Xtreme Heating and Cooling. This is a significant home investment, so we wanted to be sure it was done right. We considered several traditional HVAC systems, but chose Heat Pump technology. This decision was reached after research and dialog with Xtreme. They were very helpful explaining the advantages. By the way, this option wasn’t the most expensive, but it was the system they felt was the best fit for our needs. It met our expectations for performance, efficiency and value. When the installation was complete, they walked us through orientation and signed us up for several rebate programs. From our first consultation, through the final installation, we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

My husband and I had a great experience with Xtreme. Our AC went out on a Monday. We called Jerry at 4pm and he came out that evening to look around and give us a bid. We got some other bids from other companies but we felt the best about Jerry coming to put our new AC in. He was professional, honest and a genuine person. They came out today (Thursday) to install our AC. His staff was helpful and professional the entire time they were here. They didnt leave without making sure we were 100% comfortable with all the new products. Also, our AC was upgraded to a more efficient unit without a higher price tag because of a mix up. My husband and I added a new thermostat knowing we would be paying more for that because it wasnt in the bid. Jerry threw it in for free. Oh, and they handled the OPPD rebate for us. We cant say enough good things about this company. We were very impressed.

We have had so many issues with out air the last few years and over and over again has the same company come and charge us a bunch for jobs that didnt seem to fix the problem. We called Xtreme today (Saturday) and they got to our house quickly and solved our problem within minutes!!! Aaron was so incredibly nice and efficient! Our air conditioner was definitely struggling to keep up. So I called Xtreme on a Monday morning at 8am. They’re were able to get someone there between 10-12 the same day! From there we learned the true age of our ac and decided it would be best to price out a new system. One of the guys came back out that Monday night so my fiancé and I could both be there. From there they sent us three options (good, better, best). They broke everything down explained the differences and let us take our time picking. After debating on which one for three days (with no a/c) we scheduled our new system to be put in the filling Monday. They got to my house at 9a and we’re testing to make sure everything was running right at 3pm! The guys then took the time to make sure I understood the new thermostat and got the app set up then showed me the filter and everything I would need to know and told me if I had any question not to hesitate and give them a call. I would definitely recommend them.

TLDR: Awesome, prompt, responsive service at reasonable prices.Our A/C went out at the beginning of summer, so I gave Xtreme a call. They got me in for a service call within a couple of days. The tech, Holland, did her best, but our system was shot (12 yo heat pump).Was supposed to get a call from Aaron (A/C IT wizard, partner) the next day, but Xtreme had just moved offices and he was swamped. So Jerry (the owner) called me that evening and offered to come out and give me an estimate the next day, a Saturday.Jerry came, he looked, and I had an estimate for four new A/C options the next day (I dont think these guys ever sleep). I picked the medium-good option, and they scheduled the install for MondayCody and Nick were the techs that did the install. Good guys; they put down tarps to protect my floors, explained what they were doing when I wanted to know, and were friendly to my dogs. They got the system mostly installed the first day, then came back the next morning to install new thermostats and a high-pressure bypass.Xtreme is a great company, and Ill definitely be calling them back for service and future HVAC needs.

The problems of an older home and split levels cuase cold and hot spots can be a nightmare i talk to multiple companies for qoutes and all i ever got was we can come out but there a service charge to even look at the system well extreme came out without a service charge to see what options could help me be more comfortable they didnt push any option towards me as i was well informed what solution would be best for me they got out to my job the next day and completed the work they even made sure everything was fully functional and shared options for me to better improve efficiencys they also have very competitive prices and great customer service thanks aaron

Awesome and friendly service, fantastic professionalism, and above all, the highest of integrity.My AC unit is a bit old. It stopped working a day ago, right in the middle of a late season heat wave. I called another service who sent a tech out same day - this tech told me the entire unit needed to be replaced. Bad compressor, shot capacitor, all sorts of HVAC lingo of which I understood little. All things pointed to repair costs which would have been enough to purchase a new unit. Also, according to this guy my furnace was apparently a danger to my family... oof. So they send out a guy to size up the install and deliver their bid, but I wanted a second opinion and contacted Xtreme.They got back to me first thing in the (sweaty) morning and sent out a tech same day. Mike showed up, as friendly as can be, and went to work on diagnosing the issue. I didnt tell him about the previous tech because I wanted to see what his opinion was. I had an extra capacitor for the unit, which I already installed, but was afraid to turn it on because of all the things the previous tech said (like serious doomsday stuff.) Mike started to go to work and said, everything looks okay but its running at high pressure and is pretty hot - lets clean it out. He removed the fan, hosed out the filters from the inside out (didnt know you could do this!) and ran his diagnostics again. From there, everything was normal. Coolant looked good - the previous tech said it was out - compressor looked good, pressure back to normal; all things checked out. He said the high heat from the lack of airflow and increased pressure probably cooked the capacitor and it popped. And that was IT! My house is cooling down great - really, seems to be much more efficient than before - and it didnt cost me 10k. He didnt have time to check out the furnace, but did a quick eyeball exam and said it looks okay to him, but probably should be serviced and cleaned - I told him Id definitely call them before I have to turn it on later this year.Ill be going through Xtreme for now on for all HVAC service calls. If and when its time for a new unit, Im going with these guys because they focused on helping not selling.If someone from Xtreme reads these, Mike was seriously awesome!

Finally a company thats all about good service and very knowledgeable. We had the misfortune of are ac unit go out when the temperatures were in the high 90,s. The next morning Aaron Johnson the technician for xtreme was there at the time he told us he would be there. I cant say enough how happy we were with him. Had the ac running in no time. And far as the price to have the work done I was pleasantly pleased. I would give them more stars if I could. Thank you Xtreme.

You guys get an attaboy. The MUD inspector said you did a dynamite job installing my furnace and air.I was expecting to pay at least $1,000 more so I was really happy when I received my bill. And I didnt have a clue I would get a $500 rebate from OPPD.Your the BESTStay warm!!!

They were very professional with the install, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew how to change the filter and operate the thermostat after installing my furnace.

So it was the coldest day of the new year and my tenants furnace was registering 54 degrees. I immediately went to the Web to find highly rated heating and air companies. I found a large local company with 70-some reviews, most of which were 5 star. I called them up and met up with them. What a nightmare. They found a crack in one of the parts and would not turn the furnace back on unless I signed a liability waver. By the time they were through with me, they had convinced me to buy a new furnace AND air conditioner for $6,100. The installation was set up for 2 days later (the soonest they could get to it.) Once the numbness of that $6,100 figure wore off, my wife and I came to our senses and started checking around with friends. One name that came up was Xtreme heating and cooling.Enter owner and service manager, Mike Smith. Mike came in the following morning. There, on the spot, he started working on the furnace, found the problem part, ordered it, had a worker pick up the part, and installed it. Our heat was back up and running by noon. And he did it for half the cost of what the other company wanted for the repair. Mike did not try to sell a new furnace. He told us our furnace was fine and the repair should solve the issue.Mike was exactly what we were looking for; someone to come in and fix the problem for a reasonable price. I will definitely keep Xtreme Heating & Coolings number and will call them in the future if needed. I would highly recommend them. They really got us out of a jam!
