Absolutely amazing service! I had Burton come out for a heating issue and they tried telling me I needed a whole new system and shut my system off. I have a 5 year old at home and to have my furnace shut off is not an option. Thank Goodness my co-worker told me about D & K. They came out right away and diagnosed it as a sensor issue. I used them again for my A/C a couple weeks later and it was promptly fixed as well with no issues. They will be getting my business from here on out! Highly recommend!

Just want to say D&K is fantastic. Super fair pricing, honest, they show up when promised. I work for a service company so I know what quality is. Was able to get my air conditioner working 10x better than it was before. Very happy with them and would recommend to any friends and family!

Joe E with D and K Heating and Air Conditioning came out to our house today to inspect a possibly damaged pipe on the roof. He was thorough and took the time to explain to us what we were concerned with. He also picked up my crying 7 month as I made him a bottle. Talk about sweet and genuine! We were very happy with his suggestion for repairs and will be sure to use them again in the future! Thanks Joe!

We are very pleased with are experience using D&K. Joe was our sales rep who helped us pick out our unit. Was clear, honest, and explained things well. Could text him directly with any questions we had. The installation crew did a great job every thing looks and works great. Their office staff are always helpful with scheduling and answering questions. They had to come a few different times as we had whole new HVAC put in in the middle of winter. Every technician that has come out has been knowledgeable and personable. Prices were fair and slightly lower then a few other companies we looked at. Plan to continue to use them for years to come and would recommend them to friends and family.

Kyle from D&K Heating and Cooling was amazing! I needed after hours service. Called at 7:00am on a Sunday and everything was fixed up and repaired by 8:30am! Kyle explained everything and was very professional. I highly recommend!

Great experience with this company! Our AC went out late in the day and they make arrangements to get someone out the same day. We thought for sure that the entire system was shot (it’s 18 years old). Within 10 minutes, they found the problem (a short in a wire) and fixed it! Super nice to work with also. Great prices and more reasonable than expected.

Everything started out ok its when and how i plan to pay to have whatever needed installed.I have policy to replace A/C. When i called the guy that came out and gave me estimate that the insurance company sent over a form to them to complete is when things went downhill. The guy on phone said he fill out but he has seen insurance companies refuse to pay or they try to only pay certain parts etc. (Not exact words but close). He completed and sent form back to me. I sent insurance company. Well the guy from insurance needs to clarify couple responses on form. The insurance has called and D&k to speak with the guy whom gave me estimate but he has not returned any messages. I even called spoke with lady i believe receptionist and explained to her i need him to call insurance guy back. I was told he was sick but since other guy was on vacation the guy that came out still was receiving and responding to messages but he has not returned call to insurance guy.It has been 95+ degrees in my house. Have kids with asthma. I believe because i filed a claim instead of applying for monthly payment and comment made by d&k tech made about insurance company many times will no pay for full system is reason the insurance guy has not received call back.If you have the full amount to pay or can and willing to do monthly payments yes call them but if you have policy for coverage dont bother.Now i have to go through the whole process again and have another company come out and give me an estimate. Good thing summer is about over.

I enjoyed there visit very nice people! My air conditioner went out on a Friday at 5:10,pm!Talked to the gentleman that was on call and he stated that it could be the thermostat. Went and got it and that wasnt the problem. I had no refrigerant left. I asked for bids on a couple units. They sent them the next morning. They were very prompt and very helpful. My son ending upwith someone he knew to get a new one.I cant thank them enough for their promptness on my problem!

I was having some AC trouble and called about 5 companies to get quotes on a new unit. D&K was the only one of the five to offer to try to fix/ put a bandaid on my unit until the install date (my house was 87 degrees inside and the weather had no break in site). They also offered to do it at no cost as I was buying a new unit from them to be installed later. The person I worked with, Joe Ellenberger was amazing. We were thinking the unit just needed some more freon and it would be a quick bandaid, but he actually found something else that wasnt working. He still worked to get my unit back up and running and gave me excellent service in the process. I was referred to D&K by a friend who received excellent service, and I will be referring them to my peers as well. Joe has been excellent.

Very appreciative of D and K for the after hours service call regarding our furnace. I had a pleasant experience from the start, with Lisa on the phone and Jeff the technician. Lisa worked quickly to let Jeff know our problem and Jeff was at our house that same evening. Jeff was a very nice guy and explained everything clearly. He had a good attitude even though he was on his twelfth hour of work for that day! I will recommend them to others.

They are my heroes! Integrity is top notch!I can not say enough about this company and how wonderful they have been to me! I recently had a horrid experience with another well-known heating and A/C company in Omaha where I was basically a victim to a scam. 1st company comes out to do my furnace and A/C inspection in my house that I am currently renting out and in the process of selling as well. I not only dont live in the house, but I live in Kansas City now, too. Anyway, company 1 comes out and inspects my furnace, finds a bunch of things wrong, tells me it is unsafe and needs to be shut down, and tells me I need a new one, gives me an outrageous quote to replace. I called D&K by recommendation of a friend of mine. I explained what had been told to me. They came out immediately to my (and my tenants, and my realtors) rescue. They found NOTHING wrong with my furnace and found evidence of company 1s tampering with my system. They did combustion testing that found my system is fine. The other company did NOT do combustion testing and the price for the inspection was the same if not better with D&K. They wrote up a statement of everything giving me proof that all was good. Not done by other company. They NEVER disparaged Company 1 even though they could have. This was all on Wednesday.Fast forward to last night when I get a call from my tenants that the furnace was NOT working okay all of a sudden, It was working fine before Wednesday. Since I have a pending house deal with a buyer who wanted to see it the next day and the tenants were scared that the furnace was going to do something horrible, I needed someone back out there after hours last night. I called D&K and explained that one of there techs was there just 2 days before saying everything was fine and now it isnt. I gave him the history of what company 1 said and did. Jeff was out there immediately and did an even more thorough job and found even MORE evidence of tampering that his other tech did miss. Not only did Jeff fix it, he spent a great deal of time explaining things to my tenant to make him feel better, but also took a lot of time to explain to me what he did, what should have happened, and never once complained about going out on this call late on Friday. He was so incredibly professional and courteous and obviously VERY knowledgeable. He didnt give me a song and dance about how much I was going to owe him, but is making an effort to do whatever is right by me. Jeff is a hero in my book right now!The summary of all of this is I can tell beyond a shadow of a doubt the integrity of this company is above most any other I have EVER seen. Their hearts are in the right place, with the customer, not their bank accounts. I will always recommend that anyone go through D&K Heating, not just because they saved me a ton of money, or acted quickly, or because their prices are reasonable and their techs are knowledgeable, but because I feel more than anything that I can TRUST them when I am 300 miles away to do the right thing by me.
