New cold call customer...they showed up on time, both the owner and tech, immediately found an issue with my home geothermal, then helped me through diagnosis of an outbuilding and a complete check before winter. Professional, friendly, taught as they repaired, and in the end was much more inexpensive than I expected. Incredibly happy, thank you guys!

We were long-time customers of Complete Comfort since 2005 when they provided a new AC and ductwork for our older home in Dundee. In the past, their sales and service were outstanding. We have referred numerous friend and family based on our previous experiences.Earlier this year, we needed to add AC capacity to our older home. Complete Comfort came to our home and bid the job. We signed a sales contract in May. As soon as we signed the contract, communication from Complete Comfort ceased. Our frequent calls to check on the installation status were not returned until the end of August, when the installation manager finally indicated that we would move forward with the project.This morning, the Complete Comfort team arrived at our home without so much as even a reminder call to start working on the installation of the new system. My wife and I completely rearranged our work schedules to attempt to get the house ready for the installation. After we had removed much of the contents of our basement, the owner of Complete Comfort arrived at our home and indicated that they could not do the job as it was more complicated than they expected. This would have been helpful information to have in May when they were at our home to bid the job or when we signed a sales contract for a new AC.We went through an entire summer without adequate cooling for our home because of a lack of communication and professionalism from Complete Comfort. If you need a reliable company to provide heating and cooling for your home or business, I would recommend using a different company. Particularly if you own an older home, do not count on them to complete the work, even if you have a signed contract.

Josiah was very professional and knowledgeable. He called ahead and was right on time. He explained everything he needed to do and got our AC working better than it has before! We have had several heating/air companies service our systems but will definitely stick with Control Comfort, they are already scheduled to do our furnace in the fall. I called Complete Comfort at 8:30 in the morning and Micheal arrived at 2:00 pm the same day. It was already 94 degrees outside and 82 degrees in the house when he arrived. Micheal did a great job. He explained why he was checking certain things. When he found the problem he explained to me what and why it was a problem. He replaced the blower fan module and we were up and running. CC does an incredible job. This last visit was to install a new vent and air scrubber, as well as the winter inspection. Mark did a thorough job of getting me an estimate on the additional run/vent, talking to me about the air scrubber and the pricing was very reasonable. Alex in the office was very friendly and accommodating in setting up the appointment as well as calling me prior to the appointment. Josh did a great job examining the furnace, cleaning everything and changing out the humidifier filter. Zack and David did a great job with the instant and they laid down tarps to keep the floor clean and vacuumed up everything that resulted from the install of the vent. We have used Complete Comfort for service in the past and always been very satisfied. We recently purchase a much larger new home and needed to replace the 2 aging furnaces and ac units - a very big job! After receiving quotes from 3 other Omaha HVAC installers, we decided to remain a Complete Comfort customer. The quote for 2 systems was competitive, but my research on Bryant HVAC products showed them to be one of the best on the market. DJ, Nate, Anzio and Zach worked as a team to make the installation process efficient and finished sooner than expected. They arrived on time and started working ASAP. Checked all aspects of the AC system inside and out. Also checked thermostat, filter and provided, via email, a PDF of all the readings and settings they got.They replaced a switch in the AC unit to prevent possible failure in my ancient unit. Also removed all panels on the AC unit to clean the coils not just spraying a little water in the sides through the panels. All in all a much better job than the company I have been using for the last 9 years.

Thanks to Complete Comfort my geothermal system is operating as it should again. I called them specifically because of their expertise in geothermal systems.It all started weeks ago when my system was not operating correctly, I called another company, I told them I had geothermal and yet they sent out a tech who had no experience and was untrained. He was lost and ultimately just checked a couple of things and called another tech to ask for answers. He ended up assuring us that everything was operating as it should(wrong). I will never use that company again and I regret calling them as they were not worth the cost of the service call.After dealing with the system for a few more weeks I finally called Complete Comfort - what a difference. A person answered the phone (didnt have to leave a message and wait for call back). An experienced tech was sent over (Chad) at the first opportunity, the same day ! I received excellent communication from Complete Comfort, including text messages (with a photo of the tech) to confirm my appointment and let me know the tech was on his way to my house. He arrived promptly (even 5 minutes early) and was very professional. He had a company uniform , wore a mask the entire time, was personable, his tools were well organized, and he knew what he was talking about; overall a very professional technician. Paperwork was all done electronically via tablet and I got copies of everything via email. He was able to diagnose my system issues within MINUTES of arriving. He put in the order for repair parts and explained everything in detail. He told me someone from the office would contact me to set up the return trip appointment. Sure enough I got a call with the parts estimate and a delivery appointment time. Again receiving excellent communication throughout the process via text and email.I got a 2 hour window for an appointment time, and Chad arrived slightly early. He had the part replaced and the system running again in very short order. Since I had signed up for the maintenance plan (how could I not, with such a professional company) he also performed a cooling check and system maintenance including a new filter while he was here.Throughout this entire experience Chad knew his way around a geothermal system, it was obvious he has training but also EXPERIENCE. In 20 years of owning 2 different geothermal systems, Complete Comfort has provided the best, most professional service we have seen - BY FAR. Another important thing of note is that the OFFICE people (in this case Alex) are very professional and knowledgeable. They serve as the support system for the techs in the field and the techs rely on them for those paperwork answers. My AC failed, and Complete Comfort was out next morning to install a new AC, while others were two or more days out. My techs, Zack and Anzio, were great as well and came out despite a thunderstorm warning in effect. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Complete Comfort installed a new humidifier for my furnace. They had to do quite a bit of checking to find the right unit that would work for the small space that my furnace is in. I appreciated them finding the right solution for me. They did a great job with the install. Michael also performed my annual furnace maintenance. He explained what all he checked as a part of the maintenance and was very professional and courteous. The also have a great deal that you get 20% off other services if you sign up for the maintenance plan. Its a great deal!7/1/21 Update: Had my A/C check today and again Michael was very professional and courteous and got the check completed in a timely manner. AC unit quit working on Sunday and Monday morning a technician arrived and diagnosed the problem. A short time later their sales rep arrived to go over replacement of the unit. We also had the additional complexity to need Geothermal experience at our home, and they had it. Onsite technical assessment and resolution was outstanding and thoughtful. Talked through fix, and possible options as futures within the first hour, and we were operational prior to bad weather the next day. After our heat pump stopped heating back in November I called three companies for quotes. Complete Comfort was recommend to me by a family friend. Jeff came out next day and gave quotes for Geothermal and air to air heat pumps. After getting quotes from two other companies Complete Comfort was by far cheaper then the other two. After talking with Jeff several times we decide to just replace our heat pump with a newer better model. Jeff and team was able to come out and replace all the duct work and heat pump within two days. There was an issue with the way my basement was setup, but Jeff informed me of the change and it would take another day (2 days instead of 1). In January I called back because one of the rooms lost heat . Jeff and team came out fixed the issue and added a supply in another room for me. I have been happy with the service provided and would recommend Complete Comfort to anyone.

Talked to us about their Airscrubber, which Michael just came back and installed today. This company is honest, affordable, hard working and has amazing customer service. They never try and upset your or try to scare you into work you do not need. Love every part of dealing with Complete Comfort!

Mark Shore and the team at Complete Comfort were so wonderful to work with. Our air conditioner broke and we were without air for five days during the recent heat wave. They were able to install a quality unit within one day or ordering. We are absolutely thrilled!

I just had two new Bryant Evolution Furnace and AC systems installed by Complete Comfort. The service from start to finish is fantastic. Jeff, the owner, has always been very fair with pricing, and honest with regard to options. He never uses any high pressure tactics, and truly wants you to be happy with your decisions. The scheduling of the installation was very smooth, and Alex and Stephanie kept us posted each day as to the arrival of the technicians and handled all of the registrations with Bryant. Conner, Anzio and Mike were the technicians who installed our systems. They were so very professional. They were incredibly clean and orderly in both the dismantling of the old system and the installation of the new system. They cleaned up after themselves as they progressed. They were all very polite, and took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions along the way. While we never really wanted to have to replace HVAC systems, we are extremely pleased with the new Bryant 5 stage A/C., and expect to be just as pleased with the furnace this winter. It is way better than our old A/C units (even when they were working!) The Complete Comfort team are all first class.

Excellent service Saturday night by Jeff who immediately called us back and arranged for Michael to come out that night. We really appreciated the quick response to our AC suddenly stopping. With daylight fading quickly he came and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC. Then stayed and checked out everything to make sure it was working. We slept well that night because he made that last call when others would have put it off to the next day. Thanks again Michael
