Everyone at A-1 United was professional, personable, and eager to satisfy the customer . Our great experience started with Ben Micek. He took the time to explain our options. He was very helpful in selecting the equipment that was best for us. Next we had great installers, Austin and Avery. They really knew their jobs well, and did not seem to mind my husband watching them! Chris showed up today for the final inspection, and everything was working perfectly. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I was greatly appreciative of the fast response and service after contacting A1 United. I spoke with Benny and he was quickly able to direct me to the service and request I needed to make. Which in turn allowed them to be ready to resolve my issue with my Ac service. Not only did they get a service technician to me the same day as call but was professional personable and treated me as a valued customer only being my first time using their services. If you have A/C issues call the folks over at A-1. Ive used them for five years and could nit be more pleased with their honesty, integrity and service.AC went out last night and today by 1pm I was back up and running with the house cooling off. Jim was my technician and he took some extra time to answer a few questions and give pointers on general upkeep. He was on time and courteous and would have him back at my home any time. Price for the fix was very reasonable and additional tests done to make sure all systems worked correctly.Overall A1 has done a great job for our family and I am sure they would for yourFamily.Thanks A1 team.

Frustrated - we built a new house in 2015 and A1 United Heating completed the Furnace and AC Installation. In the Spring of 2020 when we turned our AC unit there was no AC. I contacted a company who came out and diagnosed the issue as an A Coil leak, they filled up the freon and recommended we contact A1 since they were the ones who did the original install and the unit was still in warranty (to help make things simpler). I contacted A1 the following day, they dispatched a technician two times during the summer and he conducted multiple tests, to tell me that he did not have the right equipment to help isolate the leak. It wasnt until the Spring of 2021 that A1 came back out with a new technician and told me there was indeed a leak and was going to leave me with a $200 bill (for telling me what we already knew). I contacted the Service Manager and let him know I needed a plan as warranty had lapsed during the time A1 was getting the right technician and equipment to diagnose what was already known. A1 did get the new A Coil in and the manufacture provided under warranty. I paid over $600 in labor time for the A1 technician to come out and replace the A Coil. I just received the $200 bill for the technician to come out and confirm what was already known. I contacted the Service Manager to not ask for full credit on the bill, I was happy to work something and pay an agreed upon but he was unrelenting in that I should be paying the full invoice as his technicians made multiple trips to the house (this is not my fault). I work in a service industry and am extremely frustrated at the approach and the unwillingness to understand that I should not be left with this complete burden.

So this review does not apply to any actual work they did. I asked for someone to come out and give a quote on moving an a/c unit to a new location on my house. Jim came out and looked and what would need to be done and told me what they could do and how they would do it if they did. However, he went on to say he doesnt recommend nor like to move closed a/c systems as they tend to have problems after moving them. I appreciated the straight up honesty and not trying to sell me some bullsh*t.

Caution - A-1 United and LennoxA-1 United installed a Lennox heat pump and furnace at our home in 2013 for the previous owners. Here is what I learned from a recent conversation with the A-1 United service manager. A-1 / Lennox provides a 2 year labor and 5 year parts warranty AND when the equipment is registered at the time of purchase a 10 year parts warranty. The catch is the additional warranty is only good for the original purchaser.Our now 8 year old unit is failing due to a coolant leak so I called A-1 to see if they would stand by the product they sell and their install services. I was not looking for a free replacement or free service, but maybe a discount on the parts since the unit would be under warranty still if I were the original purchaser. The service manager declined to help in any way. He said an 8 year old unit is getting old but when I asked him if thats what he told customers when A-1 sold them a new Lennox he said, No, they should last 12-15 plus years. He also said any failure of the equipment is not A-1s fault but instead Lennox is to blame.So, I would caution anyone from doing business with A-1 United or purchasing a Lennox system. They clearly dont stand behind their install services nor the brands they sell. The service manager quickly blamed everyone except A-1 for any issues.

Extremely pleased with A1 United. Purchased two new HVAC systems. Price was very competitive, install was fast and professionally done, sales rep was responsive and informative. I am a research freak...I interviewed 4 HVAC companies at my residence all on the same day. Each had a BBB rating of A+ and all had good reviews online. After weighing price, product, future support, and reputation, we went with A1 United. I felt like I had such a good experience that I should share it with others because its too easy to only leave reviews when you have bad experiences...and this was a large and important investment for my family and Im very pleased with the result.

I had A1 replace my hvav at the beginning of January they did an amazing job with install the installers were very professional could not of asked for better then the floods of 2019 came and filled my basement to the rafters they were one of my first calls after I got back in my home they sent a guy out the very next day to inspect the unit unfortunately I it was a total loss but I know they will do just as good of an install this time Thank You all at A1

Its always fun to learn that your furnace isnt working the first day it dips below 30 degrees... We woke up to a 55 degree house and knew we needed our furnaced looked at, and FAST. After another company came and gave us a quote, only to say they would need to come back out for ANOTHER quote, our landlord got in contact with A1 based on their great reviews. Jim was very responsive and even came to give us a quote on his way home from work on a Friday night. He was quickly able to give us a quote, schedule a furnace replacement for first thing the following Monday, and even advised us to have MUD come out that night because the first company who gave us a quote failed to tighten a valve and we had a pretty nasty gas leak going. Thanks to Jims professionalism, we were well on our way to getting heat back and he saved us from a dangerous gas leak. Monday morning, workers showed up on time (I believe Grant and Rick were their names). They worked hard all through the morning and into the afternoon. They were very friendly and professional, and walked me through all the ins and outs of the new unit. Our heat is now working great, which I am SO thankful for as we approach a Nebraska winter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A-1 United Heating, Air, and Electrical. We may have been without heat for far longer than we were if it were not for the great service provided by A-1.

Our A/C unit failed as the temperatures started to rise this Spring. A-1 came out to check out the system. Turns out the 20 year A/C unit had to be replaced. Provided a same day quote, and installed the new system and components within 48 hours. Had a great experience with the technician, the design specialist and the installation crew. Did a great job! A-1 is, and has been, our preferred service provider. Highly recommend the whole team.

Great service! We had our AC unit replaced. They were here as soon as possible. Got the new unit installed quickly. Unbeknownst to anyone until we got the new unit started, my blower had fried it’s capacitor. Upon finding this out, they worked quickly and diligently to get everything up and running. The good:- Went through Costco and after 6 bids, you just cant beat the price and rebates.- Shawn, our installer, was wonderful.That is where the good stuff ends:- Our salesman assured us that he would be with us every step of the way and that he would be out the day of install to make sure everything was set, we havent seen him since we signed the contract.- We were told that they would be back out in 2 weeks to insure everything was working properly so that we could get the MUD inspection. Two weeks came and went and no word from them. When I called, I was told we werent even on the schedule that it needed done.- Had to call and remind our salesman to send our rebate to OPPD.- Had trouble with the thermostat day after installation. They sent out a technician who did not know what to do and had to call the office for suggestions. FYI....it still wont work right.Really disappointed. Surprised that Costco would attach their name to bad customer service.

I was told by two other companies that I was out of luck, and needed to buy a new furnace (even though mine was from 2015), and a new A/C unit that would cost me all together about $10K. The odd thing was, these two companies had two totally different diagnoses as to what was wrong with my A/C. A friend recommended A-1, and I got Norm. I was feeling pretty helpless, but Norm was able to pinpoint what was wrong. I believe that man so bound and determined to fix my A/C that I think he would have stayed as late as he needed to. You wont go wrong with this company. I can guarantee it. Norm, you were truly a savior to a young girl, her two dogs, and a cat. I cant thank you enough. I hope this is shared with you.

I’m a home owner that needed a new capacitor for my AC unit. I didn’t really know where to get a new one, but I ran into a kind stranger in an A1 United truck walking into the gas station. He pointed me to their home office of 50th & F where they sold me the piece I needed over the counter. Very helpful all around. I promised them if the capacitor wasn’t the issue I’d be calling them up for their service. I got lucky this time, but I will be calling these guys from here on.

No complaints from me. I called at 8am because the capacitor on my AC unit went bad. They had Jarod to my house by 11am and he was able to get everything working tip top again. While he was here, he even did a service inspection of the unit to make sure there were no other issues. I dont know how competitive their rates are, but I felt it was reasonable to get my home cooling again. Id call them again if I needed service.

Extremely happy with our new AC and heating systems. Temperature control is far more even throughout our two-story home.Ben from A-1 carefully presented and discussed options for complete replacement of our 22-year-old heating and air conditioning systems. He was responsive and worked together with us to select new systems that would best serve our heating and cooling needs for a fair price. Installers Erick and Chris worked incredibly hard over two days, essentially constructing new systems in our basement. The exhaust and intake pipes required a great deal of complex customization to fit neatly into a tight space.A neat job that looks and functions perfectly.

So back in November 2018 my furnace was giving up on me, so I decided to give United Heating and Air Conditioning a call, keep in mind because I called on a weekend I had to overpay. So the technician came and he took a quick glimpse and made it sound like a very minor detail, which it was all it needed was a deep furnace cleaning. So the guy took less then 30 minutes doing it because cleaning the furnace cant get any easier. The guy also told me that my furnace should be good for another year. PLOT TWIST, after 4 months, the same problem happened again, literally like I never got it fixed. And i paid overpaid for that service just to get terrible results. So I called the customer service manager but again he had the audacity to tell me that my assumptions were wrong and that he could not believe in a single word that I was saying. I even desperately asked for half the money back but he shut that down way too quick without even taking it in to consideration. I now know that this company does not care about the after with their services nor do they care about their customers satisfaction whatsoever.

They didn’t show up when they said they would kept getting told different things. The work was done correctly once they finally got here. I was not upset at that point. I offered to give a Credit Card upfront they said no twice, waited to see an invoice rather got a construction lien. Hard to pay the invoice with out an invoice. Not the way to keep business going, very disappointing!!

Tried leaving a review on their site, but if you notice they only allow the praises to be left, not honest feedback. Be cautious.. We had A1 install our new system 4 years ago. The unit has required freon each season since to recharge the system. This year when we called we were told they couldnt come out right away. We called another servicer, who came out and serviced the unit, added coolant and said to call A1 back as the unit is still under warranty and the A coil has a leak. A1 charged us $360 to come out and disassemble the unit to confirm there is a leak (which we had already explained to them), but they didnt have the right part, so he had to reassemble the unit for the time being, then charge us another $700 to come install the replacement coil under warranty. If this situation would have been taken care of on the previous visits from A1, it would have been 100% covered by warranty. Instead, now I am paying over $1k in labor to fix their issue. Shame to see a local company practice business like this.

I had a great, smooth experience with A-1 United installing my new HVAC system. The office staff were helpful with scheduling and payments - always pleasant. Jim was great with explaining my options for a new system. They were able to do the install very quickly and all the technicians were professional and willing to explain what they were doing. They also ran exhaust lines at better angles than the previous unit used. I would definitely use them again and plan on using A-1 United for my ongoing maintenance.

Cost $10k-Sales pitch was good. Everything else was a disaster! Exhaust lines were installed incorrectly-did not pass MUD inspection, Central air unit is so loud I can’t sleep at night.- May have to replace bcus they can’t fix the issue. Follow up from Install Manager was very poor. Took over 2 months to complete. Overall I wish I had gone elsewhere-Beware!

I started my experience with A-1 back in August when our AC was acting up and I went through Costco for an estimate. I had Jim do a whole quote for the furnace and AC at that time. Jim was great explaining what type of units we will need and what best suits our house. At that time we were able to make our unit last a little while longer. Unfortunately our furnace went out last week and Jim was able to find my old quote from August and set up installation for the next day. The installation was done by David and Brandon who were both amazing. They both let me know how it was going and explaining what they all had left. They came at 9:30am and were done by 2:30pm. (We do have a smaller house)When David and Brandon were finished they made sure to go through the new system with me and answer all the questions I had. They were also great putting up with our nosey dog that wanted to help them out. I had a great experience with A-1 through Costco and I cannot thank them enough for getting our unit in during these really cold days and getting our heat back.

I had a pleasant experience with Jim Feder, David, and Chris. I had specific products in mind and told Jim about what products I wanted. Jim found the products I had in mind. He was forthcoming with the services, products, time of installation, duration, and total price. The initial meeting was to the point, informative, and respectful. The installation crew - David and Chris - showed up two days after. The completed the installation and my AC is working again. I was told that A-1 will contact me soon after the installation to schedule an appointment making sure everything is working correctly. Because my installation was done recently, I will update my experience again.

We had a bid from Jim within a few days of my initial chat with one of their reps at Costco. We had a laugh at the duct work from a furnace install last year that was, as Jim tactfully phrased it, pretty rough. Jim wrote us up a bid for a new AC, coil, return boot, and HEPA filter.Everything was installed last week and the finished product looks better than our original setup. Im glad I took Jims recommendation on the air return, as the rebuilt duct is cleaner and more compact. It has created additional space in our utility room to fit a water softener in the near-future. The install crew was quick, courteous, and walked me through the new system.

A1-United is the only electricians I’ll use for my company Old World Craftsmen, we are a high-end remodeling firm in Midtown Omaha. I’ve worked with a lot of electricians and Scott Taylor and his crew are the best I’ve been able to find. The rates are fair and his journeymen’s competence on Old Midtown homes is exceptional. In fact, his guys and gal have rewired my own District 66 home with panel upgrade, etc. When asked by my clients, city councilmen, heads of universities, etc, I always recommend A-1! Keep it up guys!

9 hours! Keep this number in mind. I woke up at around 6AM, my furnace was making a funny noise and it was 56 degrees in the house. I called at A-1 at around 0730; the technician was at the house by 0930. Bad card, bad blower, $1100. A salesman arrived at around 1145. He asked some quick question, he did NOT try to upsale us at all. By 1500 in the afternoon, we had a brand new heater. Now, we have a long history with A-1, we got a new Air Conditioner last year; weve had service agreements with A-1 for years. They have always been professional and prompt, but this example was exemplary. We went from broken furnace to fixed furnace in 9 hours. A-1 has my strongest possible endorsement.

Marty came in and sold me the most appropriate unit for our house and situation. He didnt mess around trying to upsell me and get me to buy some fancy pants SEER 9000 system. The whole process was a breeze and Id recommend them to anyone. Their prices and warranties were just as competitive as most other bids we received, but the no-nonsense sales pitch is what sealed the deal. The installation team showed up, set up, and cleaned up quickly and professionally. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire operation start to finish. I want to thank A1 United for their prompt service. We had used one of their competitors and they told us that we needed to replace the furnace in our home. Jesse Henson was the lead tech, he was incredible, honest and a great teacher of character to the new tech. Jesse said that the heat exchanger was cracked but it was under warranty. A-1 is great until you need emergency services. I came home to my A/C not working and they couldnt get to me for a few days. I understand its 80-90 degrees this week so they may be busy but I have been a maintenance contract customer for 14 years. Emergency services are supposed to be 24 hours / 7 days a week but apparently not for all customers. I wont be renewing my contract.

Excellent staff! My husband and I were originally going to buy a system through AireServ, and after talking to friends and family, we decided to get another quote—through A-1. I contacted Ben (sales) at 8pm, and within 5 minutes, we set up a time for him to stop by first thing the next morning. Ben saved my family nearly $4,000! And on top of that, we got far better upgrades and warranties than the other company. We recently had our heat go out and discovered it at about 7pm Thursday night. A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical got back to me quickly that night and provided two options: come over that night and resolve the heating issue, or come first thing Friday morning, 8:30-9am.I choose the morning option and they discovered that my furnace was as good as dead, carbon-monoxide leak and 18 years old. I want to start off by saying I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and I have had A-1 United Heating and Air service two of my homes! I am VERY disappointed with the customer service I received! I called to make an appointment to change the filters in my two furnaces.I was given a date and time frame. At the end of the time frame after no one showed up I called. I was told I wasnt on the schedule but they could still get someone out the same day. When the technician showed up he didnt have the filters in hand, and asked if I wanted him to check the furnace too. I asked how much would that be he said he would have to go to his truck, call and check. When he returned with the filters he told me it would be $110 a piece to check the furnaces plus the cost of the filters. I asked if they matched prices because that was double the price everyone else charges, he said no. I called the office to check and they were very rude and said no to the match. I asked if they had any coupons, again I got a NO! She then yelled that they would have the technician collect what was due! Again, I have been a LOYAL customer of two homes for over 15 years and this is how I was treated. I will no longer use this company!

We needed a new furnace and air conditioning units installed just before Christmas and we shopped around looking for not only a good fair price but a company that we felt would be there after the sale and not just get it sold and installed.One company we got an estimate from started at over $13,000 for both units and added a loft of fluff and buffer to the cost that was not necessary. Made every attempt to sell us up on both units.Second Company said we didnt need new units that we probably could get by for a couple more years. Furnace went out next dayBen Micek was our first contact with A1 Heating and Air and Ben was very professional, friendly, not pushy and very very knowledgeable about the systems. Ben understood out situation and determined that we did not need a high end system and gave us a very fair price for both units.A1s installation team was superior and top notch. We heard a noise in the days after installation and they sent out a Tech to look it over and it was the return vent upstairs that was rattling because of the high volume of air that was being drawn back in. My furnace started acting up and my immediate thought was that this is going to cost $2000. After looking at reviews for local heating and air companies, I called A-1 United. I was not only pleased, but relieved. Instead of telling me that something needed to be replaced, the tech said it just needed to be serviced. $90 service call fee and 1/2 hour of labor. $165 total cost. I trust A-1 United and will never use any other company.

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Grant of A1 United heating and air. I had a bad pressure switch in my Lennox furnace and he was able to get me back up and running when his competitors were not. Didnt have to order a part, simply made a trip to the shop and returned. Fifteen minutes later and some testing the house was warming up from 60 degrees. I called them for an estimate to different companies. We decided on our 2nd choice which was A-1 Heating. When they did the job and it took them a few weeks. When they finally finish it did not pass inspection. Call them and told them when would they come out and fix the issue and when would the city inspector would be able to come out again. They came out and fix the issue in the same week. I called them to see when the city inspector would come out and re-check. Scott Taylor told me that they were not able to get a hold of any body in the city to re-schedule for the inspector to come and check. We were with out electricity for over a month and half and we needed the electricity, I decided to call the city and they told me that the electrician could go on line and schedule a inspection. Told the inspector the situation with the electrician that he was telling me that they could not get a hold of any body to schedule an inspection. Finally the inspector call Scott and next day the inspection got scheduled. It did pass the inspection on the second try. My insurance company was asking for a detail statement from the electrician regarding the work, it took weeks until it finally got done. We had another branch fall off and pull the wires down so we needed an electrician again. It was the same issue as the first one. Call for estimates again we had two companies in mind. We decided to call them again and give them another try we thought they did a good job. Scott Taylor gave me an estimate by phone and told me how much it was going to cost. Told Scott from A-1 Heating to go ahead and do the job I just needed the written estimate to send to insurance company. He said that they can get the job done on the following week. So we were counting on them to do it. When I finally got the estimate it had a different amount. So I emailed and called to verify the amounts before sending estimate to insurance company. Never got an email or phone call back. So I had to call other companies for estimates we did found Mr Electric they came out and did the job the same day and the inspector came the following day, it pass inspection on the first try. He did a wonderful job. Seen the job that this electrical company did compare to A-1 Heating and A/C if I could I would not give them one star. When they did the job for the first branch that fell off and took the wires down it was a huge, huge branch and the wires just snapped. The second time that the branch fell off it brought down the electrical pipe, damage the meter box and burned the siding. All this was brand new put by A-1 Heating. What is disappointing is that the second branch that fell off was smaller than the first one. The electrical pipe was pulled off the siding because they used drywall screws. A-1 Heating use a shortcut on the electrical wire too which Mr. Electric fixed. No stars for A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning.

We would like to begin by saying it’s great to work with a company that truly knows it’s business. We replaced the entire HVAC system in our home and contacted A-1 United for the best resolution to the heating and AC issues we were having. Some parts of our home were never warm in winter and that resulted in additional heaters, in the summer the AC couldn’t keep temp due to the location and age of our home and multiple windows that faced the south. Jim Feder came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and had a solution to problems, along with pricing and a time line for the installation. All this was done in a single visit. After very professional installation and an excellent staff of installers we now have a very cozy and comfortable home. I’m a realtor and have been and will continue to refer A-1 United to my family, friends and clients knowing they will take excellent care of them. Find a new company because they cant stand behind their brand new units. They never fixed it properly then told me my warranty was out so its not their problem. My humidifier was brand new when I moved into my house and it wouldnt work properly. I had the service guys out several times, one told me the whole unit is wired wrong so he rewired a few wires then said it should work. I called them again because it wasnt working so a different guy came out. He said the hole where the water comes through was probably clogged so I had to provide him with a pin so he could do his job. They charges me $95 for their guy to come to my house and use my pin to do his job and it still doesnt seem to work properly. Ive spoke with Amber, the owners daughter; she is rude, unrealistic and doesnt get the facts straight. She doesnt care about customers, she only cares about money. I am paying them $10 a month until its paid off and I will NEVER use them again.

Last week our furnace blower/motor went out in our 27 year old unit, so we were without A/C. I reached out to Ben Micek over at A-1 and we received A+ service. He responded immediately and came over to diagnose the situation. He went over exactly what was wrong, what our options were for fixing it, quoted us out several options, and let us decide without any pressure. Look no further! A1 United Heating and Air provided the best experience weve had dealing with anything home related in a long time. Damon Hill was very professional and personable. He broke down our options for replacing a whole-house HVAC vs a patch to fix our broken heat pump. And get this...we were not oversold on what we needed. We opted for a complete replacement and couldnt be happier. All rooms in our home are the same temperature as the thermostat reads which we never had before. The office and bedrooms were always 4-5 degrees cooler in the winter and much warmer in the summer. And boy is this unit quiet! TLDR; Only recommend if you graduated from HVAC school…We bought a new furnace, ac unit, and coil under 2 years ago from A1 with a price tag over 10k. We recently came home from the hospital with our newborn to find water all over the basement and the furnace unit dripping water. We called A1 and due to the high heat they couldn’t get anyone out for a week.So I cleaned out the outside unit, changed the filter, and shut off the ac overnight for 12 hours thinking maybe the coil had frozen up. That did not resolve the issue and so I called A1 back and asked if it was under warranty and they said yes and that they would have someone out at the end of the day.The service tech gets here at 5 on a Friday and says he can’t find anything wrong. Begins to say that it may be the coolant shutoff valve is stuck and causing it to freeze. So he got the part number and that he would order the part and have someone out next week. He was getting ready to leave and I pointed at the water and said that it has been doing this for a couple days now and that i shut the unit off for 12 hours turned it back on and this happened again almost immediately. I said i didn’t think it could be a freezing issue. He said ok well i guess i could open it up and look. I said yeah do that. He found that the drain inside the unit was plugged so that the water was not draining properly. He said he didn’t check it because the unit was so new that it would never happen. So he cleaned that out and presto, problem solved.Now i am thinking to myself that maybe this water leakage caused some issues to the furnace unit, and since its under warranty I just wanted someone to come take a look. So i call A1 and left a message for a service manager named Rich. He called me back and one minute into the phone call and Rich is belittling me with quotes like “You should have known not to run it with water coming out of it”, “that wasn’t very smart”, and proceeded to correlate it with driving a car leaking oil. No kidding Rich. I know its not ideal to do this but under the circumstances i didn’t have many options. Oh and I had three contacts with your company and not one of them said to turn the unit off. You would think maybe the service guy would have mentioned that while he was heading to the door if it was a so call “no brainer”, Rich.A couple more minutes into the call and I just wanted to know if this was going to happen again or if there is something wrong with the unit. He says “I don’t know i would have to look at the service ticket”. Well Rich maybe you should have done a little research before returning my call. So he said he would talk with the service guy look at the ticket and return my call in the afternoon.Shockingly, I did not receive a call and left another voicemail the next day. Rich calls me back and notifies me that they can send someone out to look but it will cost me since this is not part of the warranty or service contract. Wow. Ok well even if that is true, i would like to think that A1 would care just a little bit to send someone to make sure a product they sold did not damage another product they sold, all under warranty. Thanks Rich. So, I asked what was blocking the drain, and once again his amazing response “Well i don’t know, you should have asked the service tech to empty out the shop vac”. Ok Rich, I’ve had enough. I’ll just go ahead and pay one of your competitors to come take a look.

A1 Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and RefrigerationTechnicians and their general manager are rude and unprofessional.They went to my house charged $90.95 to clean a sensor. They heater wasn’t yet working as it should.I called again and another technician came who identified apparently a second issue and to extra charge $400.00 and didn’t want to apply what was paid couple days before for poor service and doing nothing.His technician Mark was rude, raised his voice and didn’t want to leave my property – just an unacceptable behavior. Today I faxed a letter to the owner, Mr. Barr and their management team but they care less and didn’t apologize.Shame on them. They shouldn’t be in business. If they continue practicing unethical behavior they won’t be in business for too long. Shame on them! The DONT deserve to have any customers.I contacted the BBB for a refund. ZERO stars for them. They severely undersized our air conditioner. Our second floor would reach 83 degrees when the main floor was set to 74 degrees and the outside temp was 92 degrees. The air conditioner would run consistently from 12PM to 11PM on most summer days. After several months of sweating at night and fighting back and forth where they claimed our new Anderson windows didnt sufficiently keep out the solar radiation, they finally upped our condenser from a 3 ton to a 4 ton and it can barely keep up now. I would highly recommend using another company.
