This was the best pedicure I have ever had, the prices can not be beat at all and the guy was so sweet and tended to me perfectly. They have a returning customer!

Friendly, clean, and good price. I got the 35.00 pedicure this time and it was better that the more expensive ones I have gotten before. The massage, scrub and moisturizer is out of this world. I floated to my car.

I was visiting from out of town so I found this spot randomly. My experience was great. I was greeted as soon as I came in, didnt have to wait very long. My nail tech Jackie did an awesome job. He made sure to keep asking if i was satisfied with my nails. I absolutely loved the way he did my nails.

Always clean, relaxing atmosphere. I love my pedicure and acrylic overlay manicure! Gel polish Id awesome last entire time I get them done, hardly ever cracked or chips and I work a construction job!

If you can avoid going here, please do at all costs. Came in about 20 minutes after opening time for a gel fill. Had someone drill the color off than I sat & waited for a good 20 minutes for everyone else to arrive to work. Note, there’s like no AC on this place in mid July. The gentleman who did my nails treated me like nothing but an inconvenience, never asked if I wanted a cut down, what shape I wanted & did not even get under my nails to “clean” them. Tried to over charge me for something he did not even do. Overall, the place is filthy dirty, unprofessional, HOT, & they talk to each other the whole time. I paid for nails + a tip that I am embarrassed to even have. Stay safe ladies.

I had a great experience so first off I literally got there 20 min before them closing with my five year old on her birthday they took us in and treated us so amazing it was our first time there and my daughters first experience at it all we got pedicures and she got a manicure the man that assisted me very professional and excellent job now the young lady that atended my daughter was just amazing she was so loving and friendly and patient I loved the experience thank you guys so much !!! You guys are amazing !!!

I called on a Sunday morning hoping to get an appt and the person I spoke to on the phone actually let me pick a time.. got a pedicure first, lady was sweet and did a good job.. then I got acrylic coffin style ombre glitter nail set and the man who did my nails was friendly and talkative and took his time.. even answered questions I had.. I will def be going back for more peds, getting my nails done, and more.....

Don’t bother. Save yourself from the stress. We have been here three times. I kept trying thinking that maybe they were just having an off day. Every time it has been a less than pleasurable experience. Guy kept going on an on while he was doing my daughters nails because she wanted gel and he told us it was gel but it ended up looking like some dollar store polish. We asked for a color change which he did but the entire time we were chastised about it. We are literally here right now and he has been going on and on about it for the last 15 minutes while he is changing the color. Her nails aren’t even straight. I won’t give them another chance. Don’t waste your time. The only reason for the 1 star is because he did change the color.

I have been going to this salon for 2 years and Ivy has always done my nails. She is always professional and courteous. Ivy has never objected to or refused to work on any client. It seems that there are lies being spread that Ivy has refused to work on certain ethnic backgrounds. ITS A LIE!!! Ivy always has and always will work on anyone requesting her services. The lies have forced her to move to a different salon. The person spreading lies, and you know who you are, should be ashamed of themselves. How dare you tell lies and jeopardize someones livelihood . Id be very careful you dont end up with a lawsuit!

Horrible service. Before doing my nails I always ask if the design I want is doable by the tech. I was told yes. Not only did this lady mess up my paint, she couldnt do designs at all. She could not speak or understand english.

Nails acrylics done. When I got home and ha e a closer look. They look npt finish. Not polish. Too thick bumpy. I think she was in a hurry to leave. Not the best 1st experience. Definetely the last!! Nails dont look gentle. Look rough!!

It took an hour to take gel polish off my toes.. the fumes are so strong in there I ended up with a head ache.. there were dead bugs on the floor!! The place is gross.. I will not be back

Terrible service; nail technicians are rude and do not care about your time. They will tell you the wait is 5 minutes and it would be an hour before they get started on you. Too expensive for the quality of service at well. Will never recommend this nail salon to I anyone.

I just left that place and waited over an hour to get full set and they was skipping over me and taking people who were just getting manicures and to me they are suppose to take you according to order you walked in and it was not fair at all. They tried to stop me from leaving but they said five more minutes and by that time my patients were completely gone. The worst place to go and not fair at all.

I didnt like ANYTHING about this place. First off I wanted a manicure and pedicure, while doing my pedicure they asked if I wanted to keep my toes the length they were, I said yes keep them long , she cut my toe nails the shortest they could possibly be and made me bleed by going that short. Then for the painting she got it all over my foot and didnt bother wiping it off, the pedicure was something my little 3 year old sister could do and me and my friends manicure (acrylics) were cute short when we told them more than once we wanted them long , also towards the payment their pamphlets said 30 for mani&pedi and they charged us 50$ each . And would no refund our money. Absolutely terrible experience , wouldnt go back .

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! If your ever visiting Ocala and need your nails done like I did and you only do S&S, this is not the spot... Theyll put the student on your hands and they want care until you complain, and when I got the lady who was supposed to know what she was doing, she was no better . So if you can wait until you get to professionals do so, because this isnt it and when I look at the community which is nice, I know they probably just do a lot of manicures and thats it.... And I gave it 2 stars only because the lady that tried to clean up the mess was friendly and very apologetic.

They are so rude! They will lie to your face about how long the wait it. They charge whatever price they make up at the time; and most importantly they do a horrible job with acrylic nails. I live really close so I’ve tried time and time again to like this place, but I HATE it there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I come tiki nails spa get my pedicure done. The technician name Yen , she did my pedicure, she told me my pedicure will be $35 , when she done my pedicure, she charges me $65 , she told me that’s ok but it’s not ok. That’s felony I will not coming back there

Two week ago I when tiki nails and get my nails done. That’s my first time , Katie she did my toes and my nails done . She charged me one hundred and twenty dollars . My nails was bleeding and have fungus my toes have infection. I’m never come back there .

Horrible, She was very rude and cut me many time, nails are hella bulcky, she didn’t clean anything and when she was putting the so called “primer” it burned really bad and I got them don’t like an hour ago and it still burns I can’t move my finger very much because it hurts so bad STAY AWAY!!

I normally go into this salon for a chin wax and sometimes cheeks. The waxer decided she wanted to charge me extra without notice just for my chin wax. I am livid. I have no issue paying but to charge me more than double the price is completely wrong especially with out warning! I will take my services elsewhere!

These folks are unprofessional. I called for an appointment for a pedicure and manicure and was told to come at 1 pm. I drove 20 miles to the salon and after waiting i was told i could not get a manicure but only a pedicure because they didnt have enough people to do both. This is the last time i will use this salon.

Horrible. Just went to get my eyebrows done, and she did a horrible job. Im crying right now for how bad it looks. Never again!!!!

Me and my mom get a pedicure and fill . The guy did my pedicure is horrible job. When he done my pedicure, they didn’t do my fill they take the people front of me and let’s me wait 40 minuets. The service is terrible. I’m never go back there

So me and my two friends went to this nail salon and two of us got our nails and toes done and the other one got just her nails done we all told them we wanted long nails and they gave us short i told them i wanted white and they gave me a cream color they left paint everywhere on my friends skin and they made her bleed by cuttig to short horrible experience.
