Walked in and was able to get a pedi right away! The place appeared very clean and the tools used on my feet came right out of the sterilization machine. Plus my feet look great! Very happy :)

A woman gave me the worst pedicure, she pretended that she was doing the whole process, the only thing she really did was paint my nails and badly. it is very expensive and the quality is very bad. Ill Never come back there.

Went there two weeks ago, waited about 20 minutes to get my nails done without an appointment and I thought that was great, especially how busy they were. Jayme did an amazing job on my nails. They look just like the picture I gave her to look at. I will be going back for sure. My sister gave me the recommendation.

Love this place. My aunt was the one who told me about it. Tom is absolutely amazing. He is a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it. My nails stay on for a month without a refill.

I had an awful experience. Went in for a pedicure and the water was cold, I asked multiple times for it to be warmed up with no change. The lady barely scrubbed my feet or massaged my legs. I was in and out the door and my toenails are already chipped. This place used to be wonderful but the lady I had today was terrible.

I’m changing my 5 star rating to a 1star really wish there was a no star rating... this last experience was Horrible... not only was I changed $25 when the sign clearly says $24 but my nails are dreadful they where low staffed and clearly rushed to the point where he was talking to someone who walked in and filled half my nail off where it’s not in a square point my nails are not fully polished and I have Acrylic digging into my skin... my first experience was amazing but after this time I will not go back!

The older lady had an attitude and instead of massaging my legs and feet she poked and tickled.. she tried to rush me out the chair but didnt even move the arm rest and controler. To top it off.. one toe is clumpy and I told her but she didnt want to redo it and the nails are not cut evenly on big toes. NEVER again.The last time she cut my toe open, it wouldnt stop bleeding for a while.

Went there twice. The first time the manicure was great although I wasnt entirely happy getting gels because of how it affects the nails. On my return visit 3 weeks later, someone else took care of me and the manicure was terrible; the cuticles were so rough. I opted out of getting gels again, and the woman didnt bother to smooth the nails and used a general clear polish, which chipped within a couple of days. I wont be going back there again ever!

I have had several pedicures done at this salon but never by the owners wife before. On saturday 10/15 I went in at around 10:30am for a pedicure and the owners wife came to do it. They were not busy at all. My feet hardly got wet before she was clipping, I had to ask that she remove the rough skin which she said they dont do that anymore then she was starting to polish and I told her that she didnt remove the old polish. She was leading me to the dryer in 10-12 minutes. I paid but I let them know I was not happy with the service and left. I later noticed that the job was worse than I originally thought and called to say that I wanted a redo. She said that she was not redoing it that she did a good job. then hung up on me. I will not honor a place of business that treats a returning customer that way and my friends & family that I have sent there will not return either. Dont waste your money on these people.

I had a terrible experience. The lady who handled my pedicure rushed, was rude, and bruised my foot. She apologized after I jerked away and complained of the scalding water when she cleaned my legs. She checked the water as if she didnt believe me and the winced and apologized. I wished I had just waited or made an appointment elsewhere, what a waste of time and money.

It was a realaxing experience after the other place i went told me it was a 2 hour wait lol Jays did a nice job i got a fill n pedi regular polish very well done thank u guys much appreciated

Not impressed !

Ive been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old. This particular day I got a fill and gel nails, I really didnt care that my gel tip crack after a day but this is the first time Ive ever got a nail fungus in my entire life. I went back to the salon after noticing it and the guy who worked there was rude. In one sentence he acknowledged that he did my nails and in the next denied ever doing them. He tired to convince me it wasnt a fungus, but i am a licensed cosmetologist and i know one when i see one. I asked for the owners number and of course I got the run around. Never again will i ever come to this nail salon, and will advise everyone i know not to go. Ive even got reports back from people i recommended this salon to, and theyve all told me negative things about them. If i could give them zero stars i would.

I went for a mani/pedi. The guy who did my nails was a little more forceful than I would have liked, meaning he would almost shove my foot or hand back into the water. He also did a pretty poor job painting as well. I got home and noticed that a couple of fingers had paint on my skin as well as my big toe was missing some paint. Yes, I should have checked prior to leaving to make sure everything was up to par but I didnt and it wouldnt have made a difference in my review. There are plenty of other nail salons in Ocala to choose from, I recommend going somewhere else.
