I’d like to start off and say that I called ahead to ask if they had time for a gel set and gel manicure, I was told yes. I was there for 3 HOURS!! And didnt even get to my pedicure. I felt like I was being rushed out after the 3 hours and didn’t really have time to look at my manicure. I obviously ended up looking at my nails and I was very upset! My nails are different sizes and shapes, they’re bumpy and have bubbles, they also look patchy and out grown… I just got them done :/. I’m not going to bash the nail tech, I thought she was very polite and dedicated to her job, everyone was very nice …but I’m just going to assume everyone was tired. Very unhappy when I don’t get what I pay for. (Also I asked for short almond shaped nails… I’ll input a picture of what I wanted my nails to look similar too.)

Last week I waited an hour before someone came to get me to do my nails, and then waited another 15 minutes at the nail table. Today I come WITH my daughter for a pedicure TOGETHER, and Im told it will be a few minutes. They never seem to have a shortage of people to do pedicures. Half an hour later when Im still sitting and my daughter is getting done, shes told its going to be another 30 minutes, maybe, before someone will get to mine. If you are that busy on a Saturday, get more staff. Ill go elsewhere.

I am very happy I came here today. Got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure $55. The man who did the mani and pedi was very thorough and took his time. I love how it came out! Place is very clean as well. They also have a little station for kids to get their pedis done as well whi h I found adorable.

Veil was amazing in every way! Thank you for the Royal pedicure and conversation! Time well spent in relaxing atmosphere. Service was beyond exceptional! Highly recommend the Royal pedicure!

I brought my daughter here to get a full set and 3 hours later, we’re STILL waiting for our nail tech to finish. Did not get the shape right, had to keep correcting him, my daughter was literally crying he was hurting her so much. She wanted stiletto shape they came out almond. Instead of shaping the tip and THEN applying acrylic, he applied acrylic to a square nail THEN tried shaping them with an old dull nail file. He was using so much force on her nail to shape it she started crying. I asked him to use the drill so he would stop hurting her. I can’t believe this place has return customers. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The selection of nail salons open on a Sunday is extremely limited, that’s the only reason we came here. I will never come back here again and would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE, instead WARN them. 3 hours?!?!? Ridiculous.

I want to start off by saying i got there b4 the nail techs got there & they open @ 9 & this my first time here in years but i will never come back because first off i asked for regular polish instead of gel & i didnt get the design i wanted

A serviceable manicure and pedicure. More function, less spa experience. The spa experience is what I was looking for, so that was unfortunate. It was clean, and quiet. Application of the polish on manicure and pedicure was excellent. It’s the other portions of the service that are lacking.I asked for a spa pedicure, I didn’t get one. But they also didn’t charge me for a spa pedicure so that was good.There was no leg/foot massage during the pedicure, only an application of lotion. The foot scrub was thorough. The nail polish application was well done. But she didn’t put my flip flops on until AFTER the polish. The nails didn’t get messed up, but it seemed to be out of order to me.I prefer regular nail polish and she tried pushing me to get gel instead. I don’t like gel, and asked for regular polish. There was too much discussion of why I should have gel. I don’t want it, that should be enough.She asked what shape I prefer and shaped the nails nicely. She didn’t push my cuticles, just used the tool to scrape the nail bed lightly. The hand lotion was applied AFTER the nail polish, which has never happened in the hundreds of manicures I’ve received in my life. There was no massage of the hands, only lotion application.

I’m sorry but I will never return to this establishment. The first time I went I was over charged $10.00. I was notified and told next time I returned I would be given credit. This time I waited 2 hours and never got my pedicure. I finally left along with another lady who had an appointment but didn’t get her service timely. As I was leaving, I was told I should have made an appointment. Well that didn’t help the customer who had a 1:30 pm appointment and left with me after 2:00 pm. Horrible customer service.

Walked in wanting one thing and walked out with the opposite of what I wanted. Nails arent even sealed correctly to my real nails. Wanted a butterfly design and walked out with a rose on my ring finger. I spent approximately 2 hours on there and I was their first customer for the day.

I have gone to Classy Nails for 10 years. The owners are very nice and I have always loved their work. Today they let me walk out with my nails not done. I know they were busy. But why I’m writing this review is because they took payment and my daughter even gave them a tip —???— for a French manicure that looks like someone off the street bought a Sally Hansen kit and went at it. If I could upload a picture you’d be as shocked as I was when I saw her nails. They should have refunded her — not accepted payment and a tip. Her nails were filed unevenly, there was still tacky substance on her fingertips, and in the main part of her nails there are white streaks!When we arrived we both asked for a “fill”. The man who did her nails was someone we’d never seen before. And he removed her acrylics. He did not do a fill. Then he tried to do the French manicure and ended up redoing one hand 3 times. I don’t understand why the owners would allow someone to do work in their salon who was this unskilled. What a shame.

The lady that did my pedicure was zoned out and didn’t put much effort in painting my nails. The polish on my toenails looks like a toddler painted it on...it’s already chipped after a whole day. It seems like a good Nail salon but my experience was terrible...a waste of money.

Tiffany is great. She takes her time and is a perfectionist so my toes look amazing.

Well the guy who did my nails cut me and dug his nails into my skin, and also I asked for matte and he did glossy, lastly I told him that he was being rough and he still continued after I told him to be more gentle.

Walked in for a fill, sat down and waited patiently for 30 minutes. I eventually spoke up and asked if it would be much longer, to which the technician simply said “30 minutes” not even looking up at me. I can definitely understand being short staffed but communication is key. So much as an apology might have made me feel more inclined to stay and wait, but they didn’t seemed to be even moderately concerned about making a client wait so long. Won’t return.

I have never walked out of any establishment in all my life, whether that be from store to restaurant. However, I was FLOORED by the blatant rudeness from a SEXIST old man there who was doing nails. I took just myself and my daughter- it was to be her first time. I sat down with him and the first thing he says to me is if you don’t tell me now what you want, you can go somewhere else. I hadn’t said ONE word to this guy. I let it slide but it just got worse and worse by the minute. I finally got up and told him that I’m going to go somewhere else where then he became insulted that a woman spoke to him that way. I cousktn believe what was happening. Totally stunned. He told me I wasn’t the first one to walk out on him and it’s no surprise to me. Then when I went to grab my daughter, the older lady filing her nails literally wouldn’t let her go!! Kept holding onto her! Telling me, oh no I have her, you don’t worry. Like what?? NEVER EVER come here. This place is by far the worst establishment of any kind I’ve ever been to. Seriously.. there are TONS of nail places around here. They have to be better just by averages.

When I was there, the man who did my nails attempted to do another girls feet and then came back to do my fill and did not wash his hands! So.....😒 Yeah..so I had to ask him to do so. But they do take their time and do a nice job...so its unfortunate I cant come back.

After going to several nail salons...I was fortunate to find Classy Nails!Very kind managers and Tim is excellent! The salon is always clean and no matter how busy they are they are gracious and polite to everyone ...And they remember your name!

Ive been coming to this salon regularly for years. Always tipped well. Told my friends and family about it. Sadly, over time it seems that the owners simply stopped caring about their customers. I went in a few days ago, and they didnt even look up, say hi, or anything at all. I picked my color, signed in, and sat down. Still not a word. I ended up walking out. Maybe I was extra sensitive because I had an ingrown toenail and it hurt, and needed some TLC. Regardless, very disappointed.

Made an appointment a noon for a pedicure. After waiting 15 minutes owner finally put me in chair no water! I asked if they could fill water so I could soak feet while I’m waiting for someone to do pedicure. Owner said just wait and he’ll be done soon to start: needless to say I walked out and will never go back. Very unprofessional!!!

Excellent service and very reasonably priced.I treat myself to a pedicure about once every twelve months, but after my wonderful experience here, I may have to treat myself more often.The owners are very kind and they did a wonderful job on my toes. Everything seemed very clean and there wasnt a lot of extra noise from music and televisions.I will definitely return.

I thought I found a forever nail place. My first fill was done by Selena and it was perfect. Second fill by Tim and perfect. Third was with Selena and the it was 3 out of 10. Not sure if she was tired or what, but unhappy. Gel polish is everywhere, showed her and she filed some of it off.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. For starters, dirty and musty smelling. There was a string of ants crawling the wall by the customer sink, and in general looks u professional. I was skeptical, but gave them a chance. I arrived an hour before closing time, asking if they had enough time for a gel manicure. I did not want to put anyone out, or cause an employee to stay late. I waited about 10 mins to be directed to the station they wanted me at, then waited another ten mins for the technician to even come over to start. I had gel already on my nails, I am well aware of the process to remove this and do a fresh mani. The man working on my nails was very slow, he wrapped my nails in the foil with remover on cotton underneath, then got up to smoke a cigarette. I could see through the salon to the employee area in the back, watched him walk outside with cigarette in hand. He came back in, did not wash his hands, and proceeded to take another client for an eyebrow wax. By now about 40 mins had passed, and I still had the remover foils on my nails, I could feel my finger tips getting moisture logged. At this point it was about ten mi s until closing time. The technician returned to me, removed one hand of polish, then took another client for a wax. While this was happening the other technicians were cleaning their stations and salon. It was time to close. I asked another technician “does it usually take this long?” At my normal salon I am in and out in 45 mins. The technician looked at me and said “I don’t know why it’s taking so long, you’ve been here since 6:00.” By now the salon is closed and they are shutting off exterior lights. I got up, asked to pay for the service I had received thus far, and the technician and another woman, who appeared to be a manager or owner, became argumentative , saying “ you’re almost done, he didn’t want to hurt you with taking off the polish.” Again, I’ve had gel manicures for years, it does not and should not hurt. I removed the remaining foils from my other hand, again asked for the price of what he had already done and was told “just give me five dollars,” which I did. I spent over an hour there to have a shoddy removal done, nobody tried to rectify the situation. I only went here because it was close to area my child was at a sport team practice. I will never patronize this business ever again, and I encourage you to explore other options. As an office manager myself, any staff of mine that performed like this would be terminated. You are in the service industry, take care if your clients.

My favorite nail salon! This salon is very clean, it is family run and I have never ever been overcharged. They have a menu of pedicures to choose from, the salon is peaceful and quiet and has wifi. I enjoy this salon very much. If you are going to try it out please, do all the other costumers a favor and keep the peace. No loud phone calls or screaming children :)

First time going, was trying to find a good place to get my nails done. This place fail me terribly. If you want a place that will rush you into picking a color, rush you to sit down and just plain rude go there. The lady tech who did my toes was very sweet and even though she did a horrible job on my nails i did tip her. The one lady dressed super nice Im guessing she is the owner was very rude, she did my eyebrows. Just so you see how rude, she did my eyebrows and said done when she was finished walks out of the room and turns off the light and i wasnt even off the bed just yet nor did she let me see if she did a good job or if i was satisfied with the job that was done. Wont be back. Thank you.

These people dont know how to do anything but French manicures properly. Lord please dont ask them to do an exclusive design like I did. You will be greatly disappointed. Never again will I waste money there.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Took my daughter for her first mani pedi and the whole staff was rude except the daughter. She was great. The lady that done my nails cut just about every cuticle. Even when I continuously said ow! She was in such a rush she went through the coats so fast she smeared my design and did not fix it. Then had me move and made me pick up all my stuff so my nails messed up. The owner lady got mad and then even charged me extra to fix it. Not only that I have dried glue absolutely everywhere from where she was rushing to put the acrylics on, my fingers are glued to my nails. I will not be back to that horrible place. Now I have to go pay even more to have someone else fix their mistakes. I feel terrible for taking my daughter there for her first time.

My first time to have my pedi and manicure at this place...I am not satisfied with the service...First I noticed is that they will rush you to get sit at the recliner.They didnt even offer you drinks or anything. Second is I found out that the tools they are using is not sterile..They should use sterile tool in every customer..Its very un hygienic place..Third, She didnt clean my nails properly...she put gel polish to my nails and after that she didnt even bother her self to clean those extra polish that is around my skin...Ive been to a different salons and they always use new sterile tools to every customer and they always offer drinks to their customers. But this place is ridiculous...State should check about this for the safe of others...

Horrible place to get your nails done!!! They do NOT do a good job on your nails at all..they dont even file them down on the sides all the way leaving them fat looking and bulky...every design i showed the man i wanted he told me he couldnt do it or didnt have the right stuff to do it with..my friend was with me and she got her nails done as well..the very next day ALL her nails popped off like they were press on nails!! She called them back and the owners wife said that she could go in immediately to get them fixed. When she went back to get them fixed the owner told her he could not take her cause he was to busy!!! Im not sure what kind of business they think there running but definitely do not go here!!! You will be very dissapointed!!

Made a appointment 24hours before arriving I came in and I waited for 20 minutes and they over looked me and my friend who had appointment and took someone else when I walked in they asked me what I wanted and told them I had two appointments at 3:15 they said nothing else to us and continue to do other nails one woman walked in and they gave her such good customer service and even tried to make her stay when she asked me and my friend were we waited and she started to leave then we got up and began to walk out and they said nothing and I told them never mind and they act like we werent even there so never again will I go there and make an appointment and have to wait a long time just to waste money on rude people. I took my money else where I work to hard for it

This is my second week with my acrylic nails from this place. Nail polish is coming off,polish is turning yellow, they didn’t even push back my cuticles and actually made my cuticle bleed because they scraped it so hard. Highly don’t recommend and I’m 14 years old and I was their by myself. Just because I was a kid he didn’t do my nails right. Also didn’t ask me if I wanted any shape.🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Crummy job, she was in a hurry, didnt speak and wasnt relaxing for me at all.

I am a 24- year old man and drag queen and needed to get pointed ombre acrylics on my bitten-to-the-cuticle nails. Walking in, the place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The pedicure chairs looked extremely nice and the place looked expensive (even though they werent) I was seated in less than 3 minutes and treated very well. Tim did my nails and they came out absolutely beautifully. As a guy getting flashy nails, sometimes people can be rude and judgmental when I get my nails done, but everyone at Classy Nails made me feel very welcome. Tim was professional, efficient, and the result was one of the best manicures Ive ever received. And he had no problem when I changed my mind about the colors a couple times. And I thought the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable and meticulouslsy-well-done manicure.

First time here....I had a man, Tim, do my manicure.....ouch! Cut not one of my cuticles but 7! Made them bleed! I should have ran then.....worst experience ever! Very rough on the massage of the arms too....I will NOT be back.....hopefully Youll take this review seriously and not go here!!!

I took my two year old daughter to have her nails and toes painted , classy nails was able to make her feel comfortable and the nails came about better than i anticipated , very highly recommended.

Several times I have got my nails polished with regular or gel polish and it peels off within a day or two. What mom has time to keep going back to get it re done and waste money!?!

Second time getting my nails done and it sucked. It was terrible there was gel in my cuticle! They were lifting I had bumps on the sides that would scratch me! Also the lady doing my nails wasn’t even focused she was talking to the other lady in a different language and it was very awkward and uncomfortable, it’s rude for people to talk to other people especially when they are supposed to be focussed on you! So I will never go there again.

The biggest thing I find most frustrating about going there is the language barrier . After picking out the gel polish color I decided on , which took awhile because its hard for me to decide there are so many pretty colors. The nail tech grabbed the wrong color when he started applying the polish of course I noticed it right away and said hey thats the wrong color . He insisted that it was the one I picked and commented that the sun fades the samples that are up on display. Clearly it was the wrong shade I picked a metallic taupe and he picked up a non-metallic grey .. We went back and forth him saying yes it is and me saying no it isnt.. I was starting to get really mad but decided it wasnt worth it so I gave up and said ok whatever just finish so I can get out of there. I dont plan on going back . However there is a young man there , didnt get his name though that does speak good english if you go ask for him . Good luck...

I love the atmosphere. They are humorous at times very clean quite place i really love it ive been going for 3 weeks now and every time i come i dont regret spending my money they have 2 new people there so some customers may not be happy but ask who been there the longest to get you right. And when you tip they work harder for you.They love their customers. And the palor is beautiful not cheap chairs in there

Avoid this place at all cost. I came in for white gel nails and they came out bumpy and looked like they needed a fill when the nail tech was done. They were overpriced and the nails lasted a day before peeling off.

Ive been going here a long time. Extremely disappointed by my experience here today. This is litterly the second time ive had to go back to have them repainted because of bad or old polish. The color variety is extremely limited and they butcher your fingers when getting acrylics. I have cuts all over my fingers that even bled. Very unsatisfied with how much they charge. Not worth it. Very upset.

This was the worst service I have ever gotten. The employees care for the regulars first even if theyre in the middle of doing your nails. The lady didnt even care about being careful with the electric filer. I got cut on four different nails and then she put alcohol on it and continued. I tried to tell someone I accidentally messed up one nail and when I did she just looked up at me and went back to looking at the receipts without saying a single word.

The worst place ever. Workers does not care what a customer need ; They do what they think should be done. Check your credit Card statement and keep receipts. Number change after you leave the store. Happened to me twice
