This is not about the ladies. They are great! This is about the gentleman, and I use the term loosely, who works there who is extremely incompetent and rude. He did my pedicure and when I got home my nails were cut and filed unevenly and had polish where my nail should have been. When he did my sister’s manicure he was hurting her. When she told him this he told her to stop pulling away. She then told him that if he wasn’t hurting her she wouldn’t be pulling away. The final straw was when he accused me of putting polish on the artificial nails on the color wheel. I explained that I would never do that, that I was only trying to match a polish that I had brought from home with their colors. He actually had one of the ladies take the wheel away from me. The place was extremely busy and I was very embarrassed. When I told him this and that I felt he should say he was sorry he started yelling at me. My sister and I were good clients but I will NEVER return to that store!

I had went in there to get acrylic nails. I went in told the lady twice I wanted acrylis... I had shower her a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do that in acrylic.... She proceeded to tell me she could do it in ACRYLIC! She did my nails they are done half crapped and lumpy.... Now acrylis at their nail salon are around $25. I go over to pay n this lady tells me I have to pay $70!!!! I told her ya thats funny, I told her there is no way... I told yall acrylic! SHE PUT THE TOP OF THE LINE AND MOST EXPENSIVE DIP POWDER ON MY NAILS! But yet she still made me pay full price for her own mistake and ripped me off big time!!! DO NOT go there!

Absolute waste of my money. I had to go get them done somewhere else just so they wouldn’t look so horrible. The paint and acrylic was layered on so thick that it was hard for the nail tech who fixed my nails to take off. Everything was done with no regard for how I wanted or asked for.

Pedicure was fantastic but got a gel manicure and after a week my nail polish has chipped off on 4 nails.

Had my nails fixed to go to Talladega. Jennie is awesome. Tho it is more expensive initially...in the long run they last a looooong time. My first set lasted almost 3 months before i got a fill... no chips, breaks nothing. Definitely going back.

Charlie did pedicure. It was not a good pedicure or paint job. He cut two small toenails so short they are sore today. He didn’t get cuticles good or heel. Will not go back.

I go to get my nails done here any time I want them done. It is a pleasure to get my nails done by Ms. Jenny, who I say is pretty amazing at doing nails. As well as Mr. Charlie who works well with the pedicures and Ms. Teeda who is always around to make jokes. I would highly recommend to go here when you want your nails done. For me and a lot of others, they do a very good job at coming out with beautiful results. I have also gotten my eyebrows done here, and besides my sensitive skin, they turn out amazing. The service is very nice and they make sure that whatever the customer wants, they get.

Jenny welcomed me as a walk-in and took great care of me. Great conversation and an even better no-chip manicure! Not to mention how quick she was... I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

My nails came out ok but my toes well did not...

We’ve given this place several chances, but at the end we were left super disappointed. My mom nails were very short, way too thick, and rounded when she specifically asked for square. I also asked for my eyebrows waxed. After explaining for two minutes of exactly what I wanted, she did the exact opposite. my brows came out uneven, and too thin- like she chiseled them. My sister got her eyebrows done after me, and just like me, after explaining, she got the exact opposite. One of her eyebrows is too high and the both are incredibly thin. Will not go again!!!

This is my first bad review to ever have to leave... I went to get a simple gel manicure and picked out the same pale pink I get everywhere else I go. It started out okay as he shaped my nails, but then he got up and disappeared for about 10 minutes. Shortly after he returned they had 2 appointments and 2 walk ins arrive. He had only put the first coat on and then did a second and the clear coat. He then put a lot of lotion on and slapped my arms with a hot towel and said he was done. I rubbed in the large amount of left over lotion on my arms (sense he did not message them or anything) and proceeded to pay as he rushed me out. As I walked out I looked down to see the jagged edges left over from the filing and that you could literally see my nails through the polish! Definitely not enough polish due to being rushed out. When I went back I was polite about asking for a 3rd coat and he began to argue saying the color I picked out was to light.(like I stated before, I never have this problem and I get the same color everywhere else). After I grew angry and my fiance voiced his opinion, the man finally put the final coat and what do you know, A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Long story short, the quality was horrible, service was bad, and he clearly was not concerned.

The staff was nice, they’re really polite but my nails were horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but one of the acrylics I got don’t even start until the middle of my nail and the paint job was so bad that I got home and immediately took it off. Maybe it was just a bad day :(

OK, tea . So my sister and I went to get our nails done (full set), same style and everything, the lady was rude AF and rushed her nails and got done before my guy did .Mind you he started before she did. My sisters nails looked like complete trash ,she nicely expressed her thoughts on the nails and asked her to fix them long story short , she refused to fix the nails and said only god can help her .My nails looked alright for the 28$ but didnt even last 2days before lifting .Will never return .

Jenny is THE BEST nail tech!! She does it all including hand drawn designs if desired. My nails are very thin and fragile she takes special care to insure they are well taken care of.

Had mani/pedi both with gel the nail tech cut both of my big toes with the nippers and and two of my fingegs. She also cut the bottom of my foot with the file. Your hands and feet sould fell better not hurt after words, then charge me $65.00. I dont mine paying the money but will not go back there again.

Regal Nails is the best place to go for your Nails to your toes. Everyone is friendly and Always there for my nails and pedicures. I would recommend this place with a five star rating.

I first came into Regal Nails out of necessity when I couldn’t get an appointment at my regular nail salon. Seven years later I still come see Jennee every month! She gives the BEST pedicures in town.

I have two nail salons I go to and this is one of them. Im extremely picky on who touches my nails. This nail salon is fantastic and has great prices. I will always recommend them.

Very friendly they did a good job on my toes and fingers painting them and the price wasnt bad compared to other nail salons Ive been in. This was the salon in Walmart on E Silver Springs BLVD in Ocala FL.

Worst plan ever. I went to get my nails done Friday night and it was over charged and didnt do exactly what I asked. Not even a week later I already need a fill and my Polish is coming off. I will never go to this place again. I showed them what I wanted and the guy said $40 then 3/4 of the way through getting them done they tell me they cant do the design. SMH!!!

Will never go to this place again......manager charlie did a shellac french manicure on me and before i walked out they were peeling off. When i called him over to examine them he yelled at me and said we take off and you get out..... I was surprised and appauled at him and his tone being that he was so nice while doing them.....never going back

Hair stylist had a challenge to fix a prior bad haircut that I had gotten in NY. She did an awesome job!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! AVOID AT AL COSTS! Do not know how to do nails, and will not stand behind their work when they do a terrible lesson job. Charlie, who CLAIMS to be the owner, has no concern for quality or customers. This business will not be their long. I look forward to the next store occupant.

Stopped in while visiting area. Nice pedi but shop should be cleaner. Unlike other salons ive been to there is nail dust all over the tables and chairs. Need to wipe things down between customers.

The worst salon Ive ever been to in my entire life. I got here before other customers and was looked over as if I was nobody... was going to get a pedi and full gel nails but decided to only get pedi because the wait was over an hour. My advice please hire more staff and stop overlooking paying customers......

Only gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0....this place is a joke....very dirty.....short staffed....while Charlie was doing my nails he was jumping over to do another lady at the same time...my nails look like my daughter did them....not buffed...not filed on the sides....all lumpy....stuck to my skin....when confronted im told they will do better next time and to give them money....very poorly run....do not waste your time or money...now i will dpend more to have them removed and done properly somewhere else....gave them the benifit of the doubt on a recommendation....my bad
