First time here. Was really satisfied with their service and the work they did on my nails. Im real picky when it comes to doing my nails and they really did a great job. Thats why I give them a 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went in for a dip manicure since my normal place is closed on Sunday. They sat me right away to soak off the dip polish. After about 30 minutes of soaking in acetone, the lady up front came over and told me to come back in 40 minutes as they got too busy to help me or they could do gel instead. They knew when they sat me what service I was there for. Im sympathetic to places being short staffed right now, but if you werent able to help due to not having time since youre too busy, I should have been told that from the beginning so I could have left. Just got my nails with my mom & sisters. The worst place ever!! Since the moment you walk in the door you feel rushed. Then they have elderly people doing nails who instead paint like a 5 year old. Everything was rushed and horrible. The place was also messy & loud like a daycare. Never again!

I love this place, I always feel a very welcome vibe here- they dont sit there and talk bad about you while you are getting your nails done like some other places do! I have been going to Katy at All Nails for almost 2 years now. She is Amazing at her work and loves what she does. Everyone in the shop makes sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable.

I visited this salon today to have a nail repaired, as I walked in a woman asked what services I needed, she was quite rude as I informed her that I was only in need of a simple repair. The woman stated that the wait would be 40 minutes, and I said no problem, as I was getting new tires for my Mercedes Benz, and was not in a hurry. Four ladies came in after me and were seated for their three manicures, one pedicure without an appointment. At that moment, I left, and I never return to this salon. I was able to receive exceptional service at the nail salon in the shopping center shared with Hobby Lobby, professional, respectful, and efficient, which is the reason I left a 50% tip on a simple nail repair.

The worst experience and pedicure I’ve ever had. When I went up front to pay, I told the owner/mgr that I wasn’t happy with the rushed service and I showed her my badly painted toes. Hello, I had been going to this nail salon for years and over the years I had a few visits and forked out a lot of money with every visit because Id get several things done at one time. Im a easy going laid back kind of person. A lot of times Ive been disappointed with this salons work and how I was treated... not too mention jipped off as far as the money goes. But Id never say anything, Id just let them do as they did and then pay and leave.Well on this date i went in and asked if they do the sms nails ... oh yes sit down mama we take care of you. They call me mama, I use to go in all the time with my adult daughter. I explained to them that I am wanting the sms the pink & white Lisa the owner said oh yes we will do for you. I said to Lisa that I dont want any thats stains . Artificial nails tend to stain if you smoke. Im a heavy tobacco smoker. I have always loved the American manicure and etc but Id have to get my nails painted dark because of the nicotine stains. So as I was in Georgia visiting my daughter she had took me to the her nail salon she goes to and got my nails painted and done the sms and pedicure for mothers day. Oh my gosh that is the most perfect nail treatment for a smoker. I had them to put it on my own nails to make them harder and plus it was the pink and white. For about 3 weeks I was on top of the world or so I felt. My nails never turned or stained. But I was facing of needing a fill in and I was back in Florida. Anyways. I went into the all nails and spa to get my fill in and was promised my nails would not stain. First off my nails were not done in the same and was not the same type of pink/white powder coating. Then they were stained by nicotine the very same day. I went back and talked to Lisa the owner and she said no, my nails will not stain and there she was looking at my stained nails in person,lol. She told me to come back because they were busy and shed fix it for me and it would be a $35.00 charge for me.If your looking for getting your eye brows done or wanting eyelash extensions.... Id go here and ask for Tina. Tina is got her game on when it comes to waxing and shaping your eyebrows or giving you a very nice set of eye lashes. But thats all Id recommend for this Salon and Lisa is the only one Id recommend to have do them.

So many customers were in the store today, a full house, yet how is it that theres so many negative reviews?? Im only visiting but the owner/wife took care of me. She was very kind to everyone that walked in. She was true to her price and I paid upfront so there was No changes or surprises. Sometimes you have to look into things yourself with a positive open mind and youll be surprised.I plan to come back anytime I visit!

I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I came here. I went to Azulene for a full set with the Cat Eye polish....The nail tech did a horrible job at a high price. I wanted to find another place that could in hopes fix the shoddy work that i received. So I found this place via Google search and was reluctant on calling them at first due to the reviews. Im so glad I called and went. My nail tech was Tina. She did an awesome job. Perfection I must say at more than half the price.Definitely will go back.Before and After...Actually, the 2 pictures on the right are before.

Worst customer service experience. Walked into the owner Lisa arguing with a customer then completely ignored when I just needed a color change and pedicure. Another tech had to come over just to fix the issues. I will not be back to this place ever again!!

Walked into this place around 8pm tonight, an hour before they close, with no appt, and my friend was with me wanting a pedicure as well. The owner greeted us immediately asking what we would like to have done. They got us in seats fairly quickly and they were pretty busy. I was lucky enough to get Victor as my tech! He was amazing! My nails came out beautiful, as you can see😍😍! He made sure he wasn’t hurting me at all and that it was exactly what I wanted. There isn’t a single flaw in any of my nails! I am definitely happy and will be back to see Victor again!

Today there was a rude customer that got very upset with the management and caused a scene. She also argued with several other customers before finally leaving. She tried to bring race into the disagreement which was just ridiculous and several of the other customers found this to be distasteful as well.

Definitely not happy with them at all got them done yesterday and they was supposed to be the coffin shape going to be calling Monday and complaining

I usually get my nails done from victor or Victoria and I’ve always left satisfied but this is my first time dealing with Lisa the owner all I can say is horrible customer service horrible nail job and was informed if job wasn’t done correctly was not gonna be charged I left there unsatisfied the owner yelled at me in front of all the employees and all of the customers I would give zero stars but it isn’t an option. I would never recommend anyone to go to this nail salon. P.S Víctor and victoria should open there own salon. Lisa learn your craft before you charge.

I went their yesterday 5-11-20 normally pedicure are $20 or $25 they didnt ask which one like the was asking before the pandemic they just do them and when u go to pay they tell you the price went up due to their supplies went up. They are raising the price not posting they raised the price until after you have had the service done. Be aware dont get anything done their unless you are sure what the cost. Go somewhere where people are honest they only concern is money.

I go to see Katie for my nails and I love how professional, clean, and safe she is. She also does the most amazing designs and my interior design clients love the artistry of them.

Very rude owner. Half of the employees dont know what they are doing and the owner only knows how to scream at customers. They wont tell you the prices and instead they treat you like if you are there begging for the service or if they are just there for the money and dont care at all about making the customer happy

I’ve always had a great experience here! They are quick, but efficient and can always do what I ask. So many people have issues here and I don’t understand why! They are friendly and professional-you just have to know what you want and don’t be afraid to speak up. I won’t go anywhere else! Love this salon! Lisa and the staff are great!! Give them a try!

They had ripped my real nail upward and did a poor job on my acrylics. After a day my gel nails were coming apart. I came back and let the owner know and she screamed at me in front of all the customers. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of money and now my real nails are about to fall off. They gave me a fungus as well. The press ons at Walmart are higher quality. I recommend literally anywhere else.

I only come here for convenience. My nail tech good but she dosent value your time. My last 10 appts shes been over 35 mins behind. Yes Im keeping track. Convenience is a witch. I wish I had a set scheduled so I can make appts weeks in advance with another nail shop.

This place was disgusting, everything is dirty they reuse everything that are meant to be one time use. The owner is rude, they do not care about the quality of work. They just care about people getting in and out.

They are hit and miss with their service and the quality of their service... sometimes they do great, but most times their work is simply mediocre. I just got a full set of coffin nails and the coffins are different sizes, the guy left acrylic on my skin, he didnt clean under my nails and they also overcharged me for my nails in which I got no designs and no color. Tina (the manager/ owner? ) offered for someone else to fix the mistake, but at that point, theyd lost me. I will not visit the place again and recommend that others dont either. Go to another place where you can find more talent and better service.

Didnt like my nail. When with a friend at the same time , I was way done like 20 min before her . Glue stock under my nails, dirty underneath,... To much..You can tell that I will need to go way before 2 weeks. This place was a reminder why I dont do my nails.

I was a walk-in. I requested fill/repair and a pedicure. I was greeted politely and immediately directed to a pedicure station. I was given a wonderful pedicure...and Im sorry I dont remember her name, and immediate seated for my gel nails. Ty did a fantastic job. The pricing was more than fair. All this while being very busy! I will be back.

I went here today, and this is the most beautiful and best styling salon like ever. I went for acrylics, so they were $35. They have long stay gel and polish on the nail. This place is absolutely amazing for how the employees are. None of them yell, like all the nail salon 9 year olds say, and this salon is like a heaven on earth.

Terrible setOne of their workers did my nails crooked and they also didn’t do the design I wanted. When I told the worker what I wanted he just said okay and did it wrong. When I tried to tell he didn’t understand.then he told me it was In total $35. I would never pay that amount for crooked nails. Don’t get your nails done there.

IF I COULD RATE NO STARS I WOULD!The tech (who I believe is the owner!) who did my nails was disrespectful, telling me what is pretty and what is not. I called ahead of time to get a price for ONLY acrylic, NO polish & NO gel. I get there, she does my nails and gives me a completely different price after! Even though she is the one who gave me the price on the phone to begin with! and then she wants to argue with me about it! The acrylic is so thin that they will break! The shaping is horrible and she didn’t do the manicure correctly, I am a recently graduated cosmetology student so I have studied and learned the correct way to do an acrylic Set. I ONLY went because I hadn’t realized I ran out of monomer and I needed a set ASAP for my graduation ceremony tomorrow.I will NEVER go there again, horrible experience.

I went in for a polish change on my feet and I guess the lady who is the manager there was arguing with a custome . The custom was trying to tell her that her nail was uneven( which it was) and she was screaming at her. The lady is very unprofessional and rude. I felt very bad for the customer. The customer kept saying in a soft voice I am trying to explain it to you but you keep talking over me. The manager just kept yell I dont know what you want its fine.

Just left this salon. Had a deluxe pedicure done. The tech was not personable and didnt listen to my request at the start of pedicure. On top of the $35 fee for the pedicure I asked for Gel polish which is an additional $10 - which I am perfectly fine with.I didnt get gel polish and the tech bumped into my big toe messing up the polish.. which she did not fix. I let her know that this was the reason why I always get gel, she went on to chuckle.During my experience I observed the owner treat customers rudely. I wouldnt recommend this salon unless you need something done and no one else can get you in.

Had similar issues as other ratings. Service is mediocre. I kept going back thinking it would get better, but it didnt. Some of the more senior attendants seem almost put out at having to work. Maybe a poor management issue? Regardless, going to drive a little further next time.

I would not recommend this nail place to anybody!! They are terrible and they are liars ! I called at 7:15 a lady answered the phone I asked what time they closed she stated they close at 9 but take their last customer at 830. I got there at 745 the lady asked me what I needed I stated I needed my nails removed and full set . She then tells me tomorrow would be better . As they are closing early . I then stated that couldn’t be true as the lady I spoke with on the phone stated they take they didn’t close till 9 and they take their last customer at 830 . She tried to basically tell me I wasn’t telling the truth . I walked out and I will never go back there again .

Was a loyal customer for years and slowly but surely they were losing me due to the quality of work being produced. Made an appointment came in waited 30 mins after my appointment and they had the audacity to allow other customers in front of me after knowing I had an appointment. What’s the point of an appointment if you are going to wait for that long.

I really liked the way Anthony did my pink and whites (2 different full sets). The cost was $40 which is good but they lifted pretty quickly allowing water underneath and my actual nails separated from my skin both times. I wont be going back. I suspect the chemicals they use are no good.

I travel from where I live to get my nails done here. I like their work and quality of the product use here.

I gave it one star because I’ve had such a horrible experience here. I came for a pedicure and I choose the deluxe service only for it be the basic package. Not only was I cheated of my service but she kept missing some of my toes or not even applying the gel or scrub to my feet. Please go anywhere but here.

Been going to the same salon since I was 16 years old they’re very big on values as well as very clean and professional we personally I could never say I’ve had a problem out of them even when it came down to an issue with my nails they were very calm and understanding and fix the issue immediately

Every single time I go to this nail salon they mess up my nails. From bad polish to the wrong color and shape. One time I told the man 3 times it wasn’t what I wanted and he just shook his head and smiled and continued what he was doing. Even have gotten home and found big air bubbles in my gel polish causing it to peel. The lady who runs the place is extremely rude every time I go in, and the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

I was admitted into the hospital for precautions. My fingers was infected and swollen. I had to get alot of antibodies. That was my first time coming to All Nail & Spa.

I can’t speak of any other nail tech or services provided but my nail tech Victor always does a great job, he is always so professional! I’m very picky so he has to be good.

This was the first place I tried and the only place I have gone because I love it so much! I have gotten both manicures and pedicures here.

They all are VERY RUDE! Only 2 out of 12 workers does good nails. The manager or owner is extremely rude and loud. I would’ go back if it was the last nail salon around. I only gave them 1 star because I had to 🙄

LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO GO IN ALL OF OCALA. They are dirty, they reuse their equipment on each and every client, they use cheap products, they use dish soap as soap for pedicures, they are VERY RUDE (especially the manager) and not to mention after doing my nails there not only were they EXTREMELY DAMAGED but after I removed my acrylic set I had fungus under my nails. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the horror of this place.If I could put zero stars I definitely would. It’s been two months since I’ve been able to my nails done because the damage was that bad.

AWFUL. was going for almost a year and loved 2 guys in there who always took care of me. went for the 3rd time to try to get lashes put on. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! So I visited here on my birthday to get my eye lashes done and my lip waxed . It was my first time going there . The lady did my eyelashes perfectly and wax job was perfect too . However instead of taking me into a room to get waxed she did it right in front of the reception hair near the window. Kind of weird and embarrassing if you ask me . That’s my only complaint.

Just finished my Mani and pedi Tom took great care of my nails he listened to exactly what I wanted and they turned out great. Holly took really good care of my toes my French pedicure looks amazing over all very satisfied with there work.

I wish they spoke English because you can never tell them what you want but they always get me right in and they do a good job I just say do what you want because I dont care I just want to be pampered.. If you dont like being able to communicate dont go.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They left my nails all ugly and not the same length. Unsanitary and disgusting. When he filed my nails it felt like he was ripping my nails off and he left my actual nails paper thin.

Ive been there 2 times, once for mani pedi and today was a full set. It was after hours and someone willing stayed late to take care of me Im very have with results each time. I think prices are comparable with others places Ive been $30 full set, although cant remember pedicure prices. A few employees do speak English so no frustration if there is an issue your trying to explain. Will go again. I prefer natural nails but some of the photos Ive seen posted look phenomenal.

There hasn’t been a time my friend and I have gone here that we weren’t pleased! I am pregnant and they rubbed my belly which earned MAJOR brownie points for me hahahha but I don’t recommend for them to do that to other pregnant people without permission because people are extremely anal about the stupidest of things. Sitting here though to get my nails done I have heard people get very loud and rude because they weren’t happy with their nails so I guess when you walk in go OUT OF YOUR WAY to ask to have the best technician there, even if you have to wait a few extra minutes because as with any company there will be your stars and your dud’s!! They’ve been nothing but nice to us though!

This shop is the most unfriendly, non-customer based shop I have ever used. The staff speaks in their foreign language to one another, barely acknowledges their customers, plays their loud ethnic music without regard to customer requests. Their unprofessional attitude makes for a non-relaxing pedicure. My last pedicure there will be my last ever. At the end, the technician put a fan on my nails and left. The fan was placed on a towel and kept falling into the damp soak basin. No one came back to see if they could help, check on my nails, etc. I had to unplug the fan, remove it, figure out how to move the chair handle, put my own flip fops on and walk to the front. Asked where to pay, and the hostess continued to rudely talk on her phone as she instructed a very young girl to do the charge. The shop was not busy, and there were plenty of technicians that could have better assisted their customers.My advice, avoid this shop unless there is no where else to get your nails done !!!!!

This is a horrible place to go.. The salone is not clean and very unprofessional. Someone should really call the board of inspectors on them ASAP and everyones license should be checked.. A friend of mines got fungus and hepatitis from that salone so people please stop going there.. Think of your health
