The pedicure massage was great and friendly place but when I was going to get the wax bag, I noticed my toes looked like she put one coat and you can see the strokes 🤔. When I got home I noticed she went over my skin I,Myself, had to clean up the extra access. Since she went over my skin the nail polish gel was lifting and already it chipped. I just left the salon and 2 hours it’s falling apart. I’m going back to tell them. I know I have tiny toes but you guys are professionals and should be able to work on any kind of toes.

Sandy is amazing, does a fantastic job at keeping my nails even. I get plain pink acrylic fills on natural nail with clear topcoat, I know my nails are a pain, but she is fabulous and patient.

I’ve given this place about 6-8 chances over the 3 years I’ve been going there sporadically. Only one time did I walk out of there happy and that was after the damage to my nails was already done. Sandy is the only person I recommend here.Outside of Sandy… they can’t ever get the shape right or they apply the acrylic too bulky. Can’t get the paint to the edge of the nails. Bubbles/streaks in the gel. I really don’t understand how this place is still in business. I’ve had 6 different techs work on me, to have 1 good tech out of 6, I don’t get it.

My first time trying this salon was on Mother’s Day at around 1130am. This place was packed but things moved along rather quickly! I got a pedicure with Nina N. who was amazing and up sold me on my first ever wax. She was amazing and super kind... I had Thomas for the fill on my nails. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable on why my nails were in such bad shape (working outside daily with pool chemicals). I will definitely be using this salon again and hopefully be able to stick with the techs I had today. I highly recommend this salon 😊 5 Stars

I went there on my birthday yesterday and got a full set pink and white ombré, coffin shaped and Angela did an amazing job on my nails not only that the two gentlemen up front were very welcoming and friendly I love coming here thank you for a wonderful experience. Definitely will be coming back! :-)

I took a 90 year old Elder do this place to get her nails done. They were fantastic with the nails quick and gentle. However when she was getting some hairs off of face which we all know this happens when you get old there were not gentle they were a little rough.So there is a very clean Store Friendly people but I would not ask for anything to be done with your skin.

I walked in without an appointment and they were very busy but were able to get me in after only about 10 minutes. I got a manicure with gel polish and then requested a pedicure with the same. Out the door it was $75 plus tip. The staff was very friendly and did a great job.

Angela is AMAZING, it’s so hard to find a good place and I’m so glad I found y’all!

Nice place just alittle pricie.

So, I went here recently for the first time and worked with Ellen. She was fantastic and listened to me helped me pick a color talked to me the whole time, just great. The job she did was also fantastic. I always get my nails dipped due to my jobs and hating acrylics. While doing my nails I did mention that they looked not nearly as thick as what I’m used to and she commented that it’s better this way and we had a little more of a conversation about it. Afterwards I went home, let out my dog, and went to bed. I woke up the next morning early for work and one of my nails was cracked. I went back to have them fix it, apologizing for being there after they closed and was told the crack was my fault, but they had a 10 day guarantee. So I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome to have them fix my nail. I’ve never had any issues in the past with my dip nails either. Left them on for weeks at a time with no chipping and no cracking. After they fixed that nail, I went home and then the next day I had cracking in two more nails and one chipped completely off the end. While Ellen was fantastic and if anyone tries to go there I would recommend her, the man at the front was rude and the fact that I’m less than 48 hours in and 4 of my nails are screwed makes me feel like they do not do as good of a job as other places I’ve been to. And again, when approached about the service, I’m told it’s my fault this happened, instead of just graciously fixing the nail. Will not EVER be going back here unfortunately.

They’re very friendly and u can go without appointment. But worst nails i had. Is been just one day and the nails are falling in pieces. They charged to much for a bad work. They were coffins nail and they don’t look coffin. And the pointy one is not centered is all curved

Horrible horrible service. First they try to fit way to many people in at one time its like a fast food restaurant ur in and out in like 15mins it felt like. Me and my daughter get there about 1230 and were out by 120. They didnt even clean her feet we asked for a pedicure for her....all she got wad polish. The polish was cute but her feet were still dirty from running around in the dirt. She got a manicure and polish she wanted her nails one color and the tip another all the guy did was take the polish and swipe up he said he knew what was best um....i got my pedicure first the lady Maya I think was her name did an excellent job on my feet. My problem came to my nails I wanted the top clear and the tip a pink color well it looked like I had toes for my nails the polish was stuck to my skin the manicure was horrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE. AND WAY OVERPRICED. 2 manicures and 1 pedicure and 1 polish was $130

I do not recommend going here. The lady who did my nails got up at least twice during my session and she was aggressive throughout. My thumb nails are uneven and my pinky nail is crooked. Very unhappy with the job she did and not worth the $50 I was charged. Go somewhere else if possible.

Worst pedicure ever ! Nina N barely rubbed my feet ! My water was freezing cold I watched them not wipe down or do any type of sanitizing when other customers left, which is absolutely unacceptable! They rushed my experience it was awful ! Do not recommend!

Tiffany is wonderful. She makes sure to pay attention to the details so im not picking for 2 weeks. I cant come up with a complaint. I have never had a problem with getting in. I always feel comfortable here. Staff are very nice and friendly and I feel they are family to each other. Great atmosphere. This is the best place and for very reasonable prices.

It was busy but they were so accommodating and super nice!! My mom and I had an amazing experience with them to do some girl pampering!!! Definitely our nail salon for now on 😀

I absolutely love this salon! I have been going since they have been open and they are very courteous and polite. Their facility is always clean and the take extra precautions while in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Also, Jason is amazing. I always feel refreshed when he works on my feet. If you need someone that can give extra attention to your aching feet, Jason is your guy!!

I have been going there for about 6 years now. I won’t lie in the beginning there were ups and downs trying out different nail techs. But as soon as I found the right one I haven’t been disappointed since. So yes I give 5 stars now. The place is very friendly clean and they do the best to please. It is a bit pricey but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. $20 pedicures last less then a week verses $35 that last well over a month. You do the math.

I’ve had several manicures and pedicures at this nail spa, but the last three times that I came in with a picture of a nail design I wanted, the nail techs try to interject their own ideas instead of what I want. The last time I was there, I had to tell her three times what I wanted before she would listen to me. The nail technician had to remove the acrylic twice before getting it right and was rushed because of another appointment right behind me, making me feel unimportant and devalued. As much as I like the nail salon itself, if I can’t get what I want, then I will have to go to another nail salon.

I started coming to Luxury after my nail tech moved, I was a little hesitant at first because I like the smaller shops w the personalized attention...you know the place- when call or come in they call you by your name and joke around, they little details about you...I have been pleasantly surprised because I get that personalized attention at luxury! Usually Trihn takes care of me, but I’ve had gone to several other techs as well and always get great service and I’m ALWAYS greeted by name as soon as I walk in (or call). The manager and owners are very particular about making sure the client is happy and they are just as particular about cleanliness.

This place is ridiculous her nails are curving like she is a wild dog 🐕 they look horrible charged 120 to get to pedicures. I called the manager and he will charge you to remove his own mistake and charge you to put new ones on. I will never come back here again. She told her several times she didnt want them long or curved ??

Khanh is my hero. He’s the best! Words can’t even describe how grateful I am to have an amazing nail tech like him. I feel blessed after every visit. The front counter crew is so nice also. I will never go anywhere else!

The Very best in Ocala! I have been getting my ombré acrylic nails by Kahn or Angela and they will always be my “ go to “ nail People. I’ve even had lashes done at Luxury and they were beautiful and natural looking. I have only awesome things to say. My nails show it too! I’m complimented on them everywhere I go. Best part is how relaxing it is there. No screaming babies with beeping registers going in the background. Ty baby Jesus for that because I loathe trying to relax and being forced to hear and see all kinds of other business being done. Not here. They are a True nail spa. Go ! Worse acrylic Ive gotten. Jennifer didnt file and shape the nails correctly. Theyre very uneven, crooked, different sizes, and not pointy as requested. Their color choices for manicure arent very good either. Jennifer kept pulling my arm hard in every direction. It was very uncomfortable. She was not an experienced technician. Will never go back. $45 for something I hate and cant wait to take off.

Angela helped me, I am satisfied with my nails and they were what I asked for. I was really skeptical about going in after I saw how many bad reviews I read. I was in and out the fastest I have ever had a manicure so definitely not a spa experience but she got the job done in record time which I am okay with.

Acrylic is sloppy and very thick, theyre uneven and some nails even have bubbles. The shape of the nails as well is horrific as a first timer to salon grade nails Im fairly disappointed, I have better results with press ons for 40 dollars less than the embarrassment on my hands. Also nail tech was very aggressive, I have swan neck deformity in my hands due to premature rheumatoid arthritis, I can understand that she might of been agitated with the way my fingers bend but pulling and pushing my hands in such an aggressive manner wasnt a neccessary way to communicate.

I was asked 5 Xs if I wanted a Mani and gel polish for my toes. Told them exactly what I wanted up front so Im not sure where the disconnect was. I told the man up front why I didnt get more services as planned and he said they work off commission. I told him I understand and I do too. But theres a difference between asking and pestering. He didnt apologize. Piss poor attitude in my opinion. Definitely do not recommend

My daughter in law and I have been going to Kim L. for almost 3 years now. She is incredible! The staff there are always pleasant and Alex and Chrissy at the front desk are so incredibly nice also! I highly recommend Luxury Nails and Spa!

I do love this place, but My made me bleed. I had previous acrylic nails on, and she cut the acrylic nail on my thumb too low, making my thumb bleed. She did care for it, but it would be nice to hear an apology. Then again, she doesn’t speak English. Next, she did my face waxing. She would’ve done a great job if she didn’t miss a hair on my chin, which I didn’t notice until I got home. A shame too, because this salon is the closest one to my house. Emily is the best.

Five stars for JULIE! Hit and miss with other techs and pedicures at Luxury, but Julie does the best nails in Ocala. Acrylic, gel, dip, etc. she is the best. Perfectly shaped and always the natural thin look —not all chunky and fake looking. She’s also very sweet and easy to talk to. I’ve been getting acrylics consistently for 10+ years and she is the best nail tech I’ve ever found.

The spa is fantastic. I had Jennifer and she is great!! She takes her time to make your hands and feet look and feel perfect. I go there for all my mani and pedi needs. Everyone in the spa is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this spa highly.

My mom, 4 year old, and myself went in for a pedicure. It was a little busy but we waited no big deal. When it was our turn our pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes each. My daughter is always done before use by at least 15 minutes and today we finished at the same time. All we got was a toe trim I quick cuticle cut (without softener) 30 sec heal scrub. 2 minutes message on both legs (4 minutes total) and a quick polish that they didn’t let dry in between so it’s wrinkled in spots. We won’t be back. I’ll find somewhere else with a kids chair or she will just have to sit in a big girl chair. Waste of money!!!! Terrible customer service because they don’t even care. They just want your money so they can get the next person in the chair.

I like the person that did my nails I get acrylics done and I only have them long but she cut them very short I told her just trim a little bit off and she trimmed almost all of them off.

They do a great job there is sometimes a bit of a wait but I don’t mind it’s worth it.! Tiffany dose a great job and always makes my nails look so good. I highly recommend this place😀

My daughter and I absolutely love going to luxury nails. All of the staff are so pleasant and fun every time we get pedicures.

Manager and receptionist were not wearing a mask. Very socially irresponsible. I confronted the manager and he unapologetically put a mask on but the receptionist didn’t, even though he has a plexiglass I saw him once waking out of his station without a mask on. Won’t support this business if they are not compliant of the mask mandate.

HORRIBLE service by KIM, she had a very simple nail procedure to do and acted as if she didn’t understand what “cut down,” “file,” meant!!! We had to explain what “I want my nails short and natural looking,” meant.. at least 3-4 times.. Then she really looked disgusted when we asked her to take-off the nail polish as well (thought that’s what “make my nails look short and natural ”) meant to begin with!!! KIM kept making rude facial expressions and grabbed my daughters’ hand aggressively a couple times.. (I didn’t know that until after we left).. or I would’ve said something to her and/or the manager!! THEN she tried to overcharge my daughter after all, about 6 or 7 employees were all in discussion for about 10 min regarding how much the service for this quick trim down should be... as if this is the first time this place has EVER done a trim down!! The reason the employees were ALL in discussion over this is because some of them knew KIM was trying to overcharge us for it!! If KIM doesn’t know what she’s doing and/or doesn’t understand English then she shouldn’t be in the beauty salon/nail service industry and charging people!! Wonder if her state license for doing nails is legit?!! The guy and girl (both American btw) at the front desk were very nice and professional.. go figure..

They do the minimal amount on a pedicure- keep “cutting” my cuticles- they were cutting air. Constantly speaking in a different language and laughing- making me feel uncomfortable ... Some people do not know what a real SALON AND SPA day consists of, this is definitely not it. Bottom line- service is terrible, they are just a rip off.

The gentleman that did my pedicure and fill was doing a lot of coughing. I did not enjoy the pedicure. I was very displeased with my fill. Some of my nails are longer than others and the shaping is not perfect. For the price they charge for services, I expected more. This was my third time going. I wont return.

I went in for a long full set and toes I got regular polish on SEPTEMBER 29 and it totaled up to $75 worst ever , go on yelp.com to see my nails y’all !!! I went back OCTOBER 8 to get everything fixed and it was no better ! Shaping was slightly better but polish is worst nobody there can do nails they rush to paint and design go on yelp .com to see my nails

So let me start by saying this is the worst place EVER... so I originally got my nails done ask for tips with pink and white. As I am walking out of the place, I noticed that the nails were not smooth and had bumps. I immediately call them and told them my issue. They said you can come back tomorrow and we can fix it. I go back the next day and tell them that I don’t want tips and I just want a gel manicure. They sat me with a the nail tech that did a better job. But as I am going to the register and ask for the difference of the service, the owner was saying something about the tech that did my nails and couldn’t refund me. At this point I didn’t care, I just wanted the difference back on my card or a gift certificate. They were speaking their language as the gentlemen wasn’t sure if he should give me a certificate or not. Made me feel that it was such a big deal to give me the difference. At this point I said if is such a big deal forget about it. You just lost a customer. This truly the worst service ever. Will never go back. Talk about service, THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

Zero stars. Went in for dipping powder pedicure and came out like a 3 year old did my nails. Nails were were super clumpy and not done correctly. Had to go to my regular salon to get them fixed. In the middle of doing my nails, the technician proceeded to make phone calls and towards the end had someone else finish my nails so she could do an employees nails. Highly unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here!

I came in this week for a gel polish change. They didnt even do a good job and charged me $25 for polish! Where I normally go to get my nails done is $25 for a gel fill and polish! They always do a great job and if theres something wrong they fix it for no extra charge! Luxury nails is a joke. I stopped going to them years ago and they still havent changed. Robbing people blind and not even doing a fantastic job!

JC is incredible! Each time that he has done my nails, he takes his time and pays attention to each and every detail. He makes great conversation and ensures that his customers have an all around amazing experience! I highly recommend JC and Luxury Nails.

Super surprised that this unassuming exterior opens up into this beautiful salon. We had walk in pedicures and manicures, and they were so patient. Explained things, listened. What a great staff!

This salon has great services but unfortunately the staff commented rudely out loud in front of customers and my friends young daughter when we requested her to have the Hello Kitty chair and wouldnt mind waiting for one of us adults to sit with her. We had made an appointment for the kids chair plus 3 pedicures and multiple staff continued to discuss how irritated they were that we wouldnt take the next available chair which meant the child would sit alone in a separate area of the salon on her own. Rude staff, very disappointed.

The place looks amazing inside but the wait here is so long. Ive also noticed that their prices are higher than most nail salons around here and I honestly cant justify those prices. Besides the wonderful decor everything else is just so so.

Nice facility and friendly people but they dont understand or dont care about what clients want. I specifically told them that I dont want my eye brows to thin. I like the shape and I just want them cleaned up around it. Nope, she took half of them off. Then asks if it is okay....um. like she could put the hairs back in place...really

KHANH is the best Ive been coming here since moving from Seminole county 5yrs ago! He does a great job everytime and he pays attention. Some of the employees do answer phones and change off on customers to start others but I guess Ive just got used to society as a whole doing that.

I like to use My shes mature and does a good job especially when giving a pedicure.

I moved here 8 months ago and have been to almost every nail salon here. KHANH IS WONDERFUL AT THIS SALON. He listened and did exactly as I requested. My nails have not looked this good since I moved away. Love this Salon. Would recommend it to anyone.......

I just wanted plain teal nail polish and the guy decided without asking me to put yellow dots on them and then they told my mother that they NEED to do her eyebrows even know she just got them done last week. Other then that it was a nice place but they also have the water TOO hot

Horrible service!! They do not take their time with the pedicures rush right through IT! Overpriced I brought my six-year-old daughter to get her nails and toes painted I was charged $50!! Absolutely insane I would never come back to this place again! The only good thing this business has is the two nice couple at the front desk.

Completely overpriced Just paid $95 for a general pedicure and full set. They add on money for every service that other salons include in their prices. Can go to a more reasonably priced salon and receive the same service and results. Staff is friendly but thats not worth the extra $35 more I paid than what I would have paid elsewhere.

One of the better places to go in Ocala... Depending on who you see. I have heard that some of the techs dont do as good of a job that I have had lots of luck with Helen and Ricky. They have never done a bad job for me.

I always come here for a gel manicure, and Ive never had any complications or bleeding. The tech was very nice and always had some small talk so it wasnt awkward. The only bad time I had there was getting a pedicure. We were pressured into getting a longer one because of a better deal. The heated towels was the worst experience Ive ever had. The towels were boiling and she laid them down on my legs. When she removed them, my legs had redness all over. Over all the place is nice and I love getting French manicures there.

This was the worst place to Go! They were extremely rude when I said I was unsure of what I wanted because I dont do my nails. And when I got home I seen that they added their own tip to my card. I will never go to this place again. Be careful with your cards here. This place cannot be trusted!
