My daughter’s nail was cracked and bleeding when he got done removing her gel. She was physically in pain during the process. I asked Richard why he wouldn’t soak the nail and he said it would take too long. He proceeded to remove the gel with clippers and a file casing her nail to split and bleed. Then when I pointed out she was pulling her hand away because it hurt he just ignored her. All of the while putting pressure on the bleeding with his bare hand!! I had to get antibiotic ointment from next door. All of this with no apology or accountability for his actions. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! You will be injured!!

Best pedicure Ive had in the area, but I cant say much for my waxing experience. She covered to much at one time and it hurt worse then it should have and I asked for half leg wax and she did it below the knee😒 A half leg wax typically eliminates hair from just above the knees to the ankles. So now I have hairy knees ☹️

I came in a couple weeks ago because I needed my nails done last minute. I came in about 35 minutes before they closed and they helped me immediately. But the lady that did my nails rushed the job and the acrylic on my big toes was sloppy. Then the guy who did my nails acted like he didn’t want to do my nails since they were closed, I let it slide but I could tell he had a problem. For the price I paid the quality did not match up. I wasn’t going to leave a review but today I looked at my toe nails and both of my big toes are bruised and my nails grew out after 3 days. I definitely wouldn’t return to this salon even if it was a last minute thing.Update: I havent gotten my toes redone since going to them, it is now August and both of my big toes are dead and the right one is coming off.I am reporting them to the BBB because this is ridiculous. They have completed ruined my experience getting pedicures. If you are in the area do NOT, I repeat do NOT go here! Unsanitary and unprofessional

I was completely taken back the moment I stepped into this establishment. The gentleman doing a ladys nails advised me in order to come in I would have to wear a mask. I told him I do not have. He said you can purchase one. I said okay and I purchased a. However, I was extremely confused!. The lady sitting in front of him did not have a mask on I looked at her she looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt understand. He told me I had to wear a mask to walk back to. However when I got back there very few were wearing mask.. I have a medical condition that causes severe anxiety anytime I face has to be covered due to extensive trauma. I was with my daughter and did not want to cause a scene so I grabbed the mask I put it on I walked back. I sat in a pedicure check chair and when I was finished I had to wash my hands again however I did not have to wear a mask. I didnt have to wear a mask for the duration of my visit only to enter this establishment. I was charged for a mass for myself and my daughter. I do believe this place is trying to capitalize on the pandemic and therefore I would never support their business ever again. Clean place. Very friendly I have a hard time understanding them but they make you fill welcomed. Prices are alittle bit higher, but worth it. They have a good variety of colors& products. Very satisfying time. I will go back.

Even though it was near closing time, Richard didnt rush finishing my nails. He took his time and made sure they were perfect. Ive been to this shop a few times over the years and hes always done a great job!

They were nice enough but my manicure polish is not close to the bed of my nails so Im going to have to go back sooner than normal. And, my daughter wanted a simple heart design and they wouldnt do it.

One hour before closing I went in & needed a mani done. Richard & his wife team tagged with my nails & I love them. From taking off my acrylics which left my nails looking horrible to going natural which are now looking classy & my husband loves them ! By the way first time for me going to them.

This was my first time at this salon. Pedicure was nice but overpriced for what I received. The prices on the menu were extremely different than what we were told. I was left to soak off my nails for 45 min during this time he started taking care of someone who came in an hour plus after I had gotten there! I believe he did this on purpose because I was trying to calm down another customer who was very unhappy and let them know it...she was from Orlando and said how ridiculous the prices were. During this time the man actually pushed my hand really hard as I was tryin airtold him dont push my hand like that and he acted like he didnt do it. Also, he told me yo stop talking when I was trying to help the young lady that was upset. He was very unprofessional . I have never experienced anything like this on all of the nail salons I have visited! So many more small things that happened during the visit. They also over charged my niece. $50 for a full set very short nail!!

The times I’ve had my nails done here the polish is peeling off by the next day. They get upset if you go back for them to fix. Don’t take their time and just bad service overall.

Decided to try a new salon and found Nails and Beyond and I’m so glad I did. My Nail Tech Richard, helped me and gave me a excellent experience better than any I’ve encountered at other places. He took his time to make my nails exactly what I wanted and they came out perfect. Nails and Beyond will be my new Nail place Indefinitely.

I went to this place to try a new nail place out. I was charged for a full set instead of a fill. The price they charge is different than what’s on their listed price. I had a good time there but one of my nails broke AND all of my toe polish had already chipped after three days. I went back and got my nail fixed for free, but was then told they could fix my feet but there would be a charge because “regular polish chips almost right away.” Like excuse me? I’ve never had an issue with regular polish chipping in 3 DAYS. I’m fed up and will not be coming back.Not to mention, after my first trip as I was walking out, Richard said “see you tomorrow your nail will chip or break”.There was 5 other people getting their nails FIXED because they had already chipped as well.Leon nails has proven to be better than Nails and Beyond. Will NOT be coming back EVER. Do better.

Always the best service. Even the basic pedicure is so relaxing and so well done. Staff is all friendly. My nails always last so long when I have them done. I wont go anywhere else in town.

Horrible experience EVER !!! The moment I said I didn’t want gel just basic full set which was $30 she got upset and started treating my hands pretty rough. She asked if I wanted square and I said no coffin and she said it would be $10 more and I said it’s ok let’s do them square she began to get even more rough with my hands. She skipped steps and I wasn’t wasn’t happy and told them I was not happy with my nails. She came up to me while I was with my daughter and began to yell and kick me out. Of course I responded back with attitude just overall horrible experience ever!!

My Christmas Miracle!!! Richard is a miracle worker.Backstory: I wanted to get my nails done for the first time in about a year and half; Ive had my nails done many times over the years. I don’t usually get my nails done until I have a few weeks off from work or if Im on winter break from college, which never happens, so when I get them done, I want them to be perfect the first time. The last time I got them done I lived in Tampa and they were perfect! Almond shape, ombré neutral nail with light pink with white tips, done with powder, really not a fan of acrylic nails so I try to avoid them at all costs. I’d rather have tips with powder or gel polish any day.I wanted to support a local business, and I brought a photo of my nails from go-to nail salon in Tampa and pictured below is what I ended up with. I’ll let those photos speak for themselves as I refuse to talk down about someone who really tried to give me what I wanted. As the gal who did my nails was an absolutely lovely conversationalist and a delight to get to know, however I will not be returning for nail services at that salon.When I walked in to Nails and Beyond, Richard politely greeted me right away and was able to fix my nails to what I wanted within 45 minutes. Simply BEAUTIFUL nails! He took a look at my nails from the other salon, quoted me a price up-front so I wouldn’t be surprised with any hidden fees, and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning to get my next set of nails done, whenever that will be. Thanks again Richard! I love it here. I went here for the first time today and I was seated immediately for my manicure...they didn’t push any extra services on me at all the guy was very nice, Richard. He was fast and did a good job. Then I was seated to get my pedicure and the guy did a great job as well, it was very relaxing...it was reasonably priced. Everyone was nice and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be going back to get my fills there. Richard is the best, they just updated their shop to look a lot more modern and it really improved their aesthetic, i’ve gotten full set acrylics about 7 time from them and i’m never disappointed...i just STRONG LY suggest Richard if you’re getting acrylics

I waited 15 mins and was rushed through like an assembly line product.Treatment was rude and cold.I had stopped going to this place last year and went today because everywhere else was closed.....bad call! Just about perfect nails

My nail tech was really sweet but the owner was really rude. This was my first time there and he was not very helpful about what I needed to do. He acted rude because I brought my own polish when I ask him if my nails were dry and said that it takes 30 minutes for it to dry and that is why they want you to use gel polish. No one said anything to me about using gel polish when I said I had my own polish. Besides they also had regular polish there too. It didnt take 30 minutes to dry either. I think they charge more for gel. I will not be going back.

Richard is amazing, been going to him over 4 years and he never disappoints. Rachel does great work and quick with the polish. Worth every penny!

I just wanted my own nails done. It was pretty. But they put something on them. That would keep me going back. And it took me forever to get the polish off myself. They did do a really nice job.

Rude and pushy staff. There is no organization, walk-ins are not kept track of so just because you walk in first doesn’t mean you go when they tell you. Prices don’t match what they advertise. Fills were advertised at $15-$30. They asked me to pay $45. When my request was simply to REFILL nails that where already on. They treat their clients without respect. Richard was dry and shockingly rude to multiple people. I will gladly take my business elsewhere where the clients are treated well, and where my day off feels like a REAL spa day.

My nails looked good, but he over charged me. For regular acrylic nails(no gel or extra stuff) he charged me $40, and originally wanted to charge me $55. I could have went somewhere else and got my nails done for $30 and them turn out the same.

We had called in for appointments at 11am was told to come at 6pm. when we got there the guy in the front told us he had no appointments at 6 and told us to leave very unprofessional will not go back again.

I am switching to this place !!! Its so close to where I live and I cant believe I have been missing it for the whole time. Clean and very organized. Techs are vocal enough that I did not have any problem explaining my requests and the lady did perfectly just how I like it done: beautiful coat and perfect shaping and length. They use good quality products and sanitize their equipment after every use and that is a big big plus. Reasonable price. Cant find a good reason not to try this place if you live in the area unless you dont do nails. Highly recommended !!!

I went in today and they were rude about my asking why they charged extra to cut the nails when doing a fill.Then they told me I did not have to comeback.. I assured them I would not be back. They do not wash the nails after buffing when getting a fill. So now my nails have little bumps under the polish.

I have been here many times before and have enjoyed it. Today however I brought a picture with a design that was not complicated and was told they could do it. After my toes were painted and the design needed to be added I was told they couldnt do the design (which tied the theme of my toes together). They told me what the could do which didnt tie my theme together and the colors didnt match the rest of my toes. My mother and I both left with paint all over our feet. I wont be coming back. A little bit of honesty prior to painting my toes would have been appreciated. I certainly would have picked something else had I known my request wasnt achievable.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done. a full sets and gel polish, My total bill was $60.00!!!! I have never paid more than 35.00 anywhere else. I ask why so high he said he had to cut the Cuticle back on my nails. Everyone else does it for free! I will never go back again!

Great pedicure, however owner’s son was touching and pulling on me the entire time. Then followed me into the room to get my eyebrows done and crawled on the table with me. Owner made him get out, closed the door, and the son screamed the entire time I got my eyebrows waxed so she seemed very rushed..

Tryed to charge me $70!!! For acrylic nails!!!? He was very mad we didn’t pay $70!!! Gave us a bad guy and nails weren’t the same sizes! Got home and a nail popped off!

I live in Kissimmee but i think this will be my new pit stop when Im in town because this by far was the BEST nail salon. So happy i stopped in. Great customer service. Been here twice & I loved the work they did, but when I went to pay the first thing they asked​ was for tips. Aint that supposed to come from you and not cause you being told to? I hope they learn how to wait until you finish paying for your service first..

I returned for a second time due to amazing service. This time not so much. The first time there was for a fill in, one nail replacement and a trim. I was charged $26 and left a $5 tip. I returned a week later for a fill in expecting it to be $15. This guy insisted that it was gel powder that was applied last time and charged $25 for a fill in. I then told him that this is $10 more than expected and he told me that if I wanted cheap to go to Walmart. Then he proceeded to tell me that using two different materials on the nail will turn it yellow. Well let me tell you my nails better not turn yellow. And they filed my natural nail down making them shorter.

I use to be a nail tech so I catch things that most people do not. The person who did my nails never properly cleaned or prepared my nails, I could still see the dirt, he was very rough, and treated me as if I was an issue. I would never go back to this salon again. The only good thing I encountered was the fact that they have OPI.
