I love this nail salon Mina is the best. She is a nail miracle worker and I have tiny hands/nails. I always leave going I cant wait to go back and see what Mina does next on my nails.

It has been a long time since Ive had a great pedicure. The technician took his time and made sure that I had a great experience and a great pedicure. I will be turning to this establishment soon.

Went in for a pedicure to which I had dead skin on my feet. The lady soaked me for about 4 minutes began my pedicure and scrubbed my feet for about 5 minutes combined. I request the grader to remove the dead skin. She began to talk to her co worked about how she didn’t wanna do it. Then she graded my feet for about 2 minutes. Painted my toes & walked away with an attitude. She ripped the sandals they gave me off my feet and told me I was done. Then tried to upcharge my friend and I 90$ for 2 basic pedicures.

The lady that did my nails was super sweet. Her name was Cindy and she was lovely. If I call to make an appointment ill be requesting her

Even though the wait time may be a little longer, due to this salon being very busy. The ending results are outstanding. I never go anywhere else, so if you got time to spare and don’t mind the wait time, go check them out. You will not be disappointed!

I do not recommend anyone to go here I had arrived at 8pm to get a pedicure and get a full set done on my nails then other customers walked in around 8:45 and as the woman was almost done doing my toes I was told I have to come back another day because there were to many people waiting but I was there before the other lady’s I’m very displeased with how I was handled and tossed to the side will never go back !!

I sat and watched 4 people come in and get taken care of before me. Ive been here over 2 hours and the ladies kept saying 1 minute, 1 minute. I am currently still in here because my boyfriend insist I stay since Ive already been here this long and it was the reason we made the trip to ocala to begin with. By far the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I put service not listed because I havent been taken care of yet. I came in for a simple acrylic pink and white set.

Love my nail place. Kevin is amazing with my sensitive feet. My manicure and pedicure last nearly a month with gel polish.

If I could leave zero stars I would. She cut my cuticles and tried to rip my toenail off with some cuticle clippers and the polish is a freaking joke. Smudged, patchy and not gel liked I had asked for multiple times. I do not recommend anyone use this salon.

Idk why i keep coming back after they have done me wrong time after time. Tonight was just it for me. I have been waiting for OVER 45mins for 2 people to walk in during that time and be taken before me.. Ive been coming here since i was in high school and never had a issue these last couple of months it has been REALLY bad and out of hand.

Talked with Kimberly and the lady she got to do my pedicure name is Julie did a fantastic job ! The gentleman that painted them did a good job also. Friendly great place . I truly recommend them. I will be back 😀

Rush 30 minute pedicure, waited 20 mins before app t. Ask to soak while I waited they refused and spent 10 minutes on my feet. Started timer as soon as I sat down. Spent most time removing old polish. Then insisted on gel for 15 extra dollars. I didnt want gel so they had polish that was 20 years old. Never again. There isnt anything spa about this place.

I have been getting my nails done for years now and the nail salons I frequently go to were booked up and couldnt get me in before I move out of state. Which I understand with the whole virus issue. I decided to give Nail On a try and I am highly disappointed. I spent over $100 in there including tips for the two different nail techs I saw that day. I have really small hands and really small nails but I have never had any issues with nails staying on my hands. I got my nails done Monday 5/18 and by today Saturday 5/23, I have had three different nails just fall off of my hands in less than a week. Like literally just fall off..... The first time one came off, I gave them a call and they fixed the nail. I was happy but not even 2 days later another fell off and then another last night. I dont even feel like wasting my time going in there to get them fixed because obviously something isnt right. When I went to get my nail fixed the guy that did my nails on Monday kept making the comment at me tiny nail. I have never had a nail experience like this and I will not be returning.

I had an appointment here for my birthday yesterday and the ladies were so nice. I felt comfortable there and my nails turned out PERFECT. The only issues I had was that the lady was a little rough with filing my nails and I didnt get to wash my hands afterward.. But other than that this place is great to go to.

I came here for the first time yesterday. I got a full set and a pedicure. The man that did them both was nice and tried to make small talk, but he cut me 8 different times.. I was like really? They didn’t even acknowledge it. Disappointed and won’t be going back there.

I went to this nail salon for over 12 years and the last time I went I laid my money on the counter while drying my nails and feet the guy that sits in the front picked up my money and walked off then lied and said I only gave him 60 dollars when what I got cost $72.00 it was 4 20s which clearly make 80 never again then she rushed me out the store when I told her to check the camera never again never again I really miss Tina though she was the only who I trusted to do my nails... Sad customer

Im from out of town. Came in yesterday and they were busy which is understandable. So I booked at 10am appointment for the next day. Came in on time the next day, got my pedicure and the lady who was supposed to do my nails skipped me twice and said she was sorry. But proceeded to still take the other lady instead of allowing me to go ahead and get my nails done. Paint on toes is not even. When I come back in town I definitely wont be coming here for nails or pedicure

It was terrible, got a pedicure done the guy was really rough and not caring and the polish came off right away all over my toes and he missed part of my nails, other people came in one lady literally told him to take the nails off he just put on and she left

Best nail shop. They always do a great job. Ive been coming here since 2001. They always make sure youre happy with what you get. Kim is the best. They are right next to golds gym on 27 in Ocala. If you want Kim I suggest making an appointment.😁

My daughter and I were walk ins for manicure and pedicures while in Ocala for the horse show! Highly recommend this place perfect job. Great colors . Perfectly clean and sterilized! 5 stars plus!

Been coming here for years but I will never go back. New technician who gave my pedicure. EXTREMELY rude and rough! I always have ingrown toe nail on one side and asked her to cut it. Told me no and said that if I took care of my feet(which I do) it wouldnt be a problem. Got very nasty even though I just decided to be agreeable. Spa also didnt work. I had cash in hand to pay before my toes had dried and she said as Im waiting to hand her the moneyare you going to pay?Horrible experience and it was obvious to management yet they ignored it and gave no apologies.

DO NOT go here, nails were not painted evenly and the nail technician wanted to charge me $10 extra to remove dirt from my nails. Tried to charge my debit card extra and I caught on to the fraud. I even tipped. Left so upset and disappointed. I will NEVER be back and I was a frequent customer

I went in to have my nail fixed the woman who did my nails never fixed the one that needed to be fixed and filled my nails when the didnt need to be filled she also put a clear coat on them when I told her not to. I loved the shape I had and she messed them up completely. I called to have something situathated and to let whoever is in charge know what was going on and I got hung up on. I am do disappointed I left spending $20 for something I didnt even need done when it should have only costed $3. your supposed to do what ur customers want u to do not what u feel as though u want to do. I will never go back to this establishment again you just lost a very loyal customer!

They like to put there colors on you. They dont have many colors.

Where to begin.. A very close friend of mine brought herself and her entire bridal party here to get our nails done for her wedding the very next day. The bride had never had acrylic nails put on so was unsure of what to tell the nail tech. The tech did not communicate with the bride whatsoever on length. When done with the brides nails, you could see the super glue holding on the acrylic and her nails were roughly a half inch long. The bride asked the tech if she could shorten the nail because she would not be able to do basic tasks with them the length they are, and the tech told her it was too late, Mind you, the whole party probably spent a total of 100+ dollars in this place. The staff was very inconsiderate and not understanding and obviously do not take customer satisfaction seriously. I do NOT recommend them and will never return again.

Terrible experience.I had to leave after the first coat of gel polish due to it being globbed on and not spread evenly.I kept having to let him know that he wasnt getting the whole finger nail and he ignored me.The gel polish kept dripping on the sides of my finger and he kept redoing it.I offered to pay half but they didnt take it which is good.
