The nail teck was nice but I want quality and profetionalism. In this salon they rugh you out. I wasnt happy how she did my nails. My nails broke two days later after she did my nails. I called her to go back to fix my nail and she gave me an appointment for 3 days later. I didnt go back to her salon. I went to Noire salon where they did a beautifull job with my nail as you see in the picture.

Ive been to Top Nail several times getting pedicures today was the first days that I got dip powder nails they turned out beautiful and just the way that I wanted them. The staff there is very professional kind and super clean I definitely recommend going here to have your nails done pedicure manicure waxing etc.

5 of us walked in and the 5 of us were seated immediately. Very pricey, the technicians arent great. Sloppy work for such high prices.

Went for a pedi. All I can say is that I could of have done a better job and Im not a professional. Very nice people, not very clean.

We tried this place a few months ago and had a good experience. Not this time. There were 2 of us and the girl doing my husbands pedicure was on her cell phone the entire time talking away. Not relaxing and horrible customer service. I came home and had to file a rough nail - it was obvious that they were not paying attention to what they were doing. Won’t be back!

My mother and I go here everytime to get our nails done place is always clean and great service. Ms. Nguyen is awesome and just too funny ❤️🤗

I was a walk in and thet took me right away. I had a pedicure and Annie did my nails. She was very good. They werent very busy when I got there but they started to get busy right after that. They are very reasonably priced and I would go back again.

Very low key salon, but do a fine job of manicures and pedicures. Also not as expensive as other boutique salons. Owned & operated by a fine woman, May-Lin.

This was an all around awful experience. The process was painful as they cut me to the point of bleeding. Also i had to take my nails off the next day or i wouldve gotten an infection from the huge gap between my nail and the acrylic. I was refused a refund for this garbage. Do NOT go here or you risk an infection.

I came to this place to get a pedicure and the lady that was doing my feet was old and didn’t speak no English. While she was removing my cuticle with some nail clippers she took a big chunk of skin and immediately I started bleeding like crazy my toe wouldn’t stop bleeding and I started crying because the pain was incredible and she kept pressing on it really hard with some kind of green liquid. Any way she continue my pedi with a bloody toe but she rushed it and didn’t finish the right way. When I was done to top it all when I was about to leave the lady charges me 22 dollars. After leaving My toe nail got infected and it took a while to heal. Never ever coming back!

While visiting a friend in Ocala I decided to treat myself to a mani-pedi. There are lots of salons but I was drawn to this salon and had the good fortune to have Kim to do the mani-pedi. All too often nail techs rush thru the services but Kim seemed to sense that I didn’t want to be rushed. She was very professional and meticulous— and I was so pleased with her work I asked if she does waxing also - I was delighted when she said yes and I found her to be just as thorough with waxing. The shop is clean and the staff was friendly but Kim made a mediocre mani-pedi feel like being pampered at a day spa. Thank you!

Ive been going to Top Nails for almost 5 years. Ive always been pleased with the service and quality of my gel nails.

MyLinh done a mani and pedi plus eyebrows. She took her time and done an EXCELLENT job. She even painted designs on 2 nails. Prices were very good. I had a full set of gel nails and my husband even got a pedi. I will def be going back to her from now on. Great attitude and very clean and we talked the entire time like we knew each other forever. I came in for a full set of nails with gel Polish . The guy who did it, piled on the acrylic very thick and sloppily . All my nails are bumpy, sloppy and uneven. Definitely not worth the $40 they charge!!!

The shirt lady with glasses did just a color change and I was in there over an hour to begin with. Then she cut every cuticle I had and couldn’t even finish painting them correctly. I ended up walking out with messed up paint bleeding because of them. Will never return!
