GREAT Pedicures! Acrylic nails are pretty great too. If you like freehand designs I would not recommend. A sunflower looked kind of like a daisy until i asked her to define the petals with black framing and a larger center to look more like a sunflower. Overall I will use them for most things but certain designs with paints Ill get done elsewhere. Photos are my results, 1 of the photos is the Pinterest screenshot for her to see and replicate as close as possible. After I gave her guidance as she painted it turned out cute. Free hand painting nails isnt their strong point but they are good at everything else, clean and polite! Prices are average with other nail salons.

Today was my first visit here. I called at 1:30 and booked 4 of us to have pedicures at 3:00 pm same day. They were able to take us right away. The staff was nice and friendly. The deluxe pedicure was wonderful. Hot stones and hot towels, sugar scrub and massage. Lots of colors to choose from! They had a liner in the spa tub that was disposable also and opened the package with the tools in them to perform the pedicure.

Always get great service and everyone is always very nice!

Very clean, professional. The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. But literally ALL of the nail techs there are experts and do very good work! They are patient, communicate well, and dont pressure you to buy the more expensive services. I highly revommend.

The guy that did my nails did not do a very good job nails not the same shape and didn to a good job on top coat looks sport and very terrible never again

This was the worst experience i have ever had. They didnt listen to what I wanted. My nails grow long on my toes and she (Nancy) cut them so short and then on the side, not even cut straight. I tried speaking to someone else about it and they just talked in their language and made me very uncomfortable. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I just paid for a deluxe pedi and it most certainly was NOT. The girl rushed it, didnt do all the steps listed on the menu of services, didnt properly exfoliate and if I didnt insist on the polish being done better, she would have left them looking streaky. I also noticed that between customers there is NO cleaning. I literally saw the footrest still have water from the last person sitting next to me and they just had the next person sit and put her feet in the same spot. Everyone has on masks and they have plexiglass at the stations, but thats it. They dont do anything to protect the people that spend money there. Ive never been impressed with the services, but I figured once in a while a pedi isnt hard to get wrong. I was wrong. Never going back.

Normally I go to another salon to get acrylics but decided to try this place considering I heard good things but didnt meet my expectations they used the wrong color and a week later my nails are cracking safe to say I wont be returning.

I came in to do manicure & pedicureThe young girl on first station was done with my pedicure in 24 mint she did even take nail polish off .to fast for me .so I Did not get my manicure done. Got a spa pedicure here with my mom and sister-in-law and loved it! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and decorated seasonally. Staff was inviting, very friendly,paid attention to detail. Pricing is pretty standard and everything used during the brand new and opened directly in front of us. Lots of polishes to choose from and no one tried to push extra services on us -- though the menu has a lot of options! Id visit again :🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

Came here last minute and couldnt have made a better decision. My nail tech was great! He kept me entertained with our conversation and was kind enough to offer me something to drink. The atmosphere was nice a clean and very well organized. I highly recommend this place!

Ive been coming to Lovely Nails since theyve opened. I was very happy with my experience here. Theyre very friendly. They took their time completing the tasks and did not try to rush me out the door. This is the place to go to pamper yourself. Clearly I really like it here. They do dip so well, you wont regret it!

The place is clean and has a great ambiance. I forgot to ask my technician for his name but he was fantastic! Very friendly and sociable. His application skills were great too. Ill be sure to ask for it next time Im there. I couldnt be any happier with the service. This will definitely be my new favorite salon.

Only nail place I go to after trying many in town. Always super welcoming its like my second home. They put time and effort into perfecting their work. Im always happy with my nails. Id say thats some over the top customer service.

I wouldnt go there again. Dishonest and rude. Make sure to double check their prices. They change their prices after theyve finished, although you had already agreed on a price. When he finished my nails they were uneven I asked if he could fix it. Mind you I was very polite. He got very upset and refused to correct it. Then asked me to leave the store. That is not how to treat paying customers.

Love coming to this nail salon. They always accommodate me quickly, even without an appointment. The ambience is lovely. My most recent tech did an awesome job with my rose gold chrome nails. Love them!

I just popped in to the salon around 5:30. And I wasnt disappointed! The staff actually engage in conversation unlike other salons. The other thing I LOVE is that they experiment with colors! This was a great relaxing experience. Cant wait to come here again!

I work close to this salon so its very convenient for me to get my nails done during my lunch breaks. I knew what I wanted, specifically asked and the results were fabulous. My nails look almost identical to my natural nails. I cant wait to try a new design here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The guy who sits right by the counter messed up my nails so bad people thought I had done my own nails. The GEL polish was all over the cuticle of my nails as if done by an amateur. When I brought it to his attention he smiled and told me it was because I was moving my hand back and forth the entire time he was polishing my nails... SERIOUSLY?!?! He messed up then wanted to blame me for it. He half ass attempted to fix what he had done but I had somewhere to be in a hurry so I left. When I returned to get my nails fixed 2 days later due to the distance from which I live from the salon, he acted as if hed never seen me before. Thank God my amazing boyfriend was there to set him straight and got him to fall in line. I finally sat down with one of the female techs who proceeded to tell me that my gel nails were uneven because apparently I bang my nails doing hard work which caused them to look that way... then when i told her that what she was saying made no sense, especially since I work at a bank and had been off all weekend she flashed me off with her hand. It took everything in me not to physically retaliate after being disrespected like that. Lucky for her Im a classy lady and didnt resort to such actions, however, I firmly put her in her place as respectfully as anyone could without cursing nor yelling. It was then that her demeanor changed and she became polite. She even told me next time dont tell him that he wrong. Just come to me and I fix for you no problem... NEXT TIME???!!! I told her there wont be a next time and if hes wrong, hes wrong. Especially after blaming me for what he did. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Go to Leons Nails instead which is right up the road in the old Winn Dixie plaza in the shores.

I will Never enter in this salon again. Every time I pay a different price for my length the pedicure is never long enough and when I told them about the up the fluctuating prices they acted lost. After I said I wasn’t coming back there then she decided to tell me not to come back. I knew they we’re talking about the whole time after I said i didn’t like my nails. I wish I didn’t have to give them that star to write this review!

I broke a nail, decided to go there for a quick fix. Decided while I was there to go ahead and get my nails filled. They do not sanitize any of their instruments at all. When he put my hands down on the table, there was nail dust all over my hands, from other peoples nails. Not one of my nails were the same legnth, and they were all crooked. I will drive the distance next time to my usual place.

My sisters came down for a visit and I took them here because it was conveniently close to my house. My fiance (male) attended and I made him get a pedicure with me. Throughout the visit, the employees working on our feet were very rude to us. One of them joked about my fiances weight by holding out their hands and giggling in the back. Another worker got an attitude with my sister after messing up her polish on her feet. The lady working on my feet pointed at a scar of my leg and discussed it with the other employee next to her. We were all very uncomfortable.They were very unprofessional. We will not be going back.

Been going there for many years now and never had difficulties with them. I love their local business, they have become a family to me. But i would like to share that they are trying to make a living and their english is not the best but is understandable if you listen so please to do not starting problems in there. For example this morning 3 ladies come in doing pedi. they got instant service and as one of them getting done something happen where one of the ladies started yelling and not let the worker explain what he was trying to explain. She went crazy and started screaming like a maniac it was very unreasonable, she also was yelling in other workers faces as the workers were trying to resolve everything it was the most disrespectful thing i ever saw in my life. She should be a shame of herself for acting that way as an adult.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!There was no one in this place today when we came in, my friend and I. We asked to sit next to each other so we could chat about business. They said no, the lady that was working in my nails was irritated that we asked.So when another nail lady came in while she was mid nail, she moved me to someone else.I ordered for them to take off the acrylic and give me a mani, all she did was take off the polish, file it down and repaint it. No scrub, no lotion, no hand rub - nothing.Sad excuse for service if you ask me.This is the second time I’ve been to this place and neither time were anything near acceptable.Just please don’t waste your money, they acrylic they use is also very cheap and breaks within days.CHECK THE YELP REVIEWS, they are terrible.

I want to inform everyone reading this review that i mean no hate or shade but this nail shop is horrible it used to be ok but not anymore. In the last couple years their friendliness has decreased as well as their work thats why their always no one in their. I went go get the medium red glossy nails they were extremely long and not glossy or shiny at all. On top of that the male the did my nails was rushing to go pick up his daughter he could have just said im in a rush and i have to go pick up my daughter i will be open at a certain time tommorow. But i was informed of non of that. I only learned this when he was calling someone very loudly on his cellphone also im not sure of the name but the tool the makes some of your nails turn into powder and is loud and circular in the beginning hurt so bad unlike usual i have had my nails done on several occasions i was saying oww to let him know it hurt and all he said was is this your first time getting your nails donei responded no your just being a little rough could you lighten up a little please he proceeded to not respond and put in headphones i was shocked and upset i dont recommend this nail shop.

The guy was rude to me by yelling at me after I described how I like my nails shaped, he kept picking my hand up and throwing it down as he told me you dont know what you want The other customers even told them how wrong he was for yelling. Also I watched as they used the same utensils on two people W/O cleaning on a pedicure,VERY NASTY!!! I get my hands done every two weeks and have never experienced this behavior from an employee I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

Always have a great experience with the technicians. They do a great job and are always pleasant. Unfortunately it is some of the customers who get nasty and make it an unpleasant experience for others. Some people have no manners and think they are entitled to everything for free.

A very clean place and I am always satisfied with my nails, my lashes say on for a month they know me very well.

I took my mother there for Mothers Day to get a manicure & pedicure her. The pedicure was done awesome. Another man took over once the owner left & he cut my mothers fingers in a couple of times. When she said that she had enough he threatened her that she could not return again if she did not want to finish. The worst attitude I have ever seen coming from a service industry. Horrible service! Needless to say she only got her pedicure &a she wont be back!

They are normally very good. Not anymore the youngest girl seemed bothered to be doing my nails. She continued to yank my hand not to mention the guys were watching a very loud movie on a tablet and someone else watching something in the chairs with the tv on and music. Talk about a headache I come to relax as well as get my nails done. Not impressed wont be back.
