Love this nail salon. It’s clean and quite. It can get a little busy at times but I take that as a good thing. Got my nails done by Krystal the first time and now she’s the only tech I’ll see. She’s thorough, detailed and takes her time. I’ve been doing the dip powder for a few months now and my nails have never looked so good! Highly recommend her.

In the past I’ve had such an amazing experience with this salon. I am going to be 100% honest I have never walked out of a salon with unfinished nails. My experience today resulted in me having to do just that. Not only was the male tech rude but he rushed through my full set so there was no cleaning of the cuticle, the powder was applied super thin, and when I told him I wasn’t happy with the shape he became defensive And honestly mean. Im 6 months pregnant and this was supposed to be a treat for myself to feel pretty and feminine instead I left with ugly nails and crying. I appreciate the employee who tried to help and fix the issue so that I could leave happy but the damage is done. I will not be returning!

My first visit was ok,place was very clean, the nail tech were good but the one that did my nails was not happy about something and my nails turned out really uneven and very thick. I returned for my next fill and my nails tech was different. Kelvin did my nails so good that I will be seeing him and only him. I highly recommend him.Thanks for such a nice job

This is by far the best nail salon ever! Tracey is amazing and the whole staff is very kind and friendly. It’s clean and they made me feel very secure in their cleaning and preventative measures. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! Tracey Is the best, but Kimmy, Kenny, Lynn, and Lou are just as wonderful. I love it here and I’m sure you will too! ❤️

I’ve been to noire 3 times now and each time i’ve loved my nails! helen has done all of the sets i’ve gotten and she truly takes her time to understand the design i ask for and how i want it. the prices are also very reasonable compared to any other salon i’ve been to :)

I went in to get my previous nails removed. I had been waiting for my nails to grow. I was scheduled for a gel add on however my technician I asked if I wanted the dip powder on my natural nails because it last longer and doesn’t hurt nails. It was pricey compared to what I had planned but I don’t regret it and it will be my new regular!

Had nail tech Ashley do my gel acrylic and dip nails and design. She did a great job. Also Alex is very good as well. At times it gets really busy. But have had ni issues.

Awesome nail salon with great customer service ! Kay does great manicures and pedicures. She suggested dip powder for my nails as it is better for your nails and lasts longer than gel . I’ll never go back to gel polish for my nails ! Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for almost a year now. Ive found it all depends on who you get for what service. Today I made my appt. on like with Helen. I had been going to a different woman, but booking on such short notice, she wasnt available. I firmly believe everything happens for a reason. I picked Helen for my filling and pedicure today as she was available for when I could get there.I will never use another nail technician. Helen - she was A-MAZING!! She did my nails exactly as I asked her to, did them the shape & the length I showed her i wanted - just unbelievable! And the best pedicure Ive ever gotten here. I will use her from now on and highly recommend Helen!!

I came here to get my nails done for a school dance it was my first time coming here and I loved it I had Helen I definitely recommend her she took her time and tried her best she had me keep my phone on to look at the picture and she tried her best to put the leafs in the same spot as the picture next time I get my nails done I am coming here

I tried this place as a potential alternative to over-priced Azulene. It is a decent nail bar with a ton of options. The staff is incredibly out of touch with customer service. Every time I opened my mouth about polish color, they wanted to add another $15 to my bill.I like short nails and had been wearing acrylic overlay to help strengthen them. My goal was eventually to soak it off.Upset that I didn’t choose to get a full set, nor a powder polish or nail extensions, the technician simply refused to cut or file my nails shorter. I HAD TO FILE MY OWN NAILS!!Guys, you are in business with Americans (an extremely customer oriented culture) this is not about what you want. This is not about you getting the most money out of each customer. This is about what the customer wants.Don’t assume you can pick what customers want for them!You have missed a great opportunity to steal a regular Azulene customer due to your lack of sensitivity

Took my daughter here yesterday 5/23, we made our reservation online and was taken back quickly! Tea did an amazing job taking the inspiration photo I gave her and making it her own! The pedicures were amazing, my daughter got the Princess Pedi.Everything was very clean, they place liners into the pedi tubs and all of their tools (nippers, files, pumice stones etc.,) come in a sterilized bag.I would HIGHLY recommend!

I went in with long natural nails with acrylic overlay and showed a picture of what I was looking for and stated I did not want clear crystals I wanted ones of a peridot color and wanted my natural nails trimmed down to a 1/4 inch. The nail tech cut my nails all the down and then applied a full set and although the color is correct he did not apply ANY stones or embellishments to my nails at all. When I informed them and showed them the picture vs what I asked for they did not adjust the bill at all and charged me fora full set a soak off and nail art

Nice establishment, expensive for basic gel, asked for colored powder and received gel with polish; my nails are basic but not amazing. While I was there I scheduled a client of mine to have a VIP pedicure with me for the weekend. I needed to confirm our services and let them know we were on our way. But this place, never answered their phone. Had over $200 worth of services scheduled that I was needing to reschedule, and I called several times over 2 hours. Sent a text to the number, no response. Its unacceptable response from business to refuse to answer a phone. Took my client elsewhere.Update: lost a star. Went back a few months later for a fill in. They rushed , didnt do any cuticle or manicure work, and my nails were very mishaped and looked nothing like the thin french manicure I wanted. I paid full price with tip, however I wont be back.

This was my first time here and I have to say that this was the nicest nail salon Ive come across in a long time. It was immaculate, well stocked and the people seemed friendly. I was quoted thirty dollars when I booked my dip powder appointment. When I got there, I added a eyebrow wax to it. I was disappointed with the waxing, the girl went over the same areas twice with the wax which is a big no no. I have a scab on my eyelid and another over the other my eyebrow. She seemed to be in a rush to get me finished which I thought was rude. When I proceeded to check out, my thought was its probably going to cost around 45 or 50 dollars, nope it was 65. I left there feeling taken advantage of and very disappointed. I wont go back again. Ask about pricing before you do ANY service with these people.

I made 5 appointments for my family. One was a princess pedi for my Granddaughter. We got basic pedicures which should be at least 30 minutes long. The girl who did mine started and then left for a while then came back and finished. My daughters pedicure lasted about 10 minutes and the girl did not listen to how she wanted her nails trimmed. She had to keep telling her over and over. Overall it seemed rushed!! I spent $165 to treat my girls and was a little disappointed.

I had made an appointment for a gel pedicure at 12:45 today and after being told to sit in any of the open chairs, I waited for 20 minutes before asking someone if there was going to be much more of a wait. I was told that there were no available techs at my appointment time or at that moment and that it was going to be a while before anybody was available. Whats the point of making an appointment if it doesnt mean anything? The only reason they dont get one star is because I see Alex regularly and he is phenomenal.

Sooooo good. I loved my tech, I believe here name is Krystal. She did everything so nicely and she was super sweet. The front desk women were so nice, the nails look amazing!! Worth it.

They do a really nice job on your nails. However, even with an appointment, I waited an hour to start my nails. I have been here before and waited to get them done. I expect a long wait time then. With an appointment, I should not have waited an hour. They are not very organized and take people out of turn. The receptionist are also not very friendly.

I scheduled an appointment because the last time I was here I waited 1.5 hours to get in. So this time I scheduled an appointment. I still waited 1 hour to get started. I waited outside in 90° heat for an hour because the inside waiting area was full. Unfortunately, they have the best pedicure in town. Ocala, please up your pedicure game so I dont have to keep coming back 😭😭

The women who did our pedicures were really sweet and they did a great job. However, upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and while we were getting pedicures I saw a German roach crawling on the floor. I was just grossed out by the whole place. The Gainesville location is much cleaner.

Called asked about openings for three. Were told yes, come on in now. Walked in approximately 4 minutes later. We were asked what we needed to wash our hands & pick a color. We sat & waited approximately 30 minutes before one at a time over the next 15 minutes we were all seated getting our manicures one fill two full sets. one full set wanted short nails because she has a small child, she got long not even straight & definitely uneven nails. The second full set that was the last to be seated for service, she always gets long nails. Ends up with super short nails & is done before everyone. She kept them in her pocket waiting for the rest of us to finish. The fill was left with sharp edges & bubbled looking paint. Didn’t bother getting the pedicure was told there was still a wait. Let the girls know at check of our concerns, neither of them seemed fazed or apologetic merely said they would let them know. who know??? Charged full price without even an apology. I personally will not be back. Extremely unprofessional services.

First time using the nail bar - so wasn’t sure of the protocol. Advised the receptionist that I had an appointment - no real welcome - she then told me to go and wash my hands - and left me standing in the hallway. If she did give me any further instruction I didn’t hear her as she had walked away.I was then shown a seat and given a menu - but after 25 minutes after my original appointment I was left wondering how good the service would be. I did not wait to find out

I have seen Kenny for several years now and he is always very focused on making sure his clients are pleased wth his service. Id recommend him to any one looking for a good quality service!

My mom walked out after waiting for an hour on a scheduled appointment. The nail tech are great but this is not the first time that the front desk double booked their tech.They need more training at the front desk.

Very disappointed by my nail tech Emily. My mom and I went in to get matching nails which is the only reason I could tell the lack of quality in her work. We provided a picture of what we wanted. My mom’s nails (on the left in the picture) looked clearer while mine turned out cloudy even though we used the same dip powder. My mothers nails was also a lot shinier while mine looks dull and lacks luster. We did show it to two other techs who agreed they could tell the difference however no one was willing to actually do anything about it. Nails aside, I didn’t appreciate staff members walking around without masks. I hate to say I paid $200 for disappointment.

I was told I was next, took forever, girl didnt know how to paint my nails, had polish on all my fingers, 2 nails broke 3 days after I got a full set and another a couple days later.. also when I went back to get them fixed I brought my 4yo to get her nails painted and no one wanted to do it...I almost got up and walked out, like it was a big inconvenience for them to paint my daughters nails...went to Angel nail spa 30 min closer to my house and they did an amazing job... and treated my 4yo like family!!

If I could give negative stars I definitely would… the girl at the front desk was RUDE!!!!!!!! If I did not have kids I’d be ready to catch a battery charge!!! Yes she was THAT RUDE!!!!

Someone recommended this place to me about a year ago. I went and haven’t been to another nail salon since. They are nice, clean and professional. They are also taking extra precautions as if pertains to Covid-19. You must wear a mask and if you don’t have one, they will provide one for you and as soon as you step through the door you are asked to wash your hands. They also wipe down their stations between customers. They do a great job overall! Highly recommended

The atmosphere seems really great however the outcome was so unsatisfying.. I have bubbles in my paint.. and its suppose to be one color but almost looks like some kind of tie dye effect.. I asked if they could do a henna design with picture .. was a mess and was like just do something pretty.. ridiculously expensive considering you cant get what you want. Like honestly you can go to walmart and get a better end product.

Worst nail experience ever. My nails were strong and healthy before I went here. They destroyed them and rushed my appointment. I’ve never had any issues but with this place. So many people even in the salon complaining about them. Don’t go here if you value your time and nail health.

The place is clean. That’s important to me. The people were friendly, polite and professional. The whole process was like going over to a friends house for an enjoyable time. When you leave you feel great both physically as well as mentally.

So, the first time I went to this nail salon was about a month ago with my friend. As soon as I walked in I thought this was a boujee, professional atmosphere, but I was wrong. My first time the girl did my nails completely different from how I wanted them. I didn’t speak up and they weren’t too bad so I just accepted it. Second time I went I got plain basic nails so they did a good job. Now the last time I went with my friend, is the reason I will not go back. First off, they’re prices are ridiculous. Makes them up as they go. Second off, they told my friend that the nails she wanted would, “take too long.” So they wouldn’t do it. (They were pretty, non-basic nails.) So she shows them a different picture which they said they could do, but gave her totally different nails than what she wanted. She wanted a clearish pink color and they gave her white. WHITE. Like if you can’t do nice nails or an ombré just say that. Also, I wanted a dragon on my nails which the nail tech said he could not do. (Pretty sure he told me it was his first day, didn’t even have a name tag.) So I was like okay, and showed him a chinese symbol I would like. He laughed and basically brushed it off, didn’t really say if he could do it or not. He said he could just draw a heart. I was iffy about it and asked if it would look good and he kind of hesitated and said yes. Which they do look good even though one of them is kind of messed up, but one of my nails broke two days later!!!! Astronomical. Also while they were doing my friends nails they were saying something about “daddy” and “sugar daddies”. Which whatever I can accept humour but the girl would stop doing my friends nails to talk! I’m not going to completely bash on this place, the atmosphere is very pretty and I felt comfortable, BUT do NOT go to them if you want real boujee, “extra” nails. They’re really only good at doing basic ones. But they are always really nice.

I made an appointment and when I got there the receptionist completely ignored my presence and tell me to wash my hand sit down and wait see when there’s somebody available like really I asked her I thought you guys work by appointments and she said there’s mad appointments and not enough people like how can you call this professionalism! Will never try this againTHEY DONT SHOW NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS TIMES ! I think they should say walk ins only not appointments so it will be more clear

I have only had my nails done 3 times so far, I have my new favorite place and my new favorite nail tech named Kelvin. His technique is outstanding and always friendly and entertaining. It is a little bit more expensive than the normal but the cleanliness and environment is top notch! Kelvin is the nail tech if you want PERFECT nails

Kelvin is amazing. He really took his time to find out what I would like best. He painted a fake nail various ways to show me the end results and gave me his thoughts on color options. This guy has an eye for detail! We had a great conversation and the time flew by. If I didn’t live over two hours away I would be a regular. Go see Kelvin. Do it! :) Also I must mention the place is very clean and they do their best to keep everyone healthy!

They had a problem with their hot water today. I have visited there over a year and this has not happened ever before. The reason I am writing this is because of the above and beyond effort to provide warm water in the pedicure area. They were really making a bad situation good. They were very busy but continued the good customer service in spite of the situation. Kim does my nails and she was SUPERB as usual!

Highly recommend this place and also ask for Tracey, She is so awesome, my wife has been getting her nails done by her for almost 2 years now so Ladies call and make an appointment and I promise you will not be disappointed.

This is without a doubt the absolute best Nail Salon in Ocala. The attention to detail and the staff is top notch. My Nail Tech Tracey is the epitome of perfect. She is very pleasant and friendly and professional at the same time. She remembers every detail about you and treats you as if you are her most important client. This is the third time that I left feeling so disappointed with my nail tech Kenny. He started off doing amazing work and the past three visits have been horrible. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but three strikes and youre out.My nails are very uneven, chips in them and they look like a child did them.Prior to being a repeat customer with Kenny, I tried out 3 other nail techs and was not impressed. The acrylic was very thick and I had requested it be as thin as possible.The owner Tammy is a sweetheart. The girls at the front desk are always friendly.Sadly, I will not return for further services and will seek a new salon.I have left a message for the owner, sent an email and left a review without one return response.It looks like they do not care.I have multiple pics as well of the last 3 botched jobs.

I have been using Anne, one of the nail technicians at Noire Nails for the past six years. I have followed her from her own business to wherever she went after selling her business. She is absolutely awesome! She always does a very professional nail job, and is very personable and reliable. I am glad she has made the move to Noire Nails, but in my opinion I think Noire Nails is lucky to have such a dedicated and professional employee as Anne Lam!

Anne was my nail professional today.Compared to other nail bars, Noire is bright, flooring and all fixtures are light and clean. I was asked to wash my hands and I wore a mask.Anne was spectacular. She was pleasant, well dressed, and a true professional. Thank you.

They were busy.. but very clean, nice, and courteous. I was very was appreciative to the fact that they ladies at the desk were mindful of my wait (even though I did walk in) and reassuring in getting me with someone as soon as possible. I did not wait for long and no one without an appt. ever went ahead of me, I watched to make sure. Every individual that I saw come in just before & after me was seen in that order unless, like I stated before arrived for an appt. This was my first time here and though a little pricey and busy.. I walked in, they got me in/out (as with others), my nails turned out really good, and I saw ppl falling asleep during what looked to be the most relaxing pedicures. I will visit again.

I booked a pedicure appointment. When I walked in I was immediately hit with the smell of formaldehyde and a very crowded waiting area. Additionally, I noticed that a few of the staff members wore their masks on their chins. I’ve had several pedicures at this location before the pandemic, all were uneventful. This visit was very disappointing. 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment we were called back to the pedicure area. After waiting another 10 minutes we observed a staff member bringing “hot water” in various containers from the back to fill the pedicure basin! We immediately knew something was amiss and walked out!

I was overcharged and rushed. I was hoping for a nice Valentine’s Day gift and I was disappointed. I asked for acrylic nails, she said dip polish was better and still charged me $45 without any kind of cuticle or manicure care. $160 for manicures and pedicures for my valentine and I and I was still disappointed. I won’t return.

Honestly I just spent a $110 allers for a pedicure and a acrylic full set that took a critic full set that took 3 and a 1/2 hours to do I could have done at my house I could have done at my house 1/2 the amount of time and it looked better than what they were a time and it looked better than what they look very disappointed I will never go there again Ill never go there again the only reason I went was my nail salon yeah reason I went was my nail salon was closed on Sundays my nail salon would have charged me for my nail salon would have charged me $50 for everything this nail salon just charged me from yeah thing this nail salon just charged me for a $110 insane

I got my nails done by Kenny a little over a month ago because I was recommended to him so I scheduled an appt with him for a manicure and a set of acrylics. I had to wait 35 mins past my appointment time to be seen and even though I scheduled a manicure, I did not receive one. He just rushed through putting the acrylics on and didnt even clean up the jagged edges. On my way home 2 fingers started bleeding around the nails and I had to clean up the messy edges at home myself. Most of the nails came off not even 9 days afterwards!! I dont work with my hands and I am not rough on my hands. Ive been getting my nails done for years and never had them come off so fast. I called the salon and the manager said they would fix them for me for free because it was within 2 weeks. I live an hour away, so it was a 2hr trip to get my nails fixed. So, i went in and Kenny put on 6 new nails and filled in the only 4 remaining nails. Well... its been 3 weeks and the full set already came completely off... AGAIN. And theres green FUNGUS spots on one of my natural nails, which means either the tools used were not sanitized or my nail was not cleaned & sanitized properly to make sure there was no moisture under the acrylic nail before it was filled. This is 100% the fault of the nail tech. I am not one to leave negative reviews but this is just ridiculous. 2 sets of acrylics in a little over a month and fungus on my nail. I am NOT happy, especially with how expensive it is!
