Went to get my eye brows wax & arched. Terrible job. Going to get my refund ! That’s how awful my first time experience was there. THIS IS NOT HOW FRESHLY DONE EYE BROWS ARE SUPPOSE TO LOOK. This is comparison between my eye brows being waxed at my fav nail shop vs New Nails .

They did d a horrible job on my nails very rough and very rude and overpriced

Great mom and pop place all the family works there and the Sons are going to be our Doctors some day

Its a great place to go to get your nails and feet done and scrub and eye brows touched up too the service is great and clean and safe

They were able to see me an hour before closing and I got gel nails the guy argued with me about drilling my acrylic nail off I only had 4 left and now three days into having my gel nails three or four nails have peeled off at the sides the guy had to redo several fingers of polish and they still came out uneven and crooked don’t go to the older man with glasses and black hair I’m pretty sure he can’t see well. Very disappointed in my visit I spent 65 on my nails and they are trash three days later

I have been coming here for years and I’ve known Sue for a long time however I came in today because I wanted to get my eyebrows done. I had a little time so I decided to get my nails done as well. When I went to pay she told me my total was $48 she charged me $35 for regular white tip and then told me she used gel polish on my nails which she didn’t. I don’t like that I have been a customer for a long time and she pulled this stunt on me. I will not be returning here to this location.

My nails were rushed and very ugly. I gave her an inspiration picture and it was not what I asked for. I asked for skinny coffin and were given these. They were very thick. The acrylic went over my nail and when I asked her to fix it she blamed it on my fingers. I used to come here all the time but I will not return. She also demanded that I pay full price but I refused, she tried to charge me $85. My toe nail, which is also acrylic also chipped the same day. I went to get my nails redone and the nail tech told me my nails looked horrible as well

The worst nail application I have ever had. The lady was nice but they are not current...AT ALL. I stopped in because they are open on Sunday and was in dire need but again. Gel peeled off acrylic in 3 days and every nail is a different shape.

Honestly I dont think they even deserve a star, they wanted to charge me 20 whole dollars for a fill in, just because the lady assumed I had gel nails and I told her I dont so she tells me its cause my nails are long.which one is it? I just walked out. I shouldve known better due to the fact that almost every time I pass through they hardly ever have anyone in their chairs! This particular day there was no one even in the shop! The place even had some musky pee smell 😷

Basic nails, no other designs available. However the lady that does eyebrows, waxing, etc. Does a WONDERFUL job! The only place I go for my brows& lashes!

These nails I got are absolutely horrid the length was wrong and when I asked to redo she said I was fine I asked for coffin and got mix match shapes and she cut me multiple times and my fingers were burning and hurting I got passed back and forth between 2 different people and when they polished my nails there was tons of lumps and bumps and polish all over my skin and they refused to redo my nails and forced me to pay full price would not recommend this “nail salon” to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Almost didnt go because of some of the reviews. The place was very clean and didnt have a line. And I got a nice little food massage 😍

The nail guy who did my nails was playing a game on his phone at the start of doing my nails so he was playing this game and using that drill thingy on my nails. In which he cut me twice! Finally putting the game away, the shaping of the nails were uneven and my daughters nails wasn’t painted right on the sides at all. Will never go back to that place and I’m pretty sure that turtle in their tank needs some air lol. Horrible

I have been here several times and always leave happy. I usually have my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure and have never had any problems. The young lady is usually the one who does the work and always does a beautiful job. The shop is clean, never smells bad and the atmosphere is pleasant. For those of you leaving bad reviews, youre lying. Ive been going to this shop for several years and have never witnessed or experienced anything like your claims. Check your attitudes because that is where the problem starts. These people are kind and accommodating and dont deserve your hatred.

Stay away from this place Sue and her son are sweethearts and very professional. It’s sad that they will be losing a lot of business due to her husband rude attitude and. He uses a lot of racial slurs in his language addressing African Americans thinking he’s talking over others heads. Not to mention he is in and out of the Marion County Jail for violence due to his bad temper. Thank God for iPhone translation never again. Had to like one star in order to post but that need to be erased “ZERO STARS”

I came here for the first time because the place I was going to was closed for the night and decided to try them out.. I should have known since they didnt have anyone else in their salon. It was truly the worst decision Ive made going here. The tech didnt know how to glue the white tips on straight, was not filling them correctly as they looked as though I was coming in for my two week fill, I asked them to fix it and they started screaming in their own language... that was just about my hands now my feet... the lady didnt take off my other color completely, after she finished you could still see the old color on the sides and she didnt even clean the edges. save your time and money and go else where.

One of the worst experiences ever.Older gentleman is really rude.Quoted one price and charged another.The most rushed job ever.Completly dissatisfied.The younger gentlemen however was amazing.My pedicure came out flawless....Ughhh so much for trying a “New”thing.

They change their prices then scream and make a scene when you ask a question. And polish will be on your skin as the finished product

Nail salon is very dirty and smells like urine. A friend of mine lives near the salon and got a foot fungus from going there. She said she will never go back. Staff has poor customer service, when my wifes issue wasnt satisfied she asked for them to call the owner, staff member claimed he couldnt call the owner. Turns out...he was actually the owner and was lying about it. Will never go back!

I believe main owner , did my nails , horrible ALL the way to the cuticle which made them lift all around , she had some young lady paint them and she put the most thickest coat they never dried and made my nails look worse ! They “tried” to fix them but actually made them more thinner that you could see my actual nail coming off the side of the acrylic , Paid a good price for horrible nails, very upset and very disappointed.

My gel nails broke after 3 days and they tried to make me pay for fixing it, I will never go back.
