Tiffany slayed! She is the best nail tech Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way and was so kind! Pictures do not do my nails justice. She was gentle, didnt rush me, and didnt cut any corners. Beautiful nails were the outcome of sitting in her chair. 10/10. Go see Tiffany!

I have been searching for a good nail salon in Ocala for over a year. This is the place! Everyone is pleasant, professional and friendly. Jennifer does a wonderful job on my nails!

After a long time of going elsewhere, I returned to Elite Nails and Tram. Poor Tram had her work cut out for her. My natural nails were in bad shape! I had a wonderful pedicure and fingernails look beautiful once again! Ill never wonder again. If you want a manicure and pedicure done correctly this is the place to go!!

Was seeking a place in town for regular pedicures, booked a 2 person pedicure a day in advance for Fri 1pm. We arrived 6 minutes past our appointment time and were told to pick a color and sit in the back. 30 minutes later we were told They could only do the service one at a time. And seemed to care less. Still looking for a regular spot.

I have not worn acrylic nails since 2005. However my students told me about this nail salon so I decided to try them. I contracted a nail fungus from going to the salon. I only found out I had a nail fungus when one of my nails popped off. I have a nail fungus on five out of the ten finger nails. I would not recommend anyone use this salon. I didn’t receive an apology instead they tried to blame me saying I left my nails on too long. I went to the doctor who advised me to have them removed immediately and not to go back. Please beware!!

Polish came off in places after 5 days

For the last 2 years Ive been coming to the establishment. I basically get the same thing every time. This trip turned out horrible . I told the guy who was doing my nails I wanted just a soak off and just an overlay. He proceeded to cut my nails off and telling me he didnt have time to soak them off. I was so upset. By then I had 3 nails he had already chopped off. Anyway he puts the new set on me,I asked he could do coffin shape. He filed all my nails square. I asked him to fix them to coffin he fussed at me and jumped on his phone. Once I made it to check out I was double charge because he said i made him reshape them twice so there for he was charging me again to reshape them . I spoke to Tiffany about this situation which is suppose to be the office manager. She did absolutely nothing. I spent $55 on a plain short coffin. No color. Thanks again.

Ive been getting pedis at Elite Nails for over 3 years now and Kim has always done a magnificent job every time. She knows the massage part of the pedi is my favorite and she doesnt leave me disappointed! She does a great job with making my feet look and feel smooth, and she a fantastic job on the color as well. I certainly recommend Kim if youre looking for a great pedicure. Thank you Kim! 😊

I asked the technician “ Sam” for coffin shaped nails.Not only did I not get that but the polish job is bad and the thickness is even worse. I didn’t even want to pay for them that’s how upset I was. I paid an extra $12 for a coffin nails but I don’t have coffin nails. You can’t get those people to understand what the hell you’re saying for nothing so before I got arrested I left. I will never go back and recommend you never go either.

I went here for the first time today, and I am SO happy with my experience! This salon is nice, clean, welcoming, and their color selection is incredible. The prices are also really good! Tiffany was my Tech and she was so friendly and also had a great sense of humor! The salon is pretty big so you dont feel like your sitting on top of the person next to you, and with the wrap around windows it is a very pleasent and relaxing atmosphere. I was really impressed with the precautions they have taken to keep everyone save with COVID-19. There is always someone cleaning each station and pedi tub between each customer, there are plexiglass barriers between you and your tech for manicures, and masks are required while in the salon. Finally, My nails look incredible! The time Tiffany took to make sure they were exactly what I wanted and the care she took to make sure they were perfect, was just awesome. I just got a full set with gel coat, but I cant wait to go back for other services. Fantastic!

Elite nails are the best.. the pedicurist listens to you and are gentle. Its a nice and quiet setting too.

The guy I had was friendly and talkative but he didnt do a very good pedi because he hardly spent anytime scrubbing the callus off my heel, and I barely have any callus to begin with so it wouldnt take him long at all to fix... He also did my nails and missing parts on the sides of my nail so its not evenly covered with nail polish. My friend had a woman and she did a much better job on her feet,taking more time to clean and scrub the calluses she had.

Bad deal, first they lied and said they had 9 techs working, only actually 5, then while doing pedicure, hurt my friend and made her bleed, laughed it off.. then up charged for things without letting us know, babbling in another language so we didnt understand...let me know the price so I can decide if I want the service!!!

This place is one of the worst places Ive ever went to get my nails done. The man who done my nails was rude, never tried to make conversation with me, and tried to get me out of there as soon as he could all because I interrupted his smoking session. My pinkie nail ended up coming off NOT EVEN TWO DAYS after I got them done without even touching it! Never coming here again for sure.

$88 for my daughter and I to get a gel fill, and they all fell off.

This is one of the worst nail salons Ive been to my nails were lifting 2 days after my fill. Then my mom took my daughter and they cut them too long after us telling them 3 times she needed them shorter.. Then when all said and done they charged her $25 extra dollars on top of the $25 for the nails so one full set for $50. Which were horrible shaping and staff is horrible they should learn the language cause he kept saying I dont know what your saying... Will never return here and I wouldnt recommend this place

They dont know how to do nails. Gel nail polish peals like a sticker. And the nails they use on you are smaller than your nail bed...unbelievable...rude as can be. Well Im paying so Im gonna get what I want! NEVER AGAIN will you get my money!

I have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now and up until this point I have LOVED it and Tiffany! She is the best! But unfortunately, after my most recent experience, myself, and my friends and family have decided to no longer pay for their services. About three weeks ago my boyfriend at the time surprised me and brought me to get my nails done here like he has before in the past for special occasions. I didnt know at the time, but he was actually going to propose later that day; getting my nails done was part of our special day. I got a pedicure and a manicure; French tips on both. About a week after getting my nails done, they started turning yellow. I thought it was simply the top coat since I dont tan or use harsh cleaning products. So when it was time for my fill, I went back, payed the money, and for my nails filled perfectly.... So I thought. Later that day, the same day that I got them filled, they turned yellow again. When I called, my nail technician told me that I would have to come in in order for her to put a new top coat on.... And kept saying thats all she could do and I told her I had just started school and wouldnt be able to come soon. She then stated what can I do, if youre busy with school something along those lines. I am very upset, because my nails were not suppose to be surrounded with such negativity and bad vibes. Its not fair to keep asking customers to come in to get a top coat replaced, when its not the top coat, probably bad acrylic from what I have been told by others who have experienced this same situation. I am extremely upset because I have really loved the way that Tiffany has done my nails, but under no circumstance should a customer pay for, not be satisfied with, and deal with a situation like this; especially when shes made to feel like its her fault. Sadly I am never going to go back to this nail salon, and will never recommend it to others (especially when they ask where I got my nails done because they are yellow and dont want to go there). And sadly this nail salon is going to lose a lot of business because of this. To me, something other than blaming the customer and having them repeatedly use their gas and take time out of school and work, to keep coming down there, should have been done. This was taken care of so unprofessionally it makes me truly sad.

I went in yesterday for a mani pedi and for me it is a big treat and splurge. I have been under a lot of stress and thought it would be relaxing. It was my first and last time to go. The nail technician just seemed irritated through the whole thing. Would not make eye contact and everything just seemed like a hassle. He did speak English. The only direction he did was tap on the place he wanted my foot. I then went over for a manicure and all I wanted was clear. He was basically done and ready for it to be over and had not put any polish on. I have never had a manicure without nail polish. He seemed surprised when I wanted polish. By then I just wanted it to be over. I told him I would do it myself. He then got the clear. Put one coat on and then put the base coat on top of it. There was no laughter in the entire salon and it was really just a terrible atmosphere. Would not recommend.

It was okay. Showed nail tech how I wanted my nails, said he could do it. After already starting my nails, told me he couldnt do the design. Ive never been told no by a nail salon, if they couldnt do a certain design they improvised. He didnt even try.

I waited about ten mins as a walk in the guy who did my nails I didnt get his name was awesome they did a great job I am very happy with how they look exactly what I wanted. He took time and made sure they were even and looked good!

Horrible place did not even fill my nails completely, very rude and would not take the time to listen to what you want. Just do as they like. Then want you to still pay for what you didnt want or ask for. Very disappointed plus nails started breaking a week later.

This was the only place I went for several years, now I will never go again. I went for a pedi and french gel mani like I always do, and the man did an AWFUL job on my manicure, there was fuzz/hairs from the brush he was using under the polish on nearly every nail, I went back the next day and the girl at the counter argued with me about it, blaming me, etc...
