Got a gel fill in with design by Richard and a pedicure done by Ngoc & LOVE it. They were both friendly and personable. Location is very clean and sanitize. Definitely would recommend it here.Tip: It gets busy on Mondays at 11am so try to work around that for walk-ins, even though they definitely do handle it well.

New favorite find. The manager Andy is superb and incredibly accommodating. When they didnt have a color I was looking for, he helped me hunt it down. My tech did my gels and after 2.5 weeks they are still looking great. Fast, clean and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff, most often there is no waiting, but if you have to wait they continue to acknowledge you being there. I just get a pedi, and they always listen to what I want and don’t want. I would recommend this business

The first time I came in I got a dip manicure and my nails looked amazing! All of their dip powder colors are in a binder, which makes it so much easier to look through than the traditional rings. When I chose a color, the tech informed me the color I chose wouldnt come out like the sample because the shipment they received was a little off she offered to test the color I chose or help me pick a new one which I really appreciated. My nails turned it fantastic and she did them in a timely manner.

Tina and Richard are the best!! They are professional and do an amazing job. Everyone has a smile in greeting their customers. Tina remembers how I like my water very HOT and is very accomodating. I love trying new pedicure flavors and she is always has new ones for. I have searched for a Nail Salon for 6 years, and followed Tina from her previous place. I havent had a nail lift, break, or chip.

Brought my recruiter here for a little one on one time - this is something we do often in town. This place beats out the others by far. Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes, the gel lasts longer than 2+ weeks, and I loved my shape. Coming back 100%.

HORRIBLE quality , my nails and toes look like a toddler did them . Sloppy and rushed .The man doing my nails said they were uneven .. I told him someone at this shop had done them. There is bumps in the polish and the job is horrible .I would leave 0 stars if I could. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I just moved here from out of state and this was my first visit to KA Nails. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces. I am a picky when it comes to color. They said pick whatever you like and we can do it for you! So I picked a different color for every finger. Andy didn’t blink an eye. He did a fantastic job with the dip powder. And gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. And those massage chairs are unlike any other salon I’ve been in. This is going to be my go to nail salon for good.

First time at this cute nail salon and will definitely come back! The owner did my dipping nails and Im so happy with them! I could already tell theyre going to last a while and they look so natural. The shop is a little small but cozy and their AC is on full blast. Definitely worth checking out and taking photos.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had on 6/23/2021. She filed my toenails crooked. Then could fix it. Got gel nail polish on my scrub pants. How I have no idea. Would not recommend at all. Plus on top of it all it cost me $50.

Employee at KA Nails scrubbed my foot so hard with a pumis sponge it started to bleed and proceeded to tell me it was because my shoe was too tight while getting a pedicure. I had to ask for a bandaid so I wouldn’t bleed out on the floor, then He proceeded to punch the bottom of my feet, I don’t know why, maybe he thought it was relaxing but it wasn’t. This place has gone down hill so bad. I hope my foot doesn’t get infected from his carelessness. He seemed too much in a hurry to give a quality pedicure. Won’t be back and won’t take my family back ever. So sad, it use to be a nice place.

I made an appointment via phone for a dipping powder. They were very nice and professional on the phone which I appreciated. Upon showing up, I could tell that all the tables were filled but they still greeted me friendly and gave me a bottle water. There were just some dipping colors but I was able to find one that I ideally wanted. The technician did an incredible job! She worked quickly but with precision. She would occasionally pause and asked me if everything was okay, which is nice because not a lot of manicurist do that.I was happy and pleasantly pleased with the results of my dipping powder and would gladly come back again.

Today, I went in for my appointment with the manager. First off, she is the SWEETEST nail technician ever! She was so precise, so delicate, so picky, and detailed. Everything about her work was perfect. Since Im going to Mexico in a few days, we decided to do a nice white-ish color, similar to OPIs Funny Bunny. It turned out so beautiful. She shaped my nails in such a way that you cant even tell theyre acrylics. Im obsessed. I cant wait to come back to Lilit and try other colors!

Made an appointment and specified more than once I wanted a design. Got there showed the owner I believe the design. Went into pedicure area and after waiting 10 minutes a woman comes to do the pedicure I showed her the design says can’t do it. Only thing this place wants is your money not to service you STAY AWAY

We made appointments for 3 pedicures and arrived 10 minutes before but people arrived after our appointment at 6pm and were seated for services. We left at 6:20pm still not seated for pedicures and no explanation. I would not go here again for services. We ended up at Azulene with great pedicures and service.

My previous nail lady stopped working here so I was worried I wouldnt find anyone that would do her level of excellent work. I got my nails done by Lyn who did an AMAZING job. She is super gentle, takes her time, and takes pride in her work. If youre unsure what design you want, she has lots of photos of her work that you can pick/choose and customize how you want. I would definitely recommend coming to Lyn for your design needs.

I loved the work in my nails! Really creative and went above and beyond to do the design that I wanted (marble). Price are reasonable, they treated me really nicely, and would come back.

I went on Saturday and got a fill, gel polish, and gel pedicure. I had to return 2 hours after I left because my gel polish chipped. It is now Monday and the polish has chipped off of 3 more nails. My gel pedicure is the sloppiest I’ve ever received, with polish all over my toes. All in all, my services seemed to be very rushed and the lack of quality definitely shows. I will no longer be returning.

At first I thought it was a great place but then the male nail tech started asking rude and inappropriate questions and when I SPECIFICALLY told him I didnt want gel polish on my feet he still put it on there and charged me for it! My sister and I went to get a full set, the owner was rude and blew us off. After a second attempt of showing her what we wanted, she ignored me. I said aloud to my sister “ Let’s just go”! After walking towards the door she asked if we knew what we wanted. I ignored her and walked out! She was very unprofessional! The customers make a business and they should be treated with some decency! Avoid this place!

Usually I dread going to the nail shop,but this have been my best nails experience. The treatment you receive is immaculate. From getting greet by sweet Jackie to getting you nails done; literally queen status!

I went for regular mani pedi with my mom. The polish job turned out pretty bad. Uneven, messy. I even have polish over my cuticles. They look like I did them myself. Also, my mom was left on the pedi chair and forgotten. The lady who did her nail left her and we could see her in the other room doing eyebrows and eyelashes. No of them came to her aid. I ended up having to put on my moms flip flops myself with my recently polished nails and help her off the pedi chair (she’s 69 yo). Throughout all this I told them to fix nail polish, she made it worse. Asked them if someone could help my mom off the pedi chair, no one did. They don’t seem to care about providing good customer service. I give them a single star bc that’s how they performed. Terrible. Go somewhere else.

Went to KA Nails for the first time this morning as a walk in. Had a pedicure by Selena, very enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant experience. Definitely will be back next month for another visit.

My friend and I were gifted a gift certificates for services at this nail salon bought in February of this year. Unbeknownst to us, there was only a 6 month validity to it. This business was closed for months due to covid, which took out months of this certificate. I called today after seeing that the certificate expired in August. They wouldnt even consider taking the certificate or applying any kind of discount. So they received atleast $120 for nothing. Beware, and pay attention to the fine print when buying gift certificates from them.

Very clean, tidy, staff is very kind and they make sure you are satisfied with the results. They havent let me down! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get their nails done but isnt sure where to go, this is the place! A bit expensive but its worth every penny, the service is great. Out of 10 Id give a 100 !

Me and my best friend came here to get a full set done. The technician I got did a really nice job. She did however cut me a few times but I won’t let that stop me from coming again. However the nail tech my best friend got was very slow. When the lady finished my nails she asked me did I want to get a pedicure while my friend finish getting her nails done so I agreed. After I got my pedicure, she was still was getting her nails done. But overall I will go back. Place is nice and clean.

Moved to Ocala 5 months ago, and found KA Nails which I was excited about. Tracy was a fabulous nail tech and I was very pleased with her attention to detail! Then unfortunately a new owner took over and it went downhill from there. Tracy left and i tried other nail techs who did NOT come close to doing quality work. I was horrified thAt when getting a pedicure, the nail tech did not polish the entire big toe nail not once but twice. Also, beware they used the electric nail drill on my natural nails to remove help polish!! A big no no..Will never go back..

I love how detail oriented everyone is; they take their time and notice the little things to make sure youre happy with what they did. I had gone to another salon and wasnt satisfied with the end result, but the staff here exceed my expectations every time!

Great service, but quality of pedi does depend on who you get. I went with three people and 2/3 had a wonderful pedi. The one that didnt care for hers, was do the the quality of paint application being subpar and her massage being half-butt. You can tell when someone is putting their all into their work.

This was my second time getting a gel manicure and pedicure at this establishment. I was extremely pleased with the services I received. The ambiance is completely different from the “other” nail salons. It’s quiet and relaxing NOT loud. I nearly fell asleep while getting my pedicure, which included a foot massage. I will definitely return to KA Nails & Spa in the near future.

I took my 82-years young Mom here today for a much needed and well deserved Mani-Pedi. No wait time, even without an appointment! Mom was tickled pink at how great the tech did her extremely sensitive fingers and toes!! The pedicure massage chairs are to die for… so comfortable and very clean. It was a terrific mother-daughter bonding experience for us, and I highly recommend this salon for all of your spa pampering needs!!!

Super frustrating experience. The location is very nice, staff seemed nice, very clean, but zero skills. I did the deluxe pedi with a gel manicure. My tech didnt understand anything I said and ignored me. She didnt file my nails properly. They were lopsided. I asked for white gel, they came out see through. I asked for another coat of white, she ignored me and put top coat on. Then she only put top coat on one hand! I told her about it and she just proceeded to put oil on my hands. I told her I didnt like it serveral times, she ignored me. I even asked her for the file so I could fix something, she just yanked my hand. I asked for separate checks, she charged my card for my stuff and my friends. She was sweet but so incompetent at her job. I left so frustrated. I will never go back .

I have walked into this place twice And have been ignored both times in the past week. All inwas looking for was a wax. Idk if its my skin color or what but i have felt unwelcome. After looking online for HOURS trying to find a salon that looked relaxing and clean I found KA Nails. Scheduled an appointment and there are NO regrets. Its been 3 weeks and my nails still look AMAZING. Ill definitely be going back.Im typically VERY picky about my nails and they almost always start to lift before I go back for fill...but NOT these!! They just as strong as day 1 and I couldnt be happier. The shape is perfect and they even talked me into a longer length that I absolutely LOVE!!UPDATE: So end of last year I went to a different nail tech for awhile and after just a few months I quickly found my way back to Tracy and OMG the difference is AMAZING!! The nails stay on WAY longer and the color and bling was ALL there in the end as well. Like seriously ALL my nails and bling stayed on for 5 weeks!!Not to mention Tracy is willing to provide a kid friendly environment for children who are well behaved. And salon services even children can enjoy. I mean who doesnt like to be pampered now and then.
