I have been going to Val for years now . She always makes me feel good as well as look good . I have no problem driving from Waldo to see her. Well worth the trip!

I first want to say that the salon is super cute and the girls that work there are very sweet and I chose this salon/stylist based off the great reviews that I read and I was greatly disappointed in the outcome of my hair. I came in with grown out ashy/white blonde with my natural regrowth and was wanting the same tone of blonde just blended in. I left with splotchy gold/orange down to my already ashy ends. I literally fought back tears till I got in my car. I needed my hair done for my sisters baby shower the next day and I’m so embarrassed with how my hair looks. I’m not asking for a refund and I definitely don’t want the stylist to try and “fix” it, I just wish she would have said she couldn’t achieve my desired look than to leave with this mess. I won’t be returning to this salon.

Need my daughters hair done for prom, out hair stylist cancelled last minute and they took us without a problem. Hair, makeup was perfect just in time and she was beautiful for the prom! Thank you, girls, for working together!!

When I moved to Ocala 2 1/2 years ago after having lived in Miami my entire life, one of my fears was finding a hair stylist. I tried two others before I found Meraki Studio and Sara, my hair stylist. She is incredibly talented; excellent with color and the sweetest girl you could ever meet. The owner Valine is also a super hair stylist and very talented in so many things. I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to have Valine work on my hair if Sara for some unforseen reason had to leave the area. Valine is also a sweetheart. I always look forward to my time there. If you want perfection, you have to try Sara or Valine.

My hair was basically black from years of using dark brown box dye. I wanted to get it to look natural with all my grey. Val did an amazing job, a really great salon with talented stylists. Very upbeat and fun! I will definitely be going back!

The shop was cute and the owner was nice, however I am disappointed with everything else. I called the salon asking for prices for the color and cut I wanted. I was quoted one price and told to come in for free consult. I met with the owner/stylist, showed her pictures of the colors and cut desired. She said it was no problem but did increase the price. Went for the appointment where she was to color my hair a charcoal and silver mix.with a short cut. When my hair was finished there was no charcoal or silver just beige with a slight hint of silver. She then upped the price by another 30.00. So now I paid 320.00 for highlights and lowlights on short hair which came out beige.

Waited 10 days for scheduled appointment. I arrived on time. Discussed color and cut I wanted and even brought a photo. Sara and I chose a color from book she shared with me and she explained, too dark of a contrast would give a Carella Deville look. I said “I do not want that”. Started out great. Sara took her time until clients started backing up in the studio. She slapped color on larger sections of my hair, dark color and I have white hair. Well guess what? I have the Carella Deville look going on. I have called the studio several times wanting to get my hair fixed to look like we discussed. Sara or anyone else have called to try and fix the problem. I was charged $200. plus for this mess up. My calls have been ignored. I do not recommend going here.Now I am going to be out another $200 plus to have another studio fix Sara’s bad dye job. Anyone want photos? I’ll be glad to send some.

Omg! I had the best experience at Meraki Studio!! Valine is a perfectionist! I love how she genuinely cares about what look/style would be best for you. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and it came out absolutely gorgeous! I can not stop looking at myself! Thank you girl, I truly love what you did to my hair 🥰

Ally was so careful, using notes from my stylist at home, to weave my hair beautifully. She demonstrated a sincere desire to complete a great outcome for someone she had never seen before and most likely won’t see again until next winter. Many thanks.

I am very disappointed with my last service. I use to come to this salon once a week to get my hair and eyelashes done I was a regular customer they even know me by name. The last time I came in was to get my extensions put back in. After 3+ hours in the salon this was the final result. Didn’t match my natural hair it looked so bad I paid the $200 and left crying. Later I contacted the lady who did my hair Val and she told me to come back in and she would take it out add more hair and it would look better. I didn’t have time to come sit back in the salon for hours to re do everything so I ordered the extra hair on my own and took the extensions out at home a few days after they were put back in. Shortly after I had to get surgery done and wasn’t able to get out of bed for a month. I held off on getting my hair fixed due to this. Right after I was healed covid 19 hit and closed all salons. Now they are open and I called to get my hair fixed and now they want to charge me $150! After I was told that it wouldn’t be anything extra because I already paid $200 and had to take it out cause it looked so bad. I’m so disappointed with how I was treated. I was a very loyal customer and I wasted $200. I no longer will go here or recommend this place to anyone. Save ur money

Took great care of me and my friends on a Saturday with very little notice. Had a great time. Good atmosphere and great service.

Valine saved my hair from a horrible cut that I had from another salon. I called her at 1pm crying and she fit me in at 2. I left there relived and with a fabulous hair cut. She not only was professional and kind, but calming while I was so upset from a previous experience that day. I will never trust anyone else with my hair!!

My god Ive gone here so many times and theyre always so amazing like that place is so beautiful its right in the middle of the downtown area right across the street I think is a pie in the Square so you can find that easily but Ive been there so much and theyre so amazing the owner of Alan shes a lovely woman and I love her salon I go to a girl name Sara and she is always always done my hair amazing I have to go back soon thats how much I love it
