Worst service. not professional and burnt skin while waxing and cuticles were cut

I have got my eyebrows waxed. An old lady did them and burnt my eyebrows. She pour wax on my hair. I have also got acrylic nails done. Nails were not properly painted and my cuticles were ripped off while smoothening the nail.

I just love this hidden gem. I use them for my UV gel nails.Hannah is the best she is always on time for my appointment.

Normally I had a good experience there but this time the staff was rude. The one old lady was doing my nails when the owner ordered her stop doing my nails to do another customers eyebrows. She didnt say Ill be back, excuse me, etc. nothing. I sat there for a few minutes in shock. Then I said to the owner Where did she go? So shes going to leave me sitting here? I guess the owner realized that Im not going to be ignored. So he said something in Thai ordering another man to do my nails. The man had an attitude of it. He and the owner spoke to two each other while the guy did my nails. I asked him, Are you trying to charge me extra? I didnt like his energy. They put another customers needs above mine(Im African American and other customer was Hispanic so I understand why). Then get an attitude when I spoke up about it. Thats fine. Ill take my business elsewhere. I will go there again.

Business must be really bad. Came in asking for a soak off. My nails are expensive with diamonds and he saw that and charged me double. I told him I wanted them soaked off because I don’t like my nails to be ripped off with the fake nail. He charged me $20 to take them off then the nail tech still used the fake nail to rip off my nails because he insisted it would take forever. Wont be back. Owner is def money hungry. I’ve paid $10 everywhere I go - Tampa and Ocala and still tip $10. This time I paid $30 to remove my nails. JUST REMOVE THEM. Unbelievable

NEVER going back. Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Took an hour and 15 minutes for a gel manicure (no previous color to remove even). The end product was messy and an absolute disappointment; after I said I wouldn’t pay full price they demanded I had to before I left. They offered to redo right away but I explained I didn’t have time and had to leave. They insisted I come back and they would “make it right.” Went back later that evening and wasted another hour of my life for this sub-par end result and paid full price. Bled from 3 cuticles that were also a polish mess and a number of my nails were glued down to the skin. Save yourself the time and take your business elsewhere.

Their is good, great ,and so so nail botiques. I review many places weekly, my feet were so tired and wore out i stopped here, got a pedicure and when i tell you it was absolutely HORRIBLE, thats the kindest thing i could say. Dont waste your time and money. Rushed, they changed people three times, and i was so over it , i didnt even have them put polish on .

This place is the worst ever..... dont ever go. My finger nails arent even painted evenly at the cuticle. Not to mention I went in with a $33 gift certificate which was labeled for pedicure and Medicare & instead of getting regular polish I asked for gel. When ready to check out they told me that since I got gel I owed $43 more...... unbelievable I feel like Ive been gypped. $43 more just to do a different polish! Needless to say I walked out paying $73. Insane Im literally so upset my nails dont even look great. Will never go back

I always ask for Lee. She pays attention to detail and my nails always last a long time even though I work with my hands. These are over two weeks....

Poor quality and anyone good has quit! Put gel on my feet and didn’t set it with UV. Thick nail polish job on my hands then rushed with a drill to take polish off my natural nails when I was upset with the poorly layered polish. I don’t know why I tipped. I can’t find a good nail place in town and it’s very upsetting.

Went there and got a gift certificate for a friend. They went back. Got a pedicure and her nails done and she loved it. She said the staff was very friendly and very nice.

I came to this place on a Sunday. I left feeling disappointed, paid $50 for horrible nails. Went back on Tuesday (2days later) because she put the gel polish all over my cuticles plus two of my nails where lifted already (yes 2 days later) and I need it them to fix them.When they saw me they started talking in their language but I explain to the man what was going on. They called the lady in front of me, showed her my nails and said “this is unacceptable”.He fixed the gel polish but when I showed him my lifted nails he just put some nail glue. Then on Wednesday night my lifted nails came off!!I was so mad I was the first one there on Thursday. They got so angry when they saw me! Very rude but I told him “ I asked you to do something about my lifted nails and instead of removing them you just put some glue, this is my third time here in less than a week!!”My son’s birthday party was on that Saturday and that’s why I wanted my nails to look good & that’s why I went 3 times.But Never again.

Husband and I went for pedicures. First snip to trim my toenail was skin and Drew blood. No apology nothing. Worst pedicure of my life! My husband also got nicked. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

Fantastic! Went for an acrylic fill and polish and she took her time and was very attentive. She did a great job fixing what the last nail salon I went to messed up. The price was great. Will definitely be going back.

Just had the worst experience of my life here with an eyebrow wax. The lady hands me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and it was like nothing was even done. There are still many stray hairs so I tell her and she pushes me back down and starts plucking everything. Im not sure if it was just a bad batch of wax or what but I went for a WAX not a PLUCK! I asked the lady if there was someone else who could fix it and she pushes me back down and starts to pluck some more. Now Ill just have to go elsewhere tomorrow and actually have them fixed. Honestly never been so frustrated before.

Nathile is who did my pedicure, she’s amazing!!! I brought my sleepy toddler who ended up full of energy and she handled it very well. We just laughed my embarrassment off. She’s so understanding and pays attention to what you ask for. My toes look great!

Came once to get a gel pedicure that didnt last long at all. Thought Id give it another chance about a year later and am sorry I did. The lady barely filed them the gel polish was only put on part of my toes. She missed every corner. She added to them and still left them sloppy with polish over the ends. I wound up asking the owner to remove it before I left. I was told to only ask for Sam Ive seen his work. Hes very good and very attentive.

Im here right now, got a full set and a pedicure. The price of 46 is a lot, but totally worth it for my poor swollen feet and legs. These ladies treated me so well. My nails look amazing and Im in heaven.

Every time Ive gone in, staff are extremely friendly. One of the few places that I have been where they are willing to chat with you and not just to one another. Definitely recommend!

Ive been here a few times for a pedicure with no issues, however, this time I came in to get acrylic taken off and then gel polish. The lady who did my nails cut them uneven, they are not filed correctly, some nails have sharp edges, the gel polish is lumpy and all the way down to my cuticles, and then she cut the side of my finger with the cuticle clippers. I normally dont complain but this is ridiculous. The owner even watched her do it and saw my bleeding finger and no one said a word.I do take responsibility for not stopping the service and allowing her to continue and I even paid on top of that. I just wanted to review so people would know not to come here. I will NEVER be back.

My self and my partner came in for pedicure today.. The lady did not know how to cut my toenails,, They were ragged and the polish was not put on very well.. Massage was very poor..My partner also was not pleased with the care.. The place was empty but they seemed not to care.. The old lady who did my pedicure was very rude and couldnt wait to be done .. Will not go back again.. I had to re do my pedicure when I got home.

Tina should not be allowed to do nails and her license should be revoked. I went in with my young son. I went to get a gel pedicure and manicure. While trying to push back my nail cuticle, she was rushing so quickly she jabbed the tool underneath of my big nail toe. I jumped and she said, Relax. So I leaned back again and she asked me to lean forward in the pedicure chair, towards her chair beneath mine so she could remove my polish. So Im leaning forward in this big chair towards where she is at below me, not comfortable or relaxing at all. Instead of letting my other gel soak off properly, she took that same tool and tried to scrape off my polish. She ended up ripping my nail half way off in the pink of my nail. I let out a Yelp. She started screaming at me that if I didnt like it I could remove my own polish. Then she got up and started yelling in her native language to the other ladies working there and then pointing to me. Like I did something wrong. The place was packed and my son observed the whole scene. I was completely shaken up. Then she told me to sit down over at her station and still was going on and on but this time in English. She started pointing at her finger and saying because of my nails she poked herself and hurt herself. She was blaming and yelling at me for her error. Shes insane and Im never going back to that establishment ever.

Horrible! My nails looked better before I walked in. I have bubbles in my polish and a hair. And I have 4 bleeding cuticles. I even told the technician that it was hurting but she continued and then didn’t put on the cuticle repair liquid. Rather, she continued to spray it with acetone! Are you kidding me?! Never again! I’ve been to bad nail salons, but this one takes 1st place as the worst!

Do not patronize this establishment! My aunt and I came in for a polish change on our fingernails and I brought in my own bottle of polish, a new OPI color, which was used on both of us. I was told the charge would be eight dollars a piece for the polish change and this price was posted on their menu board. When I was presented with the check it was now $10 apiece. When I questioned the up charge I was told it was because we only received one service. No where on that menu was this disclosed, nor was I advised this in advance of the service. BAD BUSINESS!!!

Will NEVER go back again. I asked for dip nails and the shape is not what I asked for at all. When I asked if they could fix them because the color was not what I was shown they argued with me about it. There are finger prints in my clear top coat from the person and they did not fix it. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Manager and person doing my ten year old daughters nails were yelling at each other, a customer stood up and told the manager and this lady to stop acting like children. Manager and lady doing nails continued screaming at each other....the....entire....time. Nice place, good work and prices, employer and employees need a lesson in how to attract return customers, not deter them.

Its like any other nail salon in town. Nothing out of this world. I dont like when all the employees are talking in Chinese and rush to finish your nail. Not only that but I was told that no one there knew how to do design. Will definitely not be going there again.

Today I came in to get a nail fixed (that I got done there) that had broken. I was asked to sit down and wait. As I waited (over the course of 45 minutes) 6 people came in AFTER me needing more expensive services and they were helped immediately. After an hour of waiting I left, and I will not be going back, nor will I recommend this nail establishment to anyone.

Worst place to get your nails done by far! I asked to have my acrylics removed and he didn’t even soak them! He chipped away at them and kept cuting me! By the time he was finished he left my nails so uneven and chipped And my pinkey didn’t even have the acrylic taken off all the way leaving one side short. Then he wanna tell me “$10” LMAOOO FOR WHAT? Getting my nails chipped and cut till they bleed and you not even finishing the job? Let’s just say he didn’t get a tip from me. I ended up having to go home and file my mails myself. If i could I would leave no stars.

The place is very nice... Service not so much... Went there on Wednesday (march 22) and got my nails done with Leah, very nice at first but when i asked her for a design seem to have a problem, she was getting frustrated because i picked two colors and decided to add a glitter one last minute, she then told me she didnt have silver glitter when i had just seen it. Paid over $40 for a fill, gel polish and design its been 5 days and my nails are breaking and so is the polish....Needless to say im not going back.

Horrible customer service. Tina is extremely rude, had a 5 pm appointment, which I had made early morning. When I walked in she didnt even remember I had an appointment and began speaking in her native language, laughing and ridiculing me in front of the other customers. Called the Manager and he told me if I was not satifisfied with their service to go and try another hair salon. WOW!

Nice people but they dont understand what an appointment is. On three different occasions I made and appointment and was asked to come back a different day our time because the tech had taken a walk in or was tired.

This is a HORRIBLE PLACE.I spent $63 on last saturday for a half decent mani/pedi spa package hosted by this Vietnamese dude that kelpt grously hitting on me. Whatever to him though. I thought, mmm this is my first time here i just may patronize agian, especially since this SUNSET 🌋Mood gel on my toes and nails gonna enterchange nicely!!! Not so....my mood didnt change all week....pause, I live all day for mood colors I know what it should look like. I go back today, moments ago and theres a full audience, of course. I say to the owner Hi how are ya do you remember me from last saturday? He did. So I ask him to redo my toes and nails, this mood gel hasnt changed all week....he loud talks me, by nature, and pulls his employees in to examine and educate me on how the process really works👀and proceeds to say something is wrong with my toes😮So his employee says spray alcohol on her toes! So the manager did....yall literally before my eyes and hears the manager says It TURNED and was 2nd by his employees! I said WHAT?! Theeee color DID NOT TURN! I looked over to my neighbor and said, did you see it turn and immediately she fired back a BIG fat ass NO! I am fired up because what is real customer service coming to. Our country is suffering enough because of the indicency of people. Right is right and wrong is wrong and NAIL BOUTIQUE SPA, OCAL, FL (down from Piesanos in Publix shopping center) yall know youre wrong and you just lost a whole lot of business💯#Respect your privalige and I can say THAT.

Awful experience not once but for the third time the lady kept on cutting my nails so short to the point they hurt and the cutcutils area red and swollen..And to top it off she sealed the nali with gel nail polish ..Rough customer service and rude I even called to complain he said u should have told her to not cut them short ..I mean duhhhhh I told.Her that at least 3times ..Never again now I am trying to go fix them somewhere else after paying 35$$

First time there, they over charged and did not listen to what I wanted. Kept cutting me and trimmed my nails when I requested not to.

Well,for one thing the nail polish came off my nails the same day I got it on , anthor thing is the lady that did my nails half did it to the point were the nail polish double layered its self so it stood up instead of laying down ,anthor thing is my grams got her nails done but her nails also started to pile up ,and to top it off she also said that the nail polish looked old ,so to me that was a big waste of money.

Terrible the employees were in there arguing!! Ridiculous especially in front of customers. Terrible attitude!!!
