I went for a pedicure. The pedicurist was friendly and gave a great massage but the colour was translucent (see through). But my polish was black, thats the one colour that should always be solid. Definitely wont come back :/

Went in for pedi, was just a poor sloppy job. Spend your money else where and get a good pedicure. I will not be back. Nothing seemed to be sterile. My toe nails didn’t even get cut...

I visited here today. I feel the china lady performed a quick, sloppy job. On a Simple pedicure with a clip & color ONLY. The filing of my toes are horrible. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

It was ok I will not go again

Went and got a full set of lashes on Tuesday and was charged $2 more than the advertised price which was fine bc I was going to tip anyway however by the end of the day half of it was hanging. Went back Wednesday and Amy just put glue on it as if it was a strip and the next day the other half came off so today(Friday) I went in & asked to have it replaced not glued back on and was charged $10 more dollars so $30 for 3 days is not acceptable when youre 1 of the few that still support the business. I hope they understand this is why their business has gone tremendously down.

It took me one time to realize this is my permanent nail salon... love how nice they are and always positive... never have I had a bad experience here , I HIGHLY recommend coming here ! They never seem to disappoint:)

Awesome experience. It was a Sunday I needed a new set FAST ! They were one of the FEW open in Ocala . I called and ended up stopping by w my Girlfriends daughter ! They were all so very nice. The lady that did my nails was amazing ! Very friendly people . She knew exactly what I liked . She suggested this galaxy type of polish and I absolutely love it . The place is very clean. The lady who did my pedicure was also amazing. They did not have me leaving their salon looking sloppy ! I definitely just found my new nail techs . I get my nails done on the regular. And Im glad Im came across Lee Nails . Because BABYYYYY I NEEDED THEM IN MY LIFE !

Service was extremely poor and I was overcharged for services I wasnt pleased with. I used to go here for years and have never felt so dissatisfied until today. Im not able to attend the event I was preparing for because my nails and toes look terrible

The only way I could comment is to pick a star. 11/11 was one of the most important days of my life because it was my daughters so I took her to get a full gel set an the next couple days her nails start falling off an they would not fix repair redo. They took my daughters birthday money an refused to fix there mistake BAD PLACE NEVER GO THERE

Dont do it! RUN!!! They are very unprofessional! They dont like admitting to any mistakes that they may have made they will make you feel like youre wrong and they are right! If you dont like the way your nails look they wont try to fix them they will make you feel like its your fault.

Wish there was a way I could put zero stars honestly. So today I decided to go to Lees nails right by hobby lobby. I called the lady about 3-5 minutes before I arrived to see what the wait was and she told me there was no wait. Well I ended up waiting 30 minutes! As I sat down after the next customer he didnt bother to wash his hands and he used a dirty file on my nails. He could not get my shape right and I Constantly had to tell him what to fix. Eventually they looked good enough and I just thought id fix the rest at home because I was ready to get out of there. Since I was in a rush to get out, I never checked how bad they actually were. The shape is not even close to how they should look. They are supposed to be coffin but some are stilettos and some are almond shaped. HOW?! So I decided to call and complain. I asked if they could either fix them or refund my money. The lady told me no you left nothing I can do uh bye bye and hung up on me. I had my mother call and she told my mom sucks to be you! And as my mom asks who her owner was she goes uhh we are closed now and I want to leave so bye bye and hung up. Im disgusted with the fact that they are unsanitary and rude to customers. Might I add they charged me $30!!!!

My nails are so chunky and the paint is so messy, there’s paint all around my nails and they are so uneven and thick. never go here go to a professional salon period😑

If i could rate this a zero i would- i have NEVER had such HORRIBLE nails! I litterally had to go to another salon after leaving this one to get them fixed - the two owners are the most incompetent people i have ever seen- and if u want gel- they have a total of 8 colors - thats it- they tried to pass of regular polish as gel! After speaking very politely to the woman (man did mine) she agreed they were bad and STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Way over priced and my nails looked horrible , I got mood changer and they dont even change colors ! When I went back the next morning and asked for just a color change because the nails dont change color like they are suppose to I was denied !
