Well it sure was nice to rent a unit and not require a human. thank you for making renting a storage unit so easy. also before i forget, when i arrived at the location it was super easy to enter thru the gate system and find my unit. i was pleasantly surprised it was super clean. thank you Madison Blvd Storage. i will tell my friends and neighbors this is the place to keep your stuff when you spend too much time online buying stuff and run out of space at home.

The units are easily accessible 24/7 and the prices are wonderful. However, the highlight of Madison Self Storage is indubitably its staff. They are attentive, communicative, and accommodating. Namely, Noel has been an absolute joy. She always calls me with a reminder about my due payment and has candid conversations with me about future storage options, contract elements, and pricing. Calling to make a payment every month is usually a dread, but Noel makes it swift, simple, and genial. Her personable disposition and efficient work ethic are the reasons I store with Madison Self Storage.

Just cancelled my service with them...not only haS the gate been left open for 2 months but VICKI WATSON the property manager has the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed...this company bills one month in advance and do not refund so we are paying for an entire month of service that we are not using --after having our storage broken into and being with them over 3 years the most she could do was print out the lease to prove that they do not owe us money...this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE --DO NOT RENT HERE

There was trash/other items from the previous tenant still in my storage when I opened it for the first time. Other than that there was no problem

My storage unit was burglarized and a lot of my items were stolen...when I visited the facility their Gate was broke and wide open for anyone to drive in...2 weeks later I revisited and the gate was still broke and left open, everyones rvs and vehicles were easily accessible PLUS the lady with the ponytail (i believe she is the manager) is SUPER RUDE -- when I came in to speak about my storage unit she got an attitude with me because I did not know the letter associated with my unit number...my wife and I are preparing to get rid of the useless stuff that was left in our storage and cancel and would not recommend you store anything VALUABLE because it may get stolen and there will be little to NO EMPATHY!EDIT: MY point EXACTLY-- They have copied and Pasted a generic message to several reviews on here saying that they DO NOT see that we have an account and to email...WE JUST CANCELLED OUR ACCOUNT which is why you no longer see our name in your system-- at least have the decency to customize each message...THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

The rent will continue to increase when I initiated my account in 2018 rent was $24 now Im at $52 monthly I contacted Their corporate office and spoke with Steven about the gate not working for over 2 months and the poor customer service experience and before he returned my called he contacted the property manager first so when we spoke on the phone he already had and opinion formed about me and my situation so nothing was resolved...EDIT: Youre not going to find Curated by Nic Richelle as a legal name in your system.

My storage unit was burglarize 2 months ago. They took more than 5,000 worth of clothes and electronics. The renters insurance said that they will give me the max which is 2,000, but when I receive the check it was made out for 1,200. I am highly upset with this company. I still think it was an inside job cause no one was ever caught on the video footage. If you decide to use this storage company. I advise you to store items with little to no value.

If you need storage this place is it, super convenient and secure. I had my RV stored here on the lot and then got a climate control unit for household goods. It’s been two years and I could not be happier with this facility and staff. Vicky is thorough, professional and friendly....she is a jewel.

I was moving and needed a larger storage unit temporarily and didn’t know anything about the special. Noelle was very friendly and helpful and gave me a tour of all the units, availability, pricing, etc. She is on her A game and the whole place is very clean!

Their online rental was easy and a great tool. We rented online and was able to access the storage before the offices open. This allowed us to unload a rental truck without having to rent for an extra day.

Noel was AWESOME her Professionalism was AMAZING. She made my Rough Day go smooth.

The staff are professional and very helpful. Ive been overseas for several years, and have never had to worry about the security of my belongings left with MBSS. They even replaced my lock for free when their checks had found my unit to be improperly closed. By far the best storage company Ive used.

Family is moving 2 hours north to Athens area. Needed 2 storage rooms for about 6 to 7 months. We pre paid both for 5 months and paid the other months as needed.Our closing date was December 4th. Started moving that Saturday. I called and was told I was within the 5 day grace period and she would do a walk through on Monday to make sure our locks were off.We ran a little late Saturday and my help needed to leave. So our plan was pick up on Sunday. (6th day grace period)Went to get in and my gate code was locked. Called Monday and was told (per contract) on the 6th day your code is locked and you must pay late fee and 1 month rent. They do not prorate your fee.So because I couldnt get everything on Saturday and waited till Sunday it cost me $129.Just a heads up. They will not work with you. The lady actually giggled about it.

Price went up over $100 per year since new management took over last year. Not happy. Storage facilities are popping up frequently. Have been to lazy but plan to shop for more competitive monthly fee in the future.

This place sucks. All I have experienced is constant price increases and less discounts for paying for 6 months ahead.

I found rhe staff to be recklessly incompetent. They invited me to tour the property to see if it would work for me, so I did, and they followed up by calling the police and filing a trespassing complaint.

Great place and cheap for what you get.

Gotten way too expensive for a small 10x10. Now wants to tack on insurance I don’t want. Will be vacating soon.
