My experience with Balch Road Self Storage was a great one they made it easy and simple I would highly recommend this establishment

Stellar service. I viewed the unit, and within 30 minutes I was leaving with everything already set up. Staff clearly cares about the tenants.

Im new to this area, so always nice to find good, hometown businesses! Very helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend for any storage needs. Clean, well kept units as well.

Had to move, prices started going up with no improve in services, the main door was constantly having problems sometimes will stay open and no rep available to fix it. The staff had very little knowledge in technology, it took them days to get my code straight.

Staff very helpful in helping to selecting unit. Met me at the unit site twice to get everything worked out to fit my needs.
