This place is literally AMAZING! The management is so friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. The rates are UNBELIEVABLY affordable. The lowest in town; Combined with the exceptional customer service this place gets 5 stars!

Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Never hesitated to answer any of my questions. Grounds are neat amd I always feel safe. My mother has used them for 2 years and I knew immediately who to rent from.

This place is perfect for all my storage needs. I have one unit that is climate controlled and protects my important items that are sensitive to heat/cold and humidity. I feel my items are very well protected and the area is nice and secured. Then my needs changed and had more items to store and the very friendly office staff was able to find me an outside unit in very short time. Im using that for shop and tool storage that can be outside. The rates for both climate controlled and other storage are the most competitive anywhere around. I also like the easy access location in Madison, along the BLVD and on a low traffic side street that makes entry and exit with my trailer and truck very stress-free. Also there is plenty of room in both areas for your truck and trailer access to make loading and unloading a breeze. This is the 3rd time over the past 7 years Ive used this location and HIGHLY recommend checking them out for any needs you have.

Friendly staff both times Ive used them worked out fine.The unit was the right size everything fit in fine no problem, but the slide lock & the rollup door was messed up when opening and closing needs some maintenance. Will recommend this storage to friends.

Superb customer service!! We were at the unit in 2 vehicles. I accidentally drove away with our lock in my car. My husband put a different lock on the unit since I was already half an hour away when we discovered it. The next day we received a call from U-Lock-It to see if we had changed the lock. Makes us feel even more secure using this facility!! I highly recommend!!

We cannot express how grateful we are for Christy for helping us through a very difficult situation. Our house was sold very quickly and we ended up having to get out of our home very quickly. The apartment we thought we had was given to someone else. We seriously felt stranded. I felt that Christy really went above and beyond trying to make sure we got what we needed. I am very pleased with U-Lock-It Storage in all aspects. I have had several different storage units over the years and U-Lock-It has been the best hands down. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time, the facility is well kept and maintained, and the lighting inside and outside of my unit is great. The day I went in to see about renting my units, Christy took the time to sit with me and help me figure out just how much space I needed. Yes, most places do that, however, Christy didnt just try and throw specials at me, or get me to spend more money just to have extra space. She did however, get me the best deal for what I needed, then threw in the appropriate discounts! This particular U-Lock-It Storage location is the best! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to store their things!

The fact that they are locally owned and operated was the deciding factor for me when I was calling around looking for storage facilities! A great facility with reasonable prices. Very clean even though there seems to be no large trash containers. All employees are very friendly and courteous. I recommend to anyone who is looking for extra storage space to use U-Lock-It Storage for the extra storage space that you need.:-D 😀

There were some items that we were unsure about storing and Christy gave us her honest and professional opinion regarding the storage of the items, which saved us thousands of dollars; if we had stored them like we planned. In addition, because of the move, are budget was a little over, so Christy took the time out of her schedule to give us some additional local numbers to check other prices; however, after calling around and comparing the prices, U-Lock-it had the best prices.
