Absolutely fantastic storage facility. The owner Larry Marvin is a veteran and outstanding citizen of the local community. I stored my car here during deployment, and he even drove it for me while I was away. Highly recommend

We kept our youth football equipment for East Limestone Youth Football. We have 200 kids in our organization that count on the equipment to play. Our locker had a hole in the roof leaking water and creating mold. The temperature controlled lockers air stopped working. We did not like the customer service or the response from this company. We would advise you to support companies that support kids. I would blacklist them personally and take your business elsewhere.

Go somewhere else. They changed prices without warning multiple times. They made rules about the length of the RV changing the price for the parking spot out of nowhere. The owner is rude. The gate doesn’t work. One day the owner tried to blame my tires for it not working. When I was stuck behind the gate because it wouldn’t lift up the owner came out and wouldn’t let me out until I lined my vehicle exactly how he wanted to try it his way. Still didn’t work. I asked him multiple times to just let me out and he wouldn’t. It felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Already paid for this month but won’t be here next month. Steer clear.

My experience has been very emotionally draining. The people that own and work here have treated me harshly and been very disrespectful. The owner is very arrogant and impossible to converse with.Contacted them months ago about my storage unit roof damage . Still has not been repaired . This owner had repeatedly told he is the owner and in other words he really does not care. I have never written a negative review of any business but I felt like it imperative for me to share this with my community. I hope that others do not have to go through what I have experienced with this business . Please stay away from this storage facility.
