I usually take my car to the dealership to have my oil changed, however I was I wasnt able to get there so I stopped here. I was very appreciative that I was able to get in and out in about 30 minutes. The service was great and I even received a discount.

Jiffy Lube in Macon on Gray Hwy is always a pleasure going to every 3-4 months fir my routine oil change. All staff members are very friendly and warm. I havent had a bad experience yet out of the last four years Ive been taking my car.

Great service. There is a jiffy lube in every town of every city. Once youve been serviced by one you can visit any other one and get a free top off on all your fluids.

Staff is amazing they are kind ask you questions that are supposed to be asked.Whats oil your car uses and wont put any other kind even asked if my car was under warranty to not void the warranty by putting any other oil.Walmart ripped me off said they changed the filters and they have not been changed they were pitch black...Good olfashion customer service. I will be backSide note: rushing to work changed my oil only took them 15 min just like he said Walmart I stayed there over 3hrs just for them to RIP me off

Two different times I was told my tires were checked & ok. They werent. In fact one back tire had the stem crimped when tire was put on. Tire was dangerously low. Finally when I called them on it they admitted they hadnt even been able to check it.(Cant understand why they just didnt tell me?) I took it elsewhere. It took 5 minutes to fix & add proper amount of air. I had been using Jiffy Lube for every oil change for over ten years yet this simple matter could have cost lives if that tire would have blown when a bump was hit or gone so flat I might have wrecked, etc... Very disappointed in a staff I had relied on for so long.

In an emergency, I pulled in 5 minutes before they close with a transmission issue. I am not from the area and was just passing through. They do not work on transmissions, but the guys here looked at the vehicle and tried to get me up and running. After about an hour, they decided it was beyond what they could do, but gave me the name of and number of a shade tree mechanic in the area. I called and was up and running in a few hours. I offered to pay the jiffy lube guys and they refused and stated they were just happy to try to help. These guys stayed almost an hour after closing (on a Friday!) just to help a wayward traveler and did not expect anything. The world would be a better place if it was full of guys like these.
