Our car broke down on the side of the interstate and we had it towed here. We dealt with Dale who is the best. Not only did we have our diagnosis quickly, but Dale was nice enough to call the dealership for us to make sure our vehicle was covered under a recall. I highly recommend bring your vehicle here. Great customer service and couldnt think of anywhere better.

We had a tire ravaged by storm debris a couple nights ago and they stepped up and hit it out of the park. We had an uncommon tire size, Dale found one ASAP, had it on and came in under estimate. Amazing service and treatment at the counter as well. Couldn’t be happier.

Im on a road trip with my younger sister and my daughter. We hit a pothole and it misaligned my car and It started to get bald on my front tire. I came here and they are so kind! My family has been using Raffield for years and now that I am on my own I have started going to them as well. Each member of staff that I have personally interacted with has been very professional. I came in for a leak in one of my tires that I had plugged at a family friends shop and raffield fixed me up in no time. I recently bought an old truck and it was overheating. I took it to Riversides Raffield and was worried it would take a few days to fix and be really expensive. Dale and his team were SO NICE. First of all they diagnosed it that morning, and then they told me it was just in dire need of coolant. He gave me all my options but didnt press anything. Basically they saved me a ton of money because they could have told me I needed something and I would have believed them. Very honest and I will return!

I came in one morning after taking my daughter to work with an issue of something dragging under my van. I talked with Joe in the parking lot. Im disabled so this was a great help right off because I didnt have to get out, get my walker out, hobble inside, only to be told they didnt have time or not right now like I was told at Northside Tire. Ugh.So anyway, long story short, Joe got me right in next and fixed my problem and I was on my way. Well later on that day, I started hearing noise again only louder. Took it back the next morning, again Joe got me right in and even though it was something different, they fixed it right away and had me going in less than 20 minutes...AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Customer service is so hard to find these days and after having worked in Automotive parts and service for 25 years myself, its nice to know it still exists. Very nice and professional. I Would definitely recommend this Raffield location to anyone. Thanks Joe!

Stopped by because my tire looked low in air. Raffield discovered that there was a screw in the tire. They repaired my tire in less than 15 minutes - so quick! Dale and Raffield are the best!

Great service, friendly and funny counter sales guy and I met a knowledgeable technician that worked on my car too. The price was reasonable for my oil and filter change and they checked my tire pressures, added air as necessary and fixed & secured a loose plastic piece under my front bumper.. All for $ 20.98 ! I did have a $10 off coupon that Raffields mailed to me during Christmas time.. Was still, a very reasonable price either way..

All the 5 stars reviews sound like they might have personal relationship with managers. Dont go here unless you want to take it up the tail pipe. Diagnostics are way off. Wont be back. Ladies watch out theyll try to take advantage of you.

Dale took great care of me when I had a low tire pressure indicator. It turns out the pressure sensor was not working in one of my tires. He said there was a possibility it could have happened during a recent tire change here. Dale insisted on taking care of my charges because there was a chance it could have happened at the last tire change.That’s more than I could I’ve asked for.Great service! Many thanks!

I came here in September and the work that was done was satisfactory.However I returned in October because my drivers side window would not roll up.I was told by a corpulent employee that I needed to do a diagnostic first. Really for a window that wouldnt roll up?He told me that he wouldnt even have to order the motor parts for my 1999 Dodge Durango. I found that odd that he just so happened to have the part for such an older vehicle. Nevertheless he said he could do the work right away.I sat and waited as the car door panel had to be disassembled.He called me back and told me it would cost a tremendous amount of money that I would have to wait.I declined and the door panel was reassembled. I was charged for the Diagnostic.It started to rain with a heavy torrential down fall.I had left the passenger side window down. Out of courtesy it could of been rolled up as well as the window that wouldnt go up could of been pulled up since the motor still worked. I had spent $800 just 1 month prior.I paid and left. I never will return to this shop again. Its nice how female disabled veterans get treated by Male mechanics.Well this company has not earned my business.Keep on trucking!

I was getting a new battery at the dealership and was told I needed a new harness for my battery as mine was completely corroded. When told the part alone would be over $1,100, I was suspicious and went to Raffield off of Tom Hill and Randy checked it over, made a few adjustments, and said I was good to go. The dealership was trying to hit me for parts and labor at the tune of over $2,300 as well as try to scare me into believing that I was driving unsafely. Randy could not have been nicer, more honest, and he and Raffield now have a lifelong customer. I will be referring my friends to them as well. Thank you so much!

These guys are great! The managers have great attitudes and are polite. I dont leave feeling like I was oversold. After my last visit, even the technician took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. Are they the cheapest, who knows? But, as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. I keep coming back!

I had a great experience at this auto shop. The mechanics were able to fix my broken bumper the very morning I brought my car in and the price was much less than another shop where I also received a service quote. The manager, Dale, was also very helpful and accommodating as well. I definitely would return here for future car repair needs.

I dont usually go to this branch in particular because they always try and force sell their recommendations. Im a fan and customer of the branch on Zebulon rd. I sent my daughter to get an oil change at the zebulon rd location but they were jammed packed, so she went to this location instead. Shes 16yrs old...she walks in and asks for an oil change, the manager says what kind and of course that confuses my daughter because she has no clue about oil changes. Instead of him explaining to her full conventional vs synthetic and pricing or at least saying hey call your parents and check to see what they want...he takes her keys and gives her the most expensive oil change they have. I just happened to call her as she was checking out to make sure she had the coupon from their site for the conventional oil change, when I hear him say her total was 54.00 or so. I questioned why is the oil change so expensive and she has the coupon for 22.95...he states that he gave her the full synthetic oil change. This blew my mind because he basically took advantage of a 16yr old getting an oil change. This is the very reason why Im not a fan of this location. He did fix the price once he realized I was on the phone questioning why he didnt explain to her or double check to see what she needed before he proceeded to give her the works. What really got me boiling was once he fixed the price he made the snark comment you just got a 50.00 oil change for 20.00 Dang right she did, and shame on him for trying to take advantage of a child. I normally take her car myself or go along with her but I was unable to this time. Let it be clear that this is not about the money because if my child was wrong on her end then I would have been okay in knowing that it was her request but the fact that he didnt even attempt to clarify or explain anything to her was him preying The zebulon rd location knows us and again that was her original stop but they were way to busy. Never ever again will we be back. I will wait as long as it takes at the zebulon rd location before I let these predators attempt to prey on us again.

NEVER GO HERE !!!! Sexist to women overpriced all I needed was new spark plugs an they tried to give me a new engine ladies watch out theyll take advantage of you. 2nd car I took to them, the 1st one I took up there and had put on the machine and was charged 100 dollars. Now 2nd car was taking by a man to put on machine it was only 40 dollars. Cant believe such a price difference. Ladies beware.

Update: I absolutely Love these guys honest to a fault Dale kept me from spending thousands at a dishonest dealership over a piece of plastic bag that was sucked into my air filter and would not let my car run , Dealer Told me I would have to have a cylinder head thing , I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE...Class act establishment. After 3 visits I feel trusting towards them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Crooks of the highest order. Deliberately misled about services and price, and refused to apologize or adjust the bill. In fact, they were downright cocky in their heist of my wallet.Whats more, their failure to do proper work resulted in my car overheating on I75 just a month later, with another $$$ expense.Go to the Raffields on MLK instead.

Slow as molasses and expensive!!! Ive had my oil changed there several times because of a service contract with my employer. Its always over an hour and a half for an oil change. Sometimes its about two hours. Oh, and the prices are as high as going to a dealership. Theyre nice about it, though.Nice, but slow. And expensive.

Took my jeep in to have a starting issue fixed. 2 weeks and 900 bucks later Im told its fixed. Yeah fixed just enough to get it home. Not only does it still not run but one of the sensors I got charged for replacement is bad. Waiting for a call to see if they will make it right.

Dale and everyone at this store has always been great .l use to go there all the time because they were near where l worked. Dale knows his stuff. Good service.recently l changed jobs and l am not working near that location. So, l started going to the shirling drive store. Yesterday the shirling drive store rotated my tires. They did not secure two of the hub caps. One has been lost. It is Sunday. I will talk to Bruse tomorrow about a replace ment. Depending on how he handle this as situation will determine their rating .

Let me begin by stating that I would never do business with them because years ago they quoted me $800 for a $200 repair, but my husbands family does. My husband took his truck in to the Tom Hill location for a tire rotation, oil change and inspection. 24 hours later his truck completely breaks down. They keep his truck for the rest of the week. 1700 later he gets his truck home. 24 hours later the sensor lights are telling us it will break down again. You have been duly warned. We will see if their warranty is any good now. Please learn from my experience with these people.

We were ripped off here. They charged us $40 to replace battery terminals when another location charges $25. This location also quoted us $360 to replace a starter. We got it done, at a different location, for $187. I will never go here again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to go to this particular location. Now I know that my suspicion of them was correct.

We were heading to tybee for vacation in my in-laws camper, we got a blow out on the interstate.Thanks to google maps finding them close to our location they had the tire we needed in stock. Randy, Dale and Donald Groover helped tremendously they even had to move vehicles so we could fit in the lot. They worked outside to get our tires changed. It was extremely hot and humid. I appreciate everything they did to get us back on our way. They were so helpful, very professional and definitely there when I needed them. If Im ever close by and need anything again I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

If there were a 5aaa rating they would get. Every time there...literally...is a great ecperience. They open at 7:30...sort of. Usually closer to 7. When is the ladt time u had that happen at any business. They tell u ur car will be finishef at 4 pm. Not really....that means 3pm. Honesty, integrity, friendly, knowledgable with a concept of time. The only reason i think they do mot have a solid 5 rating isbecause they are a little higher. However, the times i have gone in for minor stuff and when asked the price and they would say ahhhhh....just come nack to see us more than makes up for it. Love these guys. Color me a lifelong customer.

Ladies please be cautious when getting but tires. Raffield is expensive and my 100$ diagnostic was not accurate. I was told I only had a bad battery and I know there was several other problems. For example, none of the dashboard meters worked. I think that problem and a few others should have been included in that 100$ diagnostic.
