I love Sears appliance repair, they always do a great job its good to have that security through the warranties knowing that if something happens and youre covered your problems are solved and they are always prompt and courteous

I’m on the third week of waiting to get my washer repaired under the Sears Home Warrantu repair service that AE has the contract for in my area.It took a week to get an initial appointment.AE ordered parts and scheduled the appointment to install a week later. I asked if we needed to do anything and he said no.The parts arrived 2 days before the next scheduled appointment.The day before the appointment we received a recorded message reminding us of the appointment.As of 4:55 on the scheduled day no one had come or called.We called the technician’s cell. Ended up in voicemail and left a message.No response as of 10:00am the next day so we called the technician again. He informed us he wasn’t scheduled to come back and that he had even been in our area the day of our appointment. He said that scheduling was handled by the warranty customer service and provided a phone number.I called the number, which by the way is in the Philippines, and after several conversations and transferred calls and disconnected calls I was told that the next available appointment is 4 more days out.I asked that that date be improved upon and was transferred again to someone who said that the next available appointment is not 4 but now 5 days out. Apparently I had spent so much time with 4 different CSR’s and supervisors that another customer now has the 2nd scheduled date.So now we are hoping that someone might show up 19 days after our initial contact with Sears Home Warranty/AE.Moral to the story, if using this company to repair your washer be certain you have at least 3 weeks worth of clean clothing and linens or live on a fresh clean river with rocks you can scrub and wash your clothing on.
