I had them come out to fix an issue caused by another company. The other company installed the air handler in my attic improperly and this caused the unit to leak and damage an upstairs bedroom ceiling. That company gave me no solutions to permanently fix this issue. Wilson Bryant took care of this issue quickly after I called them. They gave me a much larger emergency pan and installed a float switch for the air condenser line. They were very professional and timely. This small investment in prevention has given me piece of mind. I am glad I found this company and will be using them for all my future HVAC service and needs.

I needed an entire system installed. They sent their Tech Greg to my home on Friday. I never received an estimate or a phone call after inquiring where my estimate was. I called the Macon office who advised that Chris is over my area. They provide his cell number. I leave a message and he calls back and said We are not a fit. Poor customer service. I am a real estate agent. I deal with contractors all the time. Very unprofessional.

Nice job on the install. But, I can say there were promises made that were not kept. I had the Smart thermostat installed as well and was promised someone would come back to set up, this was done in mid-May 2020, Also, I was told they would file the appropriate paper work for warranty and I would be mailed a copy of receipt and everything that applies. After three phone calls to my representative, Josh in July. He stated they were busy and he never followed up on anything. So its November 9th and I dont have a copy of a thing. In my opinion, they truly need some customer service lessons. When you make a large purchase of a new AC system you at least deserve what was promised. If I were looking to replace my system at this point, I would be looking for a different company.

It is not often that I take the time to write a negative review of a company, however I had to make an exception this time due to the exceptionally poor service received. We first contacted this company in July about our unit not cooling as well as at had in the past. They came out and performed a diagnostic test and recharged the refrigerant and told us to check back in. It was apparent the next day that the problem was still not resolved, so we called to have them back out. Another tech came said he couldnt find the problem, so he had another guy come out with him the next day. This guy says that our thermal expansion valve is bad and that we needed a $700 repair. He assured me that this was the cause of our issue. I gave the ok on the repair and he told me that someone will follow up with me to schedule the appointment. A week goes by and I heard nothing. So I call and again Im told that someone will follow up with me soon. This process repeats for A MONTH before we are finally able to get them to schedule a date. A month with NO communication from them while we are still dealing with a broken system during the hottest part of the summer. They do eventually come out and perform the repair. Only, nothing actually changed. My system still wasnt cooling. The tech comes back out and takes a look and says he cant figure out why it still isnt cooling, but says he will have someone else call us and come out and take a look. That was the last we ever heard from them before getting a bill in the mail 2 months later. I then proceeded to negotiate the price on the bill due to the poor service and this process took another month. I cant tell you how many times I was told we will call you back tomorrow, only to have to call back myself the next week. This company does not respect your time or your wallet and they apparently do not stand behind their work either. I would HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable HVAC company.

Linton Solomon came out promptly and wrote us a fair and reasonable estimate on installing a split unit in our dining room. Even though we drug our feet getting back to him he still honored the estimate and had the unit installed in an afternoon.He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.We always will use Wilson Bryant for all our ac/heat needs. What an amazing company. Decided to go with these guys over one of the “better known” companies in the area and I am sure glad I did.I have a house built in 1900 that needed a few extra odds and ends done to the house in order for the unit to run at its maximum efficiency. They came out about 4 times just tomake sure my unit and it’s air flow were running the way it was supposed to. This is key for those who have older houses.The prices are hard to beat for the area as well...this company has that old American feel to it where you get more than what you paid for.Highly recommend this company!

I was shocked to receive your invoice today for a diagnostic charge of $99 on Sunday, May 5, 2019.When my air conditioner stopped working, I made an appointment for Friday, May 3, 2029, but no one showed up. I called you on Saturday and you sent Jessie out on Sunday. All that Jessie did on Sunday was looked at the coil and $159 booster your company installed on March 19, 2019. I was there with him and he told me the compressor was dead. He told me that boosters don’t last very long. And, I did not ask him for an estimate for a complete new AC/Heat Pump unit. He was here less than 10 minutes and left. He did nothing to my compressor.The next day, having lost faith in your company’s ability to repair my AC, I had another HVAC company come out to take a look at my compressor. The coil had oil pooling on the top. They put in a new 60 Amp coil and disconnected the booster your company installed and immediately our air conditioner was working and has worked flawlessly since then.I wonder why your guys did not do the same thing by installing a new 60 Amp coil on the first time your guys came out on March 18, 2019. I paid your company $148 for that visit. I believe that $307 I paid to your company for 2 trips is sufficient, especially since the problem with my compressor was not fixed. So, I trust you will waive the $99 for a diagnostic charge on trip #3.

We’ve been using this company for years, and they always take excellent care of us. The technicians are respectful and courteous. We recently enrolled in the company’s maintenance program, and I was so happy with our first “check up”. Highly recommend!

Two responses and unit still wasnt operating over two hours at a time. I sat with the unit and found the condenser fan motor shutting down on thermal which caused the compressor to shut down on thermal. I replaced the motor and unit is working perfectly. Paid two bills , $138.00 and $247.00. Fan motor cost me $80.00 with new capacitor.

Your salesman Linton Solomon was so knowledgeable about the system we choose. He enlightened me of things I should know about the system. He explained all components in terms that I could understand. He was very patience with us and took the time to answer all of our questions (and I had many).Tony the installer arrived before the time given. He introduced himself and went to work. Our crawl space is very tight, ( many have complained about it )but he removed the old system and installed the new one without any complaints. He was very customer friendley and very knowledgeable of the system that he installed. He completed the job in one day, we thought it would take two days. He installed the new control and gave us a very informal tutorial. Linton and Tony has very good customer service which is needed when you have to spend that type of money. There were two other guys helping and they were also very respectful. We want to thank all of them for their great service. My AC went out about a year ago, and I called them and they were super professional, well dressed, and timely. It took them a day to take out my old AC unit, and completely install a new AC/Heat pump. The house was cooling down within minutes of the completion! I was super impressed and the financing program they have was outstanding. I will only do business with them if I have the choice. Could not recommend them more! (And go for a 3 ton AC/heat pump! Its a beast! Works great!!! )

We had WBAC install a brand new hvac unit in our home. The house had never had any ductwork or plenum. Had one of our two AC units repaired today, by Wilson Bryant Air Conditioning. This was the best AC repair experience we have had in our 26 years in Macon.Called for service at 1:30 PM today. Owner (Ray Bryant) answered call. Explained situation, he said he could send a Tech out today. A few minutes later, Kevin Bryant (Sales Mgr) called to say he will have someone at our home within the hour. Repair Tech (David) called at 2:10 PM saying he was 10 minutes away. Repair Tech arrived in 10 minutes as he promised. He asked several questions and then began to diagnose the problem. After about 15 minutes he said that he had found the problem.He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He also showed pictures of the problem that he had taken with his cell phone to verify what he was telling us. He told us what the total cost for the visit and repair would be. We asked him to proceed with the repairAfter another 15 minutes, he announced that he was finished with the repair, we wrote him a check, and he left. Our AC is working great! Thank you David (the tech) and thank you Kevin Bryant. (Kevin called within 10 minutes of David leaving to see if we were satisfied with their service)No more looking for an AC repair company. I found a great one.
