Jessie is an A+ guy. Very friendly and caring. Came out on a Sunday. He told us it would be a couple of hours before he could get to us but saw where he could come earlier and he did. He was in no hurry. Answered our questions and explained what was wrong. I will definitely be referring him and this company. Thanks for your A+ Customer Service.

Jessie was a nice individual and very knowledgeable in his profession. I had another company out to my house in July and I thought they did their job, but I was wrong. Good thing I was in the middle of selling my house and had my Realtor recommend this company. My AC should be good as new and ready for the new future owners to enjoy.

They are my new goto if I have a problem with my central heat and air system. Prices are reasonable and service is very quick.

Was very pleased. Service fee was fair. Did not request any money up front for parts. Explained the problem and made suggestions for future servicing.

I called them to setup and appointment to have my unit replaced. The employee came out to look at my hvac system. He told me they could do the job. So two weeks have passed and I have not heard from them so I let another company do the job. I wouldnt recommend them to no one!

I am in the process of selling my house. Mr. Jessie Wooton was referred to me by my real estate agent. He came out and was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough while replacing parts and servicing my HVAC unit. This unit should have many good years left in it for the new owners. Would highly recommend Mr. Wooten and crew when you have any HVAC issues.

Jessie was the best. He replaced our unit a couple of years ago, and it works great. Our thermostat went out and Jessie came out after hours to fix. He was most concerned that my wife and four kids had a comfortable home due to the current heat. They are the best and I would highly recommend them for all of your hvac needs.

The hard to find honest and fair technician. Another company wanted to replace my evaporator coil on warranty and charge me and additional $915 for modifications not covered by American Home Shield. Mr. Wooten diagnosed a blown fan capacitor in 2 minutes replaced it on the spot, serviced both my units, and added some refrigerant. $250 Charge. Call Middle Georgia Heat & Air first. The other guys are crooks.

Called to get AC fixed. Told me they would be there by 5pm. So wasted time and waited. Never showed up or called.

Jessie and his crew at Middle Georgia Heating & Air are incredible. They respond fast and work on the weekends if necessary. Ive used other HVAC companies and I will never use another company as long as Im in Middle Georgia. They try to fix your system before asking you to install a new one. We had an emergency and the owner came out right away. After hours I may add. He got our problem fixed and was the cheapest around. We haven’t used anyone since using Jessie. Please give them a call. I have recommended 2 friends and they were very pleased with timelines, quality and price. You won’t be disappointed. At all!!

Jessie is an honest ex-marine who wont take advantage of you. Very satisfied with the unit I purchased, great service and reasonable price. The 1 star ratings around the same time look fishy.

Mr. Jessie Wooten was referred to us by a family friend, as the air conditioning unit stopped working at my mothers home. I stand corrected on the earlier review I did for this company. Mr. Jessie finally made it to my mothers home and repaired the air conditioning unit in less than 30 minutes. When we finally met and talked with him, we learned that he had been very bust the past few weeks. Needless to say, this nice gentleman more than made up by giving my family great service at a very reasonable price! We will be calling him again should the need arise. Thank you, Mr. Jessie!

Installed a heating and air system for us. Also had a problem with a rental came in during weekend to fix it. Mr. Wooten is a very kind and caring person and very reasonable.

My reviews get erased! Jesse came and saved us. Since then, nothing. Were freezing, but Jesse has not been there inOver three weeks! He reported that he came by, but saw new units, and left. Of course we called reputable heat and air people over the last yearsO

Worst company ever they will install a new unit at a great price. If something goes wrong will not honor Warranty they work. Plus it take 4 to 6 months to get them to fix what is broken then slap you with a service fee on what should be warranty work. Jessie Wooten has been to my house twice a year since the new unit has been installed 2017 they will really push it out until your 1 year warranty is up on the labor I would stay clear of this company. You get what you pay for. If I could give negative numbers I would.

2 separate appointments and no show both times! Very unprofessional. No phone call or anything . Called him several times and no answer. Claimed he was stuck on a job when missed first appt. No show for second appt and no call

Last summer my AC went out and the guy came and fixed it for around $100. Yesterday he came out again for my heater and fixed it for even less. I worry about price gouging when I dont know anything about the product but this guy was great. I wont call anyone else

Place is garbage. Saw all the good reviews and thought i was in good hands. Guess I was wrong and noticed most the reviews were old and probably his friends. I would avoid this company like the herp.

I dont normally write reviews but after this company repaired my unit for $400.00 less than what I had been quoted by another company and saved me thousands of dollars by keeping me from having to purchase a new unit, I figured I would at least spread the word and let others know that there are still some good fair people around that wont try to take advantage of you when you are in a tough spot .Thanks Middle Georgia Heating & Air !!

Great company. Reasonably priced. I have had them install all my AC products and use them for all service work. They are busy as hell (a sign of how good they are) - so, I will tell you now, when Jesse says he will be there tomorrow, it may be a few days after that. LOL - but worth the wait.

Our old central air unit gave out and so we needed to have it replaced. I tried to do some due diligence and read up on ratings and reviews to make sure and select one that would give us the best bang for our bucks and decided on a Goodman unit. After I selected the unit I called and spoke to Jesse Wooten the owner and asked if they had that one in stock and asked for a quote. I was blown away that his quote was $600 cheaper than a guy from Pro-Aire that was working off the books and was supposedly giving us a huge discount. They came and installed the unit and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also courteous and polite. The owner came at the beginning and once again at the end of installation to inspect the work. Since then I have recommended them to several friends and family members who had similar experiences. Very satisfied customer.

My air went out while I was not home on a Saturday. Called the company I usually have my unit serviced with, they wanted to charge $100/hr beginning with the time the driver got in his van (which was an hr away). That was ridiculous, so I searched and found Middle GA Air, he was here in less than an hour and had the problem fixed in about 20 min and his price was extremely reasonable only paid $135 for a late night Saturday service call! (It was a plus that I called within the last hour of the store closing for the day also)! Extremely satisfied.... I will now use this company for all services now!
