I live on a slab and had a leak. Luckily it was located outside the house. Mark came over and looked at the problem then sent a man to fix it the next morning. Derrick arrived at my door and fixed everything very quickly and efficiently. He was polite and pefessional. He finished digging what I had started, made the repair and covered it all back up. I called, someone promptly came. They dont tell you they charge a fee for someone to come out. So imagine tha look on my face when the Technician asked for money at the end of his visit😡😡😡

Buzzell has been providing the bi-annual service for my air conditioner/heat units for several years. They have always been on time and do a great job. This week, I had one go out! I received service promptly form Aaron who laid out my issues & all my options very well! I chose to replace since the unit was 11 years old. The costs was fair and the installers were professional, punctual, and cleaned up behind themselves. All in all, Buzzell made it as best as an oh-no! could be!!I will always use them.

My system was cleaned and serviced about 9 months ago by another company. The system stopped cooling The Buzzell tech went out and told me the system was dirty, needed to be cleaned for about $780 to determine if it had a leak. If leak was found, then I’d have to buy a new HVAC. Called another company who said the system was not dirty. They added a coolant and the system is working extremely well. The cost was less than half the cost of what Buzzell quoted and resolved the issue.

The service tech was very professional How ever they are very over price. I was charge twice the price for a thermostat that is sold at Walmart for less than a $100.00 for the same thermostat.

My girlfriend was having air conditioning issues in the house that she rents and the landlord called Buzzell to fix the issue. The workers were told that the A/C would run 24 hours a day without cooling the house below 72 degrees and the compressor had completely stopped working on two occasions. The workers simply cleaned the compressor and checked the coolant and left. When I went over to have lunch the house was 80 degrees the air handler was running but the outside compressor was completely off again. When I called Buzzell to let them know I was told that the workers recommend that the whole system be replaced and if we needed the air handler cleaned it would be $500-$600. When I went to see if they simply cleaned the drain line which is mainly responsible for these kind of issues I discovered that they never even inspected the air handler. When I called to ask how they knew that it would cost that much to clean and better yet recommend that it needs replaced when they have not even inspected it I was told that she was going to call the owner and get back to me. I have heard nothing back and the landlord could not find another company to come out for 4 days. Luckily I was able to easily fix the problem so she did not have to endure temperatures in the upper 90s with no AC while 6 months pregnant. This company was simply trying to sell a completely new system to an out of town landlord rather than performing a simple and inexpensive fix. In my opinion that makes them crooks. I would sooner melt in the heat than ever have them look at another HVAC system.

I absolutely recommend Buzzell Plumbing Heating & AC to friends, family, and all of you. I have been going to them for all my plumbing, heating, and even AC needs when I need repairs, and every single time, without fail, they complete the job just the way I want it to be completed. And they get the job done at the perfect speed, not too fast where you wonder if it was done correctly, and not so slow where you question if they even know what they are doing. I do not have one bad thing to say about them. They are an excellent service that is capable of fixing anything in your house, and I plan on going to them over and over again.

Very disappointing. call on a wed. evening at 7:30pm. repair guys stated that it was going to be dark soon and probably wouldnt be able to do the repairs until the morningto avoid paying after hour fees for no repair we decided to wait. I called the office at 7:45pm the asured me that they would call me first thing in the morning. I called at 8:00am and they told me someone would be here between 2 and 4pm. called back at 4 told once again it would be about an hour I was next on the list. 5:40pm still no show no call. call back again answering service answers. they are now closed. I explain my story and she said she would have the on duty tech call me. it is now 6:45 and Im still waiting. Ive called someone else at this point but needless to say I will never use this company again.
